Exodus 23
1 Thou shalt not utter a false report. Do not lay thy hand with a lawless man, to become a witness helping forward violence and wrong.
Да не приимеши слуха суетна, да не приложишися с неправедным быти свидетель неправеден:
2 Thou shalt not follow multitudes to commit wickedness, —neither shalt thou answer in a quarrel, so as to turn away after multitudes to mislead,
да не будеши со многими на злобу, да не приложишися ко множеству уклонитися со множайшими, яко превратити суд,
3 Even a poor man, shalt thou not prefer in his quarrel.
и нищаго да не помилуеши на суде.
4 When thou meetest the ox of thine enemy, or his ass, going astray, thou shalt, surely bring it back, to him.
Аще же срящеши говядо врага твоего или осля его заблуждающее, обратив да отдаси ему:
5 When thou seest the ass of him that hateth thee sinking down under his burden, and mightest have foreborne to unload him, thou shalt surely help him to unload,
аще же узриши осля врага твоего падшее под бременем его, да не мимоидеши е, но да воздвигнеши е с ним.
6 Thou shalt not pervert the vindication of thy needy one in his quarrel.
Да не превратиши суда нищему в суде его.
7 From a matter of falsehood, thou shalt keep far away, —and the innocent one and the righteous, do not thou slay, for I will not justify a lawless man.
От всякаго слова неправеднаго да отступиши: неповинна и праведна да не убиеши, и не оправдиши нечестиваго даров ради,
8 And, a bribe, shalt thou not take, —for the bribe, blindeth the clear-sighted, and perverteth the words of the righteous.
и да не возмеши даров: дары бо ослепляют очи видящым и погубляют словеса праведна.
9 And a sojourner, shalt thou not drive away, —seeing that, ye yourselves, know the, soul of a sojourner; for sojourners, became ye in the land of Egypt.
И пришелца не оскорбляйте, ни стужите (ему): вы бо весте душу пришелчу, понеже сами бесте пришелцы в земли Египетстей.
10 And six years, shalt thou sow thy land, —and shalt gather the yield thereof;
Шесть лет да сееши землю твою и да собереши плоды ея:
11 but the seventh year, shalt thou let it rest and be still so shall the needy of thy people eat, and what they leave, shall the wild-beast of the field eat, —in like manner, shalt thou deal with thy vineyard with thine oliveyard.
в седмое же оставление да сотвориши и опустиши ю, и да ясти будут убозии языка твоего, останки же да снедят зверие дивии: тако да сотвориши винограду твоему и масличию твоему.
12 Six days, shalt thou do thy work, but on the seventh day, shalt thou keep sabbath, —that thine ox may rest and thine ass, and that the son of thy handmaid and the sojourner may be refreshed.
В шесть дний да сотвориши дела твоя, в седмый же день покой: да почиет вол твой и осел твой, и да почиет сын рабы твоея и пришлец.
13 And, in all that I have said unto thee, shalt thou take heed to thyself, —and the name of other gods, shalt thou not mention, it shall not be heard upon thy mouth.
Вся, елика глаголах вам, сохраните, имен же богов инех не поминайте, ниже да слышатся изо уст ваших.
14 Three times, shalt thou keep festival to me, in the year.
Три краты в лете сотворите Ми праздник:
15 The festival of unleavened cakes, shalt thou keep, —seven days, shalt thou eat unleavened cakes, as I commanded thee at the appointed time of the month Abib; for, therein, camest thou forth out of Egypt, —and they shall not see my face, empty-handed.
праздник опресноков сохраните творити, седмь дний ядите опресноки, якоже заповедах тебе, во время месяца новых плодов, в той бо изшел еси из Египта, да не явишися предо Мною тощь:
16 And the festival of harvest with the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou shalt sow in the field, And the festival of ingathering—at the outgoing of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.
и праздник жатвы первородных жит сотвориши от дел твоих, яже посееши на ниве твоей: и праздник скончания при исходе лета в собрании дел твоих, яже от нив твоих.
17 Three times in the year, shall all thy males see the face of the Lord, Yahweh.
Три краты в лете да явится всяк мужеск пол твой пред Господем Богом твоим.
18 Thou shalt not offer with anything leavened, the blood of my sacrifice, —neither shall the fat of my festival-sacrifice remain until morning.
