Luke 18
1 He was speaking then (and *ko) a parable to them about it needing always to pray (they *no) and not to lose heart
Jésus leur dit aussi cette parabole, pour montrer qu'il faut prier toujours, et ne point se relâcher:
2 saying; A judge certain there was in a certain city God not fearing and man not respecting.
Il y avait dans une ville un juge qui ne craignait point Dieu, et qui n'avait d'égard pour personne.
3 A widow then there was in the city that and she was coming to him saying; do avenge me of the adversary of mine.
Il y avait aussi dans cette ville-là une veuve, qui venait à lui, et lui disait: Fais-moi justice de ma partie adverse.
4 And not (he was desiring [to do] *N+kO) for a time. afterward however he said within himself; If even God not I fear (nor *N+kO) man respect,
Pendant longtemps il n'en voulut rien faire. Cependant, il dit enfin en lui-même: Quoique je ne craigne point Dieu, et que je n'aie d'égard pour personne;
5 because yet it occasioning me trouble widow this I will avenge her, so that not to end coming she may exhaust me.
Néanmoins, parce que cette veuve m'importune, je lui ferai justice, de peur qu'elle ne vienne toujours me rompre la tête.
6 Said then the Lord; do hear what the judge unrighteous says;
Et le Seigneur dit: Écoutez ce que dit ce juge injuste.
7 And God certainly not (may do *N+kO) the avenging of the elect of Him the [ones] crying out (to *k) (to Him *N+kO) day and night, and (be patient *N+kO) in regard to them?
Et Dieu ne vengera-t-il point ses élus, qui crient à lui jour et nuit, quoiqu'il diffère sa vengeance?
8 I say to you that He will carry out the avenging of them with speed. Nevertheless the Son of Man having come surely not will He find faith on the earth?
Je vous dis qu'il les vengera bientôt. Mais quand le Fils de l'homme viendra, trouvera-t-il la foi sur la terre?
9 He spoke now also to some having trusted in themselves that they are righteous and (despising *NK+o) the others parable this.
Il dit aussi cette parabole, au sujet des gens persuadés en eux-mêmes qu'ils étaient justes, et qui méprisaient les autres:
10 Men two went up into the temple to pray, the one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
Deux hommes montèrent au temple pour prier; l'un était pharisien, et l'autre péager.
11 The Pharisee having stood toward himself these things was praying; O God, I thank You that not I am (like *NK+o) the rest of the men — swindlers, unrighteous, adulterers — or even like this tax collector.
Le pharisien se tenant debout, priait ainsi en lui-même: O Dieu, je te rends grâces de ce que je ne suis pas comme le reste des hommes, qui sont ravisseurs, injustes, adultères, ni aussi comme ce péager;
12 I fast twice in the week, I tithe all things as much as I gain.
Je jeûne deux fois la semaine, je donne la dîme de tout ce que je possède.
13 (and *ko) (but *no) the tax collector afar off having stood not was willing not even the eyes to lift up to heaven but was striking (into *k) the breast (of him *NK+o) saying: O God, do be merciful to me to the sinner!
Mais le péager, se tenant éloigné, n'osait pas même lever les yeux au ciel; mais il se frappait la poitrine, en disant: O Dieu, sois apaisé envers moi qui suis pécheur!
14 I say to you; went down this one justified to the house of him (rather than *k) (compared with *n+o) (that [one]. *N+kO) For everyone who is exalting himself will be humbled, the [one] however humbling himself will be exalted.
Je vous le dis, celui-ci redescendit justifié dans sa maison préférablement à l'autre; car quiconque s'élève sera abaissé, et quiconque s'abaisse sera élevé.
15 They were bringing then to Him also the infants that them He may touch; having seen however the disciples (were rebuking *N+kO) them.
On lui présentait aussi des petits enfants, afin qu'il les touchât. Les disciples voyant cela, reprenaient ceux qui les présentaient.
16 But Jesus (called *N+kO) them (speaking; *N+kO) do permit the little children to come to Me and not do forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
Mais Jésus les appelant à lui, dit: Laissez venir à moi les petits enfants, et ne les en empêchez point; car le royaume de Dieu est pour ceux qui leur ressemblent.
17 Amen I say to you; who[ever] (maybe *N+kO) not shall receive the kingdom of God as a child, certainly not shall enter into it.
Je vous dis en vérité que quiconque ne recevra pas le royaume de Dieu comme un petit enfant, n'y entrera point.
18 And asked a certain Him ruler saying; Teacher good, what having done life eternal will I inherit? (aiōnios g166)
Alors un des principaux du lieu demanda à Jésus: Bon Maître, que dois-je faire pour obtenir la vie éternelle? (aiōnios g166)
19 Said then to him Jesus; Why Me you call good? No [one is] good only except one God.
Jésus lui dit: Pourquoi m'appelles-tu bon? Personne n'est bon, sauf Dieu seul.
