< John 3 >

1 There was now a man of the Pharisees, Nicodemus name to him, a ruler of the Jews.
Juda ukkungkhqi ak khuiawh kaw Nikodemu ak mingnaak Farasi thlang pynoet awm hy.
2 He came to (Him *N+KO) by night and said to Him; Rabbi, we know that from God You have come a teacher; no [one] for is able these signs to do that You yourself do, only unless shall be God with him.
Anih ce khawmthan awh Jesu a venna law nawh, “Cawngpyikung, nang ve Khawsa venna kawng ak law cawngpyikung ni tice ni sim nyng. Nang ing na sai kawpoek kyi ik-oeihkhqi ve Khawsa ing ama awm pyi mantaw u ingawm am sai thai ti kaw,” tina hy.
3 Answered Jesus and said to him; Amen Amen I say to you; only unless someone shall be born from above, not he is able to see the kingdom of God.
Jesu ing anih ak awi ce hlat pe nawh, “Awitak ka nik kqawn peek, u awm ama thang tlaih awhtaw Khawsa ram ce am hu thai tikaw,” tina hy.
4 Says to Him Nicodemus; How is able a man to be born old being? Not is he able into the womb of the mother of him a second time to enter and to be born?
Nikodemu ing, “Ikawmyihna thlang ing a pacawng a hu na a thang tlaihnaak thai kaw? A nu pukkhui na a hih voeinaak na am lut hly thai saw!” tina hy.
5 Answered Jesus; Amen Amen I say to you, only unless someone shall be born of water and of [the] Spirit, not he is able to enter into the kingdom of God.
Jesu ing, “Awitak ka nik kqawn peek, u awm tui ingkaw Myihla ing ama thang tlaih awhtaw Khawsa qam khuiawh am lut thai kaw.
6 That born of the flesh flesh is, and that born of the Spirit spirit is.
Pumsa awh ak thang taw pumsa na awm hy, cehlai Myihla awh ak thang taw Myihla na awm hy.
7 Not may do wonder that I said to you; It is necessary for you [all] to be born from above.
'Na thang tlaih aham awm hy,’ ka ti dawngawh nang ngaih a kyi aham am awm hy.
8 The wind where it wishes blows, and the sound of it You hear but not you know from where it comes and where it goes; thus is everyone who born of the Spirit.
Khaw ing a ngaihnaak na hli hy. Khaw hli awi taw za uhyk ti, 'hana kawng law nawh hana a ceh, tice am sim uhyk ti. Cemyihna ni Myihla awh ak thangkhqi ce a awm hy,” tina hy.
9 Answered Nicodemus and said to Him; How are able these things to be?
Nikodemu ing, “Ve ve ikawmyihna nu ang coengnaak hly thai?” tina hy.
10 Answered Jesus and said to him; You yourself are the teacher of Israel and these things not know?
Jesu ing, “Nang ve Israelkhqi cawngpyi kung pynoet na awm hlai hyk ti, vemyihkhqi ve am nang zasim nawh nu?
11 Amen Amen I say to you that what we know we speak and what we have seen we bear witness to, and the witness of us not you people receive.
Awitak ka nik kqawn peek, ni sim ve ni nik kqawn nawh, ni huh ceni ni sim pyi, cehlai nangmih ingtaw kaimih a simpyinaak ve am do uhyk ti.
12 If the [things] earthly I have told you and not you believe, how if I may tell to you the [things] heavenly will you believe?
Khawmdek them akawng kak kqawn zani am zasim thai utik saw; ikawmyihna khan benna kaw themkhqi ce naming zaksim naak pai kaw?
13 And no [one] has gone up into heaven only except the [One] out of heaven having come down, the Son of Man (who is being in heaven. *KO)
Khan benna kawng ak law Thlanghqing Capa ti kaana taw, u awm khawk khan na am kai hy.
14 And even as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, thus to be lifted up it behooves the Son of Man,
Mosi ing kqawng na khqui a tai myihna, Thlanghqing Capa awm tai na awm lawt kaw,
15 so that everyone who is believing (in Him *N+kO) (not may perish but *K) may have life eternal. (aiōnios g166)

