Numbers 1

1 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses in the desert of Sinai in the tent of meeting, —on the first of the second month in the second year by their coming forth out of the land of Egypt saying:

لە یەکی مانگی دووی ساڵی دووەمی هاتنەدەرەوەی گەلی ئیسرائیل لە خاکی میسر، لە چادری چاوپێکەوتندا لە چۆڵەوانی سینا، یەزدان بە موسای فەرموو:

2 Reckon ye up the sum of all the assembly of the sons of Israel, by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, every male, by their polls;

«سەرژمێری هەموو کۆمەڵی نەوەی ئیسرائیل بکەن، بە خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیانەوە، بە لیستی ناوی نێرینەکان یەک بە یەک.

3 from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war in Israel, —ye shall number them by their hosts, thou and Aaron;

لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن لە ئیسرائیل خزمەت بکەن لە سوپا، تۆ و هارون بەگوێرەی لەشکرەکانیان تۆماریان بکەن.

4 and with you, shall be one man for each tribe, —each man, head of his ancestral house, shall be.

بۆ هەر هۆزێک پیاوێکتان لەگەڵدا بێت، پیاوێک گەورەی بنەماڵەکەی بێت.

5 These, then, are the names of the men who shall stand with you, —Of Reuben, Elizur, son of Shedeur;

«ئەمەش ناوی ئەو پیاوانەیە کە یارمەتیتان دەدەن: «لە هۆزی ڕەئوبێن، ئەلیسوری کوڕی شەدیئور؛

6 Of Simeon, Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai;

لە هۆزی شیمۆن، شەلومیێلی کوڕی چووریشەدای؛

7 Of Judah, Nahshon, son of Amminadab;

لە هۆزی یەهودا، نەحشۆنی کوڕی عەمیناداب؛

8 Of Issachar, Nethanel, son of Zuar;

لە هۆزی یەساخار، نەتەنێلی کوڕی چوعەر؛

9 Of Zebulun, Eliab, son of Helon;

لە هۆزی زەبولون، ئەلیابی کوڕی حێلۆن؛

10 Of the sons of Joseph, —Of Ephraim, Elishama son of Ammihud; Of Manasseh, Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur;

لە کوڕەکانی یوسف: لە هۆزی ئەفرایم، ئەلیشاماعی کوڕی عەمیهود؛ لە هۆزی مەنەشە، گەمالائیلی کوڕی پەداهچوور؛

11 Of Benjamin, Abidan son of Gideoni;

لە هۆزی بنیامین، ئەبیدانی کوڕی گدعۆنی،

12 Of Dan, Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai;

لە هۆزی دان، ئەحیعەزەری کوڕی عەمیشەدای؛

13 Of Asher, Pagiel, son of Ochran;

لە هۆزی ئاشێر، پەگعیێلی کوڕی عۆخران؛

14 Of Gad, Eliasaph son of Deuel;

لە هۆزی گاد، ئەلیاسافی کوڕی دەعوئێل؛

15 Of Naphtali, Ahira son of Enan.

لە هۆزی نەفتالی، ئەحیڕەعی کوڕی عێینان.»

16 These, are they who had been summoned by the assembly, being princes of the tribes of their fathers, —heads of the thousands of Israel.

ئەوانە هەڵبژێردراوانی کۆمەڵەکەن، سەرکردەی هۆزی باوکانیانن، سەرۆک خێڵەکانی ئیسرائیلن.

17 So then Moses and Aaron took these men, who were distinguished by name;

جا موسا و هارون هەموو ئەو پیاوانەیان برد کە باس کران،

18 all the assembly also, called they together on the first of the second month, —and they declared their pedigree according to their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards by their polls.

هەموو کۆمەڵیان لە یەکی مانگی دوو کۆکردەوە. لە گەنجانی بیست ساڵە بەرەو سەرەوە بەگوێرەی ڕەچەڵەکیان خرانەوە سەر خێڵ و بنەماڵەکانیان، یەک بە یەک ناوەکانیان تۆمار کرا،

19 As Yahweh commanded Moses, so he mustered them in the desert of Sinai.

هەروەک یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسا کرد. ئینجا لە چۆڵەوانی سینادا تۆماری کردن.

20 And they were [as followeth] —The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, in their pedigrees—by their families, by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, by their polls, every male, from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی ڕەئوبێن کە نۆبەرەی ئیسرائیلە، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، یەکە بە یەکە بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

21 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Reuben, forty-six thousand and five hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی ڕەئوبێن چل و شەش هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون.

22 Of the sons of Simeon, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, —such as were numbered of him, in the counting of names by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی شیمۆن، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، یەکە بە یەکە ژمێردران و بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

23 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Simeon, fifty-nine thousand and three hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی شیمۆن پەنجا و نۆ هەزار و سێ سەد کەس بوون.

24 Of the sons of Gad, in their pedigrees—by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war:

لە نەوەی گاد، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

25 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Gad, forty-five thousand and six hundred and fifty.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی گاد چل و پێنج هەزار و شەش سەد و پەنجا کەس بوون.

26 Of the sons of Judah, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی یەهودا، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

27 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Judah, seventy-four thousand and six hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی یەهودا حەفتا و چوار هەزار و شەش سەد کەس بوون.

28 Of the sons of Issachar, in their pedigrees—by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, from twenty year old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی یەساخار، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

29 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Issachar, fifty-four thousand and four hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی یەساخار پەنجا و چوار هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون.

