Luke 12
1 In these [times] when were gathering the myriads of the crowd so as to trample upon one another He began to say to the disciples of Him first; do take heed to yourselves of the leaven which is hypocrisy of the Pharisees.
Cependant les gens s'étant amassés par milliers, au point qu'ils s'écrasaient les uns les autres, Jésus se mit à dire à ses disciples: «Avant tout, gardez-vous du levain des pharisiens, qui est l'hypocrisie.
2 No [thing] now concealed is which not will be revealed, nor hidden which not will be known.
Il n'y a rien de caché qui ne se découvre, ni rien de secret qui ne finisse par être connu;
3 Instead that as much as in the darkness you have said in the light will be heard, and what into the ear you have spoken in the inner rooms will be proclaimed upon the housetops.
aussi tout ce que vous aurez dit dans les ténèbres, sera redit en plein jour, et ce que vous aurez murmuré à l'oreille dans les chambres, sera publié sur les toits.
4 I say now to you those friends of Mine; not you may fear because of those killing the body and after these things not being able more excessive anything to do.
Je vous dis à vous qui êtes mes amis: Ne craignez pas ceux qui tuent le corps, et qui, après cela, ne peuvent rien faire de plus.
5 I will show however you whom you may fear: do fear the [One who] after the killing has authority to cast into hell. Yes I say to you; Him do fear. (Geenna g1067)
Je vais vous dire qui vous devez craindre: Craignez celui qui, après avoir ôté la vie, a le pouvoir de jeter dans la Géhenne; oui, je vous le dis, c'est lui que vous devez craindre. (Geenna g1067)
6 Surely five sparrows (are being sold for *N+kO) assarion two? And one of them not is forgotten before God;
Ne vend-on pas cinq passereaux pour deux sous? et pourtant pas un seul n'est oublié de Dieu;
7 But even the hairs of the head of you all have been numbered. Not (therefore *K) do fear; than many sparrows you are more valuable.
les cheveux mêmes de votre tête sont tous comptés. Ne craignez point; vous valez mieux que beaucoup de passereaux.
8 I say now to you; everyone who maybe (may confess *NK+o) in Me myself before the men, also the Son of Man will confess in him before the angels of God;
Je vous le dis, quiconque me confessera devant les hommes, le Fils de l'homme aussi le confessera devant les anges de Dieu;
9 the [one] now having denied Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.
mais celui qui m'aura renié devant les hommes, sera renié devant les anges de Dieu.
10 And everyone who will speak a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven to him; to the [one] however [who] against the Holy Spirit having blasphemed not will be forgiven.
Et quiconque aura parlé contre le Fils de l'homme, en obtiendra le pardon; mais il n'y aura point de pardon pour celui qui aura blasphémé contre le Saint-Esprit.
11 When then (they may bring in *N+kO) you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, not (may be anxious *N+kO) how or what you may present a defense or what you may say;
Quand on vous mènera dans les synagogues et devant les magistrats et les autorités, ne vous inquiétez pas de savoir comment vous vous défendrez, ni ce que vous répondrez ou direz,
12 the for Holy Spirit will teach you in same the hour what it behooves [you] to say.
car le Saint-Esprit vous enseignera à l'heure même ce qu'il faudra dire.»
13 Said then one from the crowd to Him: Teacher, do say to the brother of mine to divide with me the inheritance.
Quelqu'un de la foule lui dit: «Maître, dis à mon frère de partager avec moi notre héritage.»
14 And He said to him; Man, who Me appointed (a judge *N+kO) or partitioner over you?
Mais Jésus lui dit: «homme, qui m'a établi pour être votre juge, et pour faire vos partages?»
15 He said then to them; do watch and do keep yourselves from (all *N+kO) covetousness, for not in the abounding to anyone the life (to him *NK+o) is of the possessions (of him. *N+kO)
Il dit à la foule: «Gardez-vous avec soin de toute avarice, car un homme a beau être dans l'abondance, la vie ne dépend pas de ses biens.»
16 He spoke then a parable to them saying; Of a man certain rich brought forth abundantly the ground.
Il leur ajouta cette comparaison: «Il y avait un homme riche dont les terres avaient beaucoup rapporté,
17 And he was reasoning within himself saying; What shall I do for not I have where I will store up the fruits of mine?
et il réfléchissait en lui-même, disant: «Que ferai-je? car je n'ai pas de place pour serrer ma récolte.»
18 And he said; This will I do: I will tear down my barns and greater will build and will store up there all (the grain *N+kO) (of mine *k) and the goods of mine
Et il se dit: «Voici ce que je ferai: j'abattrai mes greniers, j'en bâtirai de plus grands, et j'y serrerai tous mes produits et tous mes biens;
19 And I will say to the soul of mine; Soul, you have many good things laid up for years many. do rest yourself do eat, do drink, do be merry.
et je dirai à mon âme: «Mon âme, tu as de grands biens en réserve pour plusieurs années; repose-toi, mange, bois et jouis.»
20 Said then to him God; Fool! On this night the soul of you (is required *NK+o) of you. what now you did prepare — to whom will [it] be?
