< Ephesians 5 >

1 Become ye, therefore, imitators of God, as children beloved,
Amwe mubhe bhantu bhahulowdozye Ungulubhi, muli bhana bhakwe bhabhagewe.
2 And walk in love—even as, the Christ also, loved you, and delivered himself up in your behalf, an offering and sacrifice unto God, for a fragrance of sweet smell.
Mujendaje mulugano lwakwe, neshi uYesu natiganile ate, ahwifumizye yuyo husababu yetu umwene ali sadaka nedhabihu, abhe nushili nyinza yahusungwezye Ungulubhi.
3 But, fornication, and all impurity, or covetousness, let it not be named among you—even as becometh saints;
Oumalayano uchafu ne mbimbi ezyamwo ziganjetambulwe hulimwe, neshi shashihwanziwa hwa bhabhamwaminile,
4 And shamelessness and foolish talking, or jesting, —which things are beneath you, —but, rather, giving of thanks;
emvisyo zisahatambulwe, enjango ezyeshilemalema, au entanilo ezyakenyensanye, ego segali sawa nafuu asalifye.
5 For, this, ye know, if ye take note—that no fornicator, or impure or greedy person, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of the Christ and God.
Mubhajiye abhe no uhakika aje umuntu yalimalaya, yalichafu, nuyaziliha, uyo apuuta shifwani siga alinougale wowonti hwa Ngulubhi. Umuntu hwa Ngulubhi.
6 Let no one be deceiving you with empty words; for, because of these things, is coming the anger of God upon the sons of obstinacy:
Umuntu yayonti asabhakhopele nenongwa zyakwe, hushali ye mambo ega elyoyolya Ngulubhi lihwenza hwa bhana bhasebhahweteha.
7 Do not, then, become co-partners with them;
Eshi usakundane nabho.
8 For ye were, at one time, darkness, but, now, are ye light in the Lord, —as children of light, be walking,
Maana amwe emande mwalinkisi, eshi muli mulukhozyo hwa Yesu, mujendaje neshi abhana bhabhali mulukhozyo.
9 For, the fruit of the light, is in all goodness, and righteousness, and truth, —
Amatunda gamulukhozyo gabho ngenye uwinza wonti, ehaki nuukweli.
10 Putting to the test what is well-pleasing unto the Lord;
Anzaga haalo hahahusungwi zya Ungulubhi.
11 And be not joining in fellowship in the unfruitful works of darkness, but, rather, be even administering reproof;
Huganjebhe ahwavwanwe nezya hunkisi zyasenyinza, epoawe bhehaga embombo enyinza.
12 For, of the secret things which are brought to pass by them, it is, shameful, even to speak!
Maana embombo zyabhabhombela hunkisi zyensoni ata huziyanje.
13 All things, however, when reproved by the light, become manifest, for, all that of itself maketh manifest, is, light;
Amambo gonti gagavundulwa nulukhozyo gabha pazelu,
14 Wherefore it saith—Up! thou sleeper, and arise from among the dead, and the Christ will shine upon thee.
shila hantu hahavundulwe nu lukhozyo habha mulukhozyo, nayanje huje, bhuha awe wugowa utulo, bhuha afume hwabhafwe UYesu abhahukhozezye ulukhozyo.”
15 Be taking heed, therefore, exactly how ye are walking, —not as unwise, but as wise, —
Mubhanje bhazingatizi pamjenda, siyo aje mubhanje neshi abhantu bhasigabha nenjele mubhanje neshi abhinjele.
16 Buying out for yourselves the opportunity, because, the days, are evil;
Musahalembele mukhalaganaje ensiku ezi zyembibhi.
17 For this cause, do not become foolish, but have discernment as to what is the will of the Lord;
Musahabhe bhalema mumanyaje aje zyasungwa Ungulubhi zizyalihu.
18 And be not getting drunk with wine, in which is dissoluteness, but be getting filled in Spirit; —
Musahakholwe, ehombwa ehulongola umuntu humbibhi nu nanzi.
19 Speaking to yourselves, with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs; singing, and striking the strings, with your heart unto the Lord;
Afazali mumenye Umpepo Ufinjile mumoyo genyu. Yangajishila muntu nuwamwabho muzinzanyaja, ne ng'oma, zyazigwizya hwa Gosi.
20 Giving thanks, always, for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, unto your God and Father;
Ensiku zyonti musalifyaje Ungulubhi mwitawa lya Yesu Kristi nu Ngulubhi uise witu.
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in reverence of Christ, —
Hwifumyi mwemwe shila muntu nuwamwao hunshinshi ya Yesu Kristi.
22 Ye wives, unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord,
Mubhashe muhwifumiaje hwa lume bhenyu neshi hwa Yesu Kristi Ugosi.
23 Because, a husband, is the head of his wife, as, the Christ also, is the head of the assembly, he, being the saviour of the body, —
Ulume litwe lya she wakwe neshi uYesu shali litwelyi kanisa ulume fyulwe wa beele gwashe wakwe.
24 Nevertheless, as, the assembly, submitteth herself unto the Christ, so, the wives, unto their husbands, in everything:
Lelo neshi ikanisa shalili pansi pa yasu, namwe mubhashe shamubhanje hwalume bhenyu kwa shila hantu.
25 Ye husbands, be loving your wives, even as, the Christ also, loved the assembly, and delivered, himself, up in her behalf,
Mubhalume, mubhaganaje abhashe bhenyu neshi U Yesu shahaliganile ikanisa ahafwiye hunongwa yakwe.
26 That, her, he might sanctify, having purified [her] with the bath of water, in declaration,
Abhombile esho ahanzaga aje libhe lifinjile. Alyozizye nalizelusye na menze mwizu lyakwe.
27 That, he, might present, unto himself, the assembly, all glorious, not having spot or wrinkle or any of such things, but that she should be holy and blameless;
Abhombile esho aje ahwitwalile yuyo ikanisa ituntumu lyaselili na makosa nkagamo wala embibhi zyazyonti na hahahonti hahlewigenelego lyali lituntumu nuzeluwonti.
28 So, ought the husbands [also] to be loving their own wives, as their own bodies, —he that loveth his own wife, loveth himself,
Shishila, alume bhope bhabhaganaje ashe bhabho neshi amabili gabho bhebho, yahugana ushe wakwe ahwigawa yuyo.
29 No one, in fact, ever yet hated, his own flesh, but nourisheth and cherisheth it, —even as, the Christ, the assembly,
Nkumo umuntu yaguvitwa ubili gwakwe pavonti agutunza nagulisye nagugane, neshi uYesu shaligene ikanisa lyakwe.
30 Because, members, are we of his body; —
Ate tiibhashirika bhakwe nu bili gwakwe.
31 For this cause, will a man leave his father and his mother, and will cleave unto his wife, and, they two, shall become, one flesh.
“Hushauli ene olume aihuleha uise nu nyina wakwe aibhala nushe wakwe nakhale nawo na ebho bhabhili bhaibha muntu umo”.
32 This sacred secret, is, great, —I, however, am speaking as to Christ and [as to] the assembly; —
eli lihwifisile leloane eyanga ezya Kristi ni kanisa.
33 Nevertheless, ye also, do ye, individually, each man be so loving, his own wife, as himself, and, the wife, [see] that she reverence her husband.
Lelo, shila muntu agawe ushe wakwe neshi shahwigawa umwene, wope ushe ashinshimaje ulume wakwe.
