1 Kings 12

1 and to go: went Rehoboam Shechem for Shechem to come (in): come all Israel to/for to reign [obj] him

ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ରିହବୀୟାମ ଶିଖିମକୁ ଗଲେ; କାରଣ ସମୁଦାୟ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ତାଙ୍କୁ ରାଜା କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଶିଖିମରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।

2 and to be like/as to hear: hear Jeroboam son: child Nebat and he/she/it still he in/on/with Egypt which to flee from face: because [the] king Solomon and to dwell Jeroboam in/on/with Egypt

ଏଥିମଧ୍ୟରେ ନବାଟର ପୁତ୍ର ସେହି ଯେ ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଶଲୋମନ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଛାମୁରୁ ପଳାଇ ମିସରରେ ଏଯାଏ ଥିଲେ, ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁ ସମ୍ବାଦ ପାଇଲେ; ସେ ମିସରରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଡକାଇ ପଠାଇଲେ।

3 and to send: depart and to call: call to to/for him (and to come (in): come *QK) Jeroboam and all assembly Israel and to speak: speak to(wards) Rehoboam to/for to say

ତହିଁରେ ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ସମସ୍ତ ସମାଜ ରିହବୀୟାମଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ଏହି କଥା କହିଲେ,

4 father your to harden [obj] yoke our and you(m. s.) now to lighten from service father your [the] severe and from yoke his [the] heavy which to give: put upon us and to serve you

“ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପିତା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଯୁଆଳି ଅସହ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ; ଏହେତୁ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପିତା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଯେଉଁ ଅସହ୍ୟ ଦାସ୍ୟକର୍ମର ଭାର ଓ ଭାରୀ ଯୁଆଳି ଦେଇଥିଲେ, ତାହା ଆପଣ ହାଲୁକା କରନ୍ତୁ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସେବା କରିବୁ।”

5 and to say to(wards) them to go: went still three day and to return: again to(wards) me and to go: went [the] people

ତହୁଁ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଏବେ ଯାଅ, ତିନି ଦିନ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ମୋʼ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସ।” ତହିଁରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଚାଲିଗଲେ।

6 and to advise [the] king Rehoboam with [the] old which to be to stand: stand with face: before Solomon father his in/on/with to be he alive to/for to say how? you(m. p.) to advise to/for to return: reply [obj] [the] people [the] this word

ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ରିହବୀୟାମ ରାଜା ଆପଣା ପିତା ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ଜୀବନ କାଳରେ ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରାଚୀନମାନେ ତାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହୋଇଥିଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପରାମର୍ଶ କରି କହିଲେ, “ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋତେ କି ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଉଅଛ?”

7 (and to speak: speak *QK) to(wards) him to/for to say if [the] day to be servant/slave to/for people [the] this and to serve them and to answer them and to speak: speak to(wards) them word pleasant and to be to/for you servant/slave all [the] day: always

ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେବେ ଆଜି ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ସେବକ ହେବ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସେବା କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ବାକ୍ୟ କହିବ, ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ସର୍ବଦା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ହୋଇ ରହିବେ।”

8 and to leave: forsake [obj] counsel [the] old which to advise him and to advise with [the] youth which to magnify with him which [the] to stand: stand to/for face: before his

ମାତ୍ର ସେ ସେହି ପ୍ରାଚୀନମାନଙ୍କ ଦତ୍ତ ପରାମର୍ଶ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ଯେଉଁ ଯୁବାମାନେ ତାଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବଢ଼ି ତାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଉଥିଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ପରାମର୍ଶ କଲେ।

9 and to say to(wards) them what? you(m. p.) to advise and to return: reply word [obj] [the] people [the] this which to speak: speak to(wards) me to/for to say to lighten from [the] yoke which to give: put father your upon us

ପୁଣି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ମୋତେ କହୁଛନ୍ତି, ‘ତୁମ୍ଭ ପିତା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଯେଉଁ ଯୁଆଳି ଥୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା ହାଲୁକା କର; ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ କି ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଉଅଛ?’”

