Acts 5
1 A man now certain Ananias named with Sapphira the wife of him sold a property
੧ਹਨਾਨਿਯਾ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸਫ਼ੀਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚਿਆ।
2 and he kept back from the proceeds, already being aware also the wife (of him, *k*) and having brought a portion certain at the feet of the apostles he laid [it].
੨ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਰੱਖ ਲਿਆ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
3 Said however (*no*) Peter; Ananias, because of why has filled Satan the heart of you to lie to [for] you the Spirit Holy and to keep back (yourself *o*) from the proceeds of the land?
੩ਤਦ ਪਤਰਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹਨਾਨਿਯਾ, ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਉਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਖੇਤ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਰੱਖ ਛੱਡੇਂ?
4 Surely remaining to you it was remaining And having been sold in the own authority it was? Why for did you purpose in the heart of you deed this? Not you have lied to men but to God!
੪ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਵੇਚੀ ਨਾ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਕੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ? ਤੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਉਂ ਸੋਚੀ? ਤੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
5 Hearing now Ananias words these having fallen down he breathed his last. And came fear great upon all those hearing (these things; *k*)
੫ਹਨਾਨਿਯਾ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਡਰ ਛਾ ਗਿਆ।
6 Having arisen then the younger [men] covered him and having carried [him] out they buried [him].
੬ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਫ਼ਨ ਪਹਿਨਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦੱਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
7 It came to pass now about hours three afterward also the wife of him not knowing that having come to pass came in.
੭ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਅਣਜਾਣ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਲੱਗਭਗ ਤਿੰਨ ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਈ।
8 Replied then (to *no*) (her *N(k)O*) (*k*) Peter; do tell me if for so much the land you sold? And she said; Yes for so much.
੮ਤਦ ਪਤਰਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਖੇਤ ਐਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਵੇਚਿਆ ਹੈ? ਉਹ ਬੋਲੀ, ਹਾਂ ਐਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਵੇਚਿਆ ਹੈ।
9 But Peter (said *k*) to her; Why [is it] for it was agreed together by you to test the Spirit of [the] Lord? Behold the feet of those having buried the husband of you [are] at the door and they will carry out you.
੯ਤਦ ਪਤਰਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਏਕਾ ਕੀਤਾ? ਵੇਖ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਦੱਬਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਰ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੇ!
10 She fell down then immediately (at *N(k)O*) the feet of him and breathed her last; Having come in then the young [men] found her dead, and having carried out they buried [her] by the husband of her;
੧੦ਉਹ ਉਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਤਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਦੱਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
11 And came fear great upon all the church and upon all those hearing these things.
੧੧ਤਦ ਸਾਰੀ ਕਲੀਸਿਯਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਡਰ ਲੱਗਾ।
12 By now the hands of the apostles (were happening *N(k)O*) signs and wonders many among the people; And they were with one accord (all *NK(o)*) in the Colonnade of Solomon;
੧੨ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਕੰਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਇੱਕ ਮਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਦਲਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ।
13 of the now rest no [one] was daring to join with them, but were magnifying them the people.
੧੩ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਹੌਂਸਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਕਰਨ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ।
14 more now were added believing in the Lord, multitudes of men both and women,
੧੪ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੋਲੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
15 so as (even *no*) (into *N(k)O*) the streets to bring out the sick and to put [them] on (cots *N(k)O*) and mats, that when is coming Peter at least at least the shadow (shall envelop *NK(o)*) some of them.
੧੫ਐਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਰੋਗੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਚੌਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਜੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਤਰਸ ਆਵੇ ਤਦ ਹੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਛਾਵਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੈ ਜਾਵੇ।
16 Were coming together now also the multitude from the surrounding cities (into *k*) Jerusalem bringing [the] sick and [those] being tormented by spirits unclean, who were healed all.
੧੬ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਨਗਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੋਗੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਆਤਮਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਤਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ।
17 Having risen up however the high priest and all those with him, which is being [the] sect of the Sadducees, were filled with jealousy
੧੭ਤਦ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਵੀ ਸਭ ਜੋ ਸਦੂਕੀ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਸਨ ਉੱਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਏ।
18 and they laid the hands (of them *k*) on the apostles and put them in [the] jail public.
੧੮ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
19 An angel however of [the] Lord during (the *k*) night (having opened *N(k)O*) the doors of the prison, having brought out then them said;
੧੯ਪਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ,
20 do go and having stood do speak in the temple to the people all the declarations of the life this.
੨੦ਜਾਓ ਹੈਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਓ।
21 Having heard now they entered at the dawn into the temple and were teaching. Having come now the high priest and those with him they called together the Council even all the Senate of the sons of Israel and sent to the prison house to bring them.
੨੧ਇਹ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਤੜਕੇ ਹੈਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ ਲੱਗੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਆਏ ਤਾਂ ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਦਖ਼ਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ।
22 And having come [the] officers not did find them in the prison. having returned then they reported back
੨੨ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਆਏ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੁੜ ਗਏ।
23 saying that The (indeed *k*) prison house we found shut with all security and the guards (outside *K*) already standing (before *N(k)O*) the doors, having opened [them] however inside no [one] we found.
