Luke 5
1 It came to pass then in the crowd pressing on Him (also *N+KO) to hear the word of God and He himself was already standing by the lake of Gennesaret
அநந்தரம்’ யீஸு²ரேகதா³ கி³நேஷரத்²த³ஸ்ய தீர உத்திஷ்ட²தி, ததா³ லோகா ஈஸ்²வரீயகதா²ம்’ ஸ்²ரோதும்’ தது³பரி ப்ரபதிதா: |
2 and He saw two boats already lying by the lake. but the fishermen from them having gone out (were washing *N+kO) the nets.
ததா³நீம்’ ஸ ஹ்த³ஸ்ய தீரஸமீபே நௌத்³வயம்’ த³த³ர்ஸ² கிஞ்ச மத்ஸ்யோபஜீவிநோ நாவம்’ விஹாய ஜாலம்’ ப்ரக்ஷாலயந்தி|
3 Having climbed then into one of the boats which was (of the *k) Simon’s, He asked him from the land to put off a little. (and *ko) Having sat down (then *no) from the boat He was teaching the crowds.
ததஸ்தயோர்த்³வயோ ர்மத்⁴யே ஸி²மோநோ நாவமாருஹ்ய தீராத் கிஞ்சித்³தூ³ரம்’ யாதும்’ தஸ்மிந் விநயம்’ க்ரு’த்வா நௌகாயாமுபவிஸ்²ய லோகாந் ப்ரோபதி³ஷ்டவாந்|
4 When then He left off speaking He said to Simon; do put off into the deep and do lower the nets of you for a catch.
பஸ்²சாத் தம்’ ப்ரஸ்தாவம்’ ஸமாப்ய ஸ ஸி²மோநம்’ வ்யாஜஹார, க³பீ⁴ரம்’ ஜலம்’ க³த்வா மத்ஸ்யாந் த⁴ர்த்தும்’ ஜாலம்’ நிக்ஷிப|
5 And answering Simon said (to him: *ko) Master, through whole night having toiled no [thing] have we taken, at however the declaration of You I will let down (the *N+kO) (nets. *N+KO)
தத: ஸி²மோந ப³பா⁴ஷே, ஹே கு³ரோ யத்³யபி வயம்’ க்ரு’த்ஸ்நாம்’ யாமிநீம்’ பரிஸ்²ரம்ய மத்ஸ்யைகமபி ந ப்ராப்தாஸ்ததா²பி ப⁴வதோ நிதே³ஸ²தோ ஜாலம்’ க்ஷிபாம: |
6 And this having done they enclosed a multitude of fishes great; were breaking now (the *N+kO) (nets *N+KO) of them.
அத² ஜாலே க்ஷிப்தே ப³ஹுமத்ஸ்யபதநாத்³ ஆநாய: ப்ரச்சி²ந்ந: |
7 And they beckoned to the partners (to the *k) in the other boat having come to help them. and they came and filled both the boats so that [were] sinking they.
தஸ்மாத்³ உபகர்த்தும் அந்யநௌஸ்தா²ந் ஸங்கி³ந ஆயாதும் இங்கி³தேந ஸமாஹ்வயந் ததஸ்த ஆக³த்ய மத்ஸ்யை ர்நௌத்³வயம்’ ப்ரபூரயாமாஸு ர்யை ர்நௌத்³வயம்’ ப்ரமக்³நம்|
8 Having seen now Simon Peter fell at the knees of Jesus saying; do depart from me, for a man sinful am I, Lord.
ததா³ ஸி²மோந்பிதரஸ்தத்³ விலோக்ய யீஸோ²ஸ்²சரணயோ: பதித்வா, ஹே ப்ரபோ⁴ஹம்’ பாபீ நரோ மம நிகடாத்³ ப⁴வாந் யாது, இதி கதி²தவாந்|
9 Amazement for laid hold on him and on all those with him at the catch of the fish (which *N+kO) they had taken,
யதோ ஜாலே பதிதாநாம்’ மத்ஸ்யாநாம்’ யூதா²த் ஸி²மோந் தத்ஸங்கி³நஸ்²ச சமத்க்ரு’தவந்த: ; ஸி²மோந: ஸஹகாரிணௌ ஸிவதே³: புத்ரௌ யாகூப்³ யோஹந் சேமௌ தாத்³ரு’ஸௌ² ப³பூ⁴வது: |
10 likewise now also James and John [the] sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And said to Simon Jesus; Not do fear; from now on men you will be catching.