10 and to speak: speak to(wards) him [the] youth which to magnify with him to/for to say thus to say to/for people [the] this which to speak: speak to(wards) you to/for to say father your to honor: heavy [obj] yoke our and you(m. s.) to lighten from upon us thus to speak: speak to(wards) them little finger my to thicken from loin father my

ତହିଁରେ ତାଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବଢ଼ିଥିବା ଯୁବାମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭ ପିତା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଯୁଆଳି ଭାରୀ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ‘ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ତାହା ହାଲୁକା କର ବୋଲି କହୁଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏପରି କହିବ; ମୋର କନିଷ୍ଠ ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳି ମୋʼ ପିତାଙ୍କ କଟିଠାରୁ ମୋଟ।

11 and now father my to lift upon you yoke heavy and I to add upon yoke your father my to discipline [obj] you in/on/with whip and I to discipline [obj] you in/on/with scorpion

ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୋʼ ପିତା ଯେଉଁ ଭାରୀ ଯୁଆଳି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଥୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ତାହା ଆହୁରି ଭାରୀ କରିବି; ମୋʼ ପିତା କୋରଡ଼ାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦେଲେ, ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ବିଚ୍ଛାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦେବି।’”

12 (and to come (in): come *Qk) Jeroboam and all [the] people to(wards) Rehoboam in/on/with day [the] third like/as as which to speak: speak [the] king to/for to say to return: again to(wards) me in/on/with day [the] third

ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ମୋʼ ନିକଟକୁ ପୁଣି, ଆସ ବୋଲି ରାଜା ଯେଉଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଇଥିଲେ, ତଦନୁସାରେ ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ରିହବୀୟାମଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିଲେ।

13 and to answer [the] king [obj] [the] people severe and to leave: forsake [obj] counsel [the] old which to advise him

ତହିଁରେ ପ୍ରାଚୀନମାନଙ୍କ ଦତ୍ତ ପରାମର୍ଶ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ରାଜା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କଟୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ;

14 and to speak: speak to(wards) them like/as counsel [the] youth to/for to say father my to honor: heavy [obj] yoke your and I to add upon yoke your father my to discipline [obj] you in/on/with whip and I to discipline [obj] you in/on/with scorpion

ପୁଣି, ଯୁବାମାନଙ୍କ ପରାମର୍ଶନୁସାରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ମୋʼ ପିତା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଭାରୀ ଯୁଆଳି ଥୋଇଥିଲେ, ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଯୁଆଳି ଆହୁରି ଭାରୀ କରିବି; ମୋʼ ପିତା କୋରଡ଼ାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ, ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ବିଚ୍ଛାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦେବି।”

15 and not to hear: hear [the] king to(wards) [the] people for to be turn from from with LORD because to arise: establish [obj] word his which to speak: speak LORD in/on/with hand: by Ahijah [the] Shilonite to(wards) Jeroboam son: child Nebat

ଏହିରୂପେ ରାଜା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ଶୁଣିଲେ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶୀଲୋନୀୟ ଅହୀୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନବାଟର ପୁତ୍ର ଯାରବୀୟାମଙ୍କୁ ଯାହା କହିଥିଲେ, ଆପଣାର ସେହି କଥା ସଫଳ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଡ଼ୁ ଘଟିଲା।

16 and to see: see all Israel for not to hear: hear [the] king to(wards) them and to return: reply [the] people [obj] [the] king word to/for to say what? to/for us portion in/on/with David and not inheritance in/on/with son: child Jesse to/for tent your Israel now to see: see house: household your David and to go: went Israel to/for tent his

ଯେତେବେଳେ ସମଗ୍ର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଦେଖିଲେ ଯେ, ରାଜା ସେମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ଶୁଣିଲେ ନାହିଁ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର କରି କହିଲେ, “ଦାଉଦଙ୍କଠାରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କି ଅଂଶ ଅଛି? ଏଣିକି ଯିଶୀର ପୁତ୍ରଠାରେ; ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାର ନାହିଁ; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ତମ୍ବୁକୁ ଯାଅ; ହେ ଦାଉଦ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏବେ ଆପଣା ଘର କଥା ବୁଝ। ତହୁଁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲୀୟମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ତମ୍ବୁକୁ ଚାଲିଗଲେ।”

