< Deuteronomy 3 >

1 Then turned we and went up, the way of Bashan; and Og king of Bashan, came out to meet us, he, and all his people, to give battle at Edrei.
Hagi ananteti'ma rukrahe'ma huta Basanima vunaku'ma nevunkeno'a, Basani kini ne' Ogi'a mika sondia vahe'a zamavreno hara eme hurante'naku Edrei kumate e'ne.
2 And Yahweh said unto me: Do not fear him, for into thy hand, have I delivered him and all his people and his land, —so then thou shalt do unto him, as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites who was dwelling in Heshbon.
Hianagi Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno nasmi'ne, Mosesega, Oginkura korora osuo. Na'ankure agri'ene, sondia vahe'ane mopa'anena Nagra ko kagri kazampi ante'noankinka, Hesbonima nemania Amori kini ne' Sihonima hu'nanaza hunka, agri'ene mika vea'enena zamahe vagaregahane.
3 Then did Yahweh our God deliver into our hand, Og also, king of Bashan and all his people, —so we smote him until there was not left remaining to him a survivor.
Hagi Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamo'a taza higeta Basani kini ne' Ogine mika vahe'anena avreramigeta magore huta ozmatreta, maka zamahe vagare'none.
4 And we captured all his cities, at that time, there was no fortress which we took not from them, —sixty cities all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
Hagi Basani kini ne' Ogi'ma ana knafima 60'a ranra kumatmima miko Argob mopafima me'negeno kegava hu'nea kumatamine mopanena magore huta otreta, maka zamaheta hanare vagare'none.
5 All these, were fortified cities each with a high wall, folding gates and a bar, —besides country towns exceeding many.

6 And we devoted them to destruction, doing unto them as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, —devoting to destruction every city of males, the women, and the little ones.
Hagi Hesboni kumate'ma nemania Amori kini ne' Sihonima hu'nonaza huta, Basani kini ne'ene mika vene'nene, a'nanene mofavreramine mika zamahe vagare'none.
7 But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, made we our prey.

8 Thus did we at that time take the land out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites (which was over the Jordan), —from the ravine of Arnon as far as Mount Hermon.
Ana knafima mopama eri'nonana, tare Amori vahe'mokizmi kini ne'tremofo zanazampintira mopaznia, Jodani timofona zage hanati kaziga Arnoni tinteti erigafa huno vuno, Hermoni agonare vu'nea mopa ana mika eri vagare'none.

10 All the cities of the table-land, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, —unto Salecah, and Edrei, —cities of the kingdom of Og, in Bashan.
Hagi avapafima maka me'nea kumatamine, maka Giliati mopareti vuno Sareka kuma'ene Edrei kuma'ma Basani me'nakeno Ogi'ma kegavama hu'nea rankumatrena eri vagare'none.
11 For, only Og, king of Bashan was left remaining of the remnant of the giants, lo! his bedstead, was a bedstead of iron, is not, the same, in Rabbath of the sons of Ammon? nine cubits, the length thereof and four cubits, the breadth thereof, by the fore-arm of a man.
(Maka Refaimi ranra vahepintira Basani kini ne' Ogike'za agrake henkarfana fri'ne. Hagi agrama frige'zama erinte'naza sipa ainireti tro hu'neankino, upa'amo'a 2 mita higeno, zaza'amo'a 4 mita hu'ne. Hagi ana sipa Raba kumate me'nege'za, Amoni vahe'mo'za negaze.)
12 And this land, took we in possession at that time, —from Aroer which is by the ravine of Arnon, and half the hill-country of Gilead and the cities thereof, gave I unto the Reubenites and unto the Gadites;

13 but the remainder of Gilead, and all Bashan the kingdom of Og, gave I unto the half tribe of Manasseh, —all the region of the Argob with all Bashan. The same, is called, A land of giants.
Hagi Giliati mopama amu'nompinti'ma refko hutre'noa mago kaziga mopane, Basani kini ne' Ogima kegavama hu'nea mopanena, Manase nagara amu'nompinti refko hu'ne'na, magokaziga maniza naga zami'noe. Hagi maka Argopu mopa Basani kaziga me'nea mopagu Refaimi vahe mopae hu'za nehaze.
14 Jair, son of Manasseh, took all the region of Argob, as far as the boundary of the Geshurites, and the Maachathites, —and called them after his own name The Bashan of Havvoth-jair unto this day.

