< Luke 9 >

1 Having called together then the Twelve (disciples of him *K) He gave to them power and authority over all the demons and diseases to heal
ತತಃ ಪರಂ ಸ ದ್ವಾದಶಶಿಷ್ಯಾನಾಹೂಯ ಭೂತಾನ್ ತ್ಯಾಜಯಿತುಂ ರೋಗಾನ್ ಪ್ರತಿಕರ್ತ್ತುಞ್ಚ ತೇಭ್ಯಃ ಶಕ್ತಿಮಾಧಿಪತ್ಯಞ್ಚ ದದೌ|
2 and He sent them to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the (sick. *N+kO)
ಅಪರಞ್ಚ ಈಶ್ವರೀಯರಾಜ್ಯಸ್ಯ ಸುಸಂವಾದಂ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಯಿತುಮ್ ರೋಗಿಣಾಮಾರೋಗ್ಯಂ ಕರ್ತ್ತುಞ್ಚ ಪ್ರೇರಣಕಾಲೇ ತಾನ್ ಜಗಾದ|
3 and He said to them; Nothing do take for the journey; neither (staff *N+KO) nor bag nor bread nor money nor apiece two tunics to have.
ಯಾತ್ರಾರ್ಥಂ ಯಷ್ಟಿ ರ್ವಸ್ತ್ರಪುಟಕಂ ಭಕ್ಷ್ಯಂ ಮುದ್ರಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯವಸ್ತ್ರಮ್, ಏಷಾಂ ಕಿಮಪಿ ಮಾ ಗೃಹ್ಲೀತ|
4 And into whatever maybe house you may enter, there do remain and from there do go forth.
ಯೂಯಞ್ಚ ಯನ್ನಿವೇಶನಂ ಪ್ರವಿಶಥ ನಗರತ್ಯಾಗಪರ್ಯ್ಯನತಂ ತನ್ನಿವೇಶನೇ ತಿಷ್ಠತ|
5 And as many as (maybe *NK+o) not (shall receive *N+kO) you, going forth from the city that (and *k) the dust from the feet of you (do shake off *N+kO) as a testimony against them.
ತತ್ರ ಯದಿ ಕಸ್ಯಚಿತ್ ಪುರಸ್ಯ ಲೋಕಾ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಮಾತಿಥ್ಯಂ ನ ಕುರ್ವ್ವನ್ತಿ ತರ್ಹಿ ತಸ್ಮಾನ್ನಗರಾದ್ ಗಮನಕಾಲೇ ತೇಷಾಂ ವಿರುದ್ಧಂ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಾರ್ಥಂ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಪದಧೂಲೀಃ ಸಮ್ಪಾತಯತ|
6 Going forth then they were passing through the villages evangelising and healing everywhere.
ಅಥ ತೇ ಪ್ರಸ್ಥಾಯ ಸರ್ವ್ವತ್ರ ಸುಸಂವಾದಂ ಪ್ರಚಾರಯಿತುಂ ಪೀಡಿತಾನ್ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಾನ್ ಕರ್ತ್ತುಞ್ಚ ಗ್ರಾಮೇಷು ಭ್ರಮಿತುಂ ಪ್ರಾರೇಭಿರೇ|
7 Heard of now Herod the Tetrarch the [things] being done (by him *K) all and was perplexed because of the saying by some that John (has been raised *N+kO) out from [the] dead,
ಏತರ್ಹಿ ಹೇರೋದ್ ರಾಜಾ ಯೀಶೋಃ ಸರ್ವ್ವಕರ್ಮ್ಮಣಾಂ ವಾರ್ತ್ತಾಂ ಶ್ರುತ್ವಾ ಭೃಶಮುದ್ವಿವಿಜೇ
8 by some also that Elijah had appeared, by others also that a prophet (someone *N+kO) of the ancients had arisen.
ಯತಃ ಕೇಚಿದೂಚುರ್ಯೋಹನ್ ಶ್ಮಶಾನಾದುದತಿಷ್ಠತ್| ಕೇಚಿದೂಚುಃ, ಏಲಿಯೋ ದರ್ಶನಂ ದತ್ತವಾನ್; ಏವಮನ್ಯಲೋಕಾ ಊಚುಃ ಪೂರ್ವ್ವೀಯಃ ಕಶ್ಚಿದ್ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ್ವಾದೀ ಸಮುತ್ಥಿತಃ|
9 (and *k) Said (then *no) Herod; John I myself beheaded; who however is this concerning whom (I myself *ko) I hear such things? And he was seeking to see Him.
