Luke 22
1 Was drawing near now the Feast of Unleavened [Bread] which is being named Passover,

2 And were seeking the chief priests and the scribes how they may execute him; they were afraid for of the people.

3 Entered then Satan into Judas who (is being called *N+kO) Iscariot being of the number of the Twelve.

4 And having gone away he spoke with the chief priests and (the *k) captains how to them he may betray Him.
Yuda ayei jadiliana ni akolo ba Mkuhani namna ambavyo abakabizi Yesu kwabe.
5 And they rejoiced and they agreed with him money to give.

6 And he promised and was seeking opportunity to betray Him apart from [a] crowd to them.

7 Came then the day of Unleavened [Bread] on which it was necessary for to be sacrificed the Passover lamb.

8 And He sent Peter and John having said; Having gone do prepare for us the Passover that we may eat [it].
Yesu awatumite Petro ni Yohana abayite, “Muyende mukatualie chakulya cha Pasaka linga tuiche tulyee.”
9 And they said to Him; Where do you want [that] (we may prepare? *NK+o)
Banokiye “kwako upala tugapangi ago maandalizi?”
10 And He said to them; Behold when are entering you into the city will meet you a man a pitcher of water carrying. do follow him into the house (into *no) (which *N+kO) he enters;
Ayangwi, mupikani, pampala jingya mjini mnalome ambaye apotwi kibega sa mase akolyana namwe. Munkingame pene nyumba ambayo ajingya.
11 and you will say to the master of the house; Says to you the Teacher; Where is the guest room where the Passover with the disciples of Mine I may eat?
Boka po mummakiye bwana wa nyumba, “Mwalimu akubakiya, ki kwako chumba cha ageni, mahali ambapo nalya pasaka ni benepunzi bango?”
12 And he And he you will show an upper room large furnished; there do prepare.
Aalangya chumba cha ghorofa ambacho kibile tayari, mupange maandalizi mwoo.
13 Having gone then they found [it] even as (He had said *N+kO) to them, and they prepared the Passover.
Nga nyo bayei, ni kolya kila kilebe kati mwabayite, Nga andaa chakulya cha Pasaka.
14 And when was come the hour, He reclined and the (twelve *K) apostles with Him.
Muda pauikite atamii ni balo mitume.
15 And He said to them; With desire I have desired this Passover to eat with you before I to suffe;
Nga aabakiya nina umu ngolo ya lya sikukuu yii ya Pasaka ni mwenga kabla ya teselwa kwango.
16 I say for to you that (no longer no longer *KO) certainly not shall I eat (from *k) (it *N+kO) until when it may be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
Kwa maana nenda kuwabakiya nilya kae mpaka paipatimizwa katika ufalme wa Nnongo.”
17 And having received [the] cup having given thanks He said; do take this and do divide [it] (among *no) (yourselves; *N+kO)
Boka po Yesu atitola kikombe, napayomwile shukuru, ngabaya mutole chei ni mmagane mwenga kwa mwenga.
18 I say for to you; that certainly not shall I drink (from *NO) (now *NO) of the (fruit *N+kO) of the vine until (that [time] *N+kO) the kingdom of God may come.
Kwa maana nenda kuwabakiya ninywaa kwaa kae mzao wa mzabibu, mpaka ufalme wa Nnongo paupalaicha.”
19 And having taken [the] bread having given thanks He broke [it] and He gave to them saying; This is the body of Mine which for you is given; this do perform in the My remembrance.
Nga atola nkate ni payomwile shukuru ngaumetwa nkate ni kuapeya ngabaya yinu nga ambayo upiyilwe kwa ajili yinu, mupange nyaa kwa kunikumbukya nenga.
20 and the cup likewise after the eating saying; This cup [is] the new covenant in the blood of Me which for you is being poured out.
Atweti kikombe nyonyo baada ya chakulya cha kiloo abayite, “kikombe chii nga lilagano lya yambe. Katika damu yango ambayo ipenganike kwaajili yinu.
21 But behold the hand of the [one] betraying Me [is] with Me on the table.
Lakini mulinge, Yulo ywanisaliti abile pamope namwe pameza.
22 (For *N+kO) the Son indeed of man according to that determined goes; but woe to the man that [one] through whom He is betrayed.
Kwa maana mwana wa Adamu wa kweli ayenda zake kati mwaamulikwe. Lakini ole kwa mundu yulo ambaye pitya ywembe mwana wa Adamu asalitiwa!”
23 And they themselves began to question among themselves who then it would be of them who this is about to do.
Batumbwi lokiana bene kwa bene nyai miongoni mwabe ywa panga jambo leno.
24 There was then also a dispute among them, which of them is thought to be [the] greatest.
Kisha wapitike ntau katikati yabe kwamba ni nyai ywatu kitya panga jambo lino.
25 And He said to them; The kings of the Gentiles rule over them, and those exercising authority over them benefactors are called.
