1 Chronicles 26
1 To the courses of the door-keepers, pertained, —of the Korahites, Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
ദ്വാരപാലകരുടെ ഗണങ്ങൾ: കോരഹ്യരിൽനിന്ന്: ആസാഫിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിലൊരാളായ കോരേയുടെ മകൻ മെശേലെമ്യാവ്.
2 and, Meshelemiah, had sons, —Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth;
മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: ആദ്യജാതനായ സെഖര്യാവ്, രണ്ടാമനായ യെദീയയേൽ, മൂന്നാമനായ സെബദ്യാവ്, നാലാമനായ യത്നീയേൽ,
3 Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.
അഞ്ചാമനായ ഏലാം, ആറാമനായ യെഹോഹാനാൻ, ഏഴാമനായ എല്യോഹോവേനായി.
4 And, Obed-edom, had sons, —Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Josh the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth;
ഓബേദ്-ഏദോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും ദ്വാരപാലകഗണത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു: ആദ്യജാതനായ ശെമയ്യാവ്, രണ്ടാമനായ യെഹോസാബാദ്, മൂന്നാമനായ യോവാഹ്, നാലാമനായ സാഖാർ, അഞ്ചാമനായ നെഥനയേൽ,
5 Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai, the eighth, —for God had blessed him.
ആറാമനായ അമ്മീയേൽ, ഏഴാമനായ യിസ്സാഖാർ, എട്ടാമനായ പെയൂലെഥായി. (ദൈവം ഓബേദ്-ഏദോമിനെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചിരുന്നു.)
6 And, to Shemaiah his son, were born sons, who bare rule to their ancestral house, —for, heroes of valour, were they.
ഓബേദ്-ഏദോമിന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവിനും പുത്രന്മാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവർ പരാക്രമശാലികളായിരുന്നതിനാൽ തങ്ങളുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങൾക്കു നായകന്മാരായിരുന്നു.
7 the sons of Shemaiah, were Othni and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were sons of valour, —Elihu, and Semachiah.
ശെമയ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: ഒത്നി, രഫായേൽ, ഓബേദ്, എൽസാബാദ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധുക്കാരായ എലീഹൂ, സെമഖ്യാവ് എന്നിവരും കഴിവുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു.
8 All these, were of the sons of Obed-edom, they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, —sixty-two, pertaining to Obed-edom.
ഇവരെല്ലാം ഓബേദ്-ഏദോമിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികളായിരുന്നു. അവരും അവരുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും ബന്ധുക്കളും ശുശ്രൂഷയിൽ നിപുണന്മാരായിരുന്നു. ഓബേദ്-ഏദോമിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികൾ ആകെ അറുപത്തിരണ്ടുപേർ.
9 And, Meshelemiah, had sons, and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen.
മെശേലെമ്യാവിനും കഴിവുറ്റവരായ പുത്രന്മാരും ബന്ധുക്കളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവർ ആകെ പതിനെട്ടുപേർ.
10 And, Hosah of the sons of Merari, had sons, —Shimri the chief, for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father, made him, chief.
മെരാര്യനായ ഹോസയ്ക്കും പുത്രന്മാരുണ്ടായിരുന്നു: ഒന്നാമനായ ശിമ്രി. അദ്ദേഹം ആദ്യജാതനായിരുന്നില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും പിതാവായ ഹോസ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഒന്നാമനായി അവരോധിച്ചു.
11 Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth, —all the sons and brethren of Hosah, were thirteen.
രണ്ടാമനായ ഹിൽക്കിയാവ്, മൂന്നാമനായ തെബല്യാവ്, നാലാമനായ സെഖര്യാവ്. ഹോസയുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും ബന്ധുക്കളുമായി ആകെ പതിമ്മൂന്നുപേർ.
12 To these, belonged the courses of door-keepers, to the chiefs of the strong men, belonged charges, equally with their brethren, —to be in attendance in the house of Yahweh.