17 and son: descendant/people Israel [the] to dwell in/on/with city Judah and to reign upon them Rehoboam

ତଥାପି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଯେଉଁ ସନ୍ତାନମାନେ ଯିହୁଦାର ନାନା ନଗରରେ ବାସ କଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ରିହବୀୟାମ ରାଜ୍ୟ କଲେ।

18 and to send: depart [the] king Rehoboam [obj] Adoram which upon [the] taskworker and to stone all Israel in/on/with him stone and to die and [the] king Rehoboam to strengthen to/for to ascend: copulate in/on/with chariot to/for to flee Jerusalem

ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ରିହବୀୟାମ ରାଜା ବେଠିକର୍ମାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଅଦୋନୀରାମ୍‍କୁ ପଠାଇଲେ; ମାତ୍ର ସମୁଦାୟ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ତାହାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରାଘାତ କରନ୍ତେ, ସେ ମଲା। ତହିଁରେ ରିହବୀୟାମ ରାଜା ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ପଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ରଥ ଉପରେ ଚଢ଼ିଲେ।

19 and to transgress Israel in/on/with house: household David till [the] day: today [the] this

ଏହିରୂପେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଆଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦାଉଦ-ବଂଶର ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ହେଲେ।

20 and to be like/as to hear: hear all Israel for to return: return Jeroboam and to send: depart and to call: call to [obj] him to(wards) [the] congregation and to reign [obj] him upon all Israel not to be after house: household David exception tribe Judah to/for alone him

ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଫେରି ଆସିଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସମୁଦାୟ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଶୁଣନ୍ତେ, ସେମାନେ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀକୁ ଡକାଇଲେ ଓ ସମୁଦାୟ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଉପରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ରାଜା କଲେ; କେବଳ ଯିହୁଦା-ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଛଡ଼ା କେହି ଦାଉଦ-ବଂଶର ଅନୁଗାମୀ ହେଲା ନାହିଁ।

21 (and to come (in): come *QK) Rehoboam Jerusalem and to gather [obj] all house: household Judah and [obj] tribe Benjamin hundred and eighty thousand to choose to make: [do] battle to/for to fight with house: household Israel to/for to return: rescue [obj] [the] kingship to/for Rehoboam son: child Solomon

ରିହବୀୟାମ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତେ, ଯିହୁଦାର ସମସ୍ତ ବଂଶର ଓ ବିନ୍ୟାମୀନ୍ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ଏକ ଲକ୍ଷ ଅଶୀ ହଜାର ବଛା ଯୋଦ୍ଧା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କଲେ ଓ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ରିହବୀୟାମଙ୍କର ଅଧୀନକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶ ସହିତ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ହେଲା।

22 and to be word [the] God to(wards) Shemaiah man [the] God to/for to say

ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ଶମୟୀୟ ନିକଟରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ଏହି ବାକ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା,

23 to say to(wards) Rehoboam son: child Solomon king Judah and to(wards) all house: household Judah and Benjamin and remainder [the] people to/for to say

“ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ଶଲୋମନର ପୁତ୍ର ରିହବୀୟାମକୁ, ପୁଣି, ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ବିନ୍ୟାମୀନ୍‍ର ସମସ୍ତ ବଂଶକୁ ଓ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କୁହ:

24 thus to say LORD not to ascend: rise and not to fight [emph?] with brother: male-relative your son: descendant/people Israel to return: return man: anyone to/for house: home his for from with me to be [the] word: thing [the] this and to hear: hear [obj] word LORD and to return: again to/for to go: went like/as word LORD

‘ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଆପଣା ଭ୍ରାତା ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଗୃହକୁ ଫେରିଯାଅ; କାରଣ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆମ୍ଭ ଆଡ଼ୁ ହୋଇଅଛି।’” ତେଣୁ ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣିଲେ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରମାଣେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପଥରେ ଫେରିଗଲେ।

