1 Chronicles 7
1 And, to the sons of Issachar, belonged, Tola and Push, Jashib and Shimron, four.

2 And, the sons of Tola, were Uzzi and Rephaiah and Jeriel and Jahmai and Ibsam and Shemuel, chiefs of their ancestral house, pertaining to Tola, heroes of valour, in their generations, —their number, in the days of David, twenty-two thousand and six hundred.
Und die Söhne Tolas: Ussi und Rephaja und Jeriel und Jachmai und Jibsam und Samuel, Häupter ihrer Vaterhäuser, von Tola, streitbare Männer, [O. tapfere Helden; ebenso v 5 usw.] nach ihren Geschlechtern; ihre Zahl war in den Tagen Davids 22600.
3 And, the sons of Uzzi, Izrahiah, —and, the sons of Izrahiah, Michael and Obadiah and Joel, Isshiah—five, chiefs, all of them;
Und die Söhne Ussis: Jisrachja; und die Söhne Jisrachjas: Michael und Obadja und Joel, Jissija; insgesamt fünf Häupter.
4 and, with them by their generations, pertaining to their ancestral house, were bands of a host for war, thirty-six thousand, —for they had many wives and sons;
Und bei ihnen waren nach ihren Geschlechtern, nach ihren Vaterhäusern, Kriegsheerscharen, 36000 Mann; denn sie hatten viele Weiber und Kinder.
5 and, their brethren, of all the families of Issachar, heroes of great valour, were eighty-seven thousand, when they had, all, registered themselves.
Und ihre Brüder, nach allen Geschlechtern Issaschars, streitbare Männer, waren 87000, die Gesamtzahl der Verzeichneten. [Vergl. Kap. 5,1; Eig. nach der Erstgeburt im Geschlechtsverzeichnis verzeichnet; so auch später]

7 And, the sons of Bela, Ezbon and Uzzi and Uzziel and Jerimoth and Iri, five, chiefs of the ancestral house, heroes of great valour, —who, when they had registered themselves, were twenty-two thousand and thirty-four,
Und die Söhne Belas: Ezbon und Ussi und Ussiel und Jerimoth und Iri, fünf, Häupter der Vaterhäuser, streitbare Männer; und sie waren verzeichnet: 22034.
8 And, the sons of Becher, Zemirah and Joash and Eliezer and Elioenai and Omri, and Jeremoth and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these, were sons of Becher.
Und die Söhne Bekers: Semira und Joas und Elieser und Eljoenai und Omri und Jeremoth und Abija und Anathoth und Alameth; alle diese waren Söhne Bekers;
9 And, when they had registered themselves by their generations, the chiefs of their ancestral house, the heroes of valour, were twenty thousand and two hundred.
und sie waren verzeichnet nach ihren Geschlechtern, Häupter ihrer Vaterhäuser, streitbare Männer: 20200.
10 And, the sons of Jediael, Bilhan, —and, the sons of Bilhan, Jeish and Benjamin and Ehud and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahah.
Und die Söhne Jediaels: Bilhan; und die Söhne Bilhans: Jeusch und Benjamin und Ehud und Kenaana und Sethan und Tarsis und Achischachar;
11 All these—sons of Jediael, by ancestral chiefs, heroes of great valour, were seventeen thousand and two hundred, ready to go forth as a host to war: —
alle diese waren Söhne Jediaels, nach den Häuptern [d. h. Stamm- oder Familienhäuptern; so auch Kap. 8,6. 10. 13. 28;9,9 usw.] der Väter, streitbare Männer, 17200, die zum Heere auszogen in den Streit. -
12 Shuppim also and Huppim, sons of Ir, Hushim sons of Aher.
Und Schuppim und Huppim, die Söhne Irs. Huschim, die Söhne Achers.
13 the sons of Naphtali, Jahziel and Guni, and Jezer and Shallum, sons of Bilhah.
Die Söhne Naphtalis: Jachziel und Guni und Jezer und Schallum, die Söhne Bilhas.
14 The sons of Manasseh, Asriel, whom, [his wife] bare, —his concubine, the Syrian, bare Machir the father of Gilead;
Die Söhne Manasses: Asriel, welchen gebar; sein syrisches Kebsweib gebar [And. üb.: welchen sein syrisches Kebsweib gebar; sie gebar usw.] Makir, den Vater Gileads.
15 and, Machir, took a wife pertaining to Huppim and Shuppim, and, the name of his sister, was Maacah, and, the name of the second, Zelophehad, —and, Zelophehad, had, daughters.
Und Makir nahm ein Weib, die Schwester von Huppim und Schuppim; und der Name ihrer [Eig. seiner] Schwester war Maaka. Und der Name des zweiten Sohnes war Zelophchad; und Zelophchad hatte nur Töchter.
16 So then Maacah, wife of Machir, bare a son, and called his name Peresh, and, the name of his brother, was Sheresh, —and, his sons, were Ulam and Rakem;
Und Maaka, das Weib Makirs, gebar einen Sohn, und sie gab ihm den Namen Peresch. Und der Name seines Bruders war Scheresch; und seine Söhne: Ulam und Rekem.
17 and, the sons of Ulam, Bedan. These, were the sons of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh.