ഈ ദ്വാരപാലകഗണങ്ങൾക്ക് അവരുടെ ബന്ധുക്കൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതുപോലെതന്നെ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷകൾക്കുള്ള ചുമതലയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഈ ചുമതലകൾ ഗണങ്ങളുടെ തലവന്മാർ മുഖാന്തരം നിർണയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
13 Yea they cast lots, as the small so the great, by their ancestral house, for every several gate.
ഓരോ കവാടത്തിലെയും കാവൽ ചുമതല നറുക്കിട്ടു നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. കുടുംബങ്ങളുടെ ക്രമമനുസരിച്ചും ചെറുപ്പക്കാർക്കും മുതിർന്നവർക്കും ഒരുപോലെയും ആ ചുമതല നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
14 And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. And, for Zechariah his son, a discreet counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out, northward.
കിഴക്കേ കവാടത്തിനുള്ള നറുക്ക് ശെലെമ്യാവിന് വീണു. അതിനുശേഷം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മകനും വിവേകശാലിയായ ഉപദേഷ്ടാവുമായ സെഖര്യാവിനുവേണ്ടി നറുക്കിട്ടു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് വടക്കേ കവാടത്തിനുള്ള നറുക്കുവീണു.
15 To Obed-edom, southward, —and, to his sons, the storehouse.
തെക്കേ കവാടത്തിനുള്ള നറുക്ക് ഓബേദ്-ഏദോമിനു വീണു. സംഭരണശാലയ്ക്കുള്ള നറുക്ക് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കും വീണു.
16 To Shuppim and to Hosah, westward, near the refuse-gate, in the causeway that goeth up, —one ward as well as another.
പടിഞ്ഞാറേ കവാടത്തിലും കയറ്റത്തിലെ ശല്ലേ-ഖെത്ത് കവാടത്തിലും കാവലിനുള്ള നറുക്കുകൾ ശൂപ്പീമിനും ഹോസെക്കിനും വീണു. കാവൽക്കാർ, ഒരാൾ മറ്റൊരാളുടെ അരികത്തായി കാവൽ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു:
17 Eastward—daily, were six, —northward—daily, four, southward—daily, four, and, for the stores, two and two.
ദിവസംമുഴുവനും കിഴക്കേകവാടത്തിൽ ആറു ലേവ്യരും വടക്കേ കവാടത്തിൽ നാലും തെക്കേ കവാടത്തിൽ നാലും ഭണ്ഡാരഗൃഹത്തിങ്കൽ ഒരേസമയം ഈരണ്ടുപേരും കാവൽ നിന്നിരുന്നു.
18 For the precinct—westward, four, at the causeway, two—by the precinct.
ദൈവാലയാങ്കണത്തിനു പടിഞ്ഞാറുള്ള വഴിയിൽ നാലുപേരും അങ്കണത്തിൽ രണ്ടുപേരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
19 These, were the courses of the door-keepers, of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
കോരഹിന്റെയും മെരാരിയുടെയും പിൻഗാമികളായ ദ്വാരപാലകഗണങ്ങൾ ഇവരായിരുന്നു.
20 And, the Levites, their brethren, were over the treasuries of the house of God, even to the treasuries of hallowed things.
അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ മറ്റു ലേവ്യർ ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരപ്പുരകളുടെയും വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കൾ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഭണ്ഡാരപ്പുരകളുടെയും ചുമതലക്കാരായിരുന്നു.
21 The sons of Ladan—the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan—the ancestral chiefs belonging to Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli;
ലദ്ദാന്റെ പിൻഗാമികൾ—ഗെർശോനിലൂടെയാണ് ഇവർ ലയെദാന്റെ സന്തതികളായത്—ഗെർശോന്യനായ ലദ്ദാന്റെ കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്കെല്ലാം തലവന്മാരും ആയിരുന്ന യെഹീയേലും,
22 the sons of Jehieli, Zetham and Joel his brother who were over the treasuries of the house of Yahweh.
യെഹീയേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും സേഥാമും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സഹോദരൻ യോവേലും. അവർ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങളുടെ ചുമതല വഹിച്ചിരുന്നു.
23 Then came certain of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites.
അമ്രാമ്യർ, യിസ്ഹാര്യർ, ഹെബ്രോന്യർ, ഉസ്സീയേല്യർ എന്നിവരെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ:
24 And, Shebuel, son of Gershom, son of Moses, was chief ruler over the treasuries.
മോശയുടെ മകനായ ഗെർശോമിന്റെ ഒരു പിൻഗാമിയായ ശെബൂവേൽ ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങളുടെ മുഖ്യഅധികാരിയായിരുന്നു.
