< Matthew 16 >

1 And having approached the Pharisees and Sadducees, testing they asked Him a sign out of heaven to show them.
Mapalishayo na Mashadukayo gubhaajendelenje a Yeshu, bhalikwaatejelanga, gubhaajujilenje bhaatendelanje shilangulo kopoka kunnungu.
2 And answering He said to them; Evening having come you say; Fair weather, is red for the sky.
A Yeshu gubhaajangwilenje, “Shiikaga shigulogulo mmanganya nkutinji, ‘Malabhi kupingasha ukoto pabha liunde lishishejela!’
3 And in the morning; Today a storm, is red for being overcast the sky. (hypocrites *K) The indeed appearance of the sky you know [how] to discern, however the signs of the times not you are able?
Kulisha nkutinji, ‘Lelo kukasha ukoto mbungo jipinga puga, pabha liunde lishishejela na maunde gashibhindula!’ Bhai, mmanganya nnamanyililanga kujimanya miongwe kwa lola liunde, ikabheje nkakwimanyanga ilangulo ya jene miongwe jino?
4 A generation evil and adulterous a sign seeks; and a sign not will be given to it only except the sign of Jonah (prophet. *K) And having left them He went away.
Lubheleko lwa lebha na lukakulupalika kwa a Nnungu! Nnapinganga shilangulo, ikabheje lukapegwa shilangulo shoshowe ikabhe shilangulo sha a Yona.” Bhai, gubhaaleshilenje, nigubhaijabhulile.
5 And having come the disciples (of him *k) to the other side they forgot bread to take.
Bhaajiganywa bhabho bhakajombokanjeje ng'ambu jabhili ja litanda, gubhang'amulenje kuti bhashilibhalanga kujigala mikate.
6 And Jesus said to them; do watch and do beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
A Yeshu gubhaalugulilenje, “Mwilolesheyanje na mwiteiganje na ngedule ya Mapalishayo na Mashadukayo!”
7 And they were reasoning among themselves saying Because bread not we took.
Ikabheje bhalabhonji gubhataukengenenje ashayenenji, “Bhanabheleketa nneyo pabha twangajigala mikate.”
8 Having known [this] however Jesus said (to them: *k) Why reason you among yourselves, O [you] of little faith, because bread not (you take? *N+KO)
A Yeshu gubhaimanyi ng'aniyo yabhonji, gubhaalugulilenje, “Mmanganya mmandunji bha ngulupai jishoko! Pakuti nnabheleketanga ga ligongo lya ngajigala mikate?
9 Not yet do you understand nor remember the five loaves for the five thousand and how many hand-baskets you gathered?
Bhuli, nkanabhe ng'amulanga? Bhuli, nkaakumbushilanga punagebhenye mikate nng'ano jila kwa bhanabhalume elupu nng'ano? Bhuli ikapu yaishoko ilingwa imwagumbeyenje ya malepei?
10 Nor [remember] the seven loaves for the four thousand and how many baskets you gathered?
Eu, mikate shabha jila jibhagabhanishiywenje bhanabhalume elupu nsheshe, bhuli, imwakundikenyenje ikapu yaikulungwa ilingwa ya malepei?
11 How not understand you that not concerning (loaves *N+kO) I spoke to you? (do beware *N+kO) (also *no) of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!
Pakuti nkang'amulanga kuti ngabheleketaga ga mikate? Ikabheje mwiteiganje na ngedule ya Mapalishayo na Mashadukayo!”
12 Then they understood that not He said to beware of the leaven (of the loaves *N+kO) but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
Penepo bhaajiganywa gubhamumanyinji kuti bhashikwaalugulilanga bhaiteiganje nngabha na ngedule ya mmikate, ikabheje bhaiteiganje na majiganyo ga Mapalishayo na Mashadukayo.
13 Having come then Jesus into the district of Caesarea Philippi He was questioning the disciples of Him saying; Whom (Me *k) do pronounce men to be the Son of man?
A Yeshu bhakaisheje mmbali ja ku Kaishalia Pilipi, gubhaabhushiyenje bhaajiganywa bhabho, “Bhandu bhakutinji Mwana juka Mundu ni gani?”
14 And they said: Some indeed, John the Baptist, others however, Elijah, others however, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
Gubhaajangwilenje, “Bhananji bhakutinji a Yowana Bhabhatisha, bhananji a Eliya, bhananji a Yelemia, eu jumo munkumbi gwa ashinkulondola bha a Nnungu.”
15 He says to them; You yourselves but whom Me do you pronounce to be?
A Yeshu gubhaabhushiyenje, “Na mmanganyanji bhuli, nkutinji nne gani?”
