2 Corinthians 2

1 I judged (for *N+kO) within myself this not again in grief to you to come.

ஆகவே, நான் உங்களுக்கு வேதனையை உண்டாக்கும் இன்னுமொரு சந்திப்பை ஏற்படுத்தாமலிருக்க என் மனதில் தீர்மானித்தேன்.

2 If for I myself grieve you again who (is *k) the [one] gladdening me except not the [one] being grieved by me?

நான் உங்களைத் துக்கப்படுத்தினால் என்னை மகிழ்விப்பவர்கள் யார்? என்னை துக்கப்படுத்தியது நீங்கள்தானே.

3 And I wrote (to you *k) this same thing, so that not having come grief (I may have *N+kO) from [those] of whom it was necessary me to rejoice having trusted in all you that my joy of all of you is.

இதனாலேயே, நான் இவ்வாறு உங்களுக்குக் கடிதம் எழுதினேன். நான் உங்களிடம் வரும்போது, என்னை மகிழ்விக்க வேண்டியவர்களால் நான் துக்கமடைய விரும்பவில்லை. நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் என் சந்தோஷத்தில் பங்கு கொள்வீர்கள் என்று, நான் உங்கள் எல்லோரையும் குறித்து மனவுறுதியுள்ளவனாய் இருந்தேன்.

4 Out of for much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you through many tears, not that you may be grieved, but the love that you may know that I have more abundantly toward you.

நான் மிகுந்த துன்பத்தோடும், உள்ளத்தின் வேதனையோடும், அதிக கண்ணீரோடும் உங்களுக்கு அந்தக் கடிதத்தை எழுதினேன். ஆனால், உங்களைத் துக்கப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக அல்ல, நான் உங்கள்மேல் வைத்திருக்கும் அன்பின் ஆழத்தை நீங்கள் அறிந்துகொள்ளும்படியாகவே நான் அப்படி எழுதினேன்.

5 If however anyone has caused grief, not me myself has he grieved but in part — that not I may burden all you.

யாராகிலும் ஒருவன் துக்கம் உண்டாக்கி இருந்தால், அவன் என்னை மட்டுமல்ல, ஓரளவுக்கு உங்களெல்லோரையுமே துக்கப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறான். இதை நான் பெரிதுபடுத்த விரும்பவில்லை.

6 Sufficient to such a one [is] the punishment this which [is] by the majority,

அப்படிப்பட்டவன் உங்கள் அநேகரால் தண்டனை பெற்றிருக்கிறான். அது போதுமானது.

7 so that on the contrary rather for you to forgive and to comfort [him], lest perhaps by more excessive sorrow may be overwhelmed such a one.

ஆதலால், நீங்கள் இப்பொழுது அவனை மன்னித்து ஆறுதல்படுத்தவேண்டும். இல்லையெனில், அவன் அதிகமான துக்கத்தில் மூழ்கிவிடுவான்.

8 Therefore I exhort you to confirm toward him love.

ஆனபடியால் நான் உங்களைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன், மீண்டும் நீங்கள் அவனுக்கு உங்கள் அன்பை உறுதிப்படுத்துங்கள்.

9 For this indeed also did I write, so that I may know the proof of you, whether to everything obedient you are.

நீங்கள் எல்லாவற்றிலும் கீழ்ப்படிகிறீர்களா என்று உங்களைச் சோதித்துப் பார்ப்பதற்காகவே இப்படி எழுதினேன்.

10 To whomever now anything you forgive, I also myself; I also myself; and for I myself (to whom *N+kO) I have forgiven, if anything I have forgiven, [it is] for you in [the] presence of Christ,

நீங்கள் யாரையாவது மன்னித்தால், நானும் அவனை மன்னிக்கிறேன். நான் மன்னிக்கவேண்டியது ஏதேனும் இருந்தால், அதை நான் உங்கள் நிமித்தம் கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய சமுகத்தில் மன்னித்திருக்கிறேன்.

11 so that not we may be outwitted by Satan; not for of his schemes we are ignorant.

சாத்தான் நம்மைத் தனது தந்திரத்தால் வஞ்சிக்காதபடி அவ்வாறு செய்தேன். ஏனெனில், சாத்தானின் வஞ்சகதிட்டங்களை நாம் அறியாதவர்கள் அல்ல.

12 Having come now to Troas for the gospel of Christ also a door to me having been opened in [the] Lord,

நான் கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தியைப் பிரசங்கிப்பதற்காகத் துரோவா பட்டணத்துக்குப் போனபோது, கர்த்தர் எனக்கு ஒரு கதவு திறந்ததைக் கண்டேன்.

13 not I have had rest in the spirit of mine in the not finding my Titus the brother of mine, instead having taken leave of them I went out to Macedonia.

ஆனாலும், அங்கே என் சகோதரன் தீத்துவைக் காணாதபடியால், என் உள்ளத்தில் சமாதானம் இல்லாதிருந்தது. ஆதலால், நான் அவர்களிடம் விடைபெற்றுக்கொண்டு, மக்கெதோனியாவுக்குப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனேன்.

14 However to God [be] thanks to the [One] always leading in triumph us in Christ and the fragrance of the knowledge of Him making manifest through us in every place,

இறைவனுக்கே நன்றி. அவர் எப்பொழுதும் எங்களைக் கரம்பிடித்து, கிறிஸ்துவின் வெற்றி பவனிக்குள் வழிநடத்துகிறார். இப்படி அவரைப்பற்றிய அறிவின் நறுமணம்போல் எங்கள் மூலமாக எல்லா இடங்களிலும் பரவச்செய்கிறார்.

15 For of Christ a sweet perfume we are to God in those being saved and in those perishing,

ஏனெனில், இரட்சிக்கப்படுகிறவர்கள் மத்தியிலும், அழிந்து போகிறவர்கள் மத்தியிலும் நாம் இறைவனுக்கு கிறிஸ்துவின் நறுமணமாயிருக்கிறோம்.

16 to one indeed an odor (from *no) death to death, to one however a fragrance (from *no) life to life. And for these things who [is] sufficient?

ஒரு சிலருக்கு மரணத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் துர்நாற்றமாகவும் மற்றவருக்கு வாழ்வளிக்கும் நறுமணமாகவும் இருக்கிறோம். இப்படிப்பட்ட பணியை செய்யும் ஆற்றலுள்ளவன் யார்?

17 Not for we are like the (many *NK+O) peddling the word of God, but as of sincerity, but as of God, (before *N+kO) God in Christ we speak.

அநேகர் இறைவனுடைய வார்த்தையை, மலிவான கடைச்சரக்காக கருதி இலாபம் பெற விற்கிறார்கள். நாங்கள் அவர்களைப் போன்றவர்கள் அல்ல. மாறாக, நாங்கள் இறைவனால் அனுப்பப்பட்ட மனிதரைப்போல், கிறிஸ்துவில் இறைவனுக்கு முன்பாக நேர்மையுடன் அதைப் பேசுகிறோம்.
