Leviticus 3

1 But, if a peace-offering, be his oblation, if, of the herd, he himself, be bringing near, —whether male or female, without defect, shall he bring it near before Yahweh.

“Kur një njeri ofron një flijim falënderimi, po të jetë se ofron një bagëti të trashë të marrë nga kopeja, qoftë mashkull apo femër, do ta ofrojë pa të meta përpara Zotit.

2 Then shall he lean his hand upon the head of his oblation, and slay it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, —and the sons of Aaron the priests shall dash the blood against the altar round about,

Do të vërë dorën mbi kokën e ofertës së tij dhe do ta therë në hyrje të çadrës së mbledhjes; pastaj priftërinjtë, bijtë e Aaronit, do të shpërndajnë gjakun rreth e qark mbi altarin.

3 Then shall he bring near out of the peace-offering, an altar-flame unto Yahweh, —the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

Nga ky flijim falënderimi do të paraqesë, si flijim të bërë me zjarr për Zotin, dhjamin që mbulon zorrët dhe të gjithë dhjamin që rri ngjitur me zorrët,

4 and the two kidneys, and the fat which is upon them, which is upon the loins, —and the caul upon the liver, upon the kidneys, shall he remove it.

të dy veshkat dhe dhjamin që është mbi ato rreth ijeve, por do të shkëpusë bulën me dhjamë të mëlçisë së zezë që ndodhet mbi veshkat.

5 Then shall the sons of Aaron make thereof a perfume at the altar, upon the ascending-sacrifice which is on the wood, which is on the fire, —an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.

Pas kësaj bijtë e Aaronit do ta tymosin në altarin mbi olokaustin, që ndodhet mbi drutë e vëna mbi zjarr. Éshtë një flijim i bërë me zjarr me erë të këndshme për Zotin.

6 But, if out of the flock, be his oblation for a peace-offering unto Yahweh, whether male or female—without defect, shall he bring it near.

Në rast se oferta e tij, si flijim falënderimi për Zotin, është një bagëti e imët, qoftë mashkull apo femër, do ta ofrojë pa të meta.

7 If a young sheep, he himself, be bringing near as his oblation, then shall he bring it near, before Yahweh.

Në rast se paraqet si flijm e tij një qengj, do ta ofrojë përpara Zotit.

8 And he shall lean his hand upon the head of his oblation, and shall slay it before the tent of meeting, —and the sons of Aaron shall dash the blood thereof against the altar round about.

Do të vërë dorën e tij mbi kokën e ofertës së tij dhe do ta therë në hyrje të çadrës së mbledhjes; pastaj bijtë e Aaronit do ta shpërndajnë gjakun rreth e qark mbi altarin.

9 Then shall he bring near out of the peace-offering, an altar-flame unto Yahweh, the fat thereof the fat-tail thereof entire close to the backbone, shall he remove it, —and the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

Nga flijimi i falënderimit do të paraqitet, si flijim i bërë me zjarr për Zotin, dhjami i tij; ai do të shkëpusë tërë bishtin e majmë afër shtyllës kurrizore, dhjamin që mbulon zorrët dhe të gjithë dhjamin që rri ngjitur me zorrët,

10 and the two kidneys, with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, —and the caul that is on the liver, on the kidneys, shall he remove it.

të dy veshkat dhe dhjamin që është mbi to rreth ijeve, por do të shkëpusë bulën e majme të mëlçisë mbi veshkat.

11 Then shall the priest make a perfume, at the altar, —the food of an altar-flame, unto Yahweh.

Pastaj prifti do ta tymosë mbi altarin si ushqim. Éshtë një ofertë e bërë me zjarr për Zotin.

12 But if a goat, be his oblation, then shall he bring it near, before Yahweh.

Në rast se oferta e tij është një dhi, do ta ofrojë para Zotit.

13 And he shall lean his hand upon its head, and shall slay it before the tent of meeting, —and the sons of Aaron shall dash its blood against the altar, round about.

Do të vërë dorën e tij mbi kokën e saj dhe do ta therë në hyrje të çadrës së mbledhjes; pastaj bijtë e Aaronit do të shpërndajnë gjakun rreth e qark mbi altarin.

14 Then shall he bring near therefrom as his oblation an altar-flame unto Yahweh, —the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

Prej saj do të paraqesë, si flijim të bërë me zjarr për Zotin, dhjamin që mbulon zorrët dhe tërë dhjamin që rri ngjitur me zorrët,

15 and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them which is on the loins, —the caul upon the liver, on the kidneys, shall he remove it.

të dy veshkat dhe dhjamin që është mbi to rreth ijeve, por do të shkëpusë bulën e majme të mëlçisë mbi veshkat.

16 Then shall the priest make a perfume at the altar, —the food of an altar-flame for a satisfying odour, —all the fat—unto Yahweh.

Pastaj prifti do t’i tymosë mbi altar si ushqim. Éshtë një ofertë e bërë me zjarr me erë të këndshme. E tërë yndyra i përket Zotit.

17 An age-abiding statute to your generations, in all your dwellings, —none of the fat nor of the blood, shall ye eat.

Ky është një ligj i përjetshëm për të gjithë brezat tuaj, në të gjitha vendet ku do të banoni: nuk do të hani as yndyrë, as gjak”.