ಕಿನ್ತು ಹೇರೋದುವಾಚ ಯೋಹನಃ ಶಿರೋಽಹಮಛಿನದಮ್ ಇದಾನೀಂ ಯಸ್ಯೇದೃಕ್ಕರ್ಮ್ಮಣಾಂ ವಾರ್ತ್ತಾಂ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ನೋಮಿ ಸ ಕಃ? ಅಥ ಸ ತಂ ದ್ರಷ್ಟುಮ್ ಐಚ್ಛತ್|
10 And having returned the apostles related to Him as much as they had done. And having taken them He withdrew by in private into (place solitary *K) (a town being called *N+kO) Bethsaida.
ಅನನ್ತರಂ ಪ್ರೇರಿತಾಃ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಾಗತ್ಯ ಯಾನಿ ಯಾನಿ ಕರ್ಮ್ಮಾಣಿ ಚಕ್ರುಸ್ತಾನಿ ಯೀಶವೇ ಕಥಯಾಮಾಸುಃ ತತಃ ಸ ತಾನ್ ಬೈತ್ಸೈದಾನಾಮಕನಗರಸ್ಯ ವಿಜನಂ ಸ್ಥಾನಂ ನೀತ್ವಾ ಗುಪ್ತಂ ಜಗಾಮ|
11 The now crowds having known [it] they followed Him. and (having received *N+kO) them He was speaking to them concerning the kingdom of God, and those need having of healing He was healing.
ಪಶ್ಚಾಲ್ ಲೋಕಾಸ್ತದ್ ವಿದಿತ್ವಾ ತಸ್ಯ ಪಶ್ಚಾದ್ ಯಯುಃ; ತತಃ ಸ ತಾನ್ ನಯನ್ ಈಶ್ವರೀಯರಾಜ್ಯಸ್ಯ ಪ್ರಸಙ್ಗಮುಕ್ತವಾನ್, ಯೇಷಾಂ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಯಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಮ್ ಆಸೀತ್ ತಾನ್ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಾನ್ ಚಕಾರ ಚ|
12 And the day began to decline. having come then the Twelve said to Him; do dismiss the crowd that (having travelled *N+kO) into the surrounding villages and countryside they may lodge and they may find provisions; for here in a desolate place we are.
ಅಪರಞ್ಚ ದಿವಾವಸನ್ನೇ ಸತಿ ದ್ವಾದಶಶಿಷ್ಯಾ ಯೀಶೋರನ್ತಿಕಮ್ ಏತ್ಯ ಕಥಯಾಮಾಸುಃ, ವಯಮತ್ರ ಪ್ರಾನ್ತರಸ್ಥಾನೇ ತಿಷ್ಠಾಮಃ, ತತೋ ನಗರಾಣಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಣಿ ಗತ್ವಾ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನಾನಿ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ಯ ಭಕ್ಷ್ಯದ್ರವ್ಯಾಣಿ ಕ್ರೇತುಂ ಜನನಿವಹಂ ಭವಾನ್ ವಿಸೃಜತು|
13 He said now to them; do give to them you yourselves to eat. But they said; Not there are to us more than loaves five and fish two, except surely even having gone we ourselves shall buy for all people this food.
ತದಾ ಸ ಉವಾಚ, ಯೂಯಮೇವ ತಾನ್ ಭೇಜಯಧ್ವಂ; ತತಸ್ತೇ ಪ್ರೋಚುರಸ್ಮಾಕಂ ನಿಕಟೇ ಕೇವಲಂ ಪಞ್ಚ ಪೂಪಾ ದ್ವೌ ಮತ್ಸ್ಯೌ ಚ ವಿದ್ಯನ್ತೇ, ಅತಏವ ಸ್ಥಾನಾನ್ತರಮ್ ಇತ್ವಾ ನಿಮಿತ್ತಮೇತೇಷಾಂ ಭಕ್ಷ್ಯದ್ರವ್ಯೇಷು ನ ಕ್ರೀತೇಷು ನ ಭವತಿ|
14 They were for about men five thousand. He said then to the disciples of Him; do make sit down them groups (of about *NO) in fifty.
ತತ್ರ ಪ್ರಾಯೇಣ ಪಞ್ಚಸಹಸ್ರಾಣಿ ಪುರುಷಾ ಆಸನ್|
15 And they did so and (he sat *N+KO) all.
ತದಾ ಸ ಶಿಷ್ಯಾನ್ ಜಗಾದ ಪಞ್ಚಾಶತ್ ಪಞ್ಚಾಶಜ್ಜನೈಃ ಪಂಕ್ತೀಕೃತ್ಯ ತಾನುಪವೇಶಯತ, ತಸ್ಮಾತ್ ತೇ ತದನುಸಾರೇಣ ಸರ್ವ್ವಲೋಕಾನುಪವೇಶಯಾಪಾಸುಃ|
16 Having taken then the five loaves and the two fish, having looked up to the heaven He blessed them and broke [them] and He was giving [them] to the disciples (to set *N+kO) before the crowd.
