Luke 20
1 And it came to pass on one of the days (of those *k) when is teaching He the people in the temple and evangelising came up the (chief priests *NK+o) and the scribes with the elders
Un jour que Jésus enseignait le peuple dans le temple, et qu'il annonçait l'Évangile, les principaux sacrificateurs et les scribes, avec les anciens, étant survenus,
2 and spoke saying to Him: do tell us by what authority these things You do or who is the [one] having given to You authority this?
Lui parlèrent et lui dirent: Dis-nous par quelle autorité tu fais ces choses, et qui est celui qui t'a donné cette autorité?
3 Answering now He said to them; Will ask you I myself also I myself also (one *k) thing, and do tell Me:
Il répondit et leur dit: Je vous demanderai aussi une chose; dites-la-moi:
4 The baptism of John from heaven was it or from men?
Le baptême de Jean venait-il du ciel ou des hommes?
5 And they reasoned among themselves saying that If we shall say: From heaven, He will say; Because of why (therefore *K) not did you believe in him?
Or, ils raisonnaient ainsi en eux-mêmes: Si nous disons: Du ciel, il dira: Pourquoi donc n'y avez-vous pas cru?
6 If however we shall say; From men, the people (all *N+kO) will stone us; persuaded for they are John a prophet to be.
Et si nous disons: Des hommes, tout le peuple nous lapidera; car il est persuadé que Jean est un prophète.
7 And they answered not to know from where.
C'est pourquoi ils répondirent qu'ils ne savaient d'où il venait.
8 And Jesus said to them; Neither I myself tell you by what authority these things I am doing.
Et Jésus leur dit: Je ne vous dirai pas non plus par quelle autorité je fais ces choses.
9 He began then to the people to speak parable this: A man (certain *NK) planted a vineyard and rented it to farmers and went abroad a time long.
Alors il se mit à dire au peuple cette parabole: Un homme planta une vigne, et la loua à des vignerons, et fut longtemps absent.
10 And (in *k) [in the] season he sent to the farmers a servant that from the fruit of the vineyard (they will give *N+kO) to him; But the farmers sent away him having beaten [him] empty-handed.
Et la saison étant venue, il envoya un serviteur vers les vignerons, afin qu'ils lui donnassent du fruit de la vigne; mais les vignerons l'ayant battu, le renvoyèrent à vide.
11 And he proceeded another to send a servant; but him him having beaten and having dishonored they sent away empty-handed.
Et il envoya encore un autre serviteur; mais l'ayant aussi battu et traité outrageusement, ils le renvoyèrent à vide.
12 And he proceeded a third to send; They then also him having wounded they cast out.
Il en envoya encore un troisième, mais ils le blessèrent aussi, et le chassèrent.
13 Said then the master of the vineyard; What shall I do? I will send the son of mine the beloved; perhaps him (having seen *K) they will respect.
Le maître de la vigne dit alors: Que ferai-je? J'enverrai mon fils bien-aimé; peut-être qu'en le voyant ils le respecteront.
14 Having seen now him the farmers were reasoning among (one another *N+kO) saying; This is the heir; (come *K) let us kill him so that ours may become the inheritance.
Mais les vignerons l'ayant vu, raisonnèrent ainsi entre eux, disant: Celui-ci est l'héritier; venez, tuons-le, afin que l'héritage soit à nous.
15 And having cast forth him outside the vineyard they killed [him]. What therefore will do to them the master of the vineyard?
Et l'ayant jeté hors de la vigne, ils le tuèrent. Que fera donc le maître de la vigne?
16 He will come and he will destroy farmers these and will give the vineyard to others. Having heard [it] then they said; Never would it be!
Il viendra, et fera périr ces vignerons et il donnera la vigne à d'autres. Les Juifs ayant entendu cela, dirent:
17 But having looked at them He said; What then is that written this: [The] stone which rejected those building, this has become into [the] head of [the] corner’?
Qu'ainsi n'advienne! Alors Jésus les regardant, leur dit: Que veut donc dire ce qui est écrit: La pierre que ceux qui bâtissaient ont rejetée, est devenue la principale pierre de l'angle?
18 Everyone falling on that [very] stone will be broken; on whomever but maybe it may fall, it will grind into powder him.
Quiconque tombera sur cette pierre sera brisé, et elle écrasera celui sur qui elle tombera.
19 And sought the scribes and the chief priests to lay on Him hands in that hour and they feared the people; they perceived for that against them He was speaking parable this.
Alors les principaux sacrificateurs et les scribes cherchèrent à l'heure même à jeter les mains sur lui; car ils avaient reconnu qu'il avait dit cette parabole contre eux; mais ils craignirent le peuple.
20 And having watched [Him] they sent spies feigning themselves righteous to be, that they may catch Him in talk, (in order *N+kO) to deliver Him to the rule and to the authority of the governor.
C'est pourquoi, l'observant de près, ils apostèrent des gens qui contrefaisaient les gens de bien, pour le surprendre dans ses paroles, afin de le livrer au magistrat et au pouvoir du gouverneur.
21 And they questioned Him saying; Teacher, we know that rightly You speak and You teach and not You receive [any] person but on the basis of truth the way of God teach.
Ces gens lui adressèrent cette question: Maître, nous savons que tu parles et enseignes avec droiture, et que, sans faire acception de personne, tu enseignes la voie de Dieu selon la vérité.
