Numbers 34
1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
Und Jehova redete zu Mose und sprach:
2 Command the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them, When, ye, are coming into the land of Canaan, this is the land which shall fall unto you, as an inheritance, even the land of Canaan, by the boundaries thereof.
Gebiete den Kindern Israel und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn ihr in das Land Kanaan kommet, so ist dies das Land, welches euch als Erbteil zufallen soll: das Land Kanaan nach seinen Grenzen.
3 Ye shall therefore have a south corner, from the desert of Zin, on the side of Edom, —so shall ye have a south boundary, from the end of the salt sea, eastward:
Und die Südseite soll euch sein von der Wüste Zin an, Edom entlang, und die Südgrenze soll euch sein vom Ende des Salzmeeres gegen Osten.
4 and the boundary shall go round for you from the south towards the cliffs of Akrabbim, then cross over towards Zin, and the extension thereof shall be from the south to Kadesh-barnea, then shall it reach out to Hazar-addar, and cross over towards Azmon;
Und die Grenze soll sich euch südlich von der Anhöhe Akrabbim wenden und nach Zin hinübergehen, und ihr Ausgang [W. ihre Ausgänge; so auch v 5 usw.] sei südlich von Kades-Barnea; und sie laufe nach Hazar-Addar hin, und gehe hinüber nach Azmon;
5 then shall the boundary turn round from Azmon towards the ravine of Egypt, —and the extension thereof shall be towards the sea.
und die Grenze wende sich von Azmon nach dem Bache Ägyptens, und ihr Ausgang sei nach dem Meere hin. -
6 And, for a west boundary, —ye shall have the great sea, even a boundary, this, shall serve you as west boundary.
Und die Westgrenze: sie sei euch das große Meer und das Angrenzende; [d. h. die Küste] das soll euch die Westgrenze sein. -
7 And, this, shall serve you as a north boundary, —From the great sea, ye shall draw a line for you to Mount Hor:
Und dies soll euch die Nordgrenze sein: vom großen Meere aus sollt ihr euch den Berg Hor abmarken;
8 From Mount Hor, ye shall draw a line to the entering in of Hamath, —and the extension of the boundary shall be towards Zedad:
vom Berge Hor sollt ihr abmarken bis man nach Hamath kommt, und der Ausgang der Grenze sei nach Zedad hin;
9 then shall the boundary reach out towards Ziphron, and the extension thereof, be to Hazar-enan. This, shall serve you as a north, boundary.
und die Grenze laufe nach Siphron hin, und ihr Ausgang sei bei Hazar-Enan. Das soll euch die Nordgrenze sein. -
10 Then shall ye draw for yourselves a line, for an east boundary, —from Hazar-enan towards Shepham;
Und zur Ostgrenze sollt ihr euch abmarken von Hazar-Enan nach Schepham.
11 and the boundary shall go down from Shepham towards Riblah, on the east of Ain—then shall the boundary go down and strike on the side of the Sea of Chinnereth, eastward:
Und die Grenze gehe hinab von Schepham nach Ribla, östlich von Ajin; und die Grenze gehe hinab und stoße an die Seite [W. Schulter] des Sees Kinnereth [Genezareth] gegen Osten;
12 then shall the boundary go down towards the Jordan, and the extension thereof be to the salt sea. This shall be your land by the boundaries thereof round about.
und die Grenze gehe an den Jordan hinab, und ihr Ausgang sei am Salzmeere. Das soll euer Land sein nach seinen Grenzen ringsum.
13 And Moses commanded the sons of Israel saying, —This, is the land, which ye shall inherit by lot, which Yahweh had commanded to be given to the nine tribes and the half tribe.
Und Mose gebot den Kindern Israel und sprach: Das ist das Land, welches ihr durchs Los als Erbteil empfangen sollt, das Jehova den neun Stämmen und dem halben Stamme zu geben geboten hat.
14 For the tribe of the sons of the Reubenites by their ancestral house, and the tribe of the sons of Gad, by their ancestral house, have received, and, the half tribe of Manasseh have received, their inheritance:
Denn der Stamm der Kinder der Rubeniter nach ihren Vaterhäusern, und der Stamm der Kinder der Gaditer nach ihren Vaterhäusern, und die Hälfte des Stammes Manasse, die haben ihr Erbteil empfangen.
15 the two tribes, and the half tribe, have received their inheritance—on this side Jordan near Jericho, eastwards, towards sunrise.
Die zwei Stämme und der halbe Stamm haben ihr Erbteil empfangen diesseit des Jordan von Jericho, gegen Osten, gegen Sonnenaufgang.
16 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
Und Jehova redete zu Mose und sprach:
17 These, are the names of the men who shall receive for you the land, as an inheritance, Eleazar, the priest, and Joshua, son of Nun.
Dies sind die Namen der Männer, welche euch das Land als Erbe austeilen sollen: Eleasar, der Priester, und Josua, der Sohn Nuns.
18 Also, one prince from each tribe, shall ye take to receive the land, as an inheritance.
Und je einen Fürsten vom Stamme sollt ihr nehmen, um das Land als Erbe auszuteilen.
19 These, therefore, are the names of the men, —For the tribe of Judah, Caleb son of Jephunneh;
Und dies sind die Namen der Männer: für den [O. von dem so bis [v 29]] Stamm Juda: Kaleb, der Sohn Jephunnes;
20 And, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel son of Ammihud:
und für den Stamm der Kinder Simeon: Samuel, der Sohn Ammihuds;
21 For the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad son of Chislon;
für den Stamm Benjamin: Elidad, der Sohn Kislons;
22 And, for the tribe of the sons of Dan, a prince—Bukki, son of Jogli:
und für den Stamm der Kinder Dan ein Fürst: Bukki, der Sohn Joglis;
23 For the sons of Joseph, For the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, a prince, —Hanniel son of Ephod;
für die Söhne Josephs: für den Stamm der Kinder Manasse ein Fürst: Hanniel, der Sohn Ephods,
24 And, for the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, a prince, —Kemuel, son of Shiphtan;
und für den Stamm der Kinder Ephraim ein Fürst: Kemuel, der Sohn Schiphtans;
25 And, for the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, a prince, —Elizaphan, son of Parnach;
und für den Stamm der Kinder Sebulon ein Fürst: Elizaphan, der Sohn Parnaks;
26 And, for the tribe of the sons of Issachar, a prince, —Paltiel son of Azzan;
und für den Stamm der Kinder Issaschar ein Fürst: Paltiel, der Sohn Assans;
27 And, for the tribe of the sons of Asher, a prince, —Ahihud son of Shelomi:
und für den Stamm der Kinder Aser ein Fürst: Achihud, der Sohn Schelomis;
28 And, for the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, a prince, —Pedahel, son of Ammihud.
und für den Stamm der Kinder Naphtali ein Fürst: Pedahel, der Sohn Ammihuds.
29 These, are they whom Yahweh hath commanded to receive for the sons of Israel their inheritance, in the land of Canaan.
Diese sind es, welchen Jehova gebot, den Kindern Israel ihr Erbe im Lande Kanaan auszuteilen.