ತತಃ ಸ ತಾನ್ ಪಞ್ಚ ಪೂಪಾನ್ ಮೀನದ್ವಯಞ್ಚ ಗೃಹೀತ್ವಾ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಂ ವಿಲೋಕ್ಯೇಶ್ವರಗುಣಾನ್ ಕೀರ್ತ್ತಯಾಞ್ಚಕ್ರೇ ಭಙ್ಕ್ತಾ ಚ ಲೋಕೇಭ್ಯಃ ಪರಿವೇಷಣಾರ್ಥಂ ಶಿಷ್ಯೇಷು ಸಮರ್ಪಯಾಮ್ಬಭೂವ|
17 And they ate and were satisfied all, and was taken up that having been a surplus to them of fragments hand-baskets twelve.
ತತಃ ಸರ್ವ್ವೇ ಭುಕ್ತ್ವಾ ತೃಪ್ತಿಂ ಗತಾ ಅವಶಿಷ್ಟಾನಾಞ್ಚ ದ್ವಾದಶ ಡಲ್ಲಕಾನ್ ಸಂಜಗೃಹುಃ|
18 And it came to pass as happening He is praying in solitary were with Him the disciples, and He questioned them saying; Whom Me do pronounce the crowds to be?
ಅಥೈಕದಾ ನಿರ್ಜನೇ ಶಿಷ್ಯೈಃ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಕಾಲೇ ತಾನ್ ಪಪ್ರಚ್ಛ, ಲೋಕಾ ಮಾಂ ಕಂ ವದನ್ತಿ?
19 And answering they said; John the Baptist, others also Elijah, others now that a prophet one of the ancients has arisen.
ತತಸ್ತೇ ಪ್ರಾಚುಃ, ತ್ವಾಂ ಯೋಹನ್ಮಜ್ಜಕಂ ವದನ್ತಿ; ಕೇಚಿತ್ ತ್ವಾಮ್ ಏಲಿಯಂ ವದನ್ತಿ, ಪೂರ್ವ್ವಕಾಲಿಕಃ ಕಶ್ಚಿದ್ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ್ವಾದೀ ಶ್ಮಶಾನಾದ್ ಉದತಿಷ್ಠದ್ ಇತ್ಯಪಿ ಕೇಚಿದ್ ವದನ್ತಿ|
20 He said then to them; You yourselves however whom Me do pronounce to be? Peter then answering said; The Christ of God.
ತದಾ ಸ ಉವಾಚ, ಯೂಯಂ ಮಾಂ ಕಂ ವದಥ? ತತಃ ಪಿತರ ಉಕ್ತವಾನ್ ತ್ವಮ್ ಈಶ್ವರಾಭಿಷಿಕ್ತಃ ಪುರುಷಃ|
21 And having strictly warned to them He instructed [them] to no one (to tell *N+kO) this
ತದಾ ಸ ತಾನ್ ದೃಢಮಾದಿದೇಶ, ಕಥಾಮೇತಾಂ ಕಸ್ಮೈಚಿದಪಿ ಮಾ ಕಥಯತ|
22 having said that It is necessary for the Son of Man many things to suffer and to be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes and to be killed and on the third day (to be raised. *NK+o)
ಸ ಪುನರುವಾಚ, ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರೇಣ ವಹುಯಾತನಾ ಭೋಕ್ತವ್ಯಾಃ ಪ್ರಾಚೀನಲೋಕೈಃ ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕೈರಧ್ಯಾಪಕೈಶ್ಚ ಸೋವಜ್ಞಾಯ ಹನ್ತವ್ಯಃ ಕಿನ್ತು ತೃತೀಯದಿವಸೇ ಶ್ಮಶಾನಾತ್ ತೇನೋತ್ಥಾತವ್ಯಮ್|
23 He was saying then to all; If anyone desires after Me (to come, he should deny *N+kO) himself and he should take up the cross of him every day and he should follow Me.
ಅಪರಂ ಸ ಸರ್ವ್ವಾನುವಾಚ, ಕಶ್ಚಿದ್ ಯದಿ ಮಮ ಪಶ್ಚಾದ್ ಗನ್ತುಂ ವಾಞ್ಛತಿ ತರ್ಹಿ ಸ ಸ್ವಂ ದಾಮ್ಯತು, ದಿನೇ ದಿನೇ ಕ್ರುಶಂ ಗೃಹೀತ್ವಾ ಚ ಮಮ ಪಶ್ಚಾದಾಗಚ್ಛತು|
24 Who[ever] for (maybe *NK+o) shall desire the life of him to save, will lose it; who[ever] however maybe may lose the life of him on account of me, he will save it.
