Acts 10
1 But, a certain man in Caesarea, by name Cornelius, a centurion of the band called Italian, —

2 Devout, and fearing God with all his house, doing many alms unto the people, and supplicating God continually,
২স সপরিৱারো ভক্ত ঈশ্ৱরপরাযণশ্চাসীৎ; লোকেভ্যো বহূনি দানাদীনি দৎৱা নিরন্তরম্ ঈশ্ৱরে প্রার্থযাঞ্চক্রে|
3 Saw, in a vision, manifestly, as if about the ninth hour of the day, a messenger of God, coming in unto him, and saying unto him—Cornelius!
৩একদা তৃতীযপ্রহরৱেলাযাং স দৃষ্টৱান্ ঈশ্ৱরস্যৈকো দূতঃ সপ্রকাশং তৎসমীপম্ আগত্য কথিতৱান্, হে কর্ণীলিয|
4 And he, looking steadfastly at him, and becoming full of fear, said—What is it, Lord? And he said unto him—Thy prayers and thine alms, have gone up for a memorial before God.
৪কিন্তু স তং দৃষ্ট্ৱা ভীতোঽকথযৎ, হে প্রভো কিং? তদা তমৱদৎ তৱ প্রার্থনা দানাদি চ সাক্ষিস্ৱরূপং ভূৎৱেশ্ৱরস্য গোচরমভৱৎ|
5 Now, therefore, send men unto Joppa, and fetch one Simon who is surnamed Peter, —
৫ইদানীং যাফোনগরং প্রতি লোকান্ প্রেষ্য সমুদ্রতীরে শিমোন্নাম্নশ্চর্ম্মকারস্য গৃহে প্রৱাসকারী পিতরনাম্না ৱিখ্যাতো যঃ শিমোন্ তম্ আহ্ৱাযয;
6 The same is a guest with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea.
৬তস্মাৎ ৎৱযা যদ্যৎ কর্ত্তৱ্যং তত্তৎ স ৱদিষ্যতি|
7 And, when the messenger who had been speaking with him had departed, calling two of the domestics, and a devout soldier of them that constantly attended him,
৭ইত্যুপদিশ্য দূতে প্রস্থিতে সতি কর্ণীলিযঃ স্ৱগৃহস্থানাং দাসানাং দ্ৱৌ জনৌ নিত্যং স্ৱসঙ্গিনাং সৈন্যানাম্ একাং ভক্তসেনাঞ্চাহূয
8 And relating everything unto them, he sent them off unto Joppa.
৮সকলমেতং ৱৃত্তান্তং ৱিজ্ঞাপ্য যাফোনগরং তান্ প্রাহিণোৎ|
9 Now, on the morrow, as those men were journeying, and, unto the city, drawing near, Peter went up on the housetop to pray, about the sixth hour;
৯পরস্মিন্ দিনে তে যাত্রাং কৃৎৱা যদা নগরস্য সমীপ উপাতিষ্ঠন্, তদা পিতরো দ্ৱিতীযপ্রহরৱেলাযাং প্রার্থযিতুং গৃহপৃষ্ঠম্ আরোহৎ|
10 But he became hungry, and wished to eat, —and, while they were making ready, there came upon him a trance;
১০এতস্মিন্ সমযে ক্ষুধার্ত্তঃ সন্ কিঞ্চিদ্ ভোক্তুম্ ঐচ্ছৎ কিন্তু তেষাম্ অন্নাসাদনসমযে স মূর্চ্ছিতঃ সন্নপতৎ|
11 And he beholdeth heaven opened, and, corning down, a kind of vessel, like a large linen cloth, by its four corners, being let down upon the earth,
১১ততো মেঘদ্ৱারং মুক্তং চতুর্ভিঃ কোণৈ র্লম্বিতং বৃহদ্ৱস্ত্রমিৱ কিঞ্চন ভাজনম্ আকাশাৎ পৃথিৱীম্ অৱারোহতীতি দৃষ্টৱান্|
12 In which were all the quadrupeds and creeping things of earth and birds of heaven.
১২তন্মধ্যে নানপ্রকারা গ্রাম্যৱন্যপশৱঃ খেচরোরোগামিপ্রভৃতযো জন্তৱশ্চাসন্|
13 And there came a voice unto him—Rise, Peter! slay and eat.
১৩অনন্তরং হে পিতর উত্থায হৎৱা ভুংক্ষ্ৱ তম্প্রতীযং গগণীযা ৱাণী জাতা|
14 But Peter said—By no means, Lord! because, at no time, have I eaten anything common or unclean.
১৪তদা পিতরঃ প্রত্যৱদৎ, হে প্রভো ঈদৃশং মা ভৱতু, অহম্ এতৎ কালং যাৱৎ নিষিদ্ধম্ অশুচি ৱা দ্রৱ্যং কিঞ্চিদপি ন ভুক্তৱান্|
