< Isaiah 65 >

1 I have let myself be consulted by them who had not asked, I have suffered myself to be found by them who had not sought me, —I have said, Here I am! Here I am! Unto a nation that had not been called by my name,
Kai aka dawt pawt rhoek loh kai n'toem aka tlap pawt loh m'hmuh coeng. Kai ming aka khue noek pawh namtom taengah, “Kai ni he, kai ni he,” ka ti nah.
2 I have spread out my hands all the day, Unto a rebellious people, —Who walk In the way that is not good, After their own devices.
A kopoek hnukah a then pawt la longpuei aka vai pilnam thinthah taengah khohnin yung ah ka kut ka phuel.
3 The people who are provoking me to anger to my face continually, —Sacrificing in gardens, and Burning incense upon bricks;
Ka mikhmuh ah kai aka veet tih dum ah aka ngawn nainoe neh ka laiboeng dongah aka phum.
4 Who tarry among graves, And in the secret places, do lodge, Who eat the flesh of swine, And the broth of refuse things is in their vessels, —
Phuel ah kho aka sa tih rhalrhing neh aka rhaeh, ok saa neh maehhang te a am dongah dikyik dikyak la a sok.
5 Who say—Draw near by thyself, Do not approach with me, For I am holier than thou! These, are A smoke in my nostrils, A fire, burning all the day.
“Nang te khoem uh laeh, kai taengla ha mop boeh,” aka ti rhoek aw he hmaikhu, khohnin yung kah hmai aka rhong neh ka hnarhong khuiah nan hawth uh.
6 Lo! it is written before me, —I will not keep silence, But I have recompensed, and will recompense into their bosom:
Ka mikhmuh ah a daek tangtae coeng ni he, ka ngam mahpawh. Amih kah rhang dongah ka thuung rhoe ka thuung ni.
7 Your own iniquities, And the, iniquities of your fathers together, Saith Yahweh, Who have burned incense upon the mountains, And upon the hills, have reproached me, —Therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.
Nangmih kathaesainah neh na pa rhoek kathaesainah khaw BOEIPA loh rhenten a thui coeng. Tlang ah a phum tih som ah kai m'veet uh. Te dongah a thaphu te amamih kah rhang dongah lamhma la ka loeng pah ni.
8 Thus, saith Yahweh—As, new wine, is found, in the cluster, And one saith, Do not destroy it, for a blessing is in it, So, will I do for the sake of my servants, That I may not destroy the whole [nation];
Thaihsu khuikah misur thai te a hmuh vaengah BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. “A khuiah a yoethennah dongah anih te phae boeh,” a ti.
9 Therefore will I bring forth Out of Jacob, a seed, and Out of Judah, an inheritor of my mountains, That my chosen ones may inherit it, And, my servants, dwell there;
10 Then shall, Sharon, become, a fold for flocks, And the vale of Achor for the lying down of herds, —For my people who have sought me.
Kai aka toem ka pilnam ham tah Sharon te boiva kah tolkhoeng la, Akor kol saelhung kah a kolhmuen la om ni.
11 But, ye are they—Who forsake Yahweh Who forget my holy mountain—Who prepare, for Fortune, a table and Who fill for Destiny, mixed wine;
Tedae nangmih tah BOEIPA aka hnoo, ka tlang cim aka hnilh, Yoekam ham caboei aka phaih, Meni ham yu aka doh,
12 Therefore will I destine you to the sword, And, ye all, to the slaughter, shall bow down. Because I called and ye answered not, I spake, and ye hearkened not, —But did that which was wicked in mine eyes, And of that wherein I delighted not, ye made choice,
13 Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, —Lo! my servants, shall eat but, ye, shall be famished, Lo! my servants, shall drink but, ye shall be thirsty, —Lo! my servants, shall rejoice but ye, shall turn pale;
Te dongah ka Boeipa Yahovah loh he ni a thui. Ka sal rhoek loh a caak uh vaengah nangmih tah na lamlum uh ni he. Ka sal rhoek loh a ok uh vaengah na halthi uh ni he. Ka sal rhoek loh ko a hoe uh vaengah nangmih tah yah na poh uh ni he.