15 And, unto Machir, gave I Gilead;

16 And unto the Reubenites and unto the Gadites, gave I—from Gilead even as far as the ravine of Arnon, the middle of the ravine and boundary, —even as far as the Jabbok ravine, the boundary of the sons of Ammon;
Hagi ana Giliati mopamofona Sauti kaziga mopa Rubeni naga'ene, Gati nagamokizmi zami'noe. E'ina mopamo'a Giliatitira vuno Arnoni agupofi uhnatiteno, ete rukrahe huno Amoni vahe mopa atupare Jaboku tinkenare uhanati'ne.

18 So I commanded you, at that time saying, —Yahweh your God hath given unto you this land to possess it, armed, shall ye pass over before your brethren the sons of Israel all the sons of valour,
Hagi anankna zupa Jodani timofo kantu kazigama manisaza nagara amanage hu'na zamasami'noe, Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'a ama mopa tamagra eriho huno tami'ne. Hagi maka ha'ma huga vahe'mota ha'zantamina eri'neta tina takaheta, ugagota huta tamafuhe'ina hara ome huzamaza hiho.

20 until that Yahweh shall give rest unto your brethren, as well as you, so shall, they too, possess the land which, Yahweh your God, is giving unto them, over the Jordan, —then shall ye return every man unto his possession, which I have given unto you.
E'ina huta hara huta tamafuhe'ina zamaza nehanage'za, Ra Anumzamo'ma zamagri'ma Jodani timofo kantu kazigama zami'nea mopa eritesageta, tamagri'ma tami'noa moparera emanigahaze.
21 Joshua also, commanded I, at that time saying, —Thine are the eyes, that have seen all that Yahweh your God hath done unto these two kings, thus, will Yahweh do unto all the kingdoms whereunto thou, art passing over:
Hagi ana zupa nagra Josuana amanage hu'na asami'noe, Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma tare kini ne'trente'ma hu'nea zana hago kagra'a kavufinti ke'nane. E'ina hu'kna'za amama unefraza moparamimpi kini vahetmina huzmantegahie.

E'ina moparamimpi nemaniza vahetminkura korora osiho, na'ankure Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'a tamaza huno hara huzamantegahie.
23 Then sought I Yahweh at that time, for a favour saying:
Ana zupa nagra hankaveti'na nunamuna hu'na Ra Anumzamofona amanage hu'na antahige'noe,
24 My Lord Yahweh, thou thyself, hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy firm hand, —as to which, what GOD is there, in the heavens or in the earth, that can do according to thy doings, and according to thy mighty deeds?
Ra Anumzana kagra miko'zama kegavama hu'nana Anumzane, kagra agafa hunka eri'za vahe kamo'na himamu hankaveka'a naveri hane, na'ankure monafine ama mopafinena kagrama nehanankna zama huga anumzana omani'ne.

26 But Yahweh had been provoked with me for your sakes, and hearkened not unto me, —and Yahweh said unto me, Enough for thee! do not add a word unto me further in this matter.
27 Ascend the top of the Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes—westward, and northward and southward and eastward—and see with thine own eyes, —for thou shalt not pass over this Jordan.
Hagi Pisga agonare marerinka zage hanati kazigane, zage fre kazigane ruga raga kaziga omege emege huo. Na'ankure antu ana mopafina takahenka ovugahane.
28 But command thou Joshua and confirm him and embolden him, —for, he, shall pass over before this people, and, he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see.
Hianagi Josuana azeri hankavetike nesaminka huntegeno, Israeli vahera zamavareno Jodani tina takaheno vino. Na'ankure agra Israeli vahetera vugota hu'neno, kagrama kana mopa refko huno zamigahie.
29 So we abode in the valley, over against Beth-peor.
Ana higeta Beti-Peori tavaonte me'nea agupofi mani'none.