Егда бо изжену языки от лица твоего и разширю пределы твоя, да не пожреши на квасе крове жертвы Моея, ниже да долежит тук праздника Моего до утрия.
19 The beginning of the firstfruits of thy ground, shalt thou bring into the house of Yahweh thy God. Thou shalt not boil a kid in the milk of its dam.
Начатки первых жит земли твоея да внесеши в дом Господа Бога твоего. Да не свариши ягняте во млеце матере его.
20 Lo! I, am sending a messenger before thee, to guard thee in the way, —and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
И се, Аз послю Ангела Моего пред лицем твоим, да сохранит тя на пути, яко да введет тя в землю, юже уготовах тебе:
21 Take thou heed of his presence, and hearken to his voice—do not vex him, -for he will not pardon your transgression, for, my name, is within him.
вонми себе и послушай Его, и не ослушайся Его: не обинется бо тебе, имя бо Мое есть на Нем:
22 But if thou wilt indeed hearken, to his voice, and so wilt do all that I may speak, then will I be an enemy to thine enemies, and an adversary to thine adversaries;
аще слухом послушаеши гласа Моего и сотвориши вся, елика Аз заповедаю тебе, и сохраниши завет Мой, будете Ми люди избранни от всех язык: Моя бо есть вся земля, вы же будете Ми царское священие и язык свят. Сия словеса да речеши сыном Израилевым. Аще слухом послушаеши гласа Моего и сотвориши вся, елика реку тебе, враг буду врагом твоим и сопротивлюся сопротивником твоим.
23 for my messenger shall go before thee, and bring thee in—unto the Amorite and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Canaanite, the Hivite and the Jebusite, —so will I destroy them.
Пойдет бо Ангел Мой наставляяй тя и введет тя ко Аморрею и Хеттею, и Ферезею и Хананею, и Гергесею и Евею и Иевусею, и потреблю их (от лица вашего):
24 Thou shalt not bow thyself down to their gods neither shalt thou be led to serve them, neither shalt thou do according to their works, —but thou shalt, verily overthrow, them, and, completely break in pieces, their pillars.
да не поклонишися богом их, ниже послужиши им: да не сотвориши по делом их, но разорением разориши и сокрушением сокрушиши капища их,
25 So shall ye serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless thy bread and thy water, —and I will take away sickness out of thy midst.
и да послужиши Господу Богу твоему: и благословлю хлеб твой и вино твое и воду твою, и отвращу болезнь от вас.
26 There shall be nothing casting its young or barren in thy land, —the number of thy days, will I make full.
Не будет безчаден, ниже неплоды на земли твоей: число дний твоих исполняя исполню.
27 My terror, will I send before thee, and will confound all the people amongst whom thou shalt come, and will deliver up all thine enemies unto thee as they flee.
И страх послю ведущий тя, и устрашу вся языки, в няже ты входиши к ним, и дам вся сопротивники твоя в бегуны:
28 And I will send the hornet, before thee, —and it shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.
и послю шершни пред тобою, и изжену Аморреи и Евеи, и Иевусеи и Хананеи и Хеттеи от тебе:
29 I will not drive them out from before thee, in one year, —lest the land should become a desolation, so would the wild-beast of the field multiply over thee.
не изжену их в лете единем, да не будет земля пуста, и мнози будут на тя звери земнии:
30 Little by little, will I drive them out from before thee. until thou become fruitful, then shalt thou take possession of the land.
помалу помалу изжену их от тебе, дондеже возрастеши и наследиши землю.
31 So will I set thy bounds from the Red Sea even unto the sea of the Philistines and from the desert unto the River (Euphrates), —for I will deliver into your hand the inhabitants of the land, so shalt thou drive them out from before thee.
И положу пределы твоя от Чермнаго моря до моря Филистимля, и от пустыни до реки великия Евфрата, и предам в руце ваши седящих на земли и изжену их от тебе:
32 Thou shalt not make with them or with their gods, a covenant:
да не смесишися с ними, и с боги их да не завещаеши завета,
33 they shall not dwell in thy land, lest they cause thee to sin against me, —for thou mightest serve their gods, verily! it would become to thee a snare!
и да не останутся на земли твоей, да не сотворят тя согрешити ко Мне: аще бо поработаеши богом их, сии будут тебе в соблазн.
