< Mark 10 >

1 And, from thence, arising, he cometh into the bounds of Judaea and beyond the Jordan, —and there come together again, multitudes unto him, and, as he had been wont, again, was he teaching them.
Yiisu akhagega apo akhaluta khu Uyahudi na khuvolongolo khu Yordani, nu lulundamano vakhankonga.
2 And Pharisees coming near were questioning him—whether it is allowed a husband to divorce a wife, testing him.
Akhavamanyisya, ndavovwa lwale vunchovele vwa mwene ukhuvomba.
3 But, he, answering, said unto them—What unto you did, Moses, command?
Pwu avalongonchi vakhincha khuhongela vakhambuncha, “Lwiva lononu ugosi ukhunde ha udala va mwene?” Yiisu akhavanda, “Mose avalagile khehi?”
4 And, they, said—Moses permitted, to write, a roll of dismissal, and to divorce.
Vakhata, “Mose atotawile ukhusimba ekhalata eya khulekhana nu khuswema udala.”
5 But, Jesus, said unto them—In view of your hardness of heart, wrote he for you this commandment;
“Ulwa khuva inumbula nchenyo ng'afu khyomene avasimbile ululagelo ulu, “Yiisu akhavavola.
6 But, from the beginning of creation, male and female, made he [them];
“Ukhuhuma ukhupeliwa vwa khelunga, “Unguluve avapelile ngosi nu udala.'
7 For this cause, shall a man leave behind his father and mother,
Pwu ugosi alandekhaga uddaye nu vanina nukhwelunga nu dala va mwene,
8 and, the two, shall become, one flesh; so that, no longer, are they two, but, one flesh.
na vavele avo viva umbele gumo; ulwa khuva saviva vavele, viva umbele gumo.
9 What then, God, hath yoked together, let, a man, not put asunder.
Pwu khekyo akhelonganinche Unguluve omunu asite ukhudatalula.”
10 And, [coming] into the house again, the disciples, concerning this, were questioning him;
Vovale mu mbunchenge, avakhongi vakhambuncha ukhukhongana nele.
11 and he saith unto them—Whosoever shall divorce his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her;
Akhavavola, “Yeyoni uveikhondekhe udala va mwene nu khuntola udala uyonge ivombe uvuligu.
12 And, if, she, divorcing her husband, marry another, she committeth adultery.
Udala angandekhe ugosi va mwene nu khutoliwa nu gosi uyonge, iva iligupa.”
13 And they were bringing unto him children, that he might, touch, them, —the disciples, however, were rebuking them.
Pwu vakhagegela avana avadebe avibate, avakhongi vakhavabencha.
14 But Jesus, seeing it, was greatly displeased, and said unto them—Suffer the children to come unto me, —do not hinder them; for, of such, is the kingdom of God.
Pwu u Yiisu vu alemanyile elyo, salekhang'ovosya, akhavavola, “Muvalekhe avana avadebe vinche khulyone, msitage ukhuvasiga, ulwa khuva avana ndava uludeva lwa Nguluve lwavene.
15 Verily, I say unto you—Whosoever shall not welcome the kingdom of God, as a child, in nowise shall enter thereinto.
Elweli nikhovavula, yeyoni uveisikhupelela uludeva lwa Nguluve ndu mwana ndebe, lweli salingela khuludeva lwa Nguluve.
16 And, folding them in his arms, he was blessing them, having laid his hands upon them.
Pwu akhavatola avana mumavokho ga mwene akhavasaya akhavavekhela ifivokho.
17 And, as he was going forth into a road, one, running, and kneeling before him, was questioning him—Good Teacher! what shall I do that, life age—abiding, I may inherit? (aiōnios g166)
Vwu ategwile ulugendo lwa mwene omunu yomo akhanyilelela akhafugama khumwene, akhambuncha, “Mmansisi venonu, nevombe khehi nekave uvwumi uvwa sikhunchoni?” (aiōnios g166)
18 And, Jesus, said unto him—Why callest thou me, good? None, is good, save one—God.
U Yiisu akhata, “Kheli vukhonambula ukhuta nelenonu? Asikhuli unonu, Unguluve ve nnonu mwene.
19 The commandments, thou knowest, —Do not commit murder, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal; Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honour thy father and mother.
Unchimanyile indagelo: 'Usitage, ukhubuda, ulaligupaga, usitage, ukhuvadesi, vadwadwage Dadayo nu jyuva vakho.'”
20 And, he, said unto him—Teacher! all these things, have I kept, from my youth.
Omunu da akhata, “Mmanyisi, aga gone ni khogakhonga ukhuhuma neledemi.”
21 And, Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said unto him—One thing, unto thee, is wanting; —Withdraw! whatsoever thou hast, sell, and give unto [the] destitute, —and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come! be following me.