15 And a voice [came] again, a second time, unto him—What things, God, hath cleansed, be not, thou, making common.
১৫ততঃ পুনরপি তাদৃশী ৱিহযসীযা ৱাণী জাতা যদ্ ঈশ্ৱরঃ শুচি কৃতৱান্ তৎ ৎৱং নিষিদ্ধং ন জানীহি|
16 Now, this, took place thrice; and, straightway, was the vessel taken up into heaven.
১৬ইত্থং ত্রিঃ সতি তৎ পাত্রং পুনরাকৃষ্টং আকাশম্ অগচ্ছৎ|
17 And, as within himself Peter was doubting what the vision which he had seen might mean, lo! the men who had been sent by Cornelius, having sought out the house of Simon, stood at the gate,
১৭ততঃ পরং যদ্ দর্শনং প্রাপ্তৱান্ তস্য কো ভাৱ ইত্যত্র পিতরো মনসা সন্দেগ্ধি, এতস্মিন্ সমযে কর্ণীলিযস্য তে প্রেষিতা মনুষ্যা দ্ৱারস্য সন্নিধাৱুপস্থায,
18 And, calling, enquired whether, Simon who was surnamed Peter, was there being entertained.
১৮শিমোনো গৃহমন্ৱিচ্ছন্তঃ সম্পৃছ্যাহূয কথিতৱন্তঃ পিতরনাম্না ৱিখ্যাতো যঃ শিমোন্ স কিমত্র প্রৱসতি?
19 And, as Peter was pondering over the vision, the Spirit said—Lo! two men, seeking thee.
১৯যদা পিতরস্তদ্দর্শনস্য ভাৱং মনসান্দোলযতি তদাত্মা তমৱদৎ, পশ্য ত্রযো জনাস্ত্ৱাং মৃগযন্তে|
20 But rise, go down, and be journeying with them, nothing, doubting; because, I, have sent them.
২০ৎৱম্ উত্থাযাৱরুহ্য নিঃসন্দেহং তৈঃ সহ গচ্ছ মযৈৱ তে প্রেষিতাঃ|
21 And Peter, going down unto the men, said—Lo! I, am he whom ye are seeking: What is the cause, for which ye are come?
২১তস্মাৎ পিতরোঽৱরুহ্য কর্ণীলিযপ্রেরিতলোকানাং নিকটমাগত্য কথিতৱান্ পশ্যত যূযং যং মৃগযধ্ৱে স জনোহং, যূযং কিন্নিমিত্তম্ আগতাঃ?
22 And they said—Cornelius, a centurion, a man righteous and fearing God, well-attested by the whole nation of the Jews, hath been divinely instructed by a holy messenger to send for thee unto his house, and to hear words from thee.
২২ততস্তে প্রত্যৱদন্ কর্ণীলিযনামা শুদ্ধসত্ত্ৱ ঈশ্ৱরপরাযণো যিহূদীযদেশস্থানাং সর্ৱ্ৱেষাং সন্নিধৌ সুখ্যাত্যাপন্ন একঃ সেনাপতি র্নিজগৃহং ৎৱামাহূয নেতুং ৎৱত্তঃ কথা শ্রোতুঞ্চ পৱিত্রদূতেন সমাদিষ্টঃ|
23 Inviting them in, therefore, he entertained them; but, on the morrow, he rose up and went forth with them, and certain of the brethren who were from Joppa went with him;
২৩তদা পিতরস্তানভ্যন্তরং নীৎৱা তেষামাতিথ্যং কৃতৱান্, পরেঽহনি তৈঃ সার্দ্ধং যাত্রামকরোৎ, যাফোনিৱাসিনাং ভ্রাতৃণাং কিযন্তো জনাশ্চ তেন সহ গতাঃ|
24 And, on the morrow, he entered into Caesarea. And, Cornelius, was expecting them, having called together his kinsfolk and intimate friends.
২৪পরস্মিন্ দিৱসে কৈসরিযানগরমধ্যপ্রৱেশসমযে কর্ণীলিযো জ্ঞাতিবন্ধূন্ আহূযানীয তান্ অপেক্ষ্য স্থিতঃ|
25 And, when it came about that Peter entered, Cornelius met him, and, falling at his feet, did homage.
২৫পিতরে গৃহ উপস্থিতে কর্ণীলিযস্তং সাক্ষাৎকৃত্য চরণযোঃ পতিৎৱা প্রাণমৎ|
26 But, Peter, raised him up, saying—Arise! I also myself, am, a man.
২৬পিতরস্তমুত্থাপ্য কথিতৱান্, উত্তিষ্ঠাহমপি মানুষঃ|
27 And, conversing with him, he went in, and findeth many come together;
২৭তদা কর্ণীলিযেন সাকম্ আলপন্ গৃহং প্রাৱিশৎ তন্মধ্যে চ বহুলোকানাং সমাগমং দৃষ্ট্ৱা তান্ অৱদৎ,
28 And said unto the—Ye, well know, how unlawful it is, for, a Jew, to be joining himself or coming in unto one of another race. And yet, unto me, hath God pointed out that I should be calling no man, common or unclean.