16 Answering now Simon Peter said; You yourself are the Christ the Son of God the living.
A Shimoni Petili gubhajangwile, “Mmwe a Kilishitu, Bhanabhabho a Nnungu, bhali bhabhakoto.”
17 (and *k) Answering (now *no) Jesus said to him; Blessed are you, Simon Barjona! For flesh and blood not revealed [it] to you but the Father of Mine who [is] in the heavens.
A Yeshu gubhashite, “Mbaya mmwe a Shimoni bhanabhabho a Yona, pabha nngabha mundu anng'ibhulile yenei, ikabhe Atati bhali kunnungu.
18 I myself also I myself also now to you say that you yourself are Peter and on this the rock I will build My church, and [the] gates of hades not will prevail against it. (Hadēs g86)
Nne ngunakunnugulila mmwe a Petili, mmwe lindandawe na panani lindandawe ngupinga shenga likanisha lyangu, wala mashili ga kundamo ja bhawilenje gakalikombola. (Hadēs g86)
19 (and *ko) I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of the heavens, and whatever (if *NK+o) you shall bind on the earth, will be bound in the heavens, and whatever (maybe *NK+o) you shall loose on the earth, will be loosed in the heavens.
Shinimpe punguo ya Upalume gwa Kunnungu, shoshowe shishintabhe pa shilambolyo, shishitabhwe kunnungu na shoshowe shishinngopole pa shilambolyo, shishigopolwe kunnungu.”
20 Then (he ordered *NK+O) the disciples (of him *k) that to no one they may say that He himself is (Jesus *k) the Christ.
Kungai gubhaalimbiyenje bhaajiganywa bhabho, bhanannugulilanje mundu jojowe kuti bhenebho a Kilishitu.
21 From that time began Jesus (Christ *O) to show to the disciples of Him that it is necessary for Him to Jerusalem to go away and many things to suffer from the elders and chief priests and scribes and to be killed and on the third day to be raised.
Tandubhila gene malangago a Yeshu gubhatandwibhe kwaalugulilanga bhaajiganywa bhabho gwangali nng'iyo kuti bhanapinjikwa kwenda ku Yelushalemu, na kweneko bhapinga potekwa na bhanangulungwa na bhakulungwanji bhaabhishila na bhaajiganya bha Shalia. Kuti, bhapinga bhulagwa na lyubha lya tatu shibhayuywe.
22 And having taken aside Him Peter began to rebuke Him saying; Far be it from You, Lord; certainly not will be to You this.
A Petili gubhaatolile kuntemela, gubhatandwibhe kwaakalipila, “Inabhe nneyo Mmakulungwa! Lyeneli likankoposhela!”
23 And having turned He said to Peter; do go behind Me Satan! A stumbling block you are (to me, *N+kO) For not your thoughts are of those of God but [of] the [things] of men.
Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhatendebhwishe, gubhaalugulile a Petili, “Nnyabhulile apano, Lishetani! Mmwe nnang'ibhilila. Ng'aniyo yenu nngabha ya a Nnungu ikabhe ya shigundu!”
24 Then Jesus said to the disciples of Him; If anyone desires after Me to come, he should deny himself and he should take up the cross of him and he should follow Me.
Kungai a Yeshu gubhaalugulilenje bhaajiganywa bhabho, “Mundu jojowe apinga ngagula nne, anapinjikwa aikane nnyene, ajigale nshalabha gwakwe angagule.
25 Who[ever] for (maybe *N+kO) shall desire the life of him to save, will lose it; who[ever] however maybe shall lose the life of him on account of Me, will find it.
Pabha, mundu apinga kulama gwangali ngulupalila nne, akakola gumi gwa pitipiti, ikabheje shakunde bhulagwa kwa ligongo lya ngulupalila nne, shakole gumi gwa pitipiti.
26 What for (will it be profitable *N+kO) [for] a man, if the world whole he shall gain, but the soul of him shall lose? Or what will give a man [as] an exchange for the soul of him?
Mundu shiimpwaile nndi apataga indu yowe ya pa shilambolyo na akuno aliobhya gumi gwakwe gwa pitipiti? Eu, mundu shashoye shindu shashi pa gumi gwakwe gwa pitipiti?
27 Is about for the Son of the man to come in the glory of the Father of Him with the angels of Him and then He will give to each according to the deeds of him.
Pabha, Mwana juka Mundu shaishe na ukonjelo gwa Ainagwe pamo na ashimalaika bhakwe, penepo shannipe kila mundu malinga shashite tenda.
28 Amen I say to you (that *no) there are some of those here (already standing *NK+o) who certainly not shall taste of death until when they may have seen the Son of Man coming in the kingdom of Him.
Kweli ngunakummalanjilanga, bhapalinji bhananji pepano bhakawanganga bhakanabhe kummonanga Mwana juka Mundu alikwiiya malinga Mpalume.”