ಯತೋ ಯಃ ಕಶ್ಚಿತ್ ಸ್ವಪ್ರಾಣಾನ್ ರಿರಕ್ಷಿಷತಿ ಸ ತಾನ್ ಹಾರಯಿಷ್ಯತಿ, ಯಃ ಕಶ್ಚಿನ್ ಮದರ್ಥಂ ಪ್ರಾಣಾನ್ ಹಾರಯಿಷ್ಯತಿ ಸ ತಾನ್ ರಕ್ಷಿಷ್ಯತಿ|
25 What for is profited a man having gained the world whole himself now having destroyed or having suffered the loss of?
ಕಶ್ಚಿದ್ ಯದಿ ಸರ್ವ್ವಂ ಜಗತ್ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ನೋತಿ ಕಿನ್ತು ಸ್ವಪ್ರಾಣಾನ್ ಹಾರಯತಿ ಸ್ವಯಂ ವಿನಶ್ಯತಿ ಚ ತರ್ಹಿ ತಸ್ಯ ಕೋ ಲಾಭಃ?
26 Who[ever] for maybe may have been ashamed of Me and My words, him the Son of Man will be ashamed of when He may come in the glory of Himself and of the Father and of the holy angels.
ಪುನ ರ್ಯಃ ಕಶ್ಚಿನ್ ಮಾಂ ಮಮ ವಾಕ್ಯಂ ವಾ ಲಜ್ಜಾಸ್ಪದಂ ಜಾನಾತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರೋ ಯದಾ ಸ್ವಸ್ಯ ಪಿತುಶ್ಚ ಪವಿತ್ರಾಣಾಂ ದೂತಾನಾಞ್ಚ ತೇಜೋಭಿಃ ಪರಿವೇಷ್ಟಿತ ಆಗಮಿಷ್ಯತಿ ತದಾ ಸೋಪಿ ತಂ ಲಜ್ಜಾಸ್ಪದಂ ಜ್ಞಾಸ್ಯತಿ|
27 I say now to you truthfully there are some of those (there *N+kO) already standing who certainly not (may taste *N+kO) of death until maybe they may have seen the kingdom of God.
ಕಿನ್ತು ಯುಷ್ಮಾನಹಂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥಂ ವದಾಮಿ, ಈಶ್ವರೀಯರಾಜತ್ವಂ ನ ದೃಷ್ಟವಾ ಮೃತ್ಯುಂ ನಾಸ್ವಾದಿಷ್ಯನ್ತೇ, ಏತಾದೃಶಾಃ ಕಿಯನ್ತೋ ಲೋಕಾ ಅತ್ರ ಸ್ಥನೇಽಪಿ ದಣ್ಡಾಯಮಾನಾಃ ಸನ್ತಿ|
28 It came to pass now after sayings these about days eight, and having taken Peter and John and James He went up on the mountain to pray.
ಏತದಾಖ್ಯಾನಕಥನಾತ್ ಪರಂ ಪ್ರಾಯೇಣಾಷ್ಟಸು ದಿನೇಷು ಗತೇಷು ಸ ಪಿತರಂ ಯೋಹನಂ ಯಾಕೂಬಞ್ಚ ಗೃಹೀತ್ವಾ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಯಿತುಂ ಪರ್ವ್ವತಮೇಕಂ ಸಮಾರುರೋಹ|
29 And it came to pass during praying by Him the appearance of the face of Him [was] altered, and the clothing of Him white became dazzling.
ಅಥ ತಸ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಕಾಲೇ ತಸ್ಯ ಮುಖಾಕೃತಿರನ್ಯರೂಪಾ ಜಾತಾ, ತದೀಯಂ ವಸ್ತ್ರಮುಜ್ಜ್ವಲಶುಕ್ಲಂ ಜಾತಂ|
30 And behold men two were talking with Him who were Moses and Elijah;
ಅಪರಞ್ಚ ಮೂಸಾ ಏಲಿಯಶ್ಚೋಭೌ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿನೌ ದೃಷ್ಟೌ
31 Those having appeared in glory were speaking of the going out of Him which He was soon to accomplish in Jerusalem.
ತೌ ತೇನ ಯಿರೂಶಾಲಮ್ಪುರೇ ಯೋ ಮೃತ್ಯುಃ ಸಾಧಿಷ್ಯತೇ ತದೀಯಾಂ ಕಥಾಂ ತೇನ ಸಾರ್ದ್ಧಂ ಕಥಯಿತುಮ್ ಆರೇಭಾತೇ|
32 And Peter and those with him were wearied with sleep. having awoken fully then they saw the glory of Him and the two men who already standing with Him.
