Luke 20
1 And it came to pass on one of the days (of those *k) when is teaching He the people in the temple and evangelising came up the (chief priests *NK+o) and the scribes with the elders
একদিন যীশু মন্দির-প্রাঙ্গণে শিক্ষা দিচ্ছিলেন এবং সুসমাচার প্রচার করছিলেন। সেই সময় প্রধান যাজকেরা ও শাস্ত্রবিদরা, প্রাচীনদের সঙ্গে একযোগে তাঁর কাছে এল।
2 and spoke saying to Him: do tell us by what authority these things You do or who is the [one] having given to You authority this?
তারা বলল, “আমাদের বলো, কোন অধিকারে তুমি এসব কাজ করছ? কে তোমাকে এই অধিকার দিয়েছে?”
3 Answering now He said to them; Will ask you I myself also I myself also (one *k) thing, and do tell Me:
তিনি উত্তর দিলেন, “আমিও তোমাদের একটি প্রশ্ন করব। তোমরা আমাকে বলো,
4 The baptism of John from heaven was it or from men?
যোহনের বাপ্তিষ্ম কোথা থেকে হয়েছিল? স্বর্গ থেকে, না মানুষের কাছ থেকে?”
5 And they reasoned among themselves saying that If we shall say: From heaven, He will say; Because of why (therefore *K) not did you believe in him?
তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে এ বিষয়ে আলোচনা করে বলল, “যদি আমরা বলি, ‘স্বর্গ থেকে,’ ও জিজ্ঞাসা করবে, ‘তাহলে তোমরা তাকে বিশ্বাস করোনি কেন?’
6 If however we shall say; From men, the people (all *N+kO) will stone us; persuaded for they are John a prophet to be.
কিন্তু যদি আমরা বলি, ‘মানুষের কাছ থেকে,’ তাহলে লোকেরা আমাদের পাথর ছুঁড়ে মারবে, কারণ তারা নিঃসংশয়ে বিশ্বাস করে যে, যোহন ছিলেন একজন ভাববাদী।”
7 And they answered not to know from where.
তাই তারা উত্তর দিল, “কোথা থেকে, আমরা তা জানি না।”
8 And Jesus said to them; Neither I myself tell you by what authority these things I am doing.
যীশু বললেন, “আমিও কোন অধিকারে এসব কাজ করছি, তোমাদের বলব না।”
9 He began then to the people to speak parable this: A man (certain *NK) planted a vineyard and rented it to farmers and went abroad a time long.
তিনি সকলকে এই রূপক আখ্যানটি বলতে লাগলেন: “এক ব্যক্তি একটি দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেত তৈরি করে কয়েকজন ভাগচাষিকে ভাড়া দিয়ে অনেক দিনের জন্য অন্যত্র চলে গেলেন।
10 And (in *k) [in the] season he sent to the farmers a servant that from the fruit of the vineyard (they will give *N+kO) to him; But the farmers sent away him having beaten [him] empty-handed.
ফল সংগ্রহের সময় তিনি এক দাসকে ভাগচাষিদের কাছে পাঠালেন, যেন তারা তাকে দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতের ফলের কিছু অংশ দেয়। কিন্তু ভাগচাষিরা তাকে মারধর করে খালি হাতে তাড়িয়ে দিল।
11 And he proceeded another to send a servant; but him him having beaten and having dishonored they sent away empty-handed.
তিনি আর একজন দাসকে পাঠালেন, কিন্তু তাকেও তারা মারধর করল এবং অপমানজনক ব্যবহার করে তাকে শূন্য হাতে ফিরিয়ে দিল।
12 And he proceeded a third to send; They then also him having wounded they cast out.
এবার তিনি তৃতীয় জনকে পাঠালেন। তারা তাকে ক্ষতবিক্ষত করল এবং ছুঁড়ে বাইরে ফেলে দিল।
13 Said then the master of the vineyard; What shall I do? I will send the son of mine the beloved; perhaps him (having seen *K) they will respect.
“তখন দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতের মালিক বললেন, ‘আমি কী করি? আমি আমার প্রিয় পুত্রকে পাঠাব, তারা হয়তো তাঁকে সম্মান করবে।’
14 Having seen now him the farmers were reasoning among (one another *N+kO) saying; This is the heir; (come *K) let us kill him so that ours may become the inheritance.
“কিন্তু ভাগচাষিরা তাঁকে দেখে বিষয়টি নিয়ে নিজেদের মধ্যে আলোচনা করল। তারা বলল, ‘এই হচ্ছে উত্তরাধিকারী। এসো আমরা একে হত্যা করি, তাহলে মালিকানা আমাদের হবে।’
15 And having cast forth him outside the vineyard they killed [him]. What therefore will do to them the master of the vineyard?
তাই তারা তাঁকে দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতের বাইরে ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিয়ে হত্যা করল। “দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতের মালিক তখন তাদের প্রতি কী করবেন?
16 He will come and he will destroy farmers these and will give the vineyard to others. Having heard [it] then they said; Never would it be!
