Job 17
1 Spirit my it is broken days my they are extinguished grave [belong] to me.
എന്റെ ശ്വാസം ക്ഷയിച്ചു, എന്റെ നാളുകൾ തീർന്നുപോയി, ശവക്കുഴി എനിക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
2 Not mockeries [are] with me and on rebelling they may it dwell eye my.
തീർച്ചയായും പരിഹാസികൾ എന്നെ വലയംചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ കണ്ണ് അവരുടെ പ്രകോപനം വീക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
3 Make! please stand surety for me with yourself who? that to hand my will he strike himself.
“ദൈവമേ, അങ്ങുതന്നെ എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി ജാമ്യം നിൽക്കണമേ. എനിക്കു സുരക്ഷിതത്വം നൽകാൻ മറ്റാരാണുള്ളത്?
4 For heart their you have kept from understanding there-fore not you will exalt [them].
അങ്ങ് അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം വിവേകത്തിൽനിന്ന് അടച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അതിനാൽ ജയഭേരിമുഴക്കാൻ അങ്ങ് അവരെ ഉയർത്തുകയുമില്ല.
5 For a share he tells friends and [the] eyes of children his they will fail.
സ്വന്തം ലാഭത്തിനായി തങ്ങളുടെ സ്നേഹിതരെ ഒറ്റിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ സന്തതികളുടെ കണ്ണു മങ്ങിപ്പോകും.
6 And he has set me to use a proverb peoples and a spitting to [the] face I am.
“ദൈവം എന്നെ ആളുകൾക്ക് ഒരു പഴമൊഴിയാക്കി മാറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു, മുഖത്തു തുപ്പേൽക്കുന്ന ഒരുവനായി ഞാൻ തീർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.
7 And it has grown dim from grief eye my and members my [are] like shadow all of them.
വ്യസനം നിമിത്തം എന്റെ കണ്ണുകൾ മങ്ങിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ അവയവങ്ങളെല്ലാം വെറുമൊരു നിഴൽപോലെയായി.
8 They are appalled upright [people] on this and [the] innocent on [the] godless he will rouse himself.
നീതിനിഷ്ഠർ ഇതുകണ്ട് സംഭ്രമിക്കും; നിഷ്കളങ്കർ അഭക്തരുടെനേരേ രോഷംകൊള്ളും.
9 And he may hold [the] righteous way his and [the] clean of hands he will increase strength.
എങ്കിലും നീതിനിഷ്ഠർ തങ്ങളുടെ വഴികളിൽത്തന്നെ ഉറച്ചുനിൽക്കും; നിർമലമായ കൈകളുള്ളവർ അധികം ശക്തിയാർജിക്കും.
10 And but all of them you will return and come please and not I will find among you a wise [person].
“നിങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവരും വരിക, ഒന്നുകൂടെ ശ്രമിക്കുക! നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഒരു ജ്ഞാനിയെ ഞാൻ കണ്ടെത്തുകയില്ല.
11 Days my they have passed plans my they have been torn apart [the] wishes of heart my.
എന്റെ ആയുസ്സു കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയി, എന്റെ പദ്ധതികൾ താറുമാറായി. എന്നിട്ടും എന്റെ ഹൃദയാഭിലാഷങ്ങൾ,
12 Night into day they make light [is] near from before darkness.
പ്രകാശം ഇതാ അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് ഇരുട്ടിൽ പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് അവർ രാത്രിയെ പകലാക്കിത്തീർക്കുന്നു.
ഞാൻ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഭവനം ശ്മശാനംമാത്രമാണെങ്കിൽ, അന്ധകാരത്തിലാണ് ഞാൻ എന്റെ കിടക്ക വിരിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിൽ, (Sheol h7585)
14 To the pit I have called out [are] father my you O mother my and sister my to the maggot.
ശവക്കുഴിയോട്, ‘നീ എന്റെ പിതാവ്’ എന്നും പുഴുവിനോട്, ‘നീ എന്റെ മാതാവോ സഹോദരിയോ’ എന്നും ഞാൻ പറയുന്നെങ്കിൽ,
15 And where? then [is] hope my and hope my who? will he observe it.
എന്റെ പ്രത്യാശ എവിടെ? എന്നിൽ ആശിക്കാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും അവശേഷിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് ആർക്കു കാണാൻ കഴിയും?