ತದಾ ಪಿತರಾದಯಃ ಸ್ವಸ್ಯ ಸಙ್ಗಿನೋ ನಿದ್ರಯಾಕೃಷ್ಟಾ ಆಸನ್ ಕಿನ್ತು ಜಾಗರಿತ್ವಾ ತಸ್ಯ ತೇಜಸ್ತೇನ ಸಾರ್ದ್ಧಮ್ ಉತ್ತಿಷ್ಠನ್ತೌ ಜನೌ ಚ ದದೃಶುಃ|
33 And it came to pass in the departing of them from Him said Peter to Jesus; Master, good it is for us here to be, also let us make tabernacles three, one for You and one for Moses and one for Elijah; not knowing what he is saying.
ಅಥ ತಯೋರುಭಯೋ ರ್ಗಮನಕಾಲೇ ಪಿತರೋ ಯೀಶುಂ ಬಭಾಷೇ, ಹೇ ಗುರೋಽಸ್ಮಾಕಂ ಸ್ಥಾನೇಽಸ್ಮಿನ್ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಃ ಶುಭಾ, ತತ ಏಕಾ ತ್ವದರ್ಥಾ, ಏಕಾ ಮೂಸಾರ್ಥಾ, ಏಕಾ ಏಲಿಯಾರ್ಥಾ, ಇತಿ ತಿಸ್ರಃ ಕುಟ್ಯೋಸ್ಮಾಭಿ ರ್ನಿರ್ಮ್ಮೀಯನ್ತಾಂ, ಇಮಾಂ ಕಥಾಂ ಸ ನ ವಿವಿಚ್ಯ ಕಥಯಾಮಾಸ|
34 These things then when he is saying came a cloud and (was overshadowing *N+kO) them. they feared then in the entering (of them *N+kO) into the cloud.
ಅಪರಞ್ಚ ತದ್ವಾಕ್ಯವದನಕಾಲೇ ಪಯೋದ ಏಕ ಆಗತ್ಯ ತೇಷಾಮುಪರಿ ಛಾಯಾಂ ಚಕಾರ, ತತಸ್ತನ್ಮಧ್ಯೇ ತಯೋಃ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತ್ ತೇ ಶಶಙ್ಕಿರೇ|
35 And a voice came out of the cloud saying; This is the Son of Mine the (chosen, *N+KO) to Him do listen.
ತದಾ ತಸ್ಮಾತ್ ಪಯೋದಾದ್ ಇಯಮಾಕಾಶೀಯಾ ವಾಣೀ ನಿರ್ಜಗಾಮ, ಮಮಾಯಂ ಪ್ರಿಯಃ ಪುತ್ರ ಏತಸ್ಯ ಕಥಾಯಾಂ ಮನೋ ನಿಧತ್ತ|
36 And as happening the voice was found Jesus alone. And they themselves were silent and to no [one] they told in those the days no [thing] of what they have seen.
ಇತಿ ಶಬ್ದೇ ಜಾತೇ ತೇ ಯೀಶುಮೇಕಾಕಿನಂ ದದೃಶುಃ ಕಿನ್ತು ತೇ ತದಾನೀಂ ತಸ್ಯ ದರ್ಶನಸ್ಯ ವಾಚಮೇಕಾಮಪಿ ನೋಕ್ತ್ವಾ ಮನಃಸು ಸ್ಥಾಪಯಾಮಾಸುಃ|
37 It came to pass then (in *ko) the next day when were descending they from the mountain met with Him a crowd great.
ಪರೇಽಹನಿ ತೇಷು ತಸ್ಮಾಚ್ಛೈಲಾದ್ ಅವರೂಢೇಷು ತಂ ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ ಕರ್ತ್ತುಂ ಬಹವೋ ಲೋಕಾ ಆಜಗ್ಮುಃ|
38 And behold a man from the crowd (cried *N+kO) saying; Teacher, I implore You (to look *N+kO) upon the son of mine for an only child to me he is;
ತೇಷಾಂ ಮಧ್ಯಾದ್ ಏಕೋ ಜನ ಉಚ್ಚೈರುವಾಚ, ಹೇ ಗುರೋ ಅಹಂ ವಿನಯಂ ಕರೋಮಿ ಮಮ ಪುತ್ರಂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕೃಪಾದೃಷ್ಟಿಂ ಕರೋತು, ಮಮ ಸ ಏವೈಕಃ ಪುತ್ರಃ|
39 And behold a spirit takes him and suddenly he cries out and it throws into convulsions him with foaming and (with difficulty *NK+o) it departs from him bruising him.