U Yiisu akhandola nu khugana. Akhambula, “Khesigalile ekhenu khemo. Vunogivwa ukhuguncha fyoni ifyoulenafyo pwu uvape avalemilwe, pwuwiva ne khebana khukyanya. ang'ongage.”
22 And, he, becoming gloomy because of the word, departed sorrowing, for he was holding, many possessions.
Pwu akhapekha khu mamenyu ago; akhahega vwu ale nolusosovalo, ulwa khuv ale ne fyoma fingi.
23 And, looking around, Jesus saith unto his disciples—With what difficulty, shall, they who have money, enter, into the kingdom of God!
Yiisu akhalolesya khyoni akhavavola avakhongi va mwene, “Umo yevelile vugafu khuvanya fyoma ukhwingela mu ludeva lwa Nguluve!
24 And, the disciples, were in amazement, because of the words. But, Jesus, again answering, saith unto them—Children! how difficult, it is, to enter, into the kingdom of God!
Avakhongi vakhadega khu mamenyu aga. Pwu Yiisu akhavavola akhange, “Vana, vukhafu ukhwingela khu ludeva lwa Nguluve!
25 It is, easier, for a camel, through the eye of a needle, to pass, than for, a rich man, into the kingdom of God, to enter.
Vwu pepe khu ngamia ukhulutanincha pa khepulukha kya Sindano, kholikho khu munu untayeli ukhwingela khu ludeva lwa Nguluve.”
26 And, they, were being exceedingly struck with astonishment, saying unto him—Who, then, can, be saved?
Vakhadega nu khwenchofanja, “Pwu veni uveyakheva ipona”
27 Looking at them, Jesus saith—With men, impossible, but not, with God; for, all things, are possible, with God
Yiisu akhavalola akhata, “Khu vanu salekhawesekhane, ila khwa Nguluve. Ulwa khuva khwa Nguluve gone giwesekhana.”
28 Peter began to be saying unto him—Lo! we, have left all, and followed thee!
“Peteli akhatengula ukhunchova nave, “Lola tofilekhile fyoni tokhokongile.”
29 Jesus said—Verily, I say unto you—There is, no one, who hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for the sake of me, and [for the sake of] the glad-message,
30 who shall not receive a hundredfold, now, in this season, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, —with persecutions, and, in the age that is coming, life age-abiding. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
Yoywa salakava mara mia nu khulutelaleno pa khelunga; uvunchenge, ulukholo, ung'ancha, ujyuva, avana, ne khelunga, khu vugatanchiwa, ne ekhelunga ekhihwincha nu vwumi uvwa sikhu nchoni. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
31 But, many, shall be—first-last, and [the] Last-first.
Vingi vavo valembulongolo valava va munsana, na vavo valemunsana valava mumbolongolo.”
32 Now they were in the way, going up unto Jerusalem, and Jesus was going on before them, —and they were in amazement; and, they who followed, were in fear. And, taking unto himself, again, the twelve, he began to be saying unto them, as to the things about to befall him—
Vovalemunjela, ukhuluta khu Yerusalemu, Yiisu alogwile mu mbolongolo khuvene. Avakhongi vakhadega, na vavo valekhuvakonga munsana vakhadwada. Pwu Yiisu akhavavekha palukhanji vala kumi na vavele nu khutengula ukhuvavola eleyakheva likhongwimila umwene:
33 Lo! we are going up unto Jerusalem; and, the Son of Man, will be delivered up, unto the Chief-priests and the Scribes, —and they will condemn him to death, and deliver him up unto the nations;
“Lole, tulota khu Yerusalemu, nu Nswambe va Adamu yikhelikhiwa khu vatekhenchi avavakha na vasimbi. Yavikhong'ega afwe yavikhong'omia khu vanu va khelunga.
34 And they will mock him, and spit upon him, and scourge him, and, slay; —and, after three days, will he, arise.
Yavikhonkinela, vikhobekhela amati, valantova ne mbekhe, nu khubuda. Vugalutile amanchuva gatatu alanchuha.”
35 And there come near unto him, James and John, the [two] sons of Zebedee, —saying unto him—Teacher! we desire, that, whatsoever we shall ask thee, thou wilt do for us.
Yakobo nu Yohana, avaswambe va Zebedayo, vakhincha khumwene nukhuta, “Mmanyisi, tudova atovombele kyokyoni ekhetuhohodova.”
36 But, he, said unto them—What desire ye, I should do for you?
Akhavavola, “Mwinogwa nevavombele kheli?”
37 And, they, said unto him—Grant us, that, one on thy right hand, and one on thy left, we may sit, in thy glory.
Utwedekhe tutame nuve khuvuvalanche vwakho, yomo ekhevokho ekhyahulela, nu yonge ekhevokho ekhyahege.”
