Nehemiah 10

1 Now, upon the sealed writings, were, —Nehemiah the governor, son of Hacaliah, and Zedekiah;

2 Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah;

3 Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah;

پاشخۇر، ئامارىيا، مالكىيا،

4 Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch;

ھاتتۇش، شەبانىيا، ماللۇق،

5 Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah;

ھارىم، مەرەموت، ئوبادىيا،

6 Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch;

دانىيال، گىننىتون، بارۇق،

7 Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin;

مەشۇللام، ئابىيا، مىيامىن،

8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah, —these, were, the priests.

مائازىياھ، بىلگاي، شېمايالار؛ ئۇلار كاھىنلار ئىدى.

9 And, the Levites, —Jeshua, son of Azaniah, Binnui, of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;

لاۋىيلاردىن: ــ ئازانىيانىڭ ئوغلى يەشۇئا، ھېنادادنىڭ ئەۋلادلىرىدىن بىننۇئى بىلەن كادمىيەل

10 and, their brethren, —Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan;

ۋە ئۇلارنىڭ قېرىنداشلىرىدىن شەبانىيا، خودىيا، كېلىتا، پېلايا، ھانان،

11 Mica, Rehob, Hashabiah;

مىكا، رەخوب، ھاشابىيا،

12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah;

زاككور، شەرەبىيا، شەبانىيا،

13 Hodiah, Bani, Beninu.

خودىيا، بانى، بېنىنۇ ئىدى.

14 The heads of the people, —Parosh, Pahath-moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani;

جامائەت باشلىقلىرىدىن: پاروش، پاھات-موئاب، ئېلام، زاتتۇ، بانى،

15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai;

بۇننى، ئازگاد، بىباي،

16 Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin;

ئادونىيا، بىگۋاي، ئادىن،

17 Ater, Hezekiah, Azzur;

ئاتېر، ھەزەكىيا، ئاززۇر،

18 Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai;

خودىيا، ھاشۇم، بىزاي،

19 Hariph, Anathoth, Nobai;

ھارىف، ئاناتوت، نېباي،

20 Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir;

ماگپىياش، مەشۇللام، ھېزىر،

21 Meshezabel, Zadok, Jaddua;

مەشەزابەل، زادوك، ياددۇئا،

22 Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah;

پىلاتىيا، ھانان، ئانايا،

23 Hoshea, Hananiah, Hasshub;

ھوشىيا، ھانانىيا، ھاششۇب،

24 Hallohesh, Pilha, Shobek;

ھاللوخەش، پىلخا، شوبەك،

25 Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah;

رەھۇم، ھاشابناھ، مائاسېياھ،

26 and Ahiah, Hanan, Anan;

ئاخىياھ، ھانان، ئانان،

27 Malluch, Harim, Baanah.

ماللۇق، ھارىم، بائاناھلار ئىدى.

28 And, the rest of the people—the priests, the Levites, the doorkeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and all who had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons and their daughters, —every one having knowledge and understanding,

قالغان خەلق: ــ كاھىنلار، لاۋىيلار، دەرۋازىۋەنلەر، غەزەلكەشلەر، ئىبادەتخانىنىڭ خىزمەتكارلىرى ۋە شۇنىڭدەك ئۆزلىرىنى زېمىنلاردىكى تائىپىلەردىن ئايرىپ چىقىپ، خۇدانىڭ تەۋرات قانۇنىغا قايتقانلارنىڭ ھەربىرى ۋە ئۇلارنىڭ ئاياللىرى ۋە ئوغۇل-قىز پەرزەنتلىرى قاتارلىق ھىدايەت تېپىپ يورۇتۇلغانلارنىڭ ھەممىسى

29 were holding fast unto their distinguished brethren, and were entering into a curse and into an oath, to walk in the law of God, which was given through Moses the servant of God, —and to observe and do, all the commandments of Yahweh our Lord, and his regulations, and his statutes;