ಭೂತೇನ ಧೃತಃ ಸನ್ ಸಂ ಪ್ರಸಭಂ ಚೀಚ್ಛಬ್ದಂ ಕರೋತಿ ತನ್ಮುಖಾತ್ ಫೇಣಾ ನಿರ್ಗಚ್ಛನ್ತಿ ಚ, ಭೂತ ಇತ್ಥಂ ವಿದಾರ್ಯ್ಯ ಕ್ಲಿಷ್ಟ್ವಾ ಪ್ರಾಯಶಸ್ತಂ ನ ತ್ಯಜತಿ|
40 And I begged the disciples of You that (they may cast out *N+kO) it, and not they were able.
ತಸ್ಮಾತ್ ತಂ ಭೂತಂ ತ್ಯಾಜಯಿತುಂ ತವ ಶಿಷ್ಯಸಮೀಪೇ ನ್ಯವೇದಯಂ ಕಿನ್ತು ತೇ ನ ಶೇಕುಃ|
41 Answering now Jesus said, O generation unbelieving and perverted, until when will I be with you and I will bear with you? do bring here the son of you.
ತದಾ ಯೀಶುರವಾದೀತ್, ರೇ ಆವಿಶ್ವಾಸಿನ್ ವಿಪಥಗಾಮಿನ್ ವಂಶ ಕತಿಕಾಲಾನ್ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಭಿಃ ಸಹ ಸ್ಥಾಸ್ಯಾಮ್ಯಹಂ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಮ್ ಆಚರಣಾನಿ ಚ ಸಹಿಷ್ಯೇ? ತವ ಪುತ್ರಮಿಹಾನಯ|
42 While then when is coming near he threw down him the demon and threw [him] into convulsions. Rebuked then Jesus the spirit unclean and healed the boy and gave back him to the father of him.
ತತಸ್ತಸ್ಮಿನ್ನಾಗತಮಾತ್ರೇ ಭೂತಸ್ತಂ ಭೂಮೌ ಪಾತಯಿತ್ವಾ ವಿದದಾರ; ತದಾ ಯೀಶುಸ್ತಮಮೇಧ್ಯಂ ಭೂತಂ ತರ್ಜಯಿತ್ವಾ ಬಾಲಕಂ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಂ ಕೃತ್ವಾ ತಸ್ಯ ಪಿತರಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಯಾಮಾಸ|
43 Were astonished then all at the majesty of God. Of all however wondering at all which (was doing *N+kO) (Jesus *K) He said to the disciples of Him;
ಈಶ್ವರಸ್ಯ ಮಹಾಶಕ್ತಿಮ್ ಇಮಾಂ ವಿಲೋಕ್ಯ ಸರ್ವ್ವೇ ಚಮಚ್ಚಕ್ರುಃ; ಇತ್ಥಂ ಯೀಶೋಃ ಸರ್ವ್ವಾಭಿಃ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಭಿಃ ಸರ್ವ್ವೈರ್ಲೋಕೈರಾಶ್ಚರ್ಯ್ಯೇ ಮನ್ಯಮಾನೇ ಸತಿ ಸ ಶಿಷ್ಯಾನ್ ಬಭಾಷೇ,
44 do implant in yourself you yourselves into the ears of you words these; for the Son of Man is soon to be betrayed into [the] hands of men.
ಕಥೇಯಂ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಕರ್ಣೇಷು ಪ್ರವಿಶತು, ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರೋ ಮನುಷ್ಯಾಣಾಂ ಕರೇಷು ಸಮರ್ಪಯಿಷ್ಯತೇ|
45 But they were not understanding declaration this, and it was veiled from them that not they may understand it. And they were afraid to ask Him concerning declaration this.
ಕಿನ್ತು ತೇ ತಾಂ ಕಥಾಂ ನ ಬುಬುಧಿರೇ, ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟತ್ವಾಭಾವಾತ್ ತಸ್ಯಾ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಸ್ತೇಷಾಂ ಬೋಧಗಮ್ಯೋ ನ ಬಭೂವ; ತಸ್ಯಾ ಆಶಯಃ ಕ ಇತ್ಯಪಿ ತೇ ಭಯಾತ್ ಪ್ರಷ್ಟುಂ ನ ಶೇಕುಃ|
46 Came up then an argument among them this who maybe would be greater of them.
ತದನನ್ತರಂ ತೇಷಾಂ ಮಧ್ಯೇ ಕಃ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠಃ ಕಥಾಮೇತಾಂ ಗೃಹೀತ್ವಾ ತೇ ಮಿಥೋ ವಿವಾದಂ ಚಕ್ರುಃ|
47 But Jesus (knowing *N+kO) the reasoning of the heart of them, having taken hold of (a child *N+kO) set it by Himself
ತತೋ ಯೀಶುಸ್ತೇಷಾಂ ಮನೋಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಂ ವಿದಿತ್ವಾ ಬಾಲಕಮೇಕಂ ಗೃಹೀತ್ವಾ ಸ್ವಸ್ಯ ನಿಕಟೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪಯಿತ್ವಾ ತಾನ್ ಜಗಾದ,
48 and He said to them; Who[ever] (maybe *NK+o) shall receive this child in the name of Me, Me myself receives; and who[ever] (maybe *N+kO) Me myself shall receive, receives the [One] having sent Me. The [one] for least among all you being he (is *N+kO) great.
