Psalms 11

1 To the Chief Musician. David’s. In Yahweh, have I sought refuge. How can ye say to my soul, Flee to a mountain like a little bird;

၁မတရားသော သူတို့သည် သဘောဖြောင့်သော သူတို့ကို မထင်မရှားပစ်အံ့သောငှါ လေးကို တင်၍၊ လေးညှို့ပေါ်မှာ မြှားကိုပြင်ကြ၏။

2 For lo! the lawless, bend the bow They have fixed their arrow upon the string, To shoot in the darkness at the upright in heart:

၂အမှီတကဲတို့သည် ပျက်လျင် ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူသည် အဘယ်သို့ ပြုနိုင် သနည်း။

3 When the pillars are overthrown, What could, a righteous man, do?

၃ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်အား သင်သည်ငှက်သကဲ့သို့ ကိုယ် နေရာ တောင်ပေါ်သို့ ပြေးချေဟု အဘယ်ကြောင့် ပြောကြသနည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။

4 Yahweh, is in his holy temple As for Yahweh, in the heavens, is his throne, His eyes, behold—His eyelashes test the sons of men.

၄ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သန့်ရှင်းသော ဗိမာန် တော်၌ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပလ္လင်တော်သည် ကောင်းကင်ပေါ်မှာတည်၏။ မျက်စိတော်သည် ကြည့်ရှု ၍ မျက်ခမ်းတော်သည် လူသားတို့ကို စစ်တော်မူ၏။

5 Yahweh, putteth, the righteous, to the test, —But the lawless one and the lover of violence, his soul doth hate.

၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူကို စုံစမ်းတော်မူ၏။ မတရားသောသူနှင့် လုယူဖျက်ဆီးလို သော သူကိုဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် မုန်းတော်မူ၏။

6 He will rain upon the lawless live-coals, Fire and brimstone and a burning wind, are the portion of their cup.

၆မတရားသောသူတို့အပေါ်မှာ တောက်သော မီးခဲ၊ ကန့်နှင့်ရောသောမီးလျှံ၊ ပူလောင်သော မုန်တိုင်းကို သက်ရောက်စေ၍၊ သူတို့သောက်စရာဘို့ စီရင်တော် မူမည်။

7 For righteous is Yahweh Righteousness, he loveth, the upright, shall behold his face.

၇တရားသဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူသောထာဝရဘုရား သည် တရားသောအမှုကို နှစ်သက်၍ သဘောဖြောင့် သောသူကို မျက်နှာပြုတော်မူ၏။