25 And, his brethren pertaining to Eliezer, were Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
എലീയേസർവഴി അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധുജനങ്ങളായവർ: എലീയേസരിന്റെ മകൻ രെഹബ്യാവ്, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മകൻ യെശയ്യാവ്, യെശയ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ യോരാം, യോരാമിന്റെ മകൻ സിക്രി, സിക്രിയുടെ മകൻ ശെലോമോത്ത്.
26 The same Shelomoth and his brethren, were over all the treasuries of the hallowed things, which David the king and the ancestral chiefs, with the captains of thousands and hundreds and the captains of the army, had hallowed:
ദാവീദ് രാജാവും സഹസ്രാധിപന്മാരും ശതാധിപന്മാരുമായ കുടുംബത്തലവന്മാരും മറ്റു സൈന്യാധിപന്മാരും സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങൾക്ക് ശെലോമോത്തും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധുക്കളും ചുമതലക്കാരായിരുന്നു.
27 out of the battles and out of the spoil, had they hallowed [them], —to strengthen [the provision] for the house of Yahweh.
യുദ്ധത്തിൽ പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത കൊള്ളമുതലുകളിൽ ചിലത് അവർ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികൾക്കായി സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.
28 And, all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, had hallowed, whosoever had hallowed anything, it was under the direction of Shelomoth, and his brethren.
ദർശകനായ ശമുവേലും കീശിന്റെ മകനായ ശൗലും നേരിന്റെ മകനായ അബ്നേരും സെരൂയയുടെ മകനായ യോവാബും സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന വസ്തുക്കളും സകലസമർപ്പിതവസ്തുക്കളും ശെലോമീത്തിന്റെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധുക്കളുടെയും സൂക്ഷിപ്പിലായിരുന്നു.
29 Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons, were for the outward business over Israel, —as officers, and as judges.
യിസ്ഹാര്യരിൽനിന്ന്: കെനന്യാവും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും ദൈവാലയത്തിനു വെളിയിൽ ഇസ്രായേലിന് അധികാരികളും ന്യായാധിപന്മാരും ആയിരുന്നു.
30 Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, one thousand seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel, across the Jordan westward, —for all the business of Yahweh, and for the service of the king.
ഹെബ്രോന്യരിൽനിന്ന്: ഹശബ്യാവും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധുക്കളും ആയി ആയിരത്തി എഴുനൂറു പ്രഗൽഭന്മാർ ഇസ്രായേലിൽ യോർദാൻനദിക്കു പടിഞ്ഞാറ് യഹോവയുടെ എല്ലാ ശുശ്രൂഷകൾക്കും രാജസേവനത്തിനും ചുമതലപ്പെട്ടവരായി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
31 Of the Hebronites, Jerijah, was chief, [he was] of the Hebronites by his generations, by his fathers, —in the fortieth year of the reign of David, were they sought out, and there were found among them heroes of valour, in Jazer of Gilead;
ഹെബ്രോന്യരുടെ കുടുംബപരമായ വംശാവലിരേഖകൾ അനുസരിച്ച് യെരീയാവായിരുന്നു ഹെബ്രോന്യരുടെ തലവൻ. ദാവീദിന്റെ ഭരണത്തിന്റെ നാൽപ്പതാമാണ്ടിൽ രേഖകൾവെച്ചു നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ഗിലെയാദിലെ യാസേരിൽ പ്രാപ്തരായ ചില ഹെബ്രോന്യരെ കണ്ടെത്തി.
32 and, his brethren that were heroes of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred, ancestral chiefs, —so David the king gave them oversight, over the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manassites, in all the affairs of God, and the affairs of the king.
യെരീയാവിന് പ്രഗൽഭന്മാരും കുടുംബത്തലവന്മാരുമായ 2,700 ബന്ധുജനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ദൈവിക ശുശ്രൂഷകളും രാജകീയമായ ഏതു കാര്യവും നിർവഹിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി ദാവീദുരാജാവ് അവരെ രൂബേന്യരുടെയും ഗാദ്യരുടെയും മനശ്ശെയുടെ അർധഗോത്രത്തിന്റെയും മേൽവിചാരകന്മാരാക്കി നിയമിച്ചു.
