Exodus 40
1 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying—
Afei Awurade ka kyerɛɛ Mose se,
2 On the first day of the month, in the first month, shalt thou rear the habitation, of the tent of meeting;
“Ɔsram a edi kan no da a edi kan no na si Ahyiae Ntamadan no.
3 and thou shalt put therein, the ark of the testimony, —and shalt screen the ark with the veil;
Wusi wie a, fa Apam Adaka a Mmaransɛm Du no wɔ mu no si mu. Na fa ntwamtam no twa Apam Adaka no anim ma ɛnhyɛ kronkron mu kronkron hɔ.
4 and thou shalt bring in the table, and set in order what is to be arranged thereupon, —and thou shalt bring in the lampstand, and mount the lamps thereof;
Afei, fa ɔpon no besi hɔ na fa ɛho nneɛma nyinaa gu so na fa kaneadua no bra na sɔ kanea no.
5 and thou shalt place the altar of gold for incense, before the ark of the testimony, —and put up the screen for the opening of the habitation;
Fa sikakɔkɔɔ afɔremuka a wɔbɛhyew aduhuam wɔ so no besi Apam Adaka no anim na fa ɔpon no nkataanim sɛn Ahyiae Ntamadan no ano.
6 and thou shalt place the altar for the ascending-sacrifice, —before the opening of the habitation of the tent of meeting;
“Fa ɔhyew afɔremuka no si Ahyiae Ntamadan no kwan ano.
7 and thou shalt place the laver between the tent of meeting, and the altar, and shalt put therein water,
Fa hweaseammɔ no si Ahyiae Ntamadan no ne afɔremuka no ntam na hyɛ no nsu ma.
8 And thou shalt put up the court round about, and hang up the screen of the gate of the court.
Siesie adiwo twa Ahyiae Ntamadan no ho hyia na fa nsɛnanim no sɛn ne kwan no ano.
9 And thou shalt take the oil of anointing, and anoint the habitation and all that is therein, —and shalt hallow it. and all the furniture thereof so shall it be holy.
“Fa ɔsrango no na pete gu Ahyiae Ntamadan no so baabiara ne biribiara a ɛwɔ mu ne nneɛma a ɛwɔ hɔ nyinaa ne nkongua so, na fa tew ho.
10 And thou shalt anoint the altar of ascending sacrifice, and all its utensils, —and hallow the altar, so shall the altar be most holy:
Ɔhyew afɔremuka no ne ɛho nneɛma nyinaa nso, pete ɔsra ngo no bi gu so na tew ho na ɛnyɛ kronkron.
11 and thou shalt anoint the laver and its stand, —and shalt hallow it.
Sra hweaseammɔ no ne ne ntaease no ngo na fa tew ho.
12 And thou shalt bring near Aaron and his sons, unto the opening of the tent of meeting, —and shalt bathe them in the water;
“Fa Aaron ne ne mmabarima no bra Ahyiae Ntamadan no kwan ano na fa nsu hohoro wɔn ho.
13 and thou shalt clothe Aaron with the holy garments, —and shalt anoint him and hallow him so shall he minister as priest unto me.
Na fa atade kronkron no hyɛ Aaron, na sra no ngo na ne ho ntew na ɔmmɛyɛ me sɔfo.
14 His sons also, shalt thou bring near, —and shalt clothe them with tunics;
Fa ne mmabarima no bra na fa wɔn ntade hyehyɛ wɔn.
15 and shalt anoint them as thou didst anoint their father, and they shall minister as priests unto me, —so shall their anointing remain to them for an age-abiding priesthood, to their generations.
Sra wɔn ngo sɛnea woyɛɛ wɔn agya no, sɛnea wɔbɛsom me sɛ asɔfo. Wɔn ngosra no bɛyɛ asɔfodi wɔ wɔn awo ntoatoaso nyinaa mu.”
16 And Moses did, —according to all that Yahweh had commanded him, so did he.

17 Thus came it to pass, in the first month, in the second year, on the first of the month, that the habitation was reared.

