Matthew 8
1 (When was coming down *N+kO) now (He *N+kO) from the mountain followed Him crowds great.
Als er aber von dem Berge herabgestiegen war, folgte ihm eine große Volksmenge.
2 And behold a leper (having come near *N+kO) was worshipping Him saying; Lord, if You shall be willing, You are able me to cleanse.
Und siehe, ein Aussätziger kam herzu und huldigte ihm und sprach: Herr, wenn du willst, kannst du mich reinigen.
3 And having stretched out the hand He touched of him (Jesus *K) saying; I am willing, do be cleansed. And immediately was cleansed his leprosy.
Und er streckte seine Hand aus, rührte ihn an und sprach: Ich will; sei gereinigt! Und alsbald wurde sein Aussatz gereinigt.
4 And says to him Jesus; do see that to no one may you tell, But do go yourself do show to the priest and do offer the gift that commanded Moses for a testimony to them.
Und Jesus spricht zu ihm: Siehe, sage es niemandem; sondern gehe hin, zeige dich dem Priester, und bringe die Gabe dar, die Moses angeordnet hat, ihnen zum Zeugnis.
5 (When was entering *N+kO) now (He *n+o) (Jesus *k) into Capernaum came to Him a centurion imploring Him
Als er aber in Kapernaum eintrat, kam ein Hauptmann zu ihm, der ihn bat
6 and saying; Lord, the servant of mine has been laid in the house paralyzed grievously being tormented.
und sprach: Herr, mein Knecht liegt zu Hause gelähmt und wird schrecklich gequält.
7 And He says to him (Jesus: *ko) I myself having come will heal him.
Und Jesus spricht zu ihm: Ich will kommen und ihn heilen.
8 And answering (now *o) the centurion was saying; Lord, not I am worthy that my under the roof You may come, but only do speak (a word, *N+kO) and will be healed the servant of mine.
Der Hauptmann aber antwortete und sprach: Herr, ich bin nicht würdig, [O. genugsam, tüchtig] daß du unter mein Dach eingehest; sondern sprich nur ein Wort, und mein Knecht wird gesund werden.
9 Also for I myself a man am under authority (appointed *O) having under myself soldiers and I say to this [one]; do go, and he goes, and to another; do come, and he comes, and to the servant of mine; do enact this, and he enacts [it].
Denn auch ich bin ein Mensch unter Gewalt und habe Kriegsknechte unter mir; und ich sage zu diesem: Gehe hin, und er geht; und zu einem anderen: Komm, und er kommt; und zu meinem Knechte: [O. Sklaven] Tue dieses, und er tuts.
10 Having heard now Jesus marveled and He said to those following; Amen I say to you; (such *no) (no [one] *N+kO) so great faith in Israel have I found.
Als aber Jesus es hörte, verwunderte er sich und sprach zu denen, welche nachfolgten: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, selbst nicht in Israel habe ich so großen Glauben gefunden.
11 I say now to you that many from east and west will come and they will recline with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens.
Ich sage euch aber, daß viele von Osten und Westen kommen und mit Abraham und Isaak und Jakob zu Tische liegen werden in dem Reiche der Himmel,
12 the however sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the darkness the outer; there will be the weeping and the gnashing of the teeth.
aber die Söhne des Reiches werden hinausgeworfen werden in die äußere Finsternis: [O. in der Finsternis draußen] da wird sein das Weinen und das Zähneknirschen.
13 And said Jesus to the centurion; do go, (and *ko) as you have believed it should be [done] to you. And was healed the servant of him in the hour that.
Und Jesus sprach zu dem Hauptmann: Gehe hin, und dir geschehe, wie du geglaubt hast. Und sein Knecht wurde gesund in jener Stunde.
14 And having come Jesus to the house of Peter He saw the mother-in-law of him lain down and fevering
Und als Jesus in das Haus des Petrus gekommen war, sah er dessen Schwiegermutter fieberkrank daniederliegen.
15 And He touched the hand of her, and left her the fever. and she arose and was ministering (to him. *N+KO)
Und er rührte ihre Hand an, und das Fieber verließ sie; und sie stand auf und diente ihm.
16 When evening now having come they brought to Him being demonised many, and He cast out the spirits by a word, and all those sick being He healed,
Als es aber Abend geworden war, brachten sie viele Besessene zu ihm; und er trieb die Geister aus mit einem Worte, und er heilte alle Leidenden,
17 so that it may be fulfilled that having been spoken through Isaiah the prophet saying; Himself the infirmities of us He took and [our] diseases bore.
damit erfüllt würde, was durch den Propheten Jesaias geredet ist, welcher spricht: "Er selbst nahm unsere Schwachheiten und trug unsere Krankheiten." [Jes. 53,4]
18 Having seen now Jesus (great *KO) (crowd *N+kO) around Him He commanded to depart to the other side.
Als aber Jesus eine große Volksmenge um sich sah, befahl er hinwegzufahren an das jenseitige Ufer.
