Psalms 42

1 To the choirmaster a poem of [the] sons of Korah. Like a deer [which] it pants towards channels of water so being my it pants to you O God.

Jusqu'à la Fin. Psaume d'instruction des fils de Koré. Comme le cerf désire les fontaines des eaux, ainsi mon âme te désire, ô mon Dieu!

2 It thirsts being my - for God for [the] God living when? will I go and I may appear? [the] presence of God.

Mon âme a eu soif du Dieu vivant; quand viendrai-je? quand paraîtrai-je devant la face de Dieu?

3 It has been of me tear[s] my food by day and night when say to me all the day where? [is] God your.

Mes larmes ont été mon pain nuit et jour, parce que chaque jour on m'a dit: Où est ton Dieu?

4 These [things] I will remember - and I will pour out on myself - soul my that I passed on - with the crowd I led them to [the] house of God with [the] sound of a shout of joy and thanksgiving a multitude celebrating a festival.

Je m'en suis souvenu, et j'ai épanché mon âme en moi-même; car je pénétrerai dans le merveilleux tabernacle, jusqu'à la maison de Dieu, parmi les chants d'action de grâces et d'allégresse de ceux qui prennent part à une fête.

5 Why? are you bowed down - O soul my and were you in turmoil? on me wait for God for again I will give thanks to him [the] salvation of presence his.

O mon âme, pourquoi es-tu triste, et pourquoi me troubles-tu? Espère en Dieu; car je lui rendrai grâces, à lui mon salut et mon Dieu.

6 O God my on me being my it is bowed down there-fore I will remember you from [the] land of [the] Jordan and Hermon from mount Mizar.

O mon Dieu! mon âme a été troublée en moi; aussi me souviendrai-je de toi sur la terre du Jourdain, et d'Hermonim, et de la petite montagne.

7 Deep to deep [is] calling to [the] sound waterfalls your all breakers your and waves your over me they have passed.

A la voix de tes cataractes, l'abîme appelle l'abîme. Toutes tes grandes vagues, tous tes flots ont passé sur moi.

8 By day - he commands Yahweh - covenant loyalty his and in the night (song his *Qk) [is] with me a prayer to [the] God of life my.

Le jour, le Seigneur commandera à sa miséricorde; la nuit, il la manifestera. Ma prière au Dieu de ma vie est en moi.

9 I will say - to God rock my why? have you forgotten me why? mourning do I walk in [the] oppression of an enemy.

Je dirai à Dieu: tu es mon champion; pourquoi m'as-tu oublié? D'où vient que je chemine tout abattu pendant que mon ennemi m'opprime?

10 With a shattering - in bones my they have taunted me opposers my when say they to me all the day where? [is] God your.

Pendant que mes os sont brisés, mes persécuteurs m'outragent en me disant chaque jour: Où est ton Dieu?

11 Why? are you bowed down - O soul my and why? are you in turmoil on me wait for God for again I will give thanks to him [the] salvation of face my and God my.

O mon âme, pourquoi es-tu triste, et pourquoi me troubles-tu? Espère en Dieu; car je lui rendrai grâces, à lui le salut, à lui mon Dieu.