ئۆز قېرىنداشلىرى بولغان مۆتىۋەرلەر بىلەن قوشۇلۇپ: «ئۆزىمىزنى قارغىش قەسىمى بىلەن ئەھدىگە باغلاپ، خۇدانىڭ قۇلى مۇسا ئارقىلىق جاكارلىغان تەۋرات قانۇنىدا مېڭىپ، رەببىمىز پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ بارلىق ئەمىرلىرى، ھۆكۈم-بەلگىلىمىلىرىنى تۇتۇپ ئەمەل قىلىمىز؛

30 and that we would not give our daughters unto the peoples of the land, —and, their daughters, would we not take for our sons;

قىزلىرىمىزنى بۇ يۇرتتىكى يات ئەللىكلەرگە ياتلىق قىلمايمىز ھەم ئوغۇللىرىمىزغىمۇ ئۇلارنىڭ قىزلىرىنى ئېلىپ بەرمەيمىز؛

31 and, if the peoples of the land should be bringing in wares, or any corn on the sabbath day, to sell, we would not buy of them on the sabbath, or on a holy day, —and that we would remit the seventh year, and the loan of every hand.

بۇ يۇرتتىكى يات ئەللىكلەر شابات كۈنىدە مال-تاۋار ۋە ئاشلىقلىرىنى ئەكىلىپ ساتماقچى بولسا، شابات كۈنلىرى ياكى ھەرقايسى باشقا مۇقەددەس كۈنلەردىمۇ ئۇلاردىن قەتئىي ھېچنېمە سېتىۋالمايمىز؛ ھەر يەتتىنچى يىلى يەرنى تېرىقسىز ئاق قالدۇرىمىز ھەم بارلىق قەرزلەرنى كەچۈرۈم قىلىمىز» ــ دېيىشتى.

32 And we laid on ourselves charges, appointing for ourselves the third of a shekel, yearly, —for the service of the house of our God:

بىز يەنە ئۆزىمىزگە ھەربىر ئادەم ھەر يىلى خۇدايىمىزنىڭ ئۆيىنىڭ خىزمەت خىراجىتى ئۈچۈن ئۈچتىن بىر شەكەل كۈمۈش بېرىشكە بەلگىلىمىلەرنى بېكىتتۇق؛

33 for the bread to set in array, and the continual meal-offering, and for the continual ascending-sacrifice, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the appointed feasts, and for things hallowed, and for victims bearing sin, to put a propitiatory-covering over Israel, —and for all the work of the house of our God.

بۇ پۇل «تىزىلىدىغان تەقدىم نان»لار، دائىمىي ئاشلىق ھەدىيەلەر، دائىمىي كۆيدۈرمە قۇربانلىقلار، شابات كۈنى بىلەن يېڭى ئايلاردىكى كۆيدۈرمە قۇربانلىقلار، قەرەلى بېكىتىلگەن ھېيتلاردا قىلىنىدىغان كۆيدۈرمە قۇربانلىقلار ئۈچۈن، ھەرخىل مۇقەددەس بۇيۇملار ئۈچۈن، ئىسرائىلغا كافارەت كەلتۈرىدىغان گۇناھ قۇربانلىقلىرى ئۈچۈن، شۇنىڭدەك خۇدايىمىزنىڭ ئۆيىدىكى بارلىق خىزمەتلەرنىڭ خىراجىتى ئۈچۈن ئىشلىتىلسۇن دەپ بەلگىلەندى.

34 Also, lots, did we cast, concerning the offering of wood among the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring it unto the house of our God, by our ancestral houses, at times arranged, year by year, —to burn upon the altar of Yahweh our God, as it is written in the law.

بىز يەنە ئاتا جەمەتلىرىمىز بويىچە كاھىنلار، لاۋىيلار ۋە خەلق ئارىسىدا چەك تاشلاپ، ھەر يىلى بەلگىلەنگەن قەرەلدە خۇدايىمىزنىڭ ئۆيىگە تەۋرات قانۇنىدا پۈتۈلگىنىدەك پەرۋەردىگار خۇدايىمىزنىڭ قۇربانگاھىدا قالاش ئۈچۈن ئوتۇن يەتكۈزۈپ بېرىش نۆۋەتلىرىنى بېكىتتۇق؛

35 And that we would bring in the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruit of all fruit of all trees, year by year, —unto the house of Yahweh;