Und die Söhne Ulams: Bedan. Das sind die Söhne Gileads, des Sohnes Makirs, des Sohnes Manasses. -
18 And, his sister, Hammolecheth, bare Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.
Und seine Schwester Hammoleketh gebar Ischhod und Abieser und Machla. -
19 And, the sons of Shemida, were Ahian and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.
Und die Söhne Schemidas waren Achjan und Sichem und Likchi und Aniam.
20 And, the sons of Ephraim, Shuthelah, —and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eleadah his son, and Tahath his son;
Und die Söhne Ephraims: Schuthelach; und dessen Sohn Bered, und dessen Sohn Tachath, und dessen Sohn Elada, und dessen Sohn Tachath,
21 and Zabad his son and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer and Elead, —but the men of Gath who had been born in the land slew them, because they had come down to take away their cattle.
und dessen Sohn Sabad, und dessen Sohn Schuthelach; und Eser und Elad. Und die Männer von Gath, die Eingeborenen des Landes, erschlugen sie; denn sie waren hinabgezogen, um ihre Herden wegzunehmen.
22 And Ephraim their father mourned many days, —and his brethren came to comfort him.
Und Ephraim, ihr Vater, trauerte viele Tage; und seine Brüder kamen, um ihn zu trösten.
23 And he went in unto his wife, and she conceived, and bare a son, —and he called his name, Beriah, because, in misfortune, was she in his house.
Und er ging ein zu seinem Weibe, und sie wurde schwanger und gebar einen Sohn; und er gab ihm den Namen Beria, weil sein Haus im Unglück war.
24 And, his daughter, was Sheerah, who built Beth-horon the nether and the upper, —and Uzzen-sheerah.
Und seine Tochter war Scheera; und sie baute das untere und das obere Beth-Horon, und Ussen-Scheera.
25 And Rephah his son, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son, —
Und sein Sohn war Rephach und Rescheph; und dessen Sohn Telach, und dessen Sohn Tachan;
26 Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son, —
dessen Sohn Ladan, dessen Sohn Ammihud, dessen Sohn Elischama,
27 Non his son, Joshua his son.
dessen Sohn Nun, dessen Sohn Josua. -
28 And, their possessions, and their dwellings, were Bethel, and the villages thereof; and, eastward, Naaran, and, westward, Gezer, and the villages thereof, and Shechem, and the villages thereof, —as far as Aiyah, and the villages thereof; —
Und ihr Besitztum und ihre Wohnsitze waren Bethel und seine Tochterstädte, und gegen Sonnenaufgang Naaran, und gegen Sonnenuntergang Geser und seine Tochterstädte, und Sichem und seine Tochterstädte, bis nach Gasa und seinen Tochterstädten.
29 and, on the sides of the sons of Manasseh, Beth-shean and the villages thereof, Taanach and the villages thereof, Megiddo and the villages thereof, Dor and the villages thereof. In these, dwelt the sons of Joseph, son of Israel.
Und in den Händen der Söhne Manasses waren: Beth-Schean und seine Tochterstädte, Taanak und seine Tochterstädte, Megiddo und seine Tochterstädte, Dor und seine Tochterstädte. In diesen wohnten die Kinder Josephs, des Sohnes Israels.
30 The sons of Asher, Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi and Beriah, —and Serah their sister.
Die Söhne Asers: Jimna und Jischwa und Jischwi und Beria; und Serach war ihre Schwester.
31 And, the sons of Beriah, Heber, and Malchiel, —the same, was the father of Birzaith.
Und die Söhne Berias: Heber und Malkiel; er war der Vater Birsawiths.
32 And, Heber, begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, —and, Shua, their sister.
Und Heber zeugte Japhlet und Schomer und Hotham, und Schua, ihre Schwester.
33 And, the sons of Japhlet, Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath. These, were the sons of Japhlet.
Und die Söhne Japhlets: Pasak und Bimhal und Aschwath. Das sind die Söhne Japhlets.
34 And, the sons of Shemer, Ahi, and Rohgah, Jahbah, and Aram.
Und die Söhne Schomers: Achi und Rohga, und Hubba und Aram. -
35 And, the sons of Helem, his brother, Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh and Amal.
Und die Söhne Helems, seines Bruders: Zophach und Jimna und Schelesch und Amal.
36 The sons of Zophah, Suah and Harnepher, and Shual and Beri, and Imrah, —
Die Söhne Zophachs: Suach und Harnepher und Schual und Beri und Jimra,
37 Bezer and Hod, and Shamma and Shilshah, and Ithran and Beera.
Bezer und Hod und Schamma und Schilscha und Jithran und Beera. -
38 And, the sons of Jether, Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.
Und die Söhne Jethers: Jephunne und Pispa und Ara. -
39 And, the sons of Ulla, Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.
Und die Söhne Ullas: Arach und Hanniel und Rizja.
40 All these, were sons of Asher, chiefs of the ancestral house, choice men, heroes of great valour, chiefs of the leaders, —and, when they registered themselves, in host, for war, the number of the men, was twenty-six thousand.
Alle diese waren Söhne Asers, Häupter der Vaterhäuser, auserlesene, streitbare Männer, Häupter der Fürsten. Und ihre Verzeichneten zum Heeresdienst im Kriege: ihre Zahl war 26000 Mann.