Aabakiye, “Afalme ba bandu ba mataifa baina ubwana usu bembe, na balo bene mamlaka usu bembe, bakemelwa aheshimiwa atawala.
26 You however not thus [shall be], Instead the greater among you (he should become *N+kO) as the younger, and the [one] leading as the [one] serving.
Lakini ipalikwa kwaa kabisa nyaa kwinu mwenga. Badala yake, lika yulo ambaye nga nkolo kati yinu abe kati nchini. Ni yolo ambaye nga wa muhimu muno abe kati ywatumukya.
27 Who for [is] greater, the [one] reclining or the [one] serving? Surely the [one] reclining? I myself however in [the] midst of you am as the [One] serving.
Kwasababu ywaku nkolo, yolo ywatama pameza au yolo ywatumika? Buli yolo kwaa ywatama pameza? Ni nenga balo ni kati yinu ywa tumika.
28 You yourselves now are those having remained with Me in the trials of Mine.
Lakini mwenga nga ambao muyendelya na nee katika majaribu yango.
29 And I myself And I myself appoint to you even as appointed to Me the Father of Mine a kingdom,
Nenda kuwapea mwenga ufalme kati nyalo Tati pambeile nenga ufalme, Kwamba mupale lya na nywa pameza yango kwene ufalme wango.
30 so that you may eat and may drink at the table of Mine in the kingdom of Mine and (will sit *N+k+o) on thrones the twelve tribes judging of Israel.
Ni mwatamaa kwene iti ya enzi kamuhi hukumu kabila komi ni ibele ya Israeli.
31 (said now Lord: *KO) Simon Simon, Behold Satan demanded to have all of you to sift like wheat.
Simoni, Simoni, utange kwamba, nchela alobite abatweti ni abapepete kati ngano.
32 I myself however begged for you that not (may fail *N+kO) the faith of you. and you yourself when you have turned back do strengthen the brothers of you.
Lakini natiloba kwaajili yawenga, kuwa imani yako kana ishindilwe. Baada ya ubi ukelebukye kae, waimarishe alongo bako.”
33 And he said to Him; Lord, with You ready I am both to prison and to death to go.
Petro kammakiya, “Ngwana, nibile tayari yendya ni wenga mu'rigereza ni hata nkati ya kiwo,”
34 And He said; I tell you Peter, certainly (not *k) (will crow *N+kO) today [the] rooster (until *N+kO) three times Me you may deny (not *k) to know
Yesu kanyangwa, “Nakubakiya, Petro, nkoko awikile kwaa lino, kabla ya wenga kunikana mara tatu kati unitangite nenga.”
35 And He said to them; When I sent you without purse and bag and sandals, not anything did you lack? And they said; No [thing].
Boka po Yesu ngaamakiye, “Niwapelekile mwenga bila mfuko, itondo cha chakulya, au ilatu, je mwapungukilwe ni milebe? Kabayangwa “Ntopo”
36 He said (then *N+kO) to them; But now the [one] having a purse he should take [it], likewise also a bag; and the [one] not having (he should sell *NK+o) the cloak of him and (he should buy *NK+o) a sword.
Boka po atikwabakiya, “Lakini, kila ywabile ni mfuko, ni autole pamope ni itondo ya chakulya. Yolo ywabile kwaa ni kyembe impalike auze nganju yake na apeme limo.
37 I say for to you that (still *k) this which [was] written it behooves to be accomplished in Me myself, And with [the] lawless He was reckoned.’ And for (the [thing] *N+KO) concerning Me an end have.
Kwa mana nendakwabakiya, gote gaandikilwe nnani yango lazima gapangilwe,'Na atolelwa kati mundu ywavunja torati.' Kwa mana chelo chatabililwe nnani yangu chalowa timizwa.”
38 And they said; Lord, behold swords here [are] two. And He said to them; Enough it is.
Boka po kababaya, “Ngwana. lola! Pabile ni panga ibele pano.”Na atikwabakiwa “Yatosha.”
39 And having gone forth He went according to the custom to the Mount of Olives. followed then Him also the disciples (of him. *k)
Baada ya chakulya sa kitamunyo, Yesu ayei, kati yabile panga kila muda, kayenda kukitombe sa Mizeituni, ni anapunzi bake kabakangama.
40 Having come then to the place He said to them; do pray not to enter into temptation.
Pabaikite, atikwamakiya,'Mulobe kwambe kana muyingii mu'majaribu.”
41 And He himself withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and having fallen on the knees He was praying
Ayei mbale ni anapunzi kati patomboka liwe laulwilwe, kapiga magoti ni kuloba,
42 saying; Father, if You are willing (do take away *N+kO) this cup from Me; Yet not [be done] the will of Me but of You (should be [done]. *N+kO)
kabaya, “Tate, mana upala, ukiboi chelo kikombe. Lakini kati nipala kwaa nenga, lakini mapenzi gako gapangike.”
43 Appeared then to Him an angel from heaven strengthening Him.
Boka po malaika boka kumaunde atikuntokiya, kampeya ngupu.
44 And having been in agony more earnestly He was praying. (And *no) became (now *ko) the sweat of Him like great drops of blood falling down upon the ground.

