Exodus 29
1 And, this, is the thing which thou shalt do to them to hallow them, that they may minister as priests unto me, —Take one young bullock and two rams without defect;
Folgendermaßen sollst du mit ihnen verfahren, um sie zu weihen, damit sie mir Priesterdienst thun. Nimm einen jungen Stier und zwei fehllose Widder,
2 and bread unleavened and cakes unleavened with oil poured over, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil, —of fine wheaten meal, shalt thou make them;
ungesäuertes Brot und ungesäuerte, mit Öl gemengte Kuchen, sowie ungesäuerte, mit Öl bestrichene Fladen; aus Weizen-Feinmehl sollst du sie herstellen.
3 and thou shalt place them in one basket, and bring them near in the basket, —and the bullock, and the two rams.
Hierauf sollst du sie in einen Korb thun und sie in dem Korbe darbringen, dazu den Farren und die beiden Widder.
4 And Aaron and his sons, shalt thou bring near, unto the opening of the tent of meeting, —and shalt bathe them in water.
Aaron aber und seine Söhne laß an den Eingang zum Offenbarungszelt herantreten und wasche sie mit Wasser.
5 And thou shalt take the garments and clothe Aaron—with the tunic, and with the robe of the ephod, and with the ephod, and with the breastpiece, —and shalt gird him with the curious band of the ephod;
Sodann nimm die Kleider, bekleide Aaron mit dem Leibrock, dem Obergewand zum Schulterkleid, dem Schulterkleid und der Tasche und binde ihm die Binde des Schulterkleids um;
6 and shalt put the turban upon his head, —and place the holy crown upon the turban.
setze ihm den Kopfbund auf das Haupt und befestige das heilige Diadem am Kopfbund.
7 Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour upon his head, —so shalt thou anoint him.
Sodann nimm das Salböl, gieße es ihm aufs Haupt und salbe ihn so.
8 His sons also, shalt thou bring near, —and clothe them with tunics;
Seine Söhne aber laß herzutreten, bekleide sie mit Leibröcken,
9 and thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and twist round for them caps, so shall they have priesthood by a statute age-abiding, —so shalt thou install, Aaron and his sons.
umgürte sie mit einem Gürtel und setze ihnen Mützen auf, damit ihnen das Priesteramt zustehe kraft einer für alle Zeiten geltenden Ordnung. Sodann sollst du Aaron und seinen Söhnen die Hand füllen.
10 And thou shalt bring near the bullock, before the tent of meeting, —and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock;
Und zwar sollst du den Farren herzubringen vor das Offenbarungszelt, damit Aaron und seine Söhne auf den Kopf des Farren die Hand aufstemmen.
11 then shalt thou slay the bullock before Yahweh, —at the opening of the tent of meeting:
Sodann schlachte den Farren vor Jahwe, am Eingang zum Offenbarungszelte,
12 and thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and place upon the horns of the altar, with thy finger, —and all the remaining blood, shalt thou pour out at the foundation of the altar;
nimm etwas von dem Blute des Farren und streiche es mit dem Finger an die Hörner des Altars; das ganze übrige Blut aber gieße am Altar auf den Boden.
13 and thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inner part, and the caul upon the liver, and the two kidneys, with the fat which is upon them, and burn as incense on the altar:
Sodann nimm alles Fett, welches die Eingeweide bedeckt, und das Anhängsel an der Leber, dazu die beiden Nieren samt dem Fett an ihnen und laß es auf dem Altar in Rauch aufgehn.
14 but the flesh of the bullock and its skin, and its dung, shalt thou burn up with fire, outside the camp, —a sin-bearer, it is.
Das Fleisch des Farren aber, sein Fell und seinen Mist sollst du außerhalb des Lagers verbrennen - ein Sündopfer ist es.
15 One ram also, shalt thou take, and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands, upon the head of the ram;
Sodann bringe den einen Widder, damit Aaron und seine Söhne auf den Kopf des Widders die Hand aufstemmen.
16 then shalt thou slay the ram, —and take its blood, and dash upon the altar round about;
Sodann schlachte den Widder, nimm sein Blut und sprenge es ringsum an den Altar.
17 but the ram itself, shalt thou cut up into its pieces, —and shalt bathe its inner part, and its legs, and lay upon its pieces and upon its head;
Den Widder selbst aber zerlege in seine Teile, wasche seine Eingeweide und seine Beine und lege sie zu seinen übrigen Stücken und zu seinem Kopfe.
18 and shalt burn the whole ram as incense on the altar, an ascending-sacrifice, it is to Yahweh, —a satisfying odour, an altar-flame to Yahweh, it is.
Sodann laß den ganzen Widder auf dem Altar in Rauch aufgehn - ein Brandopfer für Jahwe ist es, ein lieblicher Geruch, ein Jahwe dargebrachtes Feueropfer.