30 Of the sons of Zebulun, in their pedigrees—by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی زەبولون، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

31 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Zebulun, fifty-seven thousand and four hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی زەبولون پەنجا و حەوت هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون.

32 Of the sons of Joseph—Of the sons of Ephraim, in their pedigrees—by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی یوسف، لە نەوەی ئەفرایم، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

33 such as were numbered of them, as belonging to the tribe of Ephraim, forty thousand and five hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی ئەفرایم چل هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون.

34 Of the sons of Manasseh, in their pedigrees—by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی مەنەشە، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

35 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Manasseh, thirty-two thousand, and two hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی مەنەشە سی و دوو هەزار و دوو سەد کەس بوون.

36 Of the sons of Benjamin, in their pedigrees by their families, by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی بنیامین، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

37 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Benjamin, thirty-five thousand and four hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی بنیامین سی و پێنج هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون.

38 Of the sons of Dan, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی دان، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

39 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Dan, sixty-two thousand, and seven hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی دان شەست و دوو هەزار و حەوت سەد کەس بوون.

40 Of the sons of Asher, in their pedigrees—by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی ئاشێر، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

41 such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Asher, forty-one thousand, and five hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی ئاشێر چل و یەک هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون.

42 The sons of Naphtali, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, —in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

لە نەوەی نەفتالی، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپادا، بەپێی ناوەکان ڕێکخران، بەگوێرەی تۆمارکردنی خێڵەکانیان و بنەماڵەکانیان.

43 such as were numbered of them, as belonging to the tribe of Naphtali, fifty-three thousand, and four hundred.

تۆمارکراوان لە هۆزی نەفتالی پەنجا و سێ هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون.

44 These, are they who were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron and the twelve princes of Israel did number, the princes acting each one for his ancestral house.

ئەوانە تۆمارکراوەکانن، ئەوانەی موسا و هارون و دوازدە سەرۆک هۆزەکانی ئیسرائیل تۆماریان کردن، هەر پیاوێک لە تۆمارکراوەکان نوێنەر بوو بۆ بنەماڵەکەی.

45 So then all they who were numbered of the sons of Israel by their ancestral houses, from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war in Israel;

جا هەموو نەوەی ئیسرائیل، بەگوێرەی بنەماڵەکانیان لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، هەموو ئەوانەی دەتوانن خزمەت بکەن لە سوپای ئیسرائیلدا تۆمار کران،

46 so then all they who were numbered were six hundred and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

هەموو تۆمارکراوەکان شەش سەد و سێ هەزار و پێنج سەد و پەنجا کەس بوون.

47 But the Levites by the tribe of their fathers were not numbered in their midst.

بەڵام هۆزی لێڤی بنەماڵەکانیان لەگەڵ ئەوان تۆمار نەکران،

48 For Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:

چونکە یەزدان بە موسای فەرموو:

49 Only the tribe of Levi, shalt thou not number, nor the sum of them, shalt thou reckon up, in the midst of the sons of Israel.

«هۆزی لێڤی تۆمار مەکە و لەنێوان نەوەی ئیسرائیلدا سەرژمێریان مەکە.

50 But do, thou thyself, put the Levites in charge over the habitation of the testimony, and over all the furniture thereof and over all that pertaineth thereto, they, shall bear the habitation, and all the furniture thereof, and they, shall attend thereupon; and, round about the habitation, shall they encamp.

بەڵکو لێڤییەکان لەسەر چادری پەیمان و هەموو قاپوقاچاغەکەی و هەموو ئەوەی هەیەتی دابنێ، ئەوان چادرەکەی پەرستن بە هەموو قاپوقاچاغەکانییەوە هەڵدەگرن و ئەوان خزمەتی دەکەن، لە چواردەوری چادرەکەی پەرستنیش چادر هەڵدەدەن.

51 And, when the habitation is to set forward, the Levites shall take it down, and when the habitation is to be pitched, the Levites, shall set it up, but the stranger that draweth near, shall be put to death.

لە کاتی گواستنەوەی چادرەکەی پەرستن لێڤییەکان هەڵیدەگرنەوە و لە کاتی هەڵدانی چادرەکەی پەرستنیش لێڤییەکان دایدەمەزرێننەوە. هەرکەسێکی دیکە جگە لە لێڤییەکان لێی نزیک بێتەوە دەکوژرێت.

52 So then the sons of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man, near his own camp, and, every man, near his own standard, by their hosts;

نەوەی ئیسرائیل هەریەکە لە ئۆردوگای خۆی لەژێر بەیداخەکەی خۆی بەپێی لەشکرەکانیان چادر هەڵدەدەن.

53 but the Levites, shall pitch their tents round about the habitation of the testimony, that there be no wrath upon the assembly of the sons of Israel, —so shall the Levites keep the watch of the habitation of the testimony.

بەڵام لێڤییەکان لە چواردەوری چادرەکەی پەیمان چادر هەڵدەدەن، هەتا تووڕەیی نەیەتە سەر کۆمەڵی نەوەی ئیسرائیل، جا لێڤییەکان بەرپرسیار دەبن لە پارێزگاری چادری پەیمان.»

54 Thus did the sons of Israel, —according to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so, did they.

نەوەی ئیسرائیلیش ئاوایان کرد، بەگوێرەی هەموو ئەوەی یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسا کرد.
