Genesis 9
1 So God blessed Noah and his sons, —and said to them Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth;
И Бог благослови Ноја и синове његове, и рече им; рађајте се и множите се и напуните земљу;
2 and let the fear of you and the dread of you be upon every living creature of the earth, and upon every bird of the heavens, —over everything that moveth along on the ground, and over all the fishes of the sea, —into your hand, have they been given.
И све звери земаљске и све птице небеске и све што иде по земљи и све рибе морске нека вас се боје и страше; све је предано у ваше руке.
3 As for every moving thing that hath life, yours, shall it be, for food, —Like the green herb, have I given you all things.
Шта се год миче и живи, нека вам буде за јело, све вам то дадох као зелену траву.
4 Yet flesh with the life thereof, the blood thereof, shall ye not eat;
Али не једите меса с душом његовом, а то му је крв.
5 And surely your blood, of your lives, will I require, From the hand of every living creature, will I require it, —and from the hand of man From the hand of each one’s brother, will I require the life of man:
Јер ћу и вашу крв, душе ваше, искати; од сваке ћу је звери искати; из руке самог човека, из руке сваког брата његовог искаћу душу човечију.
6 He that sheddeth man’s blood, by man, shall his blood be shed, —For, in the image of God, made he man.
Ко пролије крв човечију, његову ће крв пролити човек; јер је Бог по свом обличју створио човека.
7 Ye, therefore, be fruitful and multiply, swarm in the earth and multiply therein.
Рађајте се дакле и множите се; народите се веома на земљи и намножите се на њој.
8 And God spake unto Noah, and unto his sons with him saying:
И рече Бог Ноју и синовима његовим с њим, говорећи:
9 I, therefore, behold me! establishing my covenant with you, —and with your seed after you;
А ја ево постављам завет свој с вама и с вашим семеном након вас,
10 and with every living soul that is with you, of birds, of tame-beasts and of all wild-beasts of the earth that are with you, —of all coming forth out of the ark, even to all wild-beasts of the earth;
И са свим животињама, што су с вама од птица, од стоке и од свих звери земаљских што су с вама, са свачим што је изашло из ковчега, и са свим зверима земаљским.
11 yea, I will establish my covenant with you, so that all flesh shall not be cut off any more, by reason of the waters of a flood, —neither shall there be any more a flood to destroy the earth.
Постављам завет свој с вама, те одселе неће ниједно тело погинути од потопа, нити ће више бити потопа да затре земљу.
12 And God said, This, is the sign of the covenant which I am granting betwixt me and you, and every living soul that is with you, —to age-abiding generations: —
И рече Бог: Ево знак завета који постављам између себе и вас и сваке живе твари, која је с вама до века:
13 My bow, have I set in the cloud, —and it shall be for a sign of a covenant, betwixt me and the earth;
Метнуо сам дугу своју у облаке, да буде знак завета између мене и земље.
14 and it shall be when I draw a veil of cloud over the earth, —and the bow in the cloud appeareth,
Па кад облаке навучем на земљу, видеће се дуга у облацима,
15 then will I remember my covenant which is betwixt me and you, and every living soul among all flesh, —that the waters may no more become a flood, to destroy all flesh:
И опоменућу се завета свог који је између мене и вас и сваке душе живе у сваком телу, и неће више бити од воде потопа да затре свако тело.
16 so the bow shall be in the cloud, —and I will behold it, to remember an age-abiding covenant, between God, and every living soul among all flesh that is on the earth.
Дуга ће бити у облацима, па ћу је погледати, и опоменућу се вечног завета између Бога и сваке душе живе у сваком телу које је на земљи.
17 And God said unto Noah, This is the sign of the covenant which have established, between me and all flesh that is on the earth.
И рече Бог Ноју: То је знак завета који сам учинио између себе и сваког тела на земљи.
18 And the sons of Noah who came forth out of the ark, were—Shem and Ham and Japheth, —now, Ham, was the father of Canaan.
А беху синови Нојеви који изађоше из ковчега: Сим и Хам и Јафет; а Хам је отац Хананцима.
19 These three, were the sons of Noah, —and from these, was all the earth overspread.
То су три сина Нојева, и од њих се насели сва земља.
20 And Noah began to be a husbandman, —so he planted a vineyard:
А Ноје поче радити земљу, и посади виноград.
21 and dank of the wine and became drunk, and uncovered himself in the midst of his tent.
И напив се вина опи се, и откри се насред шатора свог.
22 And Ham the father of Canaan saw his father’s shame, —and told his two brethren outside.
А Хам, отац Хананцима, виде голотињу оца свог, и каза обојици браће своје на пољу.
23 And Shem and Japheth took a mantle, and put it on the shoulder of them both and went backwards, and covered the shame of their father, but their faces were backwards, and the shame of their father, saw they not.
А Сим и Јафет узеше хаљину, и огрнуше је обојица на рамена своја, и идући натрашке покрише њом голотињу оца свог, лицем натраг окренувши се да не виде голотиње оца свог.
24 And Noah awoke from his wine, —and came to know what his youngest son had done to him.
А кад се Ноје пробуди од вина, дозна шта му је учинио млађи син,
25 And he said, Accursed be Canaan, —a servant of servants, shall he be to his brethren!
И рече: Проклет да је Ханан, и да буде слуга слугама браће своје!
26 And he said, Blessed be Yahweh, God of Shem, —And let Canaan be their servant:
И још рече: Благословен да је Господ Бог Симов, и Ханан да му буде слуга!
27 God give extension to Japheth, But make his habitation in the tents of Shem, And let Canaan be their servant.
Бог да рашири Јафета да живи у шаторима Симовим, а Ханан да им буде слуга!
28 And Noah lived after the flood, —three hundred and fifty years:
И поживе Ноје после потопа триста педесет година.
29 so, all the days of Noah, were—nine hundred and fifty years, —and he died.
А свега поживе Ноје девет стотина педесет година; и умре.