ததா³ யீஸு²: ஸி²மோநம்’ ஜகா³த³ மா பை⁴ஷீரத்³யாரப்⁴ய த்வம்’ மநுஷ்யத⁴ரோ ப⁴விஷ்யஸி|
11 And having brought the boats to the land, having left (all [things] *N+kO) they followed Him.
அநந்தரம்’ ஸர்வ்வாஸு நௌஸு தீரம் ஆநீதாஸு தே ஸர்வ்வாந் பரித்யஜ்ய தஸ்ய பஸ்²சாத்³கா³மிநோ ப³பூ⁴வு: |
12 And it came to pass in being Him in one of the cities that behold a man full of leprosy; (and *ko) having seen (then *no) Jesus, having fallen upon [his] face begged Him saying; Lord, if You shall be willing, You are able me to cleanse.
தத: பரம்’ யீஸௌ² கஸ்மிம்’ஸ்²சித் புரே திஷ்ட²தி ஜந ஏக: ஸர்வ்வாங்க³குஷ்ட²ஸ்தம்’ விலோக்ய தஸ்ய ஸமீபே ந்யுப்³ஜ: பதித்வா ஸவிநயம்’ வக்துமாரேபே⁴, ஹே ப்ரபோ⁴ யதி³ ப⁴வாநிச்ச²தி தர்ஹி மாம்’ பரிஷ்கர்த்தும்’ ஸ²க்நோதி|
13 And having stretched out the hand He touched him (saying; *N+kO) I am willing, do be cleansed. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
ததா³நீம்’ ஸ பாணிம்’ ப்ரஸார்ய்ய தத³ங்க³ம்’ ஸ்ப்ரு’ஸ²ந் ப³பா⁴ஷே த்வம்’ பரிஷ்க்ரியஸ்வேதி மமேச்சா²ஸ்தி ததஸ்தத்க்ஷணம்’ ஸ குஷ்டா²த் முக்த: |
14 And He himself ordered him no one to tell But having gone do show yourself to the priest and do offer for the cleansing of you even as commanded Moses for a testimony to them.
பஸ்²சாத் ஸ தமாஜ்ஞாபயாமாஸ கதா²மிமாம்’ கஸ்மைசித்³ அகத²யித்வா யாஜகஸ்ய ஸமீபஞ்ச க³த்வா ஸ்வம்’ த³ர்ஸ²ய, லோகேப்⁴யோ நிஜபரிஷ்க்ரு’தத்வஸ்ய ப்ரமாணதா³நாய மூஸாஜ்ஞாநுஸாரேண த்³ரவ்யமுத்ம்ரு’ஜஸ்வ ச|
15 Was spread abroad now still more the report concerning Him; and were coming crowds great to hear and to be healed (by him *K) from the sicknesses of them;
ததா²பி யீஸோ²: ஸுக்²யாதி ர்ப³ஹு வ்யாப்துமாரேபே⁴ கிஞ்ச தஸ்ய கதா²ம்’ ஸ்²ரோதும்’ ஸ்வீயரோகே³ப்⁴யோ மோக்துஞ்ச லோகா ஆஜக்³மு: |
16 He Himself now was withdrawing into the wilderness and praying.
அத² ஸ ப்ராந்தரம்’ க³த்வா ப்ரார்த²யாஞ்சக்ரே|
17 And it came to pass on one of the days that He himself was teaching; and there were sitting by Pharisees and teachers of the law who were already coming out of every village of Galilee and of Judea and of Jerusalem, And [the] power of [the] Lord was with to heal (Him. *N+KO)
அபரஞ்ச ஏகதா³ யீஸு²ருபதி³ஸ²தி, ஏதர்ஹி கா³லீல்யிஹூதா³ப்ரதே³ஸ²யோ: ஸர்வ்வநக³ரேப்⁴யோ யிரூஸா²லமஸ்²ச கியந்த: பி²ரூஸி²லோகா வ்யவஸ்தா²பகாஸ்²ச ஸமாக³த்ய தத³ந்திகே ஸமுபவிவிஸு²: , தஸ்மிந் காலே லோகாநாமாரோக்³யகாரணாத் ப்ரபோ⁴: ப்ரபா⁴வ: ப்ரசகாஸே²|
18 And behold men carrying upon a mat a man who was paralyzed, and they were seeking him to bring in and to place him before Him.
பஸ்²சாத் கியந்தோ லோகா ஏகம்’ பக்ஷாகா⁴திநம்’ க²ட்வாயாம்’ நிதா⁴ய யீஸோ²: ஸமீபமாநேதும்’ ஸம்முகே² ஸ்தா²பயிதுஞ்ச வ்யாப்ரியந்த|
19 And not having found (through *k) what way they may bring in him on account of the crowd, having gone up on the housetop through the tiles they let down him with the mat into the midst before Jesus.
