1 Peter 4

1 Christ therefore having suffered (for of us *K) in [the] flesh also you yourselves the same mind do arm yourselves with, because the [one] having suffered (in *k) [the] flesh has himself done (with sin; *NK+o)

ཨསྨཱཀཾ ཝིནིམཡེན ཁྲཱིཥྚཿ ཤརཱིརསམྦནྡྷེ དཎྜཾ བྷུཀྟཝཱན྄ ཨཏོ ཧེཏོཿ ཤརཱིརསམྦནྡྷེ ཡོ དཎྜཾ བྷུཀྟཝཱན྄ ས པཱཔཱཏ྄ མུཀྟ

2 so as no longer to men’s desires but to [the] will of God the remaining in [the] flesh to live time.

ཨིཏིབྷཱཝེན ཡཱུཡམཔི སུསཛྫཱིབྷཱུཡ དེཧཝཱསསྱཱཝཤིཥྚཾ སམཡཾ པུནརྨཱནཝཱནཱམ྄ ཨིཙྪཱསཱདྷནཱརྠཾ ནཧི ཀིནྟྭཱིཤྭརསྱེཙྪཱསཱདྷནཱརྠཾ ཡཱཔཡཏ།

3 [Is] sufficient for (to us *K) the having past time (of life *K) the (desire *N+kO) of the Gentiles (to have carried out *N+kO) having walked in sensuality, in lusts, in drunkenness, in orgies, in carousing, and in abominable idolatries;

ཨཱཡུཥོ ཡཿ སམཡོ ཝྱཏཱིཏསྟསྨིན྄ ཡུཥྨཱབྷི ཪྻད྄ དེཝཔཱུཛཀཱནཱམ྄ ཨིཙྪཱསཱདྷནཾ ཀཱམཀུཏྶིཏཱབྷིལཱཥམདྱཔཱནརངྒརསམཏྟཏཱགྷྲྀཎཱརྷདེཝཔཱུཛཱཙརཎཉྩཱཀཱརི ཏེན བཱཧུལྱཾ།

4 With respect to this they think it strange not running with [them] of you into the same of debauchery overflow denigrating [you],

ཡཱུཡཾ ཏཻཿ སཧ ཏསྨིན྄ སཪྻྭནཱཤཔངྐེ མཛྫིཏུཾ ན དྷཱཝཐ, ཨིཏྱནེནཱཤྩཪྻྱཾ ཝིཛྙཱཡ ཏེ ཡུཥྨཱན྄ ནིནྡནྟི།

5 who will give account to Him who ready is (to judge *NK+o) [the] living and [the] dead.

ཀིནྟུ ཡོ ཛཱིཝཏཱཾ མྲྀཏཱནཱཉྩ ཝིཙཱརཾ ཀརྟྟུམ྄ ཨུདྱཏོ྅སྟི ཏསྨཻ ཏཻརུཏྟརཾ དཱཡིཥྱཏེ།

6 To this [end] indeed even to [the] dead it was evangelised, so that they may be judged indeed according to men in [the] flesh, they may live however according to God in [the] spirit.

ཡཏོ ཧེཏོ ཪྻེ མྲྀཏཱསྟེཥཱཾ ཡཏ྄ མཱནཝོདྡེཤྱཿ ཤཱརཱིརིཀཝིཙཱརཿ ཀིནྟྭཱིཤྭརོདྡེཤྱམ྄ ཨཱཏྨིཀཛཱིཝནཾ བྷཝཏ྄ ཏདརྠཾ ཏེཥཱམཔི སནྣིདྷཽ སུསམཱཙཱརཿ པྲཀཱཤིཏོ྅བྷཝཏ྄།

7 Of all now the end has drawn near; do be clear-minded therefore and do sober for the purpose of prayers

སཪྻྭེཥཱམ྄ ཨནྟིམཀཱལ ཨུཔསྠིཏསྟསྨཱད྄ ཡཱུཡཾ སུབུདྡྷཡཿ པྲཱརྠནཱརྠཾ ཛཱགྲཏཤྩ བྷཝཏ།

8 above all things (now *k) among yourselves love fervent having, because love (covers over *N+kO) a multitude of sins.

ཝིཤེཥཏཿ པརསྤརཾ གཱཌྷཾ པྲེམ ཀུརུཏ, ཡཏཿ, པཱཔཱནཱམཔི བཱཧུལྱཾ པྲེམྣཻཝཱཙྪཱདཡིཥྱཏེ།

9 hospitable to one another without (complaint; *N+kO)

ཀཱཏརོཀྟིཾ ཝིནཱ པརསྤརམ྄ ཨཱཏིཐྱཾ ཀྲྀརུཏ།

10 each even as has received a gift to each other them serving as good stewards of [the] manifold grace of God:

ཡེན ཡོ ཝརོ ལབྡྷསྟེནཻཝ ས པརམ྄ ཨུཔཀརོཏྲྀ, ཨིཏྠཾ ཡཱུཡམ྄ ཨཱིཤྭརསྱ བཧུཝིདྷཔྲསཱདསྱོཏྟམཱ བྷཱཎྜཱགཱརཱདྷིཔཱ བྷཝཏ།