22 Is it lawful (for us *N+kO) to Caesar tribute to give or not?
Nous est-il permis de payer le tribut à César, ou non?
23 having perceived however of them the craftiness He said to them (why *KO) (me do you test; *K)
Mais Jésus comprenant leur artifice, leur dit: Pourquoi me tentez-vous?
24 (do show *N+kO) Me a denarius; Of whom has it [the] image and inscription? (Those *N+KO) And they said; Caesar’s.
Montrez-moi un denier. De qui a-t-il l'image et l'inscription? Ils répondirent: De César.
25 And He said (to *no) (them; *N+kO) Therefore do give back the [things] of Caesar to Caesar and the [things] of God to God.
Et il leur dit: Rendez donc à César ce qui est à César, et à Dieu ce qui est à Dieu.
26 And not they were able to catch Him in (His *NK+o) declaration before the people, and having marveled at the answer of Him they became silent.
Et ils ne purent le surprendre dans ses paroles devant le peuple; mais, s'étonnant de sa réponse, ils se turent.
27 Having approached then some of the Sadducees, the ones (denying *NK+o) a resurrection not being, they questioned Him
Alors quelques-uns d'entre les sadducéens, qui nient la résurrection, s'étant approchés, l'interrogèrent en disant:
28 saying; Teacher, Moses wrote to us: if anyone’s brother shall die having a wife and he childless (shall be, *N+KO) that shall take the brother of him the wife and shall raise up seed to the brother of him.
Maître, Moïse nous a prescrit, que si le frère de quelqu'un est mort ayant une femme et qu'il soit mort sans enfants, son frère prenne sa femme et suscite lignée à son frère.
29 Seven therefore brothers there were; and the first having taken a wife died childless,
Or, il y avait sept frères. Le premier ayant épousé une femme, mourut sans enfants.
30 and (took *K) the second (wife and this died childless *K)
Le second épousa sa femme, et mourut sans enfants.
31 and the third took her (likewise *o) likewise then also the seven not did leave children and died.
Puis le troisième l'épousa aussi, et tous les sept de même; et ils moururent sans laisser d'enfants.
32 Finally (now of all *K) also the woman died.
Après eux tous la femme mourut aussi.
33 (The woman *no) therefore in the resurrection, of which of them does she become wife? For the seven had her as wife.
Duquel donc d'entre eux sera-t-elle femme à la résurrection? Car les sept l'ont épousée.
34 And (answering *k) said to them Jesus; The sons of the age this marry and (are given in marriage, *N+kO) (aiōn g165)
Jésus leur répondit: Les enfants de ce siècle se marient, et donnent en mariage. (aiōn g165)
35 those however having been considered worthy of the age that [one] to obtain and of the resurrection from [the] dead neither marry nor (are given in marriage; *N+k+o) (aiōn g165)
Mais ceux qui seront jugés dignes d'avoir part au siècle à venir et à la résurrection des morts, ne se marieront ni ne donneront en mariage. (aiōn g165)
36 (neither *N+kO) for to die any more are they able, like [the] angels for they are, and sons they are of God of the resurrection sons being.
Car ils ne pourront non plus mourir, parce qu'ils seront semblables aux anges, et qu'ils seront enfants de Dieu, étant enfants de la résurrection.
37 for however are raised the dead, even Moses showed at the bush when he names [the] Lord the God of Abraham and (the *k) God of Isaac and (the *k) God of Jacob.’
Et, que les morts ressuscitent, c'est ce que montre aussi Moïse quand il nomme, au buisson ardent, le Seigneur, le Dieu d'Abraham, le Dieu d'Isaac et le Dieu de Jacob.
38 God now not He is of [the] dead but of [the] living; all for to Him live.
Or, Dieu n'est point le Dieu des morts, mais le Dieu des vivants; car tous vivent devant lui.
39 Answering now some of the scribes said; Teacher, well you have spoken.
Et quelques-uns des scribes prenant la parole, dirent: Maître tu as bien parlé.
40 no longer no longer (then *N+kO) were they daring to ask Him no [thing].
Et ils n'osaient plus lui faire aucune question.
41 He said then to them; How do they declare the Christ to be David's Son
Alors il leur dit: Comment dit-on que le Christ est fils de David?
42 (and *ko) Himself (for *no) David says in [the] book of Psalms: Said (the *ko) Lord to the Lord of me; do sit at [the] right hand of Me
Et David lui-même dit dans le livre des Psaumes: Le Seigneur a dit à mon Seigneur: Assieds-toi à ma droite,
43 until when I may place the enemies of You [as] a footstool of the feet of You.
Jusqu'à ce que j'aie fait de tes ennemis le marchepied de tes pieds.
44 David therefore Lord Him calls, and how of him son is He?
Si donc David l'appelle Seigneur, comment est-il son fils?
45 When are listening now all the people He said to the disciples of Him;
Et comme tout le peuple écoutait, il dit à ses disciples:
46 do beware of the scribes who are desiring to walk in long robes and loving greetings in the marketplaces and first seats in the synagogues and first places in the banquets,
Gardez-vous des scribes qui se plaisent à se promener en longues robes, et qui aiment les salutations dans les places, et les premiers sièges dans les synagogues, et les premières places dans les festins;
47 who devour the houses of widows and as a pretext at great length pray; These will receive more excessive condemnation.
Qui dévorent les maisons des veuves, tout en affectant de faire de longues prières; ils encourront une plus grande condamnation.