கிந்து ப³ஹுஜநநிவஹஸம்வாதா⁴த் ந ஸ²க்நுவந்தோ க்³ரு’ஹோபரி க³த்வா க்³ரு’ஹப்ரு’ஷ்ட²ம்’ க²நித்வா தம்’ பக்ஷாகா⁴திநம்’ ஸக²ட்வம்’ க்³ரு’ஹமத்⁴யே யீஸோ²: ஸம்முகே² (அ)வரோஹயாமாஸு: |
20 And having seen the faith of them He said (to him: *k) Man, have been forgiven you the sins of you.
ததா³ யீஸு²ஸ்தேஷாம் ஈத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ விஸ்²வாஸம்’ விலோக்ய தம்’ பக்ஷாகா⁴திநம்’ வ்யாஜஹார, ஹே மாநவ தவ பாபமக்ஷம்யத|
21 And began to reason the scribes and the Pharisees saying; Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who is able sins (to forgive *N+kO) only except [the] sole God?
தஸ்மாத்³ அத்⁴யாபகா: பி²ரூஸி²நஸ்²ச சித்தைரித்த²ம்’ ப்ரசிந்திதவந்த: , ஏஷ ஜந ஈஸ்²வரம்’ நிந்த³தி கோயம்’? கேவலமீஸ்²வரம்’ விநா பாபம்’ க்ஷந்தும்’ க: ஸ²க்நோதி?
22 Having known now Jesus the reasonings of them answering He said to them; Why reason you in the hearts of you?
ததா³ யீஸு²ஸ்தேஷாம் இத்த²ம்’ சிந்தநம்’ விதி³த்வா தேப்⁴யோகத²யத்³ யூயம்’ மநோபி⁴: குதோ விதர்கயத²?
23 Which is easier, to say; Have been forgiven you the sins of you, or to say; (do arise *N+kO) and do walk?
தவ பாபக்ஷமா ஜாதா யத்³வா த்வமுத்தா²ய வ்ரஜ ஏதயோ ர்மத்⁴யே கா கதா² ஸுகத்²யா?
24 That however you may know that the Son of Man authority has on the earth to forgive sins, He said to the [one] paralyzed; To you I say, (do arise *N+kO) and having taken up the mat of you, do go to the house of you.
கிந்து ப்ரு’தி²வ்யாம்’ பாபம்’ க்ஷந்தும்’ மாநவஸுதஸ்ய ஸாமர்த்²யமஸ்தீதி யதா² யூயம்’ ஜ்ஞாதும்’ ஸ²க்நுத² தத³ர்த²ம்’ (ஸ தம்’ பக்ஷாகா⁴திநம்’ ஜகா³த³) உத்திஷ்ட² ஸ்வஸ²ய்யாம்’ க்³ரு’ஹீத்வா க்³ரு’ஹம்’ யாஹீதி த்வாமாதி³ஸா²மி|
25 And immediately having stood up before them, having taken up [that] on (which *N+kO) he was lying, he departed to the home of him glorifying God.
தஸ்மாத் ஸ தத்க்ஷணம் உத்தா²ய ஸர்வ்வேஷாம்’ ஸாக்ஷாத் நிஜஸ²யநீயம்’ க்³ரு’ஹீத்வா ஈஸ்²வரம்’ த⁴ந்யம்’ வத³ந் நிஜநிவேஸ²நம்’ யயௌ|
26 And amazement seized all, and they were glorifying God and were filled with fear saying that We have seen remarkable things today.
தஸ்மாத் ஸர்வ்வே விஸ்மய ப்ராப்தா மந: ஸு பீ⁴தாஸ்²ச வயமத்³யாஸம்ப⁴வகார்ய்யாண்யத³ர்ஸா²ம இத்யுக்த்வா பரமேஸ்²வரம்’ த⁴ந்யம்’ ப்ரோதி³தா: |
27 And after these things He went forth and He saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax booth and He said to him; do follow Me.
தத: பரம்’ ப³ஹிர்க³ச்ச²ந் கரஸஞ்சயஸ்தா²நே லேவிநாமாநம்’ கரஸஞ்சாயகம்’ த்³ரு’ஷ்ட்வா யீஸு²ஸ்தமபி⁴த³தே⁴ மம பஸ்²சாதே³ஹி|
28 And having left (all [things] *N+kO) having arisen (he was following *N+kO) Him.
தஸ்மாத் ஸ தத்க்ஷணாத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ பரித்யஜ்ய தஸ்ய பஸ்²சாதி³யாய|
29 And made a banquet great Levi for Him in the house of him, and there was a multitude great of tax collectors and others who were with them reclining.
