Matthew 8
1 (When was coming down *N+kO) now (He *N+kO) from the mountain followed Him crowds great.
Or, lorsqu'il fut descendu de la montagne, une foule nombreuse le suivit,
2 And behold a leper (having come near *N+kO) was worshipping Him saying; Lord, if You shall be willing, You are able me to cleanse.
et voici, un lépreux s'étant approché l'adorait en disant: « Seigneur, si tu le veux tu peux me guérir. »
3 And having stretched out the hand He touched of him (Jesus *K) saying; I am willing, do be cleansed. And immediately was cleansed his leprosy.
Et ayant étendu la main, il le toucha en disant: « Je le veux, sois guéri. » Et aussitôt sa lèpre fut guérie.
4 And says to him Jesus; do see that to no one may you tell, But do go yourself do show to the priest and do offer the gift that commanded Moses for a testimony to them.
Et Jésus lui dit: « Garde-toi d'en parler à personne; mais va, montre-toi au prêtre et présente l'offrande qu'a prescrite Moïse, pour leur servir d'attestation. »
5 (When was entering *N+kO) now (He *n+o) (Jesus *k) into Capernaum came to Him a centurion imploring Him
Or, lorsqu'il fut entré à Capharnaoum, un centurion s'approcha de lui, en le sollicitant
6 and saying; Lord, the servant of mine has been laid in the house paralyzed grievously being tormented.
et en disant: « Seigneur, mon serviteur est au lit à la maison, atteint de paralysie et cruellement souffrant. »
7 And He says to him (Jesus: *ko) I myself having come will heal him.
Il lui dit: « J'irai le guérir. »
8 And answering (now *o) the centurion was saying; Lord, not I am worthy that my under the roof You may come, but only do speak (a word, *N+kO) and will be healed the servant of mine.
Mais le centurion répliqua: « Seigneur, je ne suis pas digne que tu entres sous mon toit; mais dis seulement un mot, et mon serviteur sera guéri.
9 Also for I myself a man am under authority (appointed *O) having under myself soldiers and I say to this [one]; do go, and he goes, and to another; do come, and he comes, and to the servant of mine; do enact this, and he enacts [it].
Car moi aussi je suis un homme placé sous autorité, ayant des soldats sous mes ordres, et je dis à celui-ci: « Va, » et il va; et à un autre: « Viens » et il vient; et à mon esclave: « Fais cela » et il le fait. »
10 Having heard now Jesus marveled and He said to those following; Amen I say to you; (such *no) (no [one] *N+kO) so great faith in Israel have I found.
Or, en l'entendant, Jésus fut émerveillé, et il dit à ceux qui suivaient: « En vérité je vous le déclare, je n'ai trouvé chez personne en Israël une si grande foi;
11 I say now to you that many from east and west will come and they will recline with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens.
mais je vous déclare que plusieurs viendront de l'orient et du couchant et s'attableront avec Abraham et Isaac et Jacob dans le royaume des cieux,
12 the however sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the darkness the outer; there will be the weeping and the gnashing of the teeth.
tandis que les fils du royaume seront jetés dans les ténèbres extérieures; là sera le pleur et le grincement de dents. »
13 And said Jesus to the centurion; do go, (and *ko) as you have believed it should be [done] to you. And was healed the servant of him in the hour that.
Et Jésus dit au centurion: « Va, qu'il te soit fait comme tu as cru. » Et en ce moment-là le serviteur fut guéri.
14 And having come Jesus to the house of Peter He saw the mother-in-law of him lain down and fevering
Et Jésus étant entré dans la maison de Pierre, vit sa belle-mère qui était au lit et avait la fièvre;
15 And He touched the hand of her, and left her the fever. and she arose and was ministering (to him. *N+KO)
et il toucha sa main et la fièvre la quitta, et elle se leva, et elle le servait.
16 When evening now having come they brought to Him being demonised many, and He cast out the spirits by a word, and all those sick being He healed,
Mais quand le soir fut venu on lui amena plusieurs démoniaques, et d'un mot il chassa les esprits et il guérit tous les malades; —
17 so that it may be fulfilled that having been spoken through Isaiah the prophet saying; Himself the infirmities of us He took and [our] diseases bore.
afin que fût accompli ce dont il a été parlé par l'entremise d'Ésaïe le prophète lorsqu'il dit: « C'est lui qui a pris nos infirmités et qui a porté nos maladies. »
18 Having seen now Jesus (great *KO) (crowd *N+kO) around Him He commanded to depart to the other side.
Or, Jésus se voyant entouré de la foule ordonna de passer sur l'autre rive.