তিনি এসে ওইসব ভাগচাষিদের হত্যা করবেন এবং দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতটি অন্যদের দেবেন।” লোকেরা এই কাহিনি শুনে বলল, “এরকম যেন কখনও না হয়।”
17 But having looked at them He said; What then is that written this: [The] stone which rejected those building, this has become into [the] head of [the] corner’?
যীশু তাদের দিকে সরাসরি তাকিয়ে প্রশ্ন করলেন, “তাহলে, এই লিখিত বাক্যের অর্থ কী? “‘গাঁথকেরা যে পাথর অগ্রাহ্য করেছিল, তাই হয়ে উঠল কোণের প্রধান পাথর!’
18 Everyone falling on that [very] stone will be broken; on whomever but maybe it may fall, it will grind into powder him.
সেই পাথরের উপরে যে পড়বে, সে খানখান হবে, কিন্তু যার উপরে এই পাথর পড়বে, সে চূর্ণবিচূর্ণ হবে।”
19 And sought the scribes and the chief priests to lay on Him hands in that hour and they feared the people; they perceived for that against them He was speaking parable this.
শাস্ত্রবিদরা ও প্রধান যাজকবর্গ আর দেরি না করে তাঁকে গ্রেপ্তার করার পথ খুঁজতে লাগল। কারণ তারা জানত, এই রূপক কাহিনিটি তিনি তাদের বিরুদ্ধেই বলেছেন, কিন্তু তারা জনসাধারণকে ভয় পেত।
20 And having watched [Him] they sent spies feigning themselves righteous to be, that they may catch Him in talk, (in order *N+kO) to deliver Him to the rule and to the authority of the governor.
যীশুর উপর তীক্ষ্ণ নজর রেখে তারা কয়েকজন গুপ্তচর পাঠাল যারা যীশুর সঙ্গে সততার ভান করল। তারা আশা করছিল, যীশুর কথায় খুঁত ধরে তাঁকে দেশাধ্যক্ষের ক্ষমতা ও বিচারাধীনে আনতে পারবে।
21 And they questioned Him saying; Teacher, we know that rightly You speak and You teach and not You receive [any] person but on the basis of truth the way of God teach.
তাই গুপ্তচরেরা তাঁকে প্রশ্ন করল, “গুরুমহাশয়, আমরা জানি, আপনি ন্যায়সংগত কথা বলেন ও শিক্ষা দেন, আপনি পক্ষপাতিত্ব করেন না, কিন্তু ঈশ্বরের পথ সম্বন্ধে যথার্থ শিক্ষা দেন।
22 Is it lawful (for us *N+kO) to Caesar tribute to give or not?
আপনার অভিমত কী, কৈসরকে কর দেওয়া কি উচিত?”
23 having perceived however of them the craftiness He said to them (why *KO) (me do you test; *K)
তিনি তাদের দুমুখো আচরণ বুঝতে পেরে বললেন,
24 (do show *N+kO) Me a denarius; Of whom has it [the] image and inscription? (Those *N+KO) And they said; Caesar’s.
“আমাকে একটি দিনার দেখাও। এর উপরে কার মূর্তি আর কার নাম আছে?” তারা উত্তর দিল, “কৈসরের।”
25 And He said (to *no) (them; *N+kO) Therefore do give back the [things] of Caesar to Caesar and the [things] of God to God.
তিনি তাদের বললেন, “তাহলে, যা কৈসরের প্রাপ্য, তা কৈসরকে দাও, আর ঈশ্বরের যা প্রাপ্য, তা ঈশ্বরকে দাও।”
26 And not they were able to catch Him in (His *NK+o) declaration before the people, and having marveled at the answer of Him they became silent.
তিনি সেখানে যে কথা প্রকাশ্যে বললেন, সেই কথায় তারা তাঁকে ফাঁদে ফেলতে পারল না। তাঁর উত্তরে তারা চমৎকৃত হয়ে নির্বাক হয়ে গেল।
27 Having approached then some of the Sadducees, the ones (denying *NK+o) a resurrection not being, they questioned Him
যে সদ্দূকীরা বলে, পুনরুত্থান বলে কিছু নেই, তাদের কয়েকজন একটি প্রশ্ন নিয়ে যীশুর কাছে এল।
28 saying; Teacher, Moses wrote to us: if anyone’s brother shall die having a wife and he childless (shall be, *N+KO) that shall take the brother of him the wife and shall raise up seed to the brother of him.
তারা বলল, “গুরুমহাশয়, মোশি আমাদের জন্য লিখে গেছেন, কোনো ব্যক্তি যদি স্ত্রীকে সন্তানহীন রেখে মারা যায়, তবে তার ভাই, তার বিধবা পত্নীকে বিবাহ করবে এবং সে তার বড়ো ভাইয়ের জন্য সন্তানের জন্ম দেবে।
29 Seven therefore brothers there were; and the first having taken a wife died childless,
মনে করুন, সাত ভাই ছিল। প্রথমজন, এক নারীকে বিবাহ করে নিঃসন্তান অবস্থায় মারা গেল।
30 and (took *K) the second (wife and this died childless *K)
দ্বিতীয়জন ও তৃতীয়জন তাকে বিবাহ করল এবং
31 and the third took her (likewise *o) likewise then also the seven not did leave children and died.