அநந்தரம்’ லேவி ர்நிஜக்³ரு’ஹே தத³ர்த²ம்’ மஹாபோ⁴ஜ்யம்’ சகார, ததா³ தை: ஸஹாநேகே கரஸஞ்சாயிநஸ்தத³ந்யலோகாஸ்²ச போ⁴க்துமுபவிவிஸு²: |
30 And were grumbling the Pharisees and the scribes of them at the disciples of Him saying; Because of why with the tax collectors and sinners do you eat and drink?
தஸ்மாத் காரணாத் சண்டா³லாநாம்’ பாபிலோகாநாஞ்ச ஸங்கே³ யூயம்’ குதோ ப⁴ம்’க்³த்⁴வே பிவத² சேதி கதா²ம்’ கத²யித்வா பி²ரூஸி²நோ(அ)த்⁴யாபகாஸ்²ச தஸ்ய ஸி²ஷ்யை: ஸஹ வாக்³யுத்³த⁴ம்’ கர்த்துமாரேபி⁴ரே|
31 And answering Jesus said to them; No need have those being well of a physician but those sick being.
தஸ்மாத்³ யீஸு²ஸ்தாந் ப்ரத்யவோசத்³ அரோக³லோகாநாம்’ சிகித்ஸகேந ப்ரயோஜநம்’ நாஸ்தி கிந்து ஸரோகா³ணாமேவ|
32 Not I have come to call righteous [ones] but sinners to repentance.
அஹம்’ தா⁴ர்ம்மிகாந் ஆஹ்வாதும்’ நாக³தோஸ்மி கிந்து மந: பராவர்த்தயிதும்’ பாபிந ஏவ|
33 And they said to Him; (through why *KO) The disciples of John fast often and prayers make, likewise also those of the Pharisees, those however of You eat and drink.
ததஸ்தே ப்ரோசு: , யோஹந: பி²ரூஸி²நாஞ்ச ஸி²ஷ்யா வாரம்’வாரம் உபவஸந்தி ப்ரார்த²யந்தே ச கிந்து தவ ஸி²ஷ்யா: குதோ பு⁴ஞ்ஜதே பிவந்தி ச?
34 And (Jesus *no) said to them; Not are you able the sons of the bridechamber in which [time] the bridegroom with them is, to make (to fast? *N+kO)
ததா³ ஸ தாநாசக்²யௌ வரே ஸங்கே³ திஷ்ட²தி வரஸ்ய ஸகி²க³ணம்’ கிமுபவாஸயிதும்’ ஸ²க்நுத²?
35 Will come however days also when may be taken away from them the bridegroom, then they will fast in those days.
கிந்து யதா³ தேஷாம்’ நிகடாத்³ வரோ நேஷ்யதே ததா³ தே ஸமுபவத்ஸ்யந்தி|
36 He was speaking now also a parable to them that No [one] a piece (of *no) a garment new (having torn *NO) puts [it] on a garment old; lest then except indeed also the new (will tear, *N+kO) and to the old not (it will match *N+kO) (the *no) piece of the new.
ஸோபரமபி த்³ரு’ஷ்டாந்தம்’ கத²யாம்ப³பூ⁴வ புராதநவஸ்த்ரே கோபி நுதநவஸ்த்ரம்’ ந ஸீவ்யதி யதஸ்தேந ஸேவநேந ஜீர்ணவஸ்த்ரம்’ சி²த்³யதே, நூதநபுராதநவஸ்த்ரயோ ர்மேலஞ்ச ந ப⁴வதி|
37 And no [one] puts wine new into wineskins old; lest then except indeed will burst the wine new the wineskins and it will be spilled out, and the wineskins will be destroyed;
புராதந்யாம்’ குத்வாம்’ கோபி நுதநம்’ த்³ராக்ஷாரஸம்’ ந நித³தா⁴தி, யதோ நவீநத்³ராக்ஷாரஸஸ்ய தேஜஸா புராதநீ குதூ ர்விதீ³ர்ய்யதே ததோ த்³ராக்ஷாரஸ: பததி குதூஸ்²ச நஸ்²யதி|
38 But wine new into wineskins fresh must be put (and both are preserved. *KO)
ததோ ஹேதோ ர்நூதந்யாம்’ குத்வாம்’ நவீநத்³ராக்ஷாரஸ: நிதா⁴தவ்யஸ்தேநோப⁴யஸ்ய ரக்ஷா ப⁴வதி|
39 And no [one] having drunk old [wine] (immediately *K) desires new, he says for; The old (good *N+kO) is.
அபரஞ்ச புராதநம்’ த்³ராக்ஷாரஸம்’ பீத்வா கோபி நூதநம்’ ந வாஞ்ச²தி, யத: ஸ வக்தி நூதநாத் புராதநம் ப்ரஸ²ஸ்தம்|