11 if anyone speaks as oracles of God; if anyone serves as of strength (which *NK+o) supplies God; so that in all things may be glorified God through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory and the power to the ages of the ages, Amen. (aiōn g165)

ཡོ ཝཱཀྱཾ ཀཐཡཏི ས ཨཱིཤྭརསྱ ཝཱཀྱམིཝ ཀཐཡཏུ ཡཤྩ པརམ྄ ཨུཔཀརོཏི ས ཨཱིཤྭརདཏྟསཱམརྠྱཱདིཝོཔཀརོཏུ། སཪྻྭཝིཥཡེ ཡཱིཤུཁྲཱིཥྚེནེཤྭརསྱ གཽརཝཾ པྲཀཱཤྱཏཱཾ ཏསྱཻཝ གཽརཝཾ པརཱཀྲམཤྩ སཪྻྭདཱ བྷཱུཡཱཏ྄། ཨཱམེན། (aiōn g165)

12 Beloved, not do be surprised at the among you fire for a trial to you taking place as if a strange thing to you were happening;

ཧེ པྲིཡཏམཱཿ, ཡུཥྨཱཀཾ པརཱིཀྵཱརྠཾ ཡསྟཱཔོ ཡུཥྨཱསུ ཝརྟྟཏེ ཏམ྄ ཨསམྦྷཝགྷཊིཏཾ མཏྭཱ ནཱཤྩཪྻྱཾ ཛཱནཱིཏ,

13 But as you have shared in the of Christ sufferings do rejoice, so that also in the revelation of the glory of Him you may rejoice exulting.

ཀིནྟུ ཁྲཱིཥྚེན ཀླེཤཱནཱཾ སཧབྷཱགིཏྭཱད྄ ཨཱནནྡཏ ཏེན ཏསྱ པྲཏཱཔཔྲཀཱཤེ྅པྱཱནནནྡེན པྲཕུལླཱ བྷཝིཥྱཐ།

14 If you are insulted in [the] name of Christ, [you are] blessed; because of glory and of God [the] Spirit upon you rests (according to indeed them he is blasphemed according to however you he is honored. *K)

ཡདི ཁྲཱིཥྚསྱ ནཱམཧེཏུནཱ ཡུཥྨཱཀཾ ནིནྡཱ བྷཝཏི ཏརྷི ཡཱུཡཾ དྷནྱཱ ཡཏོ གཽརཝདཱཡཀ ཨཱིཤྭརསྱཱཏྨཱ ཡུཥྨཱསྭདྷིཏིཥྛཏི ཏེཥཱཾ མདྷྱེ ས ནིནྡྱཏེ ཀིནྟུ ཡུཥྨནྨདྷྱེ པྲཤཾསྱཏེ།

15 Not for any of you should suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a troublesome meddler;

ཀིནྟུ ཡུཥྨཱཀཾ ཀོ྅པི ཧནྟཱ ཝཱ ཙཻརོ ཝཱ དུཥྐརྨྨཀྲྀད྄ ཝཱ པརཱདྷིཀཱརཙརྩྩཀ ཨིཝ དཎྜཾ ན བྷུངྐྟཱཾ།

16 if however as a Christian, not he should be ashamed, he should glorify however God in (name *N+KO) this.

ཡདི ཙ ཁྲཱིཥྚཱིཡཱན ཨིཝ དཎྜཾ བྷུངྐྟེ ཏརྷི ས ན ལཛྫམཱནསྟཏྐཱརཎཱད྄ ཨཱིཤྭརཾ པྲཤཾསཏུ།

17 For [it is] the time [for] to have begun the judgment from the house of God; if now first from us, what [will be] the outcome of those disobeying the of God gospel?

ཡཏོ ཝིཙཱརསྱཱརམྦྷསམཡེ ཨཱིཤྭརསྱ མནྡིརེ ཡུཛྱཏེ ཡདི ཙཱསྨཏྶྭཱརབྷཏེ ཏརྷཱིཤྭརཱིཡསུསཾཝཱདཱགྲཱཧིཎཱཾ ཤེཥདཤཱ ཀཱ བྷཝིཥྱཏི?

18 And If the righteous [one] with difficulty is saved, the (now *o) ungodly and sinner where will appear?

དྷཱརྨྨིཀེནཱཔི ཙེཏ྄ ཏྲཱཎམ྄ ཨཏིཀྲྀཙྪྲེཎ གམྱཏེ། ཏརྷྱདྷཱརྨྨིཀཔཱཔིབྷྱཱམ྄ ཨཱཤྲཡཿ ཀུཏྲ ལཔྶྱཏེ།

19 Therefore also those suffering according to the will of God (as *K) to [the] faithful Creator they should commit the souls (of them *N+kO) in well doing.

ཨཏ ཨཱིཤྭརེཙྪཱཏོ ཡེ དུཿཁཾ བྷུཉྫཏེ ཏེ སདཱཙཱརེཎ སྭཱཏྨཱནོ ཝིཤྭཱསྱསྲཥྚུརཱིཤྭསྱ ཀརཱབྷྱཱཾ ནིདདྷཏཱཾ།