19 Then shalt thou take the second ram, —and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands upon the head of the ram;
Sodann bringe den anderen Widder, damit Aaron und seine Söhne auf den Kopf des Widders die Hand aufstemmen;
20 then shalt thou slay the ram, and take of its blood, and place upon the tip of the ear of Aaron and upon the tip of the ear of his sons—the right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, —and shalt dash the blood upon the altar round about.
alsdann schlachte den Widder, nimm etwas von seinem Blut und streiche es an das rechte Ohrläppchen Aarons und an das rechte Ohrläppchen seiner Söhne, an ihren rechten Daumen und an ihre rechte große Zehe; das übrige Blut sprenge ringsum an den Altar.
21 Then shalt thou take of the blood that is upon the altar and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle upon Aaron and upon his garments, and upon his sons and upon the garments of his sons with him, —so shall he be hallowed—he, and his garments, and his sons and the garments of his sons, with him.
Sodann nimm etwas von dem Blute, das auf dem Altar ist, sowie von dem Salböl und sprenge es auf Aaron und seine Kleider, sowie auf seine Söhne und ihre Kleider, damit er und seine Kleider, sowie seine Söhne und ihre Kleider geheiligt seien.
22 Then shalt thou take from the ram—the fat and the fat-tail and the fat that covereth the inner part and the caul of the liver and the two kidneys with the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder, —for, a ram of installation, it is, —
Sodann nimm von dem Widder das Fett, den Fettschwanz samt dem Fett, welches die Eingeweide bedeckt, das Anhängsel an der Leber und die beiden Nieren samt dem Fett an ihnen, dazu die rechte Keule - denn ein Einsetzungs-Widder ist es -,
23 and one round-cake of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, —out of the basket of unleavened cakes, which is before Yahweh;
ferner einen Laib Brot, einen mit Öl angemachten Brotkuchen und einen Fladen aus dem Korbe mit dem Ungesäuerten, der vor Jahwe steht,
24 and shalt lay the whole upon the heads of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, —then shalt thou wave them to and fro as a wave-offering, before Yahweh;
und gieb dies alles Aaron und seinen Söhnen in die Hände und webe es als Webe vor Jahwe.
25 and shalt take them from their hand, and burn them as incense on the altar upon the ascending-sacrifice, —as a satisfying odour, before Yahweh, an altar-flame, it is to Yahweh.
Sodann nimm es ihnen aus den Händen und laß es auf dem Altar über dem Brandopfer in Rauch aufgehn zum lieblichen Geruch vor Jahwe: ein Jahwe dargebrachtes Feueropfer ist es.
26 Then shalt thou take the breast from the ram of installation which is for Aaron, and shalt wave it as a wave-offering, before Yahweh, —so shall it be thy share,
Sodann nimm die Brust von dem Einsetzungs-Widder Aarons und webe sie als Webe vor Jahwe; dann soll sie dir als Anteil zufallen.
27 And thou shalt hallow the breast of the wave-offering, and the shoulder of the heave-offering, which is waved to and fro, and which is heaved up, from the ram of installation, from that which is for Aaron, and from that which is for his sons;
So sollst du die Webebrust, welche gewebt, und die Hebekeule, welche als Hebe weggenommen wurde von dem Einsetzungs-Widder Aarons und seiner Söhne, für etwas Geweihtes erklären;
28 so shall it belong to Aaron and to his sons for an age-abiding statute from the sons of Israel, for a heave-offering, it is, —and, a heave-offering, shall it remain, from the sons of Israel out of their peace-offerings, their heave-offering to Yahweh.
sie sollen Aaron und seinen Söhnen zufallen kraft einer den Israeliten für alle Zeit auferlegten Verpflichtung. Denn ein Hebeopfer ist es, und als Hebeopfer soll es von den Israeliten abgegeben werden von ihren Heilsopfern, als ihr Hebeopfer an Jahwe.
29 And, the holy garments which belong to Aaron, shall belong to his sons, after him, -to be anointed therein, and to be installed therein,
Die heiligen Kleider Aarons aber sollen nachmals auf seine Söhne übergehen, damit man sie darin salbe und ihnen die Hand fülle.
30 Seven days, shall they be put on by him from among his sons who is priest in his stead, —by him who goeth into the tent of meeting, to minister in the holy place.
Sieben Tage hindurch soll sie derjenige seiner Söhne anziehen, welcher an seiner Statt Priester wird, der in das Offenbarungszelt hineingehen wird, um den Dienst im Heiligtume zu verrichten.
31 And, the ram of installation, shalt thou take, —and shalt boil its flesh, in a holy place;
Den Einsetzungs-Widder aber sollst du nehmen und sein Fleisch an heiliger Stätte kochen.