19 And having come to [Him] one scribe said to Him; Teacher, I will follow You wherever if You shall go.
Und ein Schriftgelehrter kam herzu und sprach zu ihm: Lehrer, ich will dir nachfolgen, wohin irgend du gehst.
20 And says to him Jesus; Foxes holes have and the birds of the air nests, but the Son of Man no has [place] where the head He may lay.
Und Jesus spricht zu ihm: Die Füchse haben Höhlen, und die Vögel des Himmels Nester, aber der Sohn des Menschen hat nicht, wo er das Haupt hinlege.
21 Another now of the disciples of Him said to Him; Lord, do allow me first to go and to bury the father of mine.
Ein anderer aber von seinen Jüngern sprach zu ihm: Herr, erlaube mir, zuvor hinzugehen und meinen Vater zu begraben.
22 But Jesus (speaks *N+kO) to him; do follow Me, and do leave the dead to bury their own dead.
Jesus aber sprach zu ihm: Folge mir nach, und laß die Toten ihre Toten begraben.
23 And having climbed He into the boat followed Him the disciples of Him.
Und als er in das Schiff gestiegen war, folgten ihm seine Jünger.
24 And behold a storm great arose in the sea so that the boat being swamped by the waves; He Himself however was sleeping.
Und siehe, es erhob sich ein großes Ungestüm auf dem See, so daß das Schiff von den Wellen bedeckt wurde; er aber schlief.
25 And having come to [Him] (the disciples of Him *k) they awoke Him saying; Lord, do save (us *k) we are perishing!
Und die Jünger traten hinzu, weckten ihn auf und sprachen: Herr, rette uns, wir kommen um!
26 And He says to them; Why fearful are you, O [you] of little faith? Then having arisen He rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a calm great.
Und er spricht zu ihnen: Was seid ihr furchtsam, Kleingläubige? Dann stand er auf und bedrohte die Winde und den See; und es ward eine große Stille.
27 And the men marveled saying; What kind [of man] is this that even the winds and the sea Him obey
Die Menschen aber verwunderten sich und sprachen: Was für einer ist dieser, daß auch die Winde und der See ihm gehorchen?
28 And (when was coming He *N+kO) to the other side to the region of the (Gadarenes *N+KO) met Him two being demonised out of the tombs coming forth, violent extremely, so that not to be able anyone to pass through the way that.
Und als er an das jenseitige Ufer gekommen war, in das Land der Gergesener, [Viell. ist hier mit mehreren Handschriften "Gadarener" zu lesen] begegneten ihm zwei Besessene, die aus den Grüften hervorkamen, sehr wütend, so daß niemand jenes Weges vorbeizugehen vermochte.
29 And behold they cried out saying; What to us and to you (Jesus *k) Son of God? Are You come here before [the] time to torment us?
Und siehe, sie schrieen und sprachen: Was haben wir mit dir zu schaffen, Sohn Gottes? Bist du hierhergekommen, vor der Zeit uns zu quälen?
30 There was now far off from them a herd of pigs many feeding.
Es war aber fern von ihnen eine Herde vieler Schweine, welche weidete.
31 And the demons were begging Him saying; If You cast out us, (do allow *K) (do send away *N+KO) (us *N+kO) into the herd of pigs.
Die Dämonen aber baten ihn und sprachen: Wenn du uns austreibst, so sende uns in die Herde Schweine.
32 And He said to them; do go. And having gone out they went away into (herd *k) (pigs, *N+kO) and behold rushed all the herd (of the of pigs *k) down the steep bank into the sea, and perished in the waters.
Und er sprach zu ihnen: Gehet hin. Sie aber fuhren aus und fuhren in die Herde Schweine. Und siehe, die ganze Herde Schweine stürzte sich den Abhang hinab in den See, und sie kamen um in dem Gewässer.
33 Those now feeding [them] fled, and having gone away into the city they related everything including the [matter] of those being demonised.
Die Hüter aber flohen und gingen in die Stadt und verkündeten alles und das von den Besessenen.
34 And behold all the city went out to (meet *N+kO) Jesus, And having seen Him they begged [Him] that He may depart from the region of them.
Und siehe, die ganze Stadt ging hinaus, Jesu entgegen, und als sie ihn sahen, baten sie, daß er aus ihren Grenzen weggehen möchte. -
