1 Chronicles 2
1 These, are the sons of Israel, —Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun;
இஸ்ரயேலின் மகன்கள்: ரூபன், சிமியோன், லேவி, யூதா, இசக்கார், செபுலோன்,
2 Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher,
தாண், யோசேப்பு, பென்யமீன், நப்தலி, காத், ஆசேர் என்பவர்கள்.
3 the sons of Judah, Er, and Onan, and Shelah, the three born to him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess, —but Er the firstborn of Judah became wicked in the eyes of Yahweh, and he slew him.
யூதாவின் மகன்கள்: ஏர், ஓனான், சேலா என்பவர்கள்; இந்த மூவரும் சூவாவின் மகளான கானானிய பெண்ணின் மகன்கள். யூதாவின் மூத்த மகன் ஏர் என்பவன் யெகோவாவின் பார்வையில் கொடுமையானவனாய் இருந்தான். அதனால் யெகோவா அவனைக் கொன்றுபோட்டார்.
4 And, Tamar his daughter-in-law, bare him, Perez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah, were five.
யூதாவின் மருமகள் தாமார் என்பவள் யூதாவுக்கு பேரேஸ், சேரா என்பவர்களைப் பெற்றாள். யூதாவிற்கு மொத்தம் ஐந்து மகன்கள் இருந்தார்கள்.
5 The sons of Perez, Hezron and Hamul.
பேரேஸின் மகன்கள்: எஸ்ரோன், ஆமூல்.
6 And, the sons of Zerah, Zimri and Ethan, and Heman and Calcol and Dara, all of them, five.
சேராவின் மகன்கள்: சிம்ரி, ஏத்தான், ஏமான், கல்கோல், தாரா என்னும் ஐந்துபேர்.
7 And, the sons of Carmi, Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in a thing devoted.
கர்மீயின் மகன்: ஆகார், இவன் யெகோவாவுக்கென விலக்கப்பட்ட பொருட்களை எடுத்ததால், இஸ்ரயேலுக்குக் கேட்டை உண்டுபண்ணினான்.
8 And, the sons of Ethan, Azariah.
ஏத்தானின் மகன்: அசரியா.
9 And, the sons of Hezron, who were born to him, Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Calubai.
எஸ்ரோனின் மகன்கள்: யெராமியேல், ராம், காலேப்.
10 And, Ram, begat Amminadab, —and, Amminadab, begat Nahshon, leader of the sons of Judah.
ராம் அம்மினதாபின் தகப்பன், அம்மினதாப் யூதா மக்களுக்குத் தலைவனாக இருந்த நகசோனின் தகப்பன்.
11 And, Nahshon, begat Salma, and, Salma, begat Boaz;
நகசோன் சல்மாவின் தகப்பன், சல்மா போவாஸின் தகப்பன்,
12 and, Boaz, begat Obed, and, Obed, begat Jesse;
போவாஸ் ஓபேத்தின் தகப்பன், ஓபேத் ஈசாயின் தகப்பன்.
13 and, Jesse, begat—his firstborn, Eliab, —and Abinadab, the second, and Shimea, the third;
ஈசாய்க்குப் பிறந்தவர்கள்: மூத்த மகன் எலியாப், இரண்டாவது மகன் அபினதாப், மூன்றாவது மகன் சிமெயா,
14 Nethanel, the fourth, Raddai, the fifth;
நான்காவது மகன் நெதனெயேல், ஐந்தாவது மகன் ரதாயி,
15 Ozem, the sixth, David, the seventh.
ஆறாவது மகன் ஓத்சேம், ஏழாவது மகன் தாவீது.
16 And, their sisters, were Zeruiah and Abigail, —and, the sons of Zeruiah, Abishai and Joab and Asahel, three,
அவர்களின் சகோதரிகள் செருயாள், அபிகாயில். செருயாளின் மூன்று மகன்கள் அபிசாய், யோவாப், ஆசகேல் என்பவர்கள்.
17 And, Abigail, bare Amasa, —and, the father of Amasa, was Jether the Ishmaelite.
அபிகாயில் அமாசாயின் தாய்; அமாசாவின் தகப்பன் இஸ்மயேலியனாகிய யெத்தேர் என்பவன்.
18 And, Caleb son of Hezron, begat children of Azubah his wife, and of Jerioth, —and, these, were her sons, Jesher and Shobab and Ardon.
எஸ்ரோனின் மகன் காலேப் எரீயோத் எனப்பட்ட தன் மனைவியாகிய அசுபாளின்மூலம் பெற்ற மகன்கள்: ஏசேர், ஷோபாப், அர்தோன்.
