< Romans 10 >

1 Brethren! the delight of my own heart and my supplication God-ward in their behalf, are for salvation;
Valukolo inumbula yango nulwisayo lwango khwa Nguluve, khuvene khwa jili ya vupokhi, ukhuva nukhuvavula ukhuta, valene mbombo ya Nguluve sio kwa jili ya luhala.
2 For I bear them witness that they have, a zeal for God, —but not according to correct knowledge;
Ukhuva ni khuvavula ukhuta vale nembombo ya Nguluve. Leno sio ukhuta valenu welewa.
3 For, not knowing God’s righteousness and, their own, seeking to establish, unto the righteousness of God, have they not submitted;
Ukhuva Sara yemanyile ilweli ya Nguluve, vilonda ukhujenga elweli yavene vavo. savale videkhi khuvulyeu wa Nguluve.
4 For Christ is an end of law, for righteousness, unto every one that believeth.
Ukhuva uKlisite vitimilifu indagelo khuvulweli wakhila munu uvikhwami.
5 For, Moses, writeth that—as touching the righteousness that is by law, The man that hath done [it], shall live thereby;
Ukhuva uMusa viasimbile ukhuhusu elweli ukhumana nululagelo: Umunu uvaivomba elweli ya lulagelo itamaga ni lwali iyi.”
6 Whereas, the righteousness by faith, thus speaketh—Do not say in thy heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? That is, to bring, Christ, down,
Inava ilule yivonekha nu ulwidikho vun'cho lweli, “Usite ukhujova munumbula yakho, 'Vani ukhutoga khukianya?' (Khu khu ndata uKlisite pasi).
7 Or, Who shall descend into the abyss? That is, to bring up, Christ, from among the dead; (Abyssos g12)
Usite ukho jova munumbula yakho veni a uvikhava ikhwikha pali guli iya yuyikhundata uKlisite khukhanya ukhuma khura fuile). (Abyssos g12)
8 But what saith it? Near thee, is the declaration, In thy mouth and in thy heart, —that is, the declaration of the faith, which we proclaim: —
Lakini yijova khekhi? “Ilimonyu lelepipi nuve, mundomo gwakho na munumbula yakho.” Ilwo ni limenyu ilya lwidakho.” Lilyo tukholejova.
9 That, if thou shalt confess the declaration with thy mouth—That Jesus is, Lord, and shalt believe with thy hear—That, God, raised him from among the dead, thou shalt be saved; —
Ukhuva undomo gwakho gwipela khwa Yesu ukhuva vitwa, nukhwamini munumbula yakho ukhuta vu Nguluve ukhunchukha, wipona.
10 For, in heart, it is to be believed unto righteousness, and, by mouth, it is to be confessed unto salvation.
Ukhuva khunumbula umunu ikhedekha nukhupela lweli, na khundomo ukhupela nukhupokhela uvulokhole.
11 For the scripture saith—No one that resteth faith thereupon, shall be put to shame?
Ukhuva eliandikho linchova khila uvikhumwamini sakhasukha.”
12 For there is no distinction—of Jew or Greek, —for, the same [Lord], is Lord of all, being rich unto all who call upon him;
Ukhuva lisikhuli lilyo salihwaninia Myahudi nu Myunani. ukhuva utwa yula yula vitwa vavoni vitayeli kuvoni avavikhumwilanga.
13 For, Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved: —
Ukhuva khila umunu uvikhule langela ilitawa lya Utwa ikhokhokha.
14 How, then, shall men call upon one in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in one of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear, without one to proclaim?
Khulitawa lilikhu viwesya ukhu mwilanga umwene vusava mpulikhi? liuvikhupulikha wasipali uvi lumbelela?
15 And how shall they proclaim, except they be sent? Even as it is written—How beautiful the feet of them that bring glad tidings of good things!
Vigaha ndati vawesya ukhulumbilila, vangasite ukusuhiwa? nduvuliandikhiwe.
16 But, not all, have become obedient unto the glad tidings; —for, Isaiah, saith—Lord! who believed what we have heard?
Ukhuva voni savapulekheje ilimenyu ukhuva u Isaya ijova, “Utwa, veni uva pulikhe ilimenyu lieto?”
17 Hence, our faith, cometh by something heard, and, that which is heard, through a declaration of Christ.
Ulwedekhe lukhuja ukhuhumila mulimenyu lya Klisite.
18 But I say: Have they not heard? Yea indeed, —into all the earth, hath gone forth their sound, and, unto the ends of the inhabited world, their declarations.
Leno nijova, “Lweli savakha pilikhe?” Lweli khabisa ilimenyu iyavene likhegile mughelunga khyoni na mamenyu gavene ukhuluta khu mwisio wa khelunga.
19 But I say: Hath, Israel, not come to know? First, Moses, saith—I, will provoke you to jealousy on account of a no-nation, on account of an undiscerning nation, will I make you very angry.
Khugoni, nijova, Lweli Israel sakhalumanye?” Ulwakhwanja u Musa akhajova, nukhuvan'chogosya ukhuvavikhila uwifu khuvanu vavo sio vataifa. Khujela yeyo sio ya vanu vataifa lelwo lejila vumanyi nikhuva nchonchela mpakha muvipe.”
20 Isaiah, however, waxeth daring, and saith, —I have been found by them who after me were not seeking, manifest have I become unto them who for me were not enquiring;
Nu Isaya ikhifu fin'cho ukhujova, “Navonikha khuvala avasavakha kha ndo ndaga navonikhe khuvala vavo savalikhunogwa.”
21 Whereas, regarding Israel, he saith—All day long, have I stretched forth my hands unto a people unyielding and contradicting.
Linu khuva Israeli ukhun'chova, “Isikhu joni nanyosinche amavokho gango khuvala avasavikhumulikha na khuvanu vango.”