45 And having risen up from the prayer, having come to the disciples He found sleeping them from the grief

46 and He said to them; Why are you sleeping? Having risen up do pray that not you may enter into temptation.
na kabanaluya, “mwanja namani mwagonzike? Mukelebuke mulobe, kuba kana muyingii mu'majaribu.”
47 While still (now *k) when he is speaking behold a crowd, and the [one] named Judas one of the Twelve was going before (them *N+kO) and he drew near to Jesus to kiss Him.
Wakati babile bado batilongela, llinga, kipenga kikolo sa bandu satibuya, ni Yuda, yumo ywa mitume komi ni ibele abile nabo kabaongoza. Kabuya karibu ni Yesu ili kunnoniya,
48 Jesus then said to him; Judas, with a kiss the Son of Man are you betraying?
lakini Yesu kammakiya, “Yuda, je watikunsaliti Mwana wa Adamu kwa kunnoniya?”
49 Having seen then those around Him what will be they said (to him: *k) Lord, if will we strike with [the] sword?
Wakati balo babile karibu ni Yesu kabalola ago gapangike, kababaya, “Ngwana, je twakombwe kwa kyembe?”
50 And struck one a certain of them of the high priest the servant and cut off the ear of him right.

51 Answering now Jesus said; do allow [only] as far as this! And having touched the ear (of him *k) He healed him.
Yesu kabaya, “yayosha, ni kankamwa likutu lyake ni kumponiya.
52 Said then Jesus to those having come out against Him chief priests and captains of the temple and elders; As against a robber (have you come out *N+kO) with swords and clubs?
Yesu kabaya kwa kuhani nkolo, ni kwa akolo ba hekalu, na kwa apindo baisile kinchogo yake, “Je mwaisile kati mwaisi kupambana ni mwii, ni marungu ni mapanga?
53 Every day being Me with you in the temple not did you stretch out the hands against Me myself. but this is of you the hour and the power of the darkness.
Nabile pamope ni mwenga masoba gote mu'hekalu, muwekite kwaa maboko ginu nnani yango. Lakini yeno nga saa yako, ni mamlaka ga lubendo.”
54 Having seized then Him they led [Him] away and brought (him *k) into (the home *N+kO) of the high priest. And Peter was following afar off.
Kabantaba, ni kunkengama, kabanneta mu'nyumba ya kuhani nkolo. Lakini Petro atikuakengama kwa mbale.
55 (They having kindled around *N+kO) then a fire in [the] midst of the courtyard and when having sat down together (they *k) was sitting Peter (in *k) (midst *N+kO) of them.
Baada ya kuba bawashile mwoto mu'wolo uwanda wa ndani ni pabaikite batami pae pamope, Petro abile nkati yabe.
56 Having seen then him a servant girl certain sitting by the light and having looked intently on him she said; Also this one with Him was.
Mmanda yumo nnawa amweni Petro atami mu'bwee ubuyite mu mwoto, kanlola ni kummakiya, “Ayoo mundu abile pamope ni ywembe.”
57 But he denied (him *K) saying; Not I do know Him, woman.