19 And having come to [Him] one scribe said to Him; Teacher, I will follow You wherever if You shall go.
Et un scribe s'étant approché lui dit: « Maître, je te suivrai où que ce soit que tu ailles. »
20 And says to him Jesus; Foxes holes have and the birds of the air nests, but the Son of Man no has [place] where the head He may lay.
Et Jésus lui dit: « Les renards ont des terriers et les oiseaux du ciel des abris; mais le Fils de l'homme n'a pas où reposer sa tête. »
21 Another now of the disciples of Him said to Him; Lord, do allow me first to go and to bury the father of mine.
Mais un autre des disciples lui dit: « Seigneur, permets-moi de m'en aller d'abord, et d'enterrer mon père. »
22 But Jesus (speaks *N+kO) to him; do follow Me, and do leave the dead to bury their own dead.
Mais Jésus lui dit: « Suis-moi, et laisse les morts enterrer leurs morts. »
23 And having climbed He into the boat followed Him the disciples of Him.
Et lorsqu'il fut monté sur une barque, ses disciples le suivirent;
24 And behold a storm great arose in the sea so that the boat being swamped by the waves; He Himself however was sleeping.
et voici une grande tourmente s'éleva sur la mer, en sorte que la barque était couverte par les vagues; mais lui s'était endormi.
25 And having come to [Him] (the disciples of Him *k) they awoke Him saying; Lord, do save (us *k) we are perishing!
Et s'étant approchés ils l'éveillèrent en disant: « Seigneur, au secours, nous sommes perdus. »
26 And He says to them; Why fearful are you, O [you] of little faith? Then having arisen He rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a calm great.
Et il leur dit: « Pourquoi êtes-vous effrayés, gens de peu de foi? » Alors s'étant levé, il gourmanda les vents et la mer, et il se fit un grand calme.
27 And the men marveled saying; What kind [of man] is this that even the winds and the sea Him obey
Or les gens émerveillés disaient: « Quel est celui-ci, que même les vents et la mer lui obéissent? »
28 And (when was coming He *N+kO) to the other side to the region of the (Gadarenes *N+KO) met Him two being demonised out of the tombs coming forth, violent extremely, so that not to be able anyone to pass through the way that.
Et quand il fut arrivé sur l'autre rive, dans le pays des Gadaréniens, vinrent à sa rencontre deux démoniaques sortis des tombeaux, et qui étaient si furieux que personne ne pouvait passer par ce chemin-là.
29 And behold they cried out saying; What to us and to you (Jesus *k) Son of God? Are You come here before [the] time to torment us?
Et voici, ils s'écrièrent: « Qu'y a-t-il de commun entre nous et toi, fils de Dieu? Es-tu venu ici avant le temps pour nous torturer? »
30 There was now far off from them a herd of pigs many feeding.
Or, loin d'eux paissait un troupeau de nombreux pourceaux.
31 And the demons were begging Him saying; If You cast out us, (do allow *K) (do send away *N+KO) (us *N+kO) into the herd of pigs.
Mais les démons le sollicitaient en disant: « Si tu nous chasses, envoie-nous dans le troupeau des pourceaux. »
32 And He said to them; do go. And having gone out they went away into (herd *k) (pigs, *N+kO) and behold rushed all the herd (of the of pigs *k) down the steep bank into the sea, and perished in the waters.
Et il leur dit: « Allez! » Or étant sortis ils s'en allèrent dans les pourceaux, et voici, tout le troupeau se rua en bas du précipice dans la mer, et ils périrent dans les eaux.
33 Those now feeding [them] fled, and having gone away into the city they related everything including the [matter] of those being demonised.
Mais les pâtres s'enfuirent, et s'en étant allés à la ville ils rapportèrent tout ce qui s'était passé et ce qui était advenu aux démoniaques.
34 And behold all the city went out to (meet *N+kO) Jesus, And having seen Him they begged [Him] that He may depart from the region of them.
Et voici, toute la ville sortit à la rencontre de Jésus, et l'ayant vu ils le sollicitèrent de s'éloigner de leur territoire.