18 Yea Moses reared the habitation, and placed its sockets, and fixed its boards, and fastened its bars, —and reared its pillars.
Mose sii Ahyiae Ntamadan no; ɔde nsisiso no sisii wɔn afa, de nnyinaso no hyehyɛɛ mu de mmeamu nnua beabea mu de mpuran sisii wɔn afa.
19 Then spread he abroad the tent upon the habitation, and put the covering of the tent upon it, above, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
Afei, ɔde nkuruso no kuruu mpuran no so de ne nguguso guguu so san de nguguso a edi akyi kuruu so sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no no.
20 And he took and placed the testimony within the ark, and put the staves upon the ark, —and placed the propitiatory upon the ark, above;
Ɔde abo a wɔakyerɛw Mmaransɛm Du no wɔ so no guu Apam Adaka no mu de nnua a wɔde bɛsoa no susoo mu. Ɔde ne nkataso a wɔde sikakɔkɔɔ ayɛ a ɛyɛ mpata nkataso no kataa so.
21 and brought in the ark into the habitation, and put up the screening veil, and screened over the ark of the testimony, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
Afei, ɔde Apam Adaka no besii Ahyiae Ntamadan no mu de ntwamtam no twaa mu, sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no no.
22 And he placed the table in the tent of meeting, —on the side of the habitation northward, —outside the veil;
Afei, ɔde ɔpon no sii atifi fam wɔ ɔdan no mu wɔ ntwamtam no akyi,
23 and set in order thereupon the arrangement of bread before Yahweh, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.

24 And he put the lampstand, in the tent of meeting, over against the table, —on the side of the habitation southward;
Ɔde kaneadua no sii ɔpon no nkyɛn wɔ Ahyiae Ntamadan no anafo fam.
25 and mounted the lamps before Yahweh, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
Afei, ɔsɔɔ kanea no wɔ Awurade anim sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no no.
26 And he put the altar of gold in the tent of meeting, —before the veil;
Mose de sikakɔkɔɔ afɔremuka sii ntwamtam no ho pɛɛ wɔ Ahyiae Ntamadan no mu
27 and burned thereupon the fragrant incense, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
na ɔhyew nnuhuam wɔ so sɛnea Awurade hyɛe no.
28 And he put up the screen of the entrance pertaining to the habitation;
Ɔde Ahyiae Ntamadan no ano nkataano sɛn ano.
29 and, the altar of ascending-sacrifice, put he at the entrance of the habitation of the tent of meeting, —and he caused to ascend thereupon the ascending-sacrifice, and the meal-offering, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
Ɔde afɔremuka a esi akyi a wɔbɔ ɔhyew afɔre wɔ so no si bɛn ɔkwan no ano, na ɔbɔɔ so ɔhyew afɔre ne aduan afɔre sɛnea Awurade hyɛe no.
30 And he put the laver, between the tent of meeting, and the altar, —and put therein water for bathing;
Ɔde hweaseammɔ sii Ahyiae Ntamadan no ne afɔremuka no ntam na wɔhyɛɛ no nsu ma, sɛnea asɔfo no benya bi ahohoro wɔn ho,
31 and Moses and Aaron and his sons thenceforth bathed thereat, —their hands and their feet;
na Mose ne Aaron ne Aaron mmabarima hohoroo wɔn nsa ho ne wɔn anan ase wɔ hɔ.
32 when they were entering into the tent of meeting, and when they were drawing near unto the altar, then used they to bathe, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
Bere biara a wɔbɛfa afɔremuka no ho akɔ Ahyiae Ntamadan no mu no, wogyina hohoroo wɔn ho sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ Mose no.
33 And he reared the court round about to the habitation and to the altar, and put up the screen of the gate of the court, —and Moses finished the work.
Na Mose sii biribi twaa Ahyiae Ntamadan no ne afɔremuka no ho hyiae na wɔde nsɛnanotam sɛn ano. Ɛnna Mose wiee nʼadwuma.
34 Then did the cloud cover the tent of meeting, —and, the glory of Yahweh, filled the habitation;
Omununkum no bɛkataa Ahyiae Ntamadan no so maa Awurade anuonyam hyɛɛ no ma.
35 and Moses was not able to enter into the tent of meeting, because the cloud had made its habitation thereupon, —and the glory of Yahweh, filled the habitation.
Esiane sɛ na omununkum no asi wɔ hɔ no nti, Mose antumi ankɔ mu na Awurade anuonyam hyɛɛ Ahyiae Ntamadan no ma.
36 And whensoever the cloud ascended from off the habitation, then did the sons of Israel set forward, in all their journeyings;
Bere biara a omununkum no bɛma ne ho so no, na Israelfo no nso di akyi.
37 but if the cloud did not ascend, then did they not set forward—until the day when it did ascend.
Na sɛ egyina a, na wɔn nso agyina akosi sɛ ɛbɛma ne ho so bio.
38 For, the cloud of Yahweh, was upon the habitation by day, and, a fire, came to be by night therein, —in the sight of all the house of Israel in all their journeyings.
Awia de, omununkum no gyina Ahyiae Ntamadan no so na sɛ edu anadwo a, na ogya asɔ wɔ omununkum no mu sɛnea Israelfo no nyinaa behu. Eyi toaa so saa ara wɔ wɔn akwantu no nyinaa mu.