32 and Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, —at the opening of the tent of meeting:
Und Aaron und seine Söhne sollen das Fleisch des Widders samt dem Brote, welches im Korbe ist, am Eingange zum Offenbarungszelte verzehren.
33 thus shall they eat those things wherewith a propitiatory-covering hath been made, to install them, to hallow them, but, a stranger, shall not eat, for holy, they are.
Das, womit Sühne vollzogen wurde, als man ihnen die Hand füllte und sie weihte, sollen sie verzehren; ein Fremder aber darf nicht davon essen, denn es ist heilig.
34 And, if there be left over of the flesh of installation, or of the bread until the morning, then shalt thou burn up what is left over, in the fire, it shall not be eaten for holy, it is.
Und wenn von dem Fleische des Einsetzungsopfers oder von dem Brote etwas übrig bleibt bis zum Morgen, so sollst du das Übriggebliebene mit Feuer verbrennen: es darf nicht gegessen werden, denn es ist heilig.
35 So then thou shalt do for Aaron and for his sons, in this manner, according to all which I have commanded, thee, —seven days, shalt thou install them.
So sollst du mit Aaron und seinen Söhnen verfahren, ganz wie ich dir befohlen habe: sieben Tage hindurch sollst du ihnen die Hand füllen
36 And a sin-bearing bullock, shalt thou offer daily, for them who are to be covered by propitiation, and shalt make a sin-cleansing for the altar, when thou puttest a propitiatory-covering thereon, —and shalt anoint it to hallow it.
und sollst für jeden Tag einen Sündopfer-Farren herrichten zum Vollzuge der Sühne und sollst den Altar entsündigen, indem du die Sühnehandlungen an ihm vollziehst, und sollst ihn salben, um ihn zu weihen.
37 Seven days, shalt thou put a propitiatory-covering over the altar, and so shalt hallow it, thus shall the altar become most holy; whosoever toucheth the altar, must be holy.
Sieben Tage lang sollst du die Sühnehandlungen an dem Altar vollziehen, um ihn zu weihen; so wird der Altar hochheilig werden: jeder, der den Altar berührt, ist dem Heiligtume verfallen.
38 This, moreover, is what thou shalt offer upon the altar, two lambs of a year old day by day, continually:
Folgendes aber sollst du auf dem Altar herrichten: Tag für Tag zwei einjährige Lämmer als regelmäßiges Brandopfer.
39 The one lamb, shalt thou offer in the morning, and the second lamb, shalt thou offer between the evenings;
Das eine Lamm sollst du am Morgen herrichten und das andere Lamm sollst du gegen Abend herrichten.
40 and a tenth part of fine meal mingled with a fourth part of the hin of beaten oil, and, as a drink-offering, a fourth part of the hin of wine, —with the one lamb.
Und ein Zehntel Feinmehl, das mit einem Viertel Hin Öl aus zerstoßenen Oliven gemengt ist, sowie ein Trankopfer, bestehend in einem Viertel Hin Wein, soll zu dem einen Lamme kommen.
41 And the second lamb, shalt thou offer between the evenings, -according to the meal-offering of the morning, and according to the drink-offering thereof, shalt thou offer with it, for a satisfying odour, an altar-flame, to Yahweh:
Das andere Lamm aber sollst du gegen Abend herrichten - in betreff des Speisopfers und Trankopfers sollst du dabei verfahren, wie am Morgen - zu einem lieblichen Geruch, als eine Jahwe dargebrachte Feuerspeise,
42 a continual ascending-sacrifice to your generations, at the opening of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, where will meet with you, to speak unto thee there.
als euer regelmäßiges Brandopfer von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht, am Eingange zum Offenbarungszelte vor Jahwe, woselbst ich mich dir offenbaren werde, indem ich daselbst mit dir rede.
43 So will I meet there with the sons of Israel, and it shall be hallowed by my glory.
Und ich werde mich daselbst den Israeliten offenbaren, und es soll geheiligt werden durch meine Herrlichkeit.
44 Thus will I hallow the tent of meeting, and the altar, —and, Aaron and his sons, will I hallow, to minister as priests unto me.
So will ich das Offenbarungszelt und den Altar weihen; auch Aaron und seine Söhne will ich weihen, damit sie mir Priesterdienst thun.
45 Thus will I make my habitation in the midst of the sons of Israel, and will be their God;
Und ich will unter den Israeliten wohnen und ihr Gott sein;
46 and they shall know that, I—Yahweh, am their God, who brought them forth out of the land of Egypt that I might make my habitation in their midst, I—Yahweh, their God.
so sollen sie dann erkennen, daß ich, Jahwe, ihr Gott bin, der sie weggeführt hat aus Ägypten, um unter ihnen zu wohnen - ich, Jahwe, ihr Gott!