২৮অন্যজাতীযলোকৈঃ মহালপনং ৱা তেষাং গৃহমধ্যে প্রৱেশনং যিহূদীযানাং নিষিদ্ধম্ অস্তীতি যূযম্ অৱগচ্ছথ; কিন্তু কমপি মানুষম্ অৱ্যৱহার্য্যম্ অশুচিং ৱা জ্ঞাতুং মম নোচিতম্ ইতি পরমেশ্ৱরো মাং জ্ঞাপিতৱান্|
29 Wherefore, even without gainsaying, came I when sent for. I ask, therefore, for what reason ye sent for me.
২৯ইতি হেতোরাহ্ৱানশ্রৱণমাত্রাৎ কাঞ্চনাপত্তিম্ অকৃৎৱা যুষ্মাকং সমীপম্ আগতোস্মি; পৃচ্ছামি যূযং কিন্নিমিত্তং মাম্ আহূযত?
30 And Cornelius said—Four days ago, counting unto this very hour, I was keeping, the ninth hour, as one of prayer, in my house. And lo! a man stood before me, in bright clothing,
৩০তদা কর্ণীলিযঃ কথিতৱান্, অদ্য চৎৱারি দিনানি জাতানি এতাৱদ্ৱেলাং যাৱদ্ অহম্ অনাহার আসন্ ততস্তৃতীযপ্রহরে সতি গৃহে প্রার্থনসমযে তেজোমযৱস্ত্রভৃদ্ একো জনো মম সমক্ষং তিষ্ঠন্ এতাং কথাম্ অকথযৎ,
31 And saith—Cornelius! thy prayer hath been heard, and, thine alms, have been remembered before God.
৩১হে কর্ণীলিয ৎৱদীযা প্রার্থনা ঈশ্ৱরস্য কর্ণগোচরীভূতা তৱ দানাদি চ সাক্ষিস্ৱরূপং ভূৎৱা তস্য দৃষ্টিগোচরমভৱৎ|
32 Send, therefore, unto Joppa, and fetch Simon, who is surnamed Peter. The same is being entertained in the house of one Simon a tanner, by the sea.
৩২অতো যাফোনগরং প্রতি লোকান্ প্রহিত্য তত্র সমুদ্রতীরে শিমোন্নাম্নঃ কস্যচিচ্চর্ম্মকারস্য গৃহে প্রৱাসকারী পিতরনাম্না ৱিখ্যাতো যঃ শিমোন্ তমাহূযয; ততঃ স আগত্য ৎৱাম্ উপদেক্ষ্যতি|
33 Immediately, therefore, I sent unto thee: Thou, also hast, well, done in coming. Now, therefore, all we, before God are present, to hear all things that have been enjoined upon thee by the Lord.
৩৩ইতি কারণাৎ তৎক্ষণাৎ তৱ নিকটে লোকান্ প্রেষিতৱান্, ৎৱমাগতৱান্ ইতি ভদ্রং কৃতৱান্| ঈশ্ৱরো যান্যাখ্যানানি কথযিতুম্ আদিশৎ তানি শ্রোতুং ৱযং সর্ৱ্ৱে সাম্প্রতম্ ঈশ্ৱরস্য সাক্ষাদ্ উপস্থিতাঃ স্মঃ|
34 And Peter, opening his mouth, said—Of a truth, I find that God is no respecter of persons;
৩৪তদা পিতর ইমাং কথাং কথযিতুম্ আরব্ধৱান্, ঈশ্ৱরো মনুষ্যাণাম্ অপক্ষপাতী সন্
35 But, in every nation, he that feareth him and worketh righteousness, is acceptable unto him.
৩৫যস্য কস্যচিদ্ দেশস্য যো লোকাস্তস্মাদ্ভীৎৱা সৎকর্ম্ম করোতি স তস্য গ্রাহ্যো ভৱতি, এতস্য নিশ্চযম্ উপলব্ধৱানহম্|
36 As touching the word he hath sent unto the sons of Israel, announcing the glad tidings of peace through Jesus Christ—the same, is Lord, of all,
৩৬সর্ৱ্ৱেষাং প্রভু র্যো যীশুখ্রীষ্টস্তেন ঈশ্ৱর ইস্রাযেল্ৱংশানাং নিকটে সুসংৱাদং প্রেষ্য সম্মেলনস্য যং সংৱাদং প্রাচারযৎ তং সংৱাদং যূযং শ্রুতৱন্তঃ|
37 Ye yourselves, know what hath come to pass throughout the whole of Judaea, beginning from Galilee, after the immersion which John proclaimed, respecting Jesus who was of Nazareth: —
৩৭যতো যোহনা মজ্জনে প্রচারিতে সতি স গালীলদেশমারভ্য সমস্তযিহূদীযদেশং ৱ্যাপ্নোৎ;
38 How God anointed him with Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed by the adversary, because, God, was with him.