يەنە ھەر يىلى ئېتىزىمىزدىكى تۇنجى پىشقان ھوسۇلنى، ھەممە مېۋىلىك دەرەخلەرنىڭ تۇنجى پىشقان مېۋىلىرىنى پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئۆيىگە يەتكۈزۈپ بېرىشنى،

36 also that, the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, —and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, we would bring in unto the house of our God, unto the priests who should be in attendance in the house of our God;

شۇنداقلا تەۋرات قانۇنىدا پۈتۈلگىنىدەك، تۇنجى ئوغلىمىزنى ۋە كالا، قوي-ئوغلاق پادىلىرىدىن تۇنجى چارپىيىمىزنى خۇدانىڭ ئۆيىگە ئاپىرىپ، ئۇ ئۆيدە ۋەزىپە ئۆتەۋاتقان كاھىنلارغا ئەپكېلىشنى،

37 and, the first part of our meal and our heave-offerings and the fruit of all trees, new wine and oil, would we bring in unto the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground unto the Levites, —the Levites themselves, taking the tithes in all our cities of agriculture.

ھەربىر يېڭى خېمىرنىڭ دەسلەپ پىشقان نانلىرىدىن بىرنى، شۇنداقلا بارلىق «كۆتۈرمە ھەدىيە»لىرىمىزنى تەقدىم قىلىشنى، ھەرخىل دەرەخلەردىن دەسلەپكى پىشقان مېۋىلەرنى، يېڭى شاراب، يېڭى زەيتۇن مېيىنى خۇدايىمىزنىڭ ئۆيىنىڭ خەزىنە-ئامبارلىرىغا ئاپىرىپ بېرىشنى، يەنى كاھىنلارغا يەتكۈزۈپ بېرىشنى، شۇنىڭدەك ئېتىزلىرىمىزدىن چىققان ھوسۇلنىڭ ئوندىن بىرى بولغان ئۆشرىنى لاۋىيلارغا بېرىشنى بېكىتتۇق؛ لاۋىيلار بىزنىڭ تېرىقچىلىققا تايىنىدىغان شەھەرلىرىمىزدىن چىققان ھوسۇلنىڭ ئوندىن بىرى بولغان ئۆشرىنى تاپشۇرۇۋالسۇن دەپ بېكىتتۇق؛

38 And the priest the son of Aaron should be with the Levites, when the Levites should take the tithes, —and the Levites, should bring up the tithe of the tithe, unto the house of our God, into the chambers pertaining unto the treasure-house.

شۇنىڭدەك، لاۋىيلار چىققان ھوسۇلنىڭ ئوندىن بىرىنى تاپشۇرۇۋالغان چاغدا ھارۇننىڭ ئەۋلادلىرىدىن كاھىن بولغان بىرسى ئۇلار بىلەن بىللە بولسۇن، لاۋىيلار ئەشۇ ئوندىن بىر ئۈلۈشنىڭ يەنە ئوندىن بىر ئۈلۈشىنى ئايرىپ خۇدانىڭ ئۆيىگە، ئۇنىڭ خەزىنە-ئامبارلىرىغا ساقلاشقا تاپشۇرسۇن دەپ بەلگىلىدۇق.

39 For, into the chambers, should the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi bring in the heave-offering of the corn, the new wine and the oil, since, there, are the utensils of the sanctuary, and the priests who are in attendance, and the doorkeepers, and the singers, —so would we not neglect the house of our God.

ئىسرائىللار بىلەن لاۋىيلار ئاشلىقتىن، يېڭى شارابتىن، يېڭى زەيتۇن مېيىدىن «كۆتۈرمە ھەدىيە» قىلىپ مۇقەددەس جايدىكى ئەسۋاب-ئۈسكۈنىلەر ساقلىنىدىغان خەزىنە-ئامبارلارغا، يەنى ۋەزىپە ئۆتەيدىغان كاھىن، دەرۋازىۋەن ۋە غەزەلكەشلەر تۇرىدىغان جايغا تاپشۇرۇشى كېرەك. بىز خۇدايمىنىزنىڭ ئۆيىنىڭ ھاجەتلىرىدىن ھەرگىز ئۆزىمىزنى تارتمايمىز!