14 Lo! my servants, shall shout in triumph for mirth of heart But, ye, shall make outcry, for pain of heart, And for a breaking of spirit, shall ye howl.
15 So shall ye leave your name for an oath, to my chosen ones, —So then My Lord Yahweh, will slay thee, —And his servants, will he, call by another name:
Nangmih ming tah ka coelh rhoek taengah olhlo la kap vetih nang te ka Boeipa Yahovah loh n'duek sak ni. Tedae a sal rhoek te ming a tloe neh a khue ni.
16 So that he who blesseth himself in the earth, Will bless himself in the God of faithfulness, And he who sweareth in the earth Will swear by the God of faithfulness—Because the former troubles have been forgotten, and Because they are hid from mine eyes.
Diklai ah aka uem te tah Amen Pathen loh a uem vetih diklai ah aka toemngam tah Amen Pathen loh a toemngam ni. Hnukbuet kah citcai te a hnilh uh vetih ka mikhmuh ah thuh uh ni.
17 For, behold me! Creating new heavens, and a new earth, —And the former shall not be mentioned, neither shall they come up on the heart,
Vaan thai neh diklai thai ka suen coeng he. Lamhma te poek uh voel pawt vetih lungbuei ah khaw cuen voel mahpawh.
18 But joy ye and exult, perpetually, in what I am about to create, —For, behold me! Creating Jerusalem an exultation and Her People a joy;
Tedae lat ngaingaih uh lamtah kai loh ka suen te a yoeyah la omngaih puei uh. Kai loh Jerusalem kah omngaihnah neh a pilnam kah omthennah te ka suen coeng.
19 Therefore will I Exult in Jerusalem, and Joy in my People, —And there shall be heard in her, no more The sound of weeping, or the sound of a cry:
Jerusalem soah ka omngaih vetih ka pilnam soah ka ngaingaih bal ni. A khuiah rhah ol neh pang ol n'yaak voel mahpawh.
20 There shall be thenceforward, no more, A suckling of a few days, or an elder Who filleth not up his days, —But, a youth a hundred years old, may die, Yea a sinner a hundred years old, shall be accursed,
Te ah tah a kum aka cahni neh a kum aka soep mueh patong khaw koep om mahpawh. Camoe khaw kum yakhat ca thoeng ah duek ni. Tedae kum yakhat ca thoeng duela lai aka hmu thae a phoei thil ni.
21 Then shall they build houses and dwell in them, —And plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them;
Im a sak uh vetih kho a sak uh ni. Misur a phung uh vetih a thaih a caak uh ni.
22 They shall not build, and another, dwell, They shall not plant, and, another, eat, —For as the days of a tree, shall be the days of my people, And, the work of their own hands, shall my chosen ones, use to the full:
A sak uh phoeiah tah a tloe loh khosak thil mahpawh. A phung phoeiah a tloe loh ca mahpawh. Ka pilnam kah kum he thingkung kah kum bangla om vetih a kut kah bitat te ka coelh rhoek loh a hmawn puei ni.
23 They shall not labour in vain, Nor have children for terror, —For the seed of the blessed ones of Yahweh, shall they be, And their offspring, with them.
Amih kah tiingan neh a taengkah a cadil cahma khaw BOEIPA kah yoethen a paek rhoek ni.
24 And it shall come to pass—That before they call, I, will answer, And while yet they are speaking, I, will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb, shall feed, in unity, And, the lion, as an ox, shall eat straw; But as for the serpent, dust, shall be his food: They shall not harm—Nor shall they destroy, In all my holy mountain, saith Yahweh.
Rhul tah laipi te a buh nah vetih thaehuet mahpawh, ka tlang cim tom ah phop uh voelmahpawh. BOEIPA loh a thui coeng.