Mais Dieu lui dit: «Insensé, cette nuit même ton âme te sera redemandée; et ce que tu as mis en réserve, pour qui sera-t-il?»
21 So [is] the [one] treasuring up for himself and not toward God being rich.
Il en est ainsi de l'homme qui thésaurise pour lui-même, et qui n'est pas riche pour Dieu.»
22 He said then to the disciples of Him; Because of this I say to you: not do be anxious for the life (of you *k) what you may eat, nor [be anxious] for the body (of you *o) what you may put on.
Et il dit à ses disciples: «C'est pourquoi je vous dis: Ne vous mettez point en souci, ni pour votre vie, de ce que vous mangerez; ni pour votre corps, de quoi vous vous vêtirez:
23 The (for *no) life more is than the food, and the body than the clothing.
la vie est plus que la nourriture, et le corps plus que le vêtement.
24 do consider the ravens that not they sow nor they reap to them not there is a storehouse nor [is] barn — and God feeds them; How much more you yourselves are valuable than the birds?
Considérez les corbeaux: ils ne sèment ni ne moissonnent, ils n'ont ni cellier ni grenier; et Dieu les nourrit. Combien ne valez-vous pas mieux que ces oiseaux!
25 Which now of you being anxious is able to the lifespan of him to add hour (one? *ko)
D'ailleurs, qui de vous peut, par ses soucis, ajouter une coudée à sa taille?
26 If then (not even *N+kO) [the] least you are able [to do], why about the rest are you anxious?
Si donc les moindres choses sont au-dessus de votre pouvoir, pourquoi vous mettez-vous en souci des autres?
27 do consider the lilies how they grow: Not do they labor nor do they spin. I say however to you; not even Solomon in all the glory of him was arrayed as one of these.
Considérez que les lis ne filent ni ne tissent, cependant je vous dis que Salomon même, dans toute sa magnificence, n'était point vêtu comme l'un de ces lis.
28 If however in [the] field the grass being [here] today and tomorrow into [the] furnace being thrown God thus (dresses, *N+kO) how much more you, O [you] of little faith?
Si Dieu revêt de la sorte, dans les champs, l'herbe qui est aujourd'hui et qui demain sera jetée au four, combien plus vous revêtira-t-il, vous, ô gens de peu de foi.
29 And you yourselves not do seek what you may eat (and *N+kO) what you may drink, and not do worry yourself.
Vous aussi, ne cherchez point ce que vous mangerez et ce que vous boirez, et ne soyez point inquiets;
30 these things for all the nations of the world (seek for; *N+kO) of you now the Father knows that you have need of these.
car ce sont les nations du monde qui recherchent toutes ces choses: votre Père sait que vous en avez besoin.
31 But do seek the kingdom (of Him *N+KO) and these things (all things *K) will be added to you.
Mais cherchez son royaume, et toutes ces choses vous seront données par-dessus.
32 Not do fear, O little flock, for took delight the Father of you to give you the kingdom.
«Ne craignez point, petit troupeau, car il a plu à votre Père de vous donner le royaume.
33 do sell the possessions of you and do give alms; do make to yourselves purses not growing old, a treasure unfailing in the heavens where thief not does draw near nor moth destroy;
Vendez vos biens et les donnez en aumônes. Faites-vous des bourses qui ne s'usent point, un trésor inépuisable, dans les cieux, là où le voleur ne pénètre pas, où la gerce ne gâte pas;
34 Where for is the treasure of you, there also the heart of you will be.
car là où est votre trésor, là aussi sera votre coeur.
35 should be your waist girded and the lamps burning,
«Que vos reins soient ceints, et vos lampes allumées.
36 and you yourselves like to men waiting for the master of themselves whenever (he may return *N+kO) from the wedding feasts, that having come and having knocked immediately they may open to him.
Vous-mêmes, soyez semblables à des gens qui attendent le moment où leur maître doit revenir des noces, afin de lui ouvrir dès qu'il arrivera, et qu'il heurtera.
37 Blessed [are] the servants those whom having come the master will find watching; Amen I say to you that he will gird himself and he will make recline them, and having come up he will serve them.
Heureux les serviteurs que le maître, à son arrivée, trouvera veillant! En vérité, je vous dis qu'il se ceindra, qu'il les fera mettre à table, et viendra les servir.
38 And if And if (he may come *k) in the second (watch *k) (and if and if *N+kO) in the third watch he may come and he may find [them] thus, blessed are (servants *KO) those!
Qu'il vienne à la seconde veille ou qu'il vienne à la troisième, s'il les trouve en cet état, heureux ces serviteurs-là!
39 This however do know that if had known the master of the house in what hour the thief is coming, not (he watched *KO) (maybe *K) (and *KO) maybe he have allowed (to be broken into *N+kO) the house of him.
Soyez certains que si le maître de la maison savait à quel moment le voleur doit venir, il veillerait et ne laisserait pas forcer sa maison.
40 Also you yourselves (therefore *K) do be ready, for in the hour not you expect the Son of Man comes.
Vous aussi, soyez prêts, parce que le Fils de l'homme viendra à l'heure que vous ne pensez pas.»