৩৮ফলত ঈশ্ৱরেণ পৱিত্রেণাত্মনা শক্ত্যা চাভিষিক্তো নাসরতীযযীশুঃ স্থানে স্থানে ভ্রমন্ সুক্রিযাং কুর্ৱ্ৱন্ শৈতানা ক্লিষ্টান্ সর্ৱ্ৱলোকান্ স্ৱস্থান্ অকরোৎ, যত ঈশ্ৱরস্তস্য সহায আসীৎ;
39 We also, are witnesses of all things which he did, both in the country of the Jews and Jerusalem; whom they even slew by suspending upon a tree; —
৩৯ৱযঞ্চ যিহূদীযদেশে যিরূশালম্নগরে চ তেন কৃতানাং সর্ৱ্ৱেষাং কর্ম্মণাং সাক্ষিণো ভৱামঃ| লোকাস্তং ক্রুশে ৱিদ্ধ্ৱা হতৱন্তঃ,
40 The same, God raised up on the third day, and gave him to become, manifest,
৪০কিন্তু তৃতীযদিৱসে ঈশ্ৱরস্তমুত্থাপ্য সপ্রকাশম্ অদর্শযৎ|
41 Not unto all the people, but unto witnesses who had been fore-appointed by God, unto us, who, indeed, did eat and drink with him after his rising from among the dead.
৪১সর্ৱ্ৱলোকানাং নিকট ইতি ন হি, কিন্তু তস্মিন্ শ্মশানাদুত্থিতে সতি তেন সার্দ্ধং ভোজনং পানঞ্চ কৃতৱন্ত এতাদৃশা ঈশ্ৱরস্য মনোনীতাঃ সাক্ষিণো যে ৱযম্ অস্মাকং নিকটে তমদর্শযৎ|
42 And he charged us to proclaim unto the people, and bear full witness, that—This, is he that hath been marked out by God to be judge of living and dead.
৪২জীৱিতমৃতোভযলোকানাং ৱিচারং কর্ত্তুম্ ঈশ্ৱরো যং নিযুক্তৱান্ স এৱ স জনঃ, ইমাং কথাং প্রচারযিতুং তস্মিন্ প্রমাণং দাতুঞ্চ সোঽস্মান্ আজ্ঞাপযৎ|
43 Unto the same, do all the prophets bear witness, That, remission of sins, is to be received through his name, by every one that believeth on him.
৪৩যস্তস্মিন্ ৱিশ্ৱসিতি স তস্য নাম্না পাপান্মুক্তো ভৱিষ্যতি তস্মিন্ সর্ৱ্ৱে ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদিনোপি এতাদৃশং সাক্ষ্যং দদতি|
44 While Peter was yet speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who were hearing the word.
৪৪পিতরস্যৈতৎকথাকথনকালে সর্ৱ্ৱেষাং শ্রোতৃণামুপরি পৱিত্র আত্মাৱারোহৎ|
45 And the faithful, of the circumcision, who had come with Peter, were amazed, —in that, upon the nations also, the free-gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out;
৪৫ততঃ পিতরেণ সার্দ্ধম্ আগতাস্ত্ৱক্ছেদিনো ৱিশ্ৱাসিনো লোকা অন্যদেশীযেভ্যঃ পৱিত্র আত্মনি দত্তে সতি
46 For they heard them speaking with tongues, and magnifying God. Then answered Peter—
৪৬তে নানাজাতীযভাষাভিঃ কথাং কথযন্ত ঈশ্ৱরং প্রশংসন্তি, ইতি দৃষ্ট্ৱা শ্রুৎৱা চ ৱিস্মযম্ আপদ্যন্ত|
47 Surely then, the water, can no man forbid, that these should not be immersed, —seeing that, the Holy Spirit, they have received, as well as we.
৪৭তদা পিতরঃ কথিতৱান্, ৱযমিৱ যে পৱিত্রম্ আত্মানং প্রাপ্তাস্তেষাং জলমজ্জনং কিং কোপি নিষেদ্ধুং শক্নোতি?
48 And he commanded them in the name of Jesus Christ to be immersed. Then, requested they him, to abide still some days.
৪৮ততঃ প্রভো র্নাম্না মজ্জিতা ভৱতেতি তানাজ্ঞাপযৎ| অনন্তরং তে স্ৱৈঃ সার্দ্ধং কতিপযদিনানি স্থাতুং প্রার্থযন্ত|