20 The commandments You know: Not shall you commit adultery, not shall you murder, not shall you steal, not shall you bear false witness, do honor the father of you and the mother (of you. *k)
Tu connais les commandements: Tu ne commettras point d'adultère; tu ne tueras point; tu ne déroberas point; tu ne diras point de faux témoignage; honore ton père et ta mère.
21 And he said; These all (I kept *N+kO) from [the] youth (of mine. *ko)
Il lui dit: J'ai gardé toutes ces choses dès ma jeunesse.
22 Having heard then (these things *k) Jesus said to him; Yet one thing to you is lacking: All as much as you have do sell and do distribute to [the] poor, and you will have treasure in (the *no) (heavens; *N+kO) and come, do follow Me.
Jésus entendant cela, lui dit: Il te manque encore une chose; vends tout ce que tu as, et le distribue aux pauvres, et tu auras un trésor dans le ciel; puis viens, et suis-moi.
23 And having heard these things very sorrowful (he became; *N+kO) he was for rich extremely.
Mais quand il eut entendu cela, il devint tout triste; car il était fort riche.
24 Having seen then him Jesus sorrowful became saying; How difficult [for] those riches having [when] into the kingdom of God (they enter. *N+kO)
Jésus voyant qu'il était devenu tout triste, dit: Qu'il est difficile à ceux qui ont des richesses d'entrer dans le royaume de Dieu!
25 Easier for it is a camel through (an eye of a needle *N+kO) to go than a rich man into the kingdom of God to enter.
Il est plus facile à un chameau d'entrer par le trou d'une aiguille, qu'à un riche d'entrer dans le royaume de Dieu.
26 Said then those having heard; Then who is able to be saved?
Et ceux qui l'entendaient dirent: Et qui peut être sauvé?
27 But He said; The [things] impossible with men possible with God are.
Et Jésus leur dit: Ce qui est impossible aux hommes est possible à Dieu.
28 Said then Peter; Behold we ourselves (having abandoned *N+kO) ([our] own [things] *N+kO) (and *k) followed You.
Et Pierre dit: Voici, nous avons tout quitté, et nous t'avons suivi.
29 And He said to them; Amen I say to you that no [one] there is who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God,
Et il leur dit: Je vous dis en vérité, qu'il n'est personne qui ait laissé une maison, ou des parents ou des frères, ou une femme ou des enfants, pour le royaume de Dieu,
31 Having taken aside then the Twelve He said to them; Behold we go up to (Jerusalem, *N+kO) and will be accomplished all things which written through the prophets about the Son of Man;
Jésus prit ensuite à part les douze, et leur dit: Voici, nous montons à Jérusalem, et toutes les choses qui ont été écrites par les prophètes, touchant le Fils de l'homme, vont être accomplies.
32 He will be betrayed for to the Gentiles and will be mocked and will be insulted and will be spit upon,
Car il sera livré aux gentils, on se moquera de lui, on l'outragera, et on crachera sur lui;
33 And having flogged [Him] they will kill Him, and on the day third He will rise again.
Et après qu'on l'aura fouetté, on le fera mourir, et le troisième jour il ressuscitera.
34 And they themselves no [thing] of these things understood, and was declaration this hidden from them, and neither they were knowing the [things] being spoken.
Mais ils n'entendirent rien à tout cela; ce discours leur était caché, et ils ne comprenaient point ce qui leur était dit.
35 It came to pass then in the drawing near by Him to Jericho a blind [man] certain was sitting beside the road (begging. *N+kO)
Comme il approchait de Jérico, un aveugle, qui était assis près du chemin, et qui demandait l'aumône,
36 Having heard now a crowd passing along he was asking what (maybe *o) would be this.
Entendant la foule du peuple qui passait, demanda ce que c'était;
37 They told then to him that Jesus of Nazareth is passing by.
Et on lui apprit que c'était Jésus de Nazareth qui passait.
38 And he called out saying; Jesus Son of David, do have mercy on me.
Alors il s'écria: Jésus, Fils de David, aie pitié de moi!
39 And those going before were rebuking him that (he may be silent. *N+kO) He himself however much more was crying out; Son of David, do have mercy on me.
Et ceux qui allaient devant le reprenaient pour le faire taire; mais il criait encore plus fort: Fils de David, aie pitié de moi!
40 Having stopped then Jesus commanded him to be brought to Him. When was approaching then he He asked him;
Et Jésus, s'étant arrêté, commanda qu'on le lui amenât; et quand l'aveugle se fut approché,
41 (saying *ko) What to you desire you I may do? And he said; Lord, that I may receive sight.
Il lui demanda: Que veux-tu que je te fasse? Et il répondit: Seigneur, que je recouvre la vue.
42 And Jesus said to him; do receive sight: The faith of you has healed you.
Et Jésus lui dit: Recouvre la vue; ta foi t'a guéri.
43 And immediately he received sight and was following Him glorifying God. And all the people having seen [it] gave praise to God.
Et à l'instant il recouvra la vue, et il le suivait, donnant gloire à Dieu. Et tout le peuple voyant cela, loua Dieu.
