Psalms 130

1 A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths, have I cried unto thee, O Yahweh.

൧ആരോഹണഗീതം. യഹോവേ, ക്ലേശങ്ങളുടെ ആഴത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഞാൻ അങ്ങയോടു നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു;

2 O My Lord! hearken thou unto my voice, —Let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications,

൨കർത്താവേ, എന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കണമേ; അങ്ങയുടെ ചെവി എന്റെ യാചനകളെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണമേ.

3 If, iniquities, thou shouldest mark, O Yah, O My Lord, who could stand?

൩യഹോവേ, അങ്ങ് അകൃത്യങ്ങൾ ഓർമ്മവച്ചാൽ കർത്താവേ, ആര് നിലനില്ക്കും?

4 But, with thee, is forgiveness, that thou mayest be revered.

൪എങ്കിലും അങ്ങയെ ഭയപ്പെടുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അങ്ങയുടെ പക്കൽ പാപക്ഷമ ഉണ്ട്.

5 I have waited for Yahweh, My soul hath waited for his word;

൫ഞാൻ യഹോവയ്ക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഉള്ളം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വചനത്തിൽ ഞാൻ പ്രത്യാശ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

6 I have hoped, O my soul, for My Lord, more than they who watch for the morning, who watch for the morning.

൬ഉഷസ്സിനായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവരെക്കാൾ, അതെ, ഉഷസ്സിനായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവരെക്കാൾ എന്റെ ഉള്ളം യഹോവയ്ക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

7 Wait, O Israel, for Yahweh, —for, with Yahweh, is lovingkindness, and there aboundeth with him—redemption.

൭യിസ്രായേലേ, യഹോവയിൽ പ്രത്യാശ വച്ചുകൊള്ളുക; യഹോവയുടെ പക്കൽ കൃപയും അവിടുത്തെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ധാരാളം വിടുതലും ഉണ്ട്.

8 He, therefore, will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

൮ദൈവം യിസ്രായേലിനെ അവന്റെ സകല അകൃത്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും വീണ്ടെടുക്കും.