একইভাবে নিঃসন্তান অবস্থায় সেই সাতজনই মারা গেল।
32 Finally (now of all *K) also the woman died.
সবশেষে, সেই নারীরও মৃত্যু হল।
33 (The woman *no) therefore in the resurrection, of which of them does she become wife? For the seven had her as wife.
তাহলে, পুনরুত্থানে সে কার স্ত্রী হবে, কারণ সাতজনই তো তাকে বিবাহ করেছিল?”
34 And (answering *k) said to them Jesus; The sons of the age this marry and (are given in marriage, *N+kO) (aiōn g165)
যীশু উত্তর দিলেন, “এই জগতের সন্তানেরা বিবাহ করে এবং তাদের বিবাহ দেওয়া হয়। (aiōn g165)
35 those however having been considered worthy of the age that [one] to obtain and of the resurrection from [the] dead neither marry nor (are given in marriage; *N+k+o) (aiōn g165)
কিন্তু যারা সেই জগতের ও মৃতলোক থেকে পুনরুত্থানে অংশীদার হওয়ার যোগ্যরূপে বিবেচিত হয়েছে, তারা বিবাহ করবে না বা তাদের বিবাহও দেওয়া হবে না। (aiōn g165)
36 (neither *N+kO) for to die any more are they able, like [the] angels for they are, and sons they are of God of the resurrection sons being.
তাদের কখনও মৃত্যু হবে না, কারণ তারা হবে স্বর্গদূতের মতো। তাদের পুনরুত্থান বলে তারা ঈশ্বরের সন্তান।
37 for however are raised the dead, even Moses showed at the bush when he names [the] Lord the God of Abraham and (the *k) God of Isaac and (the *k) God of Jacob.’
কিন্তু জ্বলন্ত ঝোপের বর্ণনায় মোশিও দেখিয়েছেন যে মৃতেরা উত্থাপিত হয়, কারণ তিনি প্রভুকে ‘অব্রাহামের ঈশ্বর, ইস্হাকের ঈশ্বর ও যাকোবের ঈশ্বর,’ বলে অভিহিত করেছেন।
38 God now not He is of [the] dead but of [the] living; all for to Him live.
তিনি মৃতদের ঈশ্বর নন, তিনি জীবিতদের ঈশ্বর। কারণ তাঁর কাছে সকলেই জীবিত।”
39 Answering now some of the scribes said; Teacher, well you have spoken.
তখন কয়েকজন শাস্ত্রবিদ উত্তর দিল, “গুরুমহাশয়, আপনি বেশ ভালোই বলেছেন।”
40 no longer no longer (then *N+kO) were they daring to ask Him no [thing].
সেই থেকে কেউ তাঁকে আর কোনো প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞাসা করতে সাহস পেল না।
41 He said then to them; How do they declare the Christ to be David's Son
এরপর যীশু তাদের বললেন, “লোকে বলে, ‘খ্রীষ্ট হল দাউদের পুত্র,’ এ কেমন কথা?
42 (and *ko) Himself (for *no) David says in [the] book of Psalms: Said (the *ko) Lord to the Lord of me; do sit at [the] right hand of Me
গীতসংহিতা পুস্তকে দাউদ স্বয়ং ঘোষণা করেছেন: “‘প্রভু আমার প্রভুকে বলেন, “তুমি আমার ডানদিকে বসো,
43 until when I may place the enemies of You [as] a footstool of the feet of You.
যতক্ষণ না আমি তোমার শত্রুদের তোমার পাদপীঠে পরিণত করি।”’
44 David therefore Lord Him calls, and how of him son is He?
সুতরাং, দাউদ তাঁকে ‘প্রভু’ বলে অভিহিত করেছেন, তাহলে কীভাবে তিনি তাঁর সন্তান হতে পারেন?”
45 When are listening now all the people He said to the disciples of Him;
সমস্ত লোকেরা যখন শুনছিল, যীশু তখন তাঁর শিষ্যদের বললেন,
46 do beware of the scribes who are desiring to walk in long robes and loving greetings in the marketplaces and first seats in the synagogues and first places in the banquets,
“শাস্ত্রবিদদের সম্পর্কে সতর্ক থেকো, তারা লম্বা লম্বা পোশাক পরে ঘুরে বেড়াতে ও হাটেবাজারে সম্ভাষিত হতে ভালোবাসে; সমাজভবনে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আসন পেতে ও ভোজসভায় সব থেকে সম্মানজনক আসন লাভ করতে ভালোবাসে।
47 who devour the houses of widows and as a pretext at great length pray; These will receive more excessive condemnation.
তারা বিধবাদের বাড়িশুদ্ধ গ্রাস করে এবং লোক-দেখানো লম্বা লম্বা প্রার্থনা করে। এই ধরনের লোকেরা কঠোর শাস্তি ভোগ করবে।”
