Job 39
1 ¿ Do you know [the] time of [the] bringing forth of mountain goats of rock [the] giving birth of does do you watch?
¿Sabes tú el tiempo en qué paren las cabras monteses? ¿o miraste tú las ciervas, cuando están pariendo?
2 Will you count? [the] months [which] they complete and do you know? [the] time of bringing forth they.
¿Contaste tú los meses de su preñez? ¿y sabes el tiempo cuando han de parir?
3 They kneel down young their they cleave open labor-pains their they send forth.
Como se encorvan, quebrantan sus hijos, pasan sus dolores:
4 They become strong young their they grow in the open they go forth and not they return to them.
Como después sanan los hijos, crecen con el grano: salen, y nunca más vuelven a ellas.
5 Who? did he let loose [the] wild donkey free and [the] fetters of [the] wild ass who? did he loosen.
¿Quién echó libre al asno montés? ¿y quién soltó sus ataduras?
6 Which I appointed [the] desert plain home its and dwelling-places its [the] saltiness.
Al cual yo puse casa en la soledad, y sus moradas en la tierra salada.
7 It laughs to [the] tumult of a town [the] shouting of a driver not it hears.
Ríese de la multitud de la ciudad: no oye las voces del pechero.
8 It explores mountains pasture its and after every green plant it searches.
Lo oculto de los montes es su pasto, y anda buscando todo lo que está verde.

¿Querrá el unicornio servirte a ti, ni quedar a tu pesebre?

¿Confiarás tú en él, por ser grande su fortaleza, y fiarás de él tu labor?
12 ¿ Will you trust in it that (it will bring back *QK) seed your and threshing floor your it will gather.
¿Fiarás de él que te tornará tu simiente, y que allegará en tu era?

¿Hiciste tú las alas alegres del avestruz: los cañones y la pluma de la cigüeña?

La cual desampara en la tierra sus huevos, y sobre el polvo los calienta,

Y olvídase de que los pisará algún pie, y que los quebrará alguna bestia del campo.

Endurécese para con sus hijos, como si no fuesen suyos, no temiendo de que su trabajo haya sido en vano:

Porque Dios la hizo olvidar de sabiduría, y no le dio inteligencia.

A su tiempo se levanta en alto, y se burla del caballo, y del que sube en él.
19 ¿ Do you give to the horse strength ¿ do you clothe neck its a mane.
¿Diste tú al caballo la fortaleza? ¿vestiste tú su cerviz de relincho?
20 ¿ Do you make leap it like locust [the] majesty of snorting its [is] terror.
¿Espantarle has tú como a alguna langosta, en cuya nariz hay fuerza para espantar?
21 They paw in the valley so it may rejoices in strength it goes forth to meet weaponry.
Escarba la tierra, alégrase en su fuerza, sale al encuentro de las armas:
22 It laughs to fear and not it is dismayed and not it turns back from before a sword.
Hace burla del espanto, y no teme; ni vuelve el rostro delante de la espada.
23 On it it rattles a quiver [the] blade of a spear and a javelin.
Contra él suena la aljaba, el hierro de la lanza, y de la pica;
24 With shaking and excitement it swallows [the] ground and not it stands firm for [the] sound of a horn.
Y él con ímpetu y furor escarba la tierra, y no estima el sonido de la bocina.
25 In [the] sufficiency of a horn - it says aha! and from a distance it smells battle [the] thunder of commanders and [the] battle-cry.
Entre las bocinas dice: ¡Ea! y desde lejos huele la batalla, el estruendo de los príncipes, y el clamor.
26 ¿ From understanding your does it soar a falcon does it spread out? (wings its *QK) to [the] south.
¿Vuela el gavilán por tu industria, y extiende sus alas hacia el mediodía?
27 Or? on mouth your does it make high [its flight] an eagle and that it sets on high nest its.
¿Enaltécese el águila por tu mandamiento, y pone en alto su nido:
28 A rock it dwells and it may pass [the] night on [the] tooth of a rock and a stronghold.
Habita, y está en la piedra en la cumbre del peñasco, y de la roca?
29 From there it spies out food from afar eyes its they look.
Desde allí asecha la comida: sus ojos consideran muy lejos.
30 (And young ones its *QK) they drink blood and at where [those] slain [are] [is] there it.
Y sus pollos tragan sangre; y adonde hubiere muertos, allí está.
