Genesis 15
1 After - the things these it came [the] word of Yahweh to Abram in the vision saying may not you fear O Abram I [am] a shield of you reward your [will be] great very.
Poslije ovijeh stvari doðe Avramu rijeè Gospodnja u utvari govoreæi: ne boj se, Avrame, ja sam ti štit, i plata je tvoja vrlo velika.
2 And he said Abram O Lord Yahweh what? will you give to me and I [am] going childless and [the] son of [the] acquisition of household my he [is] Damascus Eliezer.
A Avram reèe: Gospode, Gospode, šta æeš mi dati kad živim bez djece, a na kom æe ostati moja kuæa to je Elijezer ovaj Damaštanin?
3 And he said Abram here! to me not you have given offspring and there! [the] son of household my [is] inheriting me.
Još reèe Avram: eto meni nijesi dao poroda, pa æe sluga roðen u kuæi mojoj biti moj našljednik.
4 And there! [the] word of Yahweh [was] to him saying not he will inherit you this [one] that except [one] who he will come out from inward parts your he he will inherit you.
A gle, Gospod mu progovori: neæe taj biti našljednik tvoj, nego koji æe izaæi od tebe taj æe ti biti našljednik.
5 And he brought out him the outside towards and he said look please the heavens towards and count the stars if you are able to count them and he said to him thus it will be offspring your.
Pa ga izvede napolje i reèe mu: pogledaj na nebo i prebroj zvijezde, ako ih možeš prebrojiti. I reèe mu: tako æe biti sjeme tvoje.
6 And he believed in Yahweh and he credited it to him righteousness.
I povjerova Avram Bogu, a on mu primi to u pravdu.
7 And he said to him I [am] Yahweh who I brought out you from Ur of [the] Chaldeans to give to you the land this to take possession of it.
I reèe mu: ja sam Gospod, koji te izvedoh iz Ura Haldejskoga da ti dam zemlju ovu da bude tvoja.
8 And he said O Lord Yahweh how? will I know that I will take possession of it.
A on reèe: Gospode, Gospode, po èemu æu poznati da æe biti moja?
9 And he said to him bring! to me a heifer three years old and a goat three years old and a ram three years old and a turtle-dove and a young pigeon.
I reèe mu: prinesi mi junicu od tri godine i kozu od tri godine i ovna od tri godine i grlicu i golupèe.
10 And he brought to him all these and he cut in pieces them in the middle and he set each piece its to meet neighbor its and the bird[s] not he cut in two.
I on uze sve to, i rasijeèe na pole, i metnu sve pole jednu prema drugoj; ali ne rasijeèe ptica.
11 And it came down the bird[s] of prey on the carcasses and he drove away them Abram.
A ptice slijetahu na te mrtve životinje; a Avram ih odgonjaše.
12 And it was the sun [about] to go and a deep sleep it fell on Abram and there! dread darkness great [was] falling on him.
A kad sunce bješe na zahodu, uhvati Avrama tvrd san, i gle, strah i mrak velik obuze ga.
13 And he said to Abram certainly you will know that a sojourner - it will be offspring your in a land [which] not [belongs] to them and they will serve them and they will afflict them four hundred year[s].
I Gospod reèe Avramu: znaj zacijelo da æe sjeme tvoje biti došljaci u zemlji tuðoj, pa æe joj služiti, i ona æe ih muèiti èetiri stotine godina.
14 And also the nation which they will serve [will be] judging I and after thus they will come out with possession[s] great.
Ali æu suditi i narodu kojemu æe služiti; a poslije æe oni izaæi s velikim blagom.
15 And you you will go to ancestors your in peace you will be buried in old age good.
A ti æeš otiæi k ocima svojim u miru, i biæeš pogreben u dobroj starosti.
16 And [the] generation fourth they will return hither for not [is] complete [the] iniquity of the Amorite[s] until now.
A oni æe se u èetvrtom koljenu vratiti ovamo; jer grijesima Amorejskim još nije kraj.
17 And it was the sun it had gone and darkness it was and there! a fire pot of smoke and a torch of fire which it passed between the pieces these.
A kad se sunce smiri i kad se smrèe, gle, peæ se dimljaše, i plamen ognjeni prolažaše izmeðu onijeh dijelova.
18 On the day that he made Yahweh with Abram a covenant saying to offspring your I give the land this from [the] river of Egypt to the river great [the] river of Euphrates.
Taj dan uèini Gospod zavjet s Avramom govoreæi: sjemenu tvojemu dadoh zemlju ovu od vode Misirske do velike vode, vode Efrata,
19 The Kenite[s] and the Kenizzite[s] and the Kadmonite[s].
Kenejsku, Kenezejsku i Kedmonejsku,
20 And the Hittite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Rephaites.
I Hetejsku i Ferezejsku i Rafajsku,
21 And the Amorite[s] and the Canaanite[s] and the Girgashite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
I Amorejsku i Hananejsku i Gergesejsku i Jevusejsku.