38 But, Jesus, said unto them—Ye know not what ye are asking: Are ye able to drink the cup that, I, am to drink? or to be immersed, with the immersion wherewith, I, am to be immersed?
Pwu Yiisu akhavanda, “Samukhemanyile khehyo mudova. Muwesye ukhunywela ekhekombe ekheninywela ama ukhedekha olwoncho oloyakheva ni khwonenchiwa?”
39 And, they, said unto him—We are able. And, Jesus, said unto them—The cup which, I, am to drink, ye shall drink, and, with the immersion wherewith, I, am to be immersed, shall ye be immersed;
Vakhambula, “Tuwesya” Yiisu akhavavola, “Ekhekombe ekheyakheva ni nywela, yamunywela. Nu ulwoncho lolwa nonchiwe, muwesya.
40 But, to sit on my right hand and on my left, is not mine to give, except unto them for whom it hath been prepared.
Leno uveya kheva itama ekhevokho khyango ekyando ama ekyakhege, sanikhomia one, elyo lya vavo vandaliwe.”
41 And the ten, hearing, began to be sorely displeased, concerning James and John.
Avakhongi avange vala kumi vuvapulikhe elyo, vakhatengula ukhuvakalalela Yakobo nu Yohani.
42 And Jesus, calling them near, saith unto them—Ye know that, they who think to rule the nations, lord it over them, and, their great ones, wield authority over them;
Yiisu akhavelanga khumwene nukhuta, “Mulomanyile ukhuta vala uvumwita vovavakha va vanu va khelunga vikhovalongoncha na vanu avanyamakha vivonesya ama khaga vene khulyomwe.”
43 But, not so, it is, among you. But, whosoever desireth to become, great, among you, shall be, your minister,
Pwu sayinogiwa ukhuva evo khulyomwe. Yeyoni uveinogwa ukhuva mbaha palyomwe edekhe ukhuvavombela,
44 And, whosoever desireth, among you, to be, first, shall be, servant of all;
Pwu yeyoni uveinogwa ukhuva mu mbolongolo khulyomwe, edekhe ukhuva nsukhiwa va voni.
45 For, even the Son of Man, came not to be ministered unto, but minister, —and to give his life, a ransom instead of many.
Ulwa khuva Unswambe va Adamu sinchile khuvombeliwa, inchile khuvomba, nu khwehomya uvwumi vwa mwene ukhuva vupokhi khu vingi.”
46 And they come into Jericho. And, as he was journeying forth from Jericho, and his disciples, and a considerable multitude, the son of Timaeus, blind Bar-Timaeus, a beggar, was sitting beside the road.
Vakhincha khu Yeriko. Vwu ikhega khu Yeriko na vakhongi va mwene elipuga livakha, unswambe va Timayo, Batimayo, uvesilola na ntofi, atamile palokanji mu nsewe.
47 And, hearing that it was, Jesus the Nazarene, he began to be crying aloud, and saying—O Son of David! Jesus! have mercy on me.
Vu apolikhe ukhuta ve Yiisu Mnazareti, akhatengula ukhuywega nu khuta, “Yiisu, Nswambe va Daudi, ong'olele ekhesa!”
48 And many were rebuking him, that he might hold his peace; but, he, so much the more, was crying aloud, O Son of David, have mercy on me.
Vingi vakhabencha uve abofyikhe, valekhumbula ununale. Pwu alekhulela khu limenyu lya pakyanya, “Nswambe va Daudi, ong'olele ekhesa!”
49 And, coming to a stand, Jesus said—Call him! And they call the blind man, saying unto him—Take courage! rise! he calleth thee!
Yiisu akhema nu khulagela elangiwe. Vakhamwelanga, valekhuta, “Ove nkhangafu! Ema! Yiisu ikhohwelqanga.”
50 And, he, throwing off his mantle—springing to his feet, came unto Jesus.
Akhaletaga palokhanji elikoti lya mwene, akhanyila, ukhuluta khwa Yiisu.
51 And, answering him, Jesus said—What desirest thou, I should do for thee? And, the blind man, said unto him—Rabboni! that may recover sight.
U Yiisu akhamwanda nu khuta, “Winogwa ne khovombele khehi?” Ogosi ola akhamwanda, “Mmanyisi, ninogwa ukhulola.”
52 And, Jesus, said unto him—Go thy way! thy faith, hath saved thee. And, straightway, he recovered sight, and was following him in the road.
Yiisu akhambula, “Lutaga. Ulwedekho lwakho lukhopolite.” Usekhe gugwa amikho gamwene galekholola; akhankonga u Yiisu munsewe.