41 Said then (to him *k) Peter; Lord, to us parable this speak You or also to all?
Pierre dit: «Seigneur, est-ce à nous que tu adresses cette comparaison, ou l'adresses-tu aussi à tout le monde?»
42 (And *no) said (now *k) the Lord; Who then is the faithful manager (the *N+kO) wise whom will set the master over the care [of servants] of him to give [them] in season the measure of food?
Le Seigneur dit: «Quel est donc l'économe fidèle et sensé que le maître placera à la tête de ses gens, pour donner à chacun sa portion au moment fixé?
43 Blessed [is] the servant that [one] whom having come the master of him will find doing thus.
Heureux le serviteur que son maître, à son arrivée, trouvera agissant de la sorte!
44 Of a truth I say to you that over all the possessions of him he will set him.
En vérité, je vous dis qu'il lui donnera l'intendance de tous ses biens.
45 If however shall say the servant that [one] in the heart of him; Delays the master of Me to come, and shall begin to beat the men-servants and the maid-servants to eat also and to drink and to get drunk,
Mais si ce serviteur dit en lui-même, «mon maître tarde à venir, » et qu'il se mette à battre les serviteurs et les servantes, à manger, à boire et à s'enivrer,
46 will come the master of the servant that [one] in a day in which not he does expect and in an hour that not he knows and he will cut in two him and the place of him with the unbelievers will appoint.
son maître viendra au jour où il ne s'y attend pas, et à l'heure qu'il ne sait pas; il le coupera en deux, et lui assignera sa part avec les infidèles.
47 That [very] now servant the [one] having known the will of the master (of him *N+kO) and not having prepared (or *N+kO) having done according to the will of him will be beaten with many [blows].
Le serviteur qui aura connu la volonté de son maître, et qui n'aura pas préparé et fait toutes choses, selon sa volonté, recevra un grand nombre de coups;
48 the [one] however not having known having done however [things] worthy of stripes will be beaten with few. Everyone now to whom has been given much, much will be required from him; and to whom has been committed much, more excessive will they ask of him.
tandis que celui qui ne l'aura pas connue et qui aura fait des choses dignes de châtiment, recevra peu de coups. On exigera beaucoup de celui à qui l'on aura beaucoup donné, et plus on aura confié à quelqu'un, plus on lui redemandera.
49 Fire I came to cast (upon *N+kO) the earth and how I wish if already it be kindled!
«Je suis venu apporter le feu sur la terre, et que désiré-je, sinon qu'il soit déjà allumé.
50 Baptism however I have to be baptized [with] and how I am distressed until (while *N+kO) it may be accomplished!
D'autre part, il y a un baptême dont je dois être baptisé, et combien il me tarde qu'il soit accompli!
51 Think you that peace I came to give on the earth? No, I say to you, but rather division.
Croyez-vous que je sois venu mettre la paix sur la terre? — Non, vous dis-je, mais plutôt la division;
52 There will be for from now five in one house divided, three against two and two against three
car désormais, s'il y a cinq personnes dans une même maison, elles seront divisées, trois contre deux et deux contre trois:
53 (They will be divided *N+kO) father against son and son against father, mother against (daughter *N+kO) and daughter against (mother, *N+kO) mother-in-law against the daughter-in-law of her and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law (of her. *k)
on sera divisé, père contre fils et fils contre père, mère contre fille et fille contre mère, la belle-mère sera contre sa belle-fille et la belle-fille contre sa belle-mère.»
54 He was saying now also to the crowds; When you may see a cloud rising up (from *N+kO) [the] west, immediately you say (that *no) A shower is coming, and it happens so.
Jésus disait aussi à la foule: «Quand vous voyez la nuée s'élever du couchant, vous dites aussitôt: «Il va pleuvoir; » et cela arrive ainsi.
55 And when a south wind is blowing, you say that Heat there will be, and it happens.
Et quand vous voyez souffler le vent du midi, vous dites: «Il fera chaud; » et cela arrive.
56 Hypocrites! The appearance of the earth and of the sky you know [how] to discern, the time however this how not (do you know *no) (to discern? *N+kO)
Hypocrites, vous savez bien juger de l'aspect de la terre et du ciel, comment ne jugez-vous pas du temps actuel?
57 Why now even for yourselves not judge you what [is] right?
Pourquoi ne discernez-vous pas de vous-mêmes ce qui est juste?
58 As for you are going with the adversary of you before a magistrate, in the way do give earnestness to have been set free from him otherwise otherwise he may drag away you to the judge, and the judge you (will deliver *N+kO) to the officer, and the officer you (will cast *N+k+o) into prison.
Lorsque tu te rends avec ta partie adverse devant le magistrat, mets tout en oeuvre pour te libérer d'avec elle en chemin, de peur qu'elle ne te traîne devant le juge, que le juge ne te livre au sergent, et que le sergent ne te jette en prison.
59 I say to you; certainly not shall you come out from there until (of which *k) even (the *N+kO) last lepton you may have paid.
Je te le dis, tu n'en sortiras pas que tu n'aies payé jusqu’à la dernière pite.»