ಯೋ ಜನೋ ಮಮ ನಾಮ್ನಾಸ್ಯ ಬಾಲಾಸ್ಯಾತಿಥ್ಯಂ ವಿದಧಾತಿ ಸ ಮಮಾತಿಥ್ಯಂ ವಿದಧಾತಿ, ಯಶ್ಚ ಮಮಾತಿಥ್ಯಂ ವಿದಧಾತಿ ಸ ಮಮ ಪ್ರೇರಕಸ್ಯಾತಿಥ್ಯಂ ವಿದಧಾತಿ, ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಮಧ್ಯೇಯಃ ಸ್ವಂ ಸರ್ವ್ವಸ್ಮಾತ್ ಕ್ಷುದ್ರಂ ಜಾನೀತೇ ಸ ಏವ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠೋ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತಿ|
49 Answering now John said; Master, we saw someone (in *N+kO) the name of You casting out demons and (we were forbidding *N+kO) him because not he follows with us.
ಅಪರಞ್ಚ ಯೋಹನ್ ವ್ಯಾಜಹಾರ ಹೇ ಪ್ರಭೇ ತವ ನಾಮ್ನಾ ಭೂತಾನ್ ತ್ಯಾಜಯನ್ತಂ ಮಾನುಷಮ್ ಏಕಂ ದೃಷ್ಟವನ್ತೋ ವಯಂ, ಕಿನ್ತ್ವಸ್ಮಾಕಮ್ ಅಪಶ್ಚಾದ್ ಗಾಮಿತ್ವಾತ್ ತಂ ನ್ಯಷೇಧಾಮ್| ತದಾನೀಂ ಯೀಶುರುವಾಚ,
50 (and *k) Said (then *no) to him Jesus; Not do forbid; who[ever] for not is against (you *N+KO) for (you *N+KO) is.
ತಂ ಮಾ ನಿಷೇಧತ, ಯತೋ ಯೋ ಜನೋಸ್ಮಾಕಂ ನ ವಿಪಕ್ಷಃ ಸ ಏವಾಸ್ಮಾಕಂ ಸಪಕ್ಷೋ ಭವತಿ|
51 It came to pass then in the completing the days of the ascension of Him that He himself the face (of him *ko) steadfastly set to go to Jerusalem.
ಅನನ್ತರಂ ತಸ್ಯಾರೋಹಣಸಮಯ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತೇ ಸ ಸ್ಥಿರಚೇತಾ ಯಿರೂಶಾಲಮಂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯಾತ್ರಾಂ ಕರ್ತ್ತುಂ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ್ಯಾಗ್ರೇ ದೂತಾನ್ ಪ್ರೇಷಯಾಮಾಸ|
52 And He sent messengers before [the] face of Him. And having gone they entered into a village of the Samaritans (so as *N+kO) to make ready for Him.
ತಸ್ಮಾತ್ ತೇ ಗತ್ವಾ ತಸ್ಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನೀಯದ್ರವ್ಯಾಣಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹೀತುಂ ಶೋಮಿರೋಣೀಯಾನಾಂ ಗ್ರಾಮಂ ಪ್ರವಿವಿಶುಃ|
53 And not they did receive Him because the face of Him was [as] going toward Jerusalem.
ಕಿನ್ತು ಸ ಯಿರೂಶಾಲಮಂ ನಗರಂ ಯಾತಿ ತತೋ ಹೇತೋ ರ್ಲೋಕಾಸ್ತಸ್ಯಾತಿಥ್ಯಂ ನ ಚಕ್ರುಃ|
54 Having seen [it] now the disciples (of him *ko) James and John said; Lord, do you want [that] we may call fire to come down from heaven and to consume them (as and Elijah did? *K)
ಅತಏವ ಯಾಕೂಬ್ಯೋಹನೌ ತಸ್ಯ ಶಿಷ್ಯೌ ತದ್ ದೃಷ್ಟ್ವಾ ಜಗದತುಃ, ಹೇ ಪ್ರಭೋ ಏಲಿಯೋ ಯಥಾ ಚಕಾರ ತಥಾ ವಯಮಪಿ ಕಿಂ ಗಗಣಾದ್ ಆಗನ್ತುಮ್ ಏತಾನ್ ಭಸ್ಮೀಕರ್ತ್ತುಞ್ಚ ವಹ್ನಿಮಾಜ್ಞಾಪಯಾಮಃ? ಭವಾನ್ ಕಿಮಿಚ್ಛತಿ?