Lakini Petro kankana, kabaya, “wa nnwawa, nenga nintangite kwaa.”
58 And after a little another having seen him was saying; Also you yourself of them are. But Peter (was saying; *N+kO) Man, not I am.
Baada ya muda nchunu, mundu ywenge amweni no baya, “Wenga kae ni yumo nkati yabe.” Ila Petro kannyangwa, “Wa nnalome, nenga kwaa.”
59 And when was elapsing about hour one other a certain was strongly affirming [it] saying; Of a truth also this one with Him was; also for a Galilean he is.

60 Said however Peter; Man, not I know what you say. And immediately while is speaking he crowed (the *k) rooster.
Lakini Petro kabaya, “Nnalome ndangite kwaa lya ulibaya.” ni mara wakati atilongela, ngoko ngaabeka.
61 And having turned the Lord looked at Peter, and remembered Peter the (declaration *N+kO) of the Lord how He had said to him that Before [the] rooster crowing (today *NO) you will deny Me three times.
Kakelebuka, Ngwana kanlola Petro. Ni Petro akombokii neno lya Ngwana, palo atikumbakiya, “Kabla jogolo ngaweka leno, walowa kunikana nenga mara itatu.”
62 And having gone forth outside (Peter *k) he wept bitterly.

63 And the men who are holding (Him *N+KO) were mocking Him beating [Him].
Boka po balo analome babile bakinlinda Yesu, kaban'geya ni kunkombwa.
64 And having blindfolded Him (they were striking of him face and *K) they were questioning (him *k) saying; do prophesy, who is the [one] having struck You?
Baada ya kumfunika minyo, kabannaluya, kabakoya, “Tabiri! Nyai ywakukombwile?
65 And other things many blaspheming they were saying to Him.

66 And when it became day, were gathered together the elderhood of the people, chief priests both and scribes, and (they led away *N+kO) Him into the council (of them *N+kO)
Paikite kindae, apindo ga bandu bakusanyite pamoper, akolo ba makuhani ni baandishi. Batikumpeleka nnonge ya Baraza,
67 saying; If You yourself are the Christ, do tell us. He said then to them; If you I shall tell, certainly not you shall believe.
kababaya, “Kati wenga wa Kristo, tubakiye.”Lakini ywembe kaamakiya, “Mana niamakiye, muniamini kwaa,
68 if then (and *k) I shall ask [you], certainly not you shall answer (to me nor shall you release [me]. *KO)
na kati natikuanaluya muyangwa kwaa.”
69 From now on (also *no) will be the Son of Man sitting at [the] right hand of the power of God.

70 They said then all; You yourself then are the Son of God? And to them He was saying; You yourselves say that I myself am.
Bote kababaya, “Kwa eyo wenga wa Mwana wa Nnongo?” Ni Yesu kaayangwa, “Mwenga mwabaya nga nenga.”
71 And they said; What any more have we of witness need We ourselves for heard [it] from the mouth of Him.
Kababaya, “Mwanja namani kae tupala ushahidi? Kwamana twenga twabene tuyowine boka mu'nkano wake mwene.”