੨੩ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੌਕਸੀ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਰੇ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਟਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ।
24 When now they heard words these both (the priest and the *K*) captain of the temple and the chief priests were perplexed concerning them, what maybe would be this.
੨੪ਜਦੋਂ ਹੈਕਲ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੁਬਧਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਏ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਕੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ?
25 Having come then a certain one he reported to them (saying *k*) that Behold the men whom you put in the prison are in the temple already standing and teaching the people!
੨੫ਤਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਕਿ ਵੇਖੋ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਹੈਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ!
26 Then having gone the captain with the officers (was bringing *N(k)O*) them not with force, they were afraid of for the people (so that *k*) lest they may be stoned.
੨੬ਤਦ ਉਹ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾ ਕੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਪਰ ਧੱਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੱਥਰ ਨਾ ਮਾਰਨ।
27 Having brought then them they set [them] in the Council. And asked them the high priest
੨੭ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਤਦ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ।
28 saying; (Surely *NK*) by a charge we commanded you not to teach in name this. And behold you have filled Jerusalem with the teaching of you and you intend to bring upon us the blood of the man this.
੨੮ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾ ਦੇਣਾ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਵੇਖੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਨਾਲੇ ਇਹ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਖੂਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
29 Answering however (*k*) Peter and the apostles said; To obey it is necessary to God rather than to men.
੨੯ਤਦ ਪਤਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
30 The God of the fathers of us raised up Jesus whom you yourselves killed having hanged [Him] on a tree;
੩੦ਸਾਡੇ ਬਾਪ ਦਾਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਲੀਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਟਕਾ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
31 Him God [as] Prince and Savior exalted by the right hand of Him (*no*) to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.
੩੧ਉਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਤ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕਤੀਦਾਤਾ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੇ।
32 And we ourselves are (of him *k*) witnesses of the declarations these and also the Spirit (now *k*) Holy whom has given God to those obeying Him.
੩੨ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਆ ਹੈ।
33 And (having heard *NK(o)*) they felt cut up and (they were desiring *N(k)O*) to execute them.
੩੩ਇਹ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ।
34 Having risen up however a certain [man] in the Council a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law honored by all the people, he commanded [them] outside for a short (while *k*) the (men *N(K)O*) to put,
੩੪ਪਰ ਗਮਲੀਏਲ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਫ਼ਰੀਸੀ ਜੋ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਦਰਯੋਗ ਸੀ ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿਓ
35 He said then to them; Men Israelites, do take heed to yourselves with men these what you are about to do.
੩੫ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਲੋਕੋ, ਖ਼ਬਰਦਾਰ ਰਹੋ, ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ।
36 Before for these days rose up Theudas affirming to be somebody himself, to whom (were joined *N(k)(o)*) of men number (about *N(k)O*) four hundred; who was executed, and all as many as were persuaded by him they were dispersed and they it came to no [thing].
੩੬ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਥੇਉਦਾਸ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਸੌ ਆਦਮੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਸਨ, ਖਿੱਲਰ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਬੇ ਠਿਕਾਣੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
37 After this man rose up Judas the Galilean in the days of the registration and drew away people (significant number of *K*) after him; And he And he perished, and all as many as were persuaded by him were scattered.
੩੭ਉਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਰਦੁਮਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲੀਲ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਯਹੂਦਾ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਗਰ ਲਾ ਲਿਆ। ਉਹ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਨਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਸਨ, ਸਾਰੇ ਖਿੱਲਰ ਗਏ।
38 And now I say to you, do withdraw from men these and (do release *N(k)O*) them, for if shall be from men plan this or work this, it will be overthrown;
੩੮ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਦਿਓ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੇ ਇਹ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
39 if however from God it is, not (you will be able *N(k)O*) to overthrow (them, *N(K)O*) otherwise otherwise also fighting against God You shall be found.
੩੯ਪਰ ਜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਠਹਿਰੋਂ।
40 They were persuaded now by him, and having called in the apostles having beaten they commanded [them] not to speak in the name of Jesus and released (them. *k*)
੪੦ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮਨ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਲ ਸੱਦਿਆ ਤੇ ਮਾਰ ਕੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਜੋ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਚਰਚਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ, ਫਿਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
41 They indeed therefore were departing rejoicing from [the] presence of the Council, that they had been counted worthy for the Name (*o*) (of him *K(O)*) to suffer dishonor;
੪੧ਉਹ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਨੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੇਪਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਗਿਣੇ ਗਏ ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣਿਓਂ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ।
42 Every then day in the temple and in house not they were ceasing teaching and evangelising [that] the Christ [is] Jesus.
੪੨ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਹੈਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਸੁਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਹਟੇ ਕਿ ਯਿਸੂ ਹੀ ਮਸੀਹ ਹੈ!
