1 [the] song of The ascents to Yahweh in distress of me I called out and he answered me.

Pieśń stopni. Wołałem do PANA w swoim utrapieniu i wysłuchał mnie.

2 O Yahweh deliver! self my from a lip of falsehood from a tongue deceit.

Ocal, PANIE, moją duszę od warg kłamliwych [i] od zdradliwego języka.

3 What? will anyone give to you and what? will anyone add to you O tongue deceit.

Cóż będzie ci dane albo co się stanie z tobą, zdradliwy języku?

4 Arrows of a warrior sharpened with burning coals of broom plants.

Ostre strzały mocarza i węgle z jałowca.

5 Woe! to me that I have sojourned Meshech I have dwelt with [the] tents of Kedar.

Biada mi, że przebywam w Meszek i mieszkam w namiotach Kedaru.

6 Much it has dwelt itself self my with [one who] hates peace.

Moja dusza długo mieszka z tymi, którzy nienawidzą pokoju.

7 I [am] peace and that I speak they [are] for war.

Ja [jestem za] pokojem, ale gdy [o tym] mówię, oni są za wojną.