55 Having turned then He rebuked them (and said not you know such as spirit are you yourselves. *K)
ಕಿನ್ತು ಸ ಮುಖಂ ಪರಾವರ್ತ್ಯ ತಾನ್ ತರ್ಜಯಿತ್ವಾ ಗದಿತವಾನ್ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಮನೋಭಾವಃ ಕಃ, ಇತಿ ಯೂಯಂ ನ ಜಾನೀಥ|
56 (for the son of man not came souls of men to destroy but to save. *K) and they went to another village.
ಮನುಜಸುತೋ ಮನುಜಾನಾಂ ಪ್ರಾಣಾನ್ ನಾಶಯಿತುಂ ನಾಗಚ್ಛತ್, ಕಿನ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಿತುಮ್ ಆಗಚ್ಛತ್| ಪಶ್ಚಾದ್ ಇತರಗ್ರಾಮಂ ತೇ ಯಯುಃ|
57 (And *no) (it came to pass *KO) (now *k) when are going they along the road said someone to Him; I will follow You wherever (maybe *N+kO) You shall go (Lord. *K)
ತದನನ್ತರಂ ಪಥಿ ಗಮನಕಾಲೇ ಜನ ಏಕಸ್ತಂ ಬಭಾಷೇ, ಹೇ ಪ್ರಭೋ ಭವಾನ್ ಯತ್ರ ಯಾತಿ ಭವತಾ ಸಹಾಹಮಪಿ ತತ್ರ ಯಾಸ್ಯಾಮಿ|
58 And said to him Jesus; The foxes holes have, and the birds of the air nests; but the Son of Man not has where the head He may lay.
ತದಾನೀಂ ಯೀಶುಸ್ತಮುವಾಚ, ಗೋಮಾಯೂನಾಂ ಗರ್ತ್ತಾ ಆಸತೇ, ವಿಹಾಯಸೀಯವಿಹಗಾನಾಂ ನೀಡಾನಿ ಚ ಸನ್ತಿ, ಕಿನ್ತು ಮಾನವತನಯಸ್ಯ ಶಿರಃ ಸ್ಥಾಪಯಿತುಂ ಸ್ಥಾನಂ ನಾಸ್ತಿ|
59 He said then to another; do follow Me. But he said; Lord do allow me having gone away first to bury the father of mine.
ತತಃ ಪರಂ ಸ ಇತರಜನಂ ಜಗಾದ, ತ್ವಂ ಮಮ ಪಶ್ಚಾದ್ ಏಹಿ; ತತಃ ಸ ಉವಾಚ, ಹೇ ಪ್ರಭೋ ಪೂರ್ವ್ವಂ ಪಿತರಂ ಶ್ಮಶಾನೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪಯಿತುಂ ಮಾಮಾದಿಶತು|
60 He said then to him (Jesus: *K) do leave the dead to bury the their own dead. you yourself however having gone forth do declare the kingdom of God.
ತದಾ ಯೀಶುರುವಾಚ, ಮೃತಾ ಮೃತಾನ್ ಶ್ಮಶಾನೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪಯನ್ತು ಕಿನ್ತು ತ್ವಂ ಗತ್ವೇಶ್ವರೀಯರಾಜ್ಯಸ್ಯ ಕಥಾಂ ಪ್ರಚಾರಯ|
61 Said then also another; I will follow You, Lord; first however do allow me to bid farewell to those at the home of mine.
ತತೋನ್ಯಃ ಕಥಯಾಮಾಸ, ಹೇ ಪ್ರಭೋ ಮಯಾಪಿ ಭವತಃ ಪಶ್ಚಾದ್ ಗಂಸ್ಯತೇ, ಕಿನ್ತು ಪೂರ್ವ್ವಂ ಮಮ ನಿವೇಶನಸ್ಯ ಪರಿಜನಾನಾಮ್ ಅನುಮತಿಂ ಗ್ರಹೀತುಮ್ ಅಹಮಾದಿಶ್ಯೈ ಭವತಾ|
62 Said then to him Jesus: No [one] having laid the hand (of him *ko) upon [the] plow and looking on the [things] back suitable is (for *k) (the kingdom *N+kO) of God.
ತದಾನೀಂ ಯೀಶುಸ್ತಂ ಪ್ರೋಕ್ತವಾನ್, ಯೋ ಜನೋ ಲಾಙ್ಗಲೇ ಕರಮರ್ಪಯಿತ್ವಾ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ ಪಶ್ಯತಿ ಸ ಈಶ್ವರೀಯರಾಜ್ಯಂ ನಾರ್ಹತಿ|