16 Thus for loved God the world, that the Son (of him *ko) the only begotten He gave, so that everyone who is believing in Him not may perish but may have life eternal. (aiōnios g166)
U awm amah ak cangnaak boeih am qeeng kawmsaw kumqui hqingnaak a taaknaak thai aham, Khawsa ing khawmdek a lungnaak awh a Capa a taak dyyn ce pehy. (aiōnios g166)
17 Not for sent God the Son (of Him *ko) into the world that He may judge the world, but that may be saved the world through Him.
Khawmdek thawlh sak aham Khawsa ing a Capa ce am tyi law nawh, anih ak caming khawmdek thaawngna a awmnaak aham ni a tyih law hy.
18 The [one] believing on Him not is judged; the [one] but not believing already has been judged because not he has believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
U awm anih ce ak cangnaak thlang boeih taw thawlh awideng na am awm kaw, cehlai amak cangnaak thlang boeih taw Khawsa Capa a taak dyyn ang ming ce ama mik cangnaak dawngawh thawlh awideng na awm kaw.
19 This now is the judgement that the Light has come into the world, and loved men rather the darkness than the Light; were for of them evil the deeds.
Ve ve thawlh awidengnaak na awm hy: Vangnaak ce khawmdek awh law hawh hy, cehlai thlang ing a ik-oeih saikhqi a set dawngawh, vangnaak anglakawh thannaak ce lungna uhy.

22 After these things came Jesus and the disciples of Him into the Judean land, and there He was staying with them and was baptizing.

26 And they came to John and said to him; Rabbi, He who was with you beyond the Jordan, to whom you yourself have borne witness, behold He baptizes, and all are coming to Him.

29 The [one] having the bride [the] bridegroom is. the now friend of the bridegroom, the [one] having stood and listening for him, with joy rejoices because of the voice of the bridegroom. This therefore the joy of mine has been fulfilled.
Nula be cee na ak awm taw anih ak bekung cadawng a koe hawh ni. Zuk lokung cadawng a pyi ing anih ce qeh nawh ak awi ce ngai pehy, Zuk lokung ak awi ce ang zaak awh zeel soeih hy. Cawhkaw zeelnaak ce kai a zeelnaak ni, tuh awhtaw ce ce soep hawh hy.
30 Him it behooves to increase, me myself however to decrease.
Anih cetaw hang bau hlyk khqoet khqoet hy, cehlai kai taw zawi hly hqui khqoet khqoet nyng.
31 The [One] from above coming above all is. The [one] being from the earth from the earth is and from the earth speaks. The [One] from heaven coming above all is;
U awm khan benna kawng ak law taw khan ben thlang na awm nawh; khawmdek benna kawng ak law cetaw khawmdek a koe na awm hy. Khawmdek awhkawng ak law cetaw ik-oeih boeih ak khanawh awm hy.

33 The [one] having received His testimony has set his seal that God true is.
Ak do ingtaw, “Khawsa taw ak thyym ni,” tice dyihpyi hy.
34 He whom for sent God, the declarations of God speaks; not for by measure He gives (God *KO) the Spirit.
Khawsa ing awi ce kqawn hy, kawtih Khawsa ing a qi a mawng a awm kaana Myihla ce pehy.
35 The Father loves the Son and all things has given into the hand of Him.

36 The [one] believing in the Son has life eternal; the [one] however not obeying the Son not will behold life, but the wrath of God abides on him. (aiōnios g166)
U awm Capa ak cangnaak thlang ingtaw kumqui hqingnaak ce ta hy, cehlai u awm Capa ak oelh ingtaw hqingnaak ce am hu nawh, Khawsa ak kawsonaak ce ak khanawh awm loet hy,” tinak khqi hy. (aiōnios g166)
