< Hosea 11 >

1 When Israel was, a child, then I loved him, —and, out of Egypt, called I my son.
Tango Isalaele azalaki nanu elenge, nalingaki ye, mpe nabengaki mwana na ngai libanda ya Ejipito.
2 They invited them, —at once, they departed from before me, they, to the Baals, sacrificed, and, to the images, offered incense.
Kasi tango nyonso bazalaki kobenga ye, tango nyonso mpe azalaki kokima mosika na Ngai. Bazalaki kobonzela banzambe ya Bala mbeka mpe kotumbela bikeko malasi ya ansa.
3 Yet, I, had taught Ephraim to walk, I used to take them upon mine arms, —But they acknowledged not that I had healed them.
Ezalaki Ngai nde nalakisaki Efrayimi ndenge ya kotambola; namemaki bango na maboko na Ngai, kasi basosolaki te ete Ngai nde nazalaki kobatela bango.
4 With human cords, used I to draw them, with the bands of love, so became I unto them like those who remove the yoke [that was] on their jaws, —and, holding out [food] to him, I let him eat.
Natambolisaki bango na motema ya esengo mpe ya bolingo; nalongolaki bango ekangiseli na bakingo mpe namikitisaki mpo na koleisa bango.
5 He was not to turn back into the land of Egypt, Howbeit, the Assyrian—he, became his king, for they refused to turn.
Lokola baboyi kozonga epai na Ngai, bakozonga mpe na mokili ya Ejipito te, kasi mokili ya Asiri nde ekozala mokonzi na bango.
6 Therefore shall the sword, rage, in his cities, and make an end of his multitudes, and consume them, —because of their counsels.
Mopanga ekokota na bingumba na bango, ekobuka bikangelo ya bikuke na bango mpe ekosukisa mabongisi na bango.
7 But, my people, are bent towards turning from me, though upwards they call them, none of them can lift them.
Bato na Ngai batingami kaka kopesa Ngai mokongo. Ata babengi bango ete bakende epai na Ye-Oyo-Aleki-Likolo, moko te kati na bango azali kopesa Ye lokumu.
8 How can I give thee up, Ephraim? abandon thee Israel? How can I make thee as Admah? set thee as Zeboim? Mine own heart, turneth against me, at once, are kindled my compassions.
Efrayimi, ekobanda ndenge nini nasundola yo? Isalaele, ndenge nini natika yo okende kaka boye? Mpo na nini nasala yo makambo oyo nasalaka engumba ya Adima? Okanisi ete Ngai nakoki penza kokomisa yo lokola engumba ya Tseboyimi? Motema na Ngai ebaluki kati na Ngai mpe natondi na mawa makasi.
9 I cannot execute the glow of mine anger, I cannot turn to destroy Ephraim, —for, GOD, am, I, and not man, When thou drawest near, [I am] a Holy One, though I do not enter a city.
Nakosala te kolanda kanda na Ngai ya makasi, nakobebisa lisusu Efrayimi te. Pamba te Ngai, nazali Nzambe, nazali moto te! Nazali Mosantu, Ngai oyo nazali kati na bino; nakoya lisusu na kanda te.
10 After Yahweh, let them go, Like a lion, will he roar, —When, he, shall roar, then let sons, come trembling, out of the West.
Bakolanda Yawe! Yawe akoganga lokola nkosi. Tango akoganga, bana na Ye bakoya na kolenga wuta na weste.
11 Let them come trembling like a small bird out of Egypt, and like a dove out of the land of Assyria, —so will I cause them to dwell by their own houses, Declareth Yahweh.
Bakoya na kolenga lokola bandeke wuta na Ejipito, lokola bibenga wuta na Asiri. Nakovandisa bango na bandako na bango, elobi Yawe.
12 They have compassed me about—with denial, Ephraim, with deceit, the house of Israel, —but, Judah, hath, again and again, run riot with GOD, though, with the holy places, entrusted.
Efrayimi azingeli Ngai na lokuta, mpe libota ya Isalaele, na kokosa; kasi Yuda azali nanu kotambola elongo na Nzambe, elongo na Mosantu ya solo.