25 and to build Jeroboam [obj] Shechem in/on/with mountain: hill country Ephraim and to dwell in/on/with her and to come out: come from there and to build [obj] Peniel

ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଇଫ୍ରୟିମର ପର୍ବତମୟ ଦେଶରେ ଶିଖିମ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ତହିଁରେ ବାସ କଲେ; ପୁଣି, ସେ ସେଠାରୁ ଯାଇ ପନୂୟେଲ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ।

26 and to say Jeroboam in/on/with heart his now to return: return [the] kingdom to/for house: household David

ତହୁଁ ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଆପଣା ମନେ ମନେ କହିଲେ, “ଏବେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଦାଉଦ-ବଂଶର ଅଧୀନ ହେବ;

27 if to ascend: rise [the] people [the] this to/for to make: offer sacrifice in/on/with house: temple LORD in/on/with Jerusalem and to return: again heart [the] people [the] this to(wards) lord their to(wards) Rehoboam king Judah and to kill me and to return: return to(wards) Rehoboam king Judah

ଯେବେ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହରେ ବଳିଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ଯିବେ, ତେବେ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ରିହବୀୟାମ ପ୍ରତି ଫେରିବ; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ମୋତେ ବଧ କରି ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ରିହବୀୟାମ ନିକଟକୁ ଫେରିଯିବେ।”

28 and to advise [the] king and to make two calf gold and to say to(wards) them many to/for you from to ascend: rise Jerusalem behold God your Israel which to ascend: establish you from land: country/planet Egypt

ଏହେତୁ ରାଜା ପରାମର୍ଶ କରି ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣର ଦୁଇ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ; ପୁଣି, ସେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବହୁତ କଷ୍ଟ ପଡ଼ୁଅଛି; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦେବତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖ, ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ।”

29 and to set: make [obj] [the] one in/on/with Bethel Bethel and [obj] [the] one to give: put in/on/with Dan

ତହୁଁ ସେ ଗୋଟିକୁ ବେଥେଲ୍‍ରେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟଟିକୁ ଦାନ୍‍ରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ।

30 and to be [the] word: thing [the] this to/for sin and to go: went [the] people to/for face: before [the] one till Dan

ଏହି କର୍ମ ପାପର କାରଣ ହେଲା; କାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ଗୋଟିକର ପୂଜା କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦାନ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଗଲେ।

31 and to make [obj] house: home high place and to make: do priest from end [the] people which not to be from son: descendant/people Levi

ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀର ଗୃହମାନ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଲେବୀ-ସନ୍ତାନ ନୁହନ୍ତି, ଏପରି ସମୁଦାୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯାଜକ କଲେ।

32 and to make Jeroboam feast in/on/with month [the] eighth in/on/with five ten day to/for month like/as feast which in/on/with Judah and to ascend: offer up upon [the] altar so to make: do in/on/with Bethel Bethel to/for to sacrifice to/for calf which to make and to stand: put in/on/with Bethel Bethel [obj] priest [the] high place which to make

ପୁଣି, ଯାରବୀୟାମ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ମାସରେ, ମାସର ପଞ୍ଚଦଶ ଦିନରେ ଯିହୁଦାର ପର୍ବ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଏକ ପର୍ବ ନିରୂପଣ କଲେ ଓ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦିକୁ ଗଲେ; ଏହିରୂପେ ସେ ସ୍ୱନିର୍ମିତ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ବେଥେଲ୍‍ରେ ବଳିଦାନ କଲେ; ପୁଣି, ସେ ଆପଣାର କୃତ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀର ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବେଥେଲ୍‍ରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ।

33 and to ascend: rise upon [the] altar which to make in/on/with Bethel Bethel in/on/with five ten day in/on/with month [the] eighth in/on/with month which to devise (from heart his *QK) and to make: do feast to/for son: descendant/people Israel and to ascend: rise upon [the] altar to/for to offer: offer