19 And Azubah died, —and Caleb took unto him Ephrath, and she bare to him Hur.
அசுபாள் இறந்தபின்பு காலேப் எப்ராத்தைத் திருமணம் செய்தான். அவள் அவனுக்கு ஊர் என்பவனைப் பெற்றாள்.
20 And, Hur, begat Uri, and, Uri, begat Bezalel.
ஊர் ஊரியின் தகப்பன், ஊரி பெசலெயேலின் தகப்பன்.
21 And, afterward, Hezron went in unto the daughter of Machir, father of Gilead, and he took her when he was sixty years old, —and she bare him Segub.
பின்பு எஸ்ரோன் அறுபது வயதானபோது கீலேயாத்தின் தகப்பன் மாகீரின் மகளைத் திருமணம் செய்து அவளுடன் உறவுகொண்டான். அவள் அவனுக்கு செகூப்பைப் பெற்றாள்.
22 And, Segub, begat Jair, —who came to have twenty-three cities, in the land of Gilead;
செகூப் யாவீரின் தகப்பன்; இவன் கீலேயாத்திலே இருபத்துமூன்று பட்டணங்களைத் தன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வைத்திருந்தான்.
23 but Geshur and Aram took the towns of Jair from them, with Kenath and the villages thereof, sixty cities. All these, were the sons of Machir, father of Gilead.
ஆனால் கேசூர், ஆராம் என்பவர்கள் யாவீரின் கிராமங்களையும், கேனாத்தையும் அதைச் சூழ்ந்திருந்த குடியிருப்புகளான அறுபது ஊர்களையும் கைப்பற்றினார்கள். இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் கீலேயாத்தின் தகப்பனான மாகீரின் சந்ததிகள்.
24 And, after the death of Hezron, Caleb entered Ephrathah, —and, the wife of Hezron, was Abiah, who bare him Ashur, father of Tekoa.
எஸ்ரோன் காலேபின் ஊரான எப்பிராத்தாவில் இறந்தபின், அவனுடைய மனைவி அபியாள் அவனுக்கு தெக்கோவாவின் தலைவனான அசூரைப் பெற்றாள்.
25 And the sons of Jerahmeel firstborn of Hezron were, the firstborn, Ram, —and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem [of] Ahijah.
எஸ்ரோனின் முதற்பேறான யெராமியேலின் மகன்கள்: முதற்பேறானவன் ராம், மற்றவர்கள் பூனா, ஓரேன், ஓத்சேம், அகியா.
26 And Jerahmeel had another wife, whose name, was Atarah, —the same, was the mother of Onam.
யெராமியேலுக்கு அத்தாராள் என்னும் வேறோரு மனைவியும் இருந்தாள்; இவள் ஓனாம் என்பவனின் தாய்.
27 And the sons of Ram, the firstborn of Jerameel, were, —Maaz and Jamin, and Eker.
யெராமியேலின் முதற்பேறானவனான ராமின் மகன்கள்: மாஸ், யாமின், எக்கேர்.
28 And the sons of Onam were, Shammai and Jada, —and, the sons of Shammai, Nadab and Abishur.
ஓனாமின் மகன்கள்: சம்மாய், யாதா. சம்மாயின் மகன்கள்: நாதாப், அபிசூர்.
29 And, the name of the wife of Abishur, was Abihail, —and she bare him Ahban, and Molid.
அபிசூருடைய மனைவியின் பெயர் அபியாயேல். அவள் அவனுக்கு அக்பான், மோளித் என்பவர்களைப் பெற்றாள்.
30 And, the sons of Nadab, Seled and Appaim, —but Seled died without sons.
நாதாபின் மகன்கள்: சேலேத், அப்பாயிம். சேலேத் பிள்ளைகள் இல்லாமல் இறந்துபோனான்.
31 And, the sons of Appaim, Ishi, and, the sons of Ishi, Sheshan, and, the sons of Sheshan, Ahlai.
அப்பாயிமின் மகன்: இஷி, அவன் சேசானின் தகப்பன், சேசான் அக்லாயின் தகப்பன்.
32 And, the sons of Jada, brother of Shammai, Jether, and Jonathan, —but Jether died without sons.
சம்மாயின் சகோதரனான யாதாவின் மகன்கள்: யெத்தெர், யோனத்தான். யெத்தெர் பிள்ளைகள் இல்லாமல் இறந்துபோனான்.
33 And the sons of Jonathan, Peleth and Zaza. These, were the sons of Jerahmeel.
யோனத்தானின் மகன்கள்: பெலெத், சாசா. இவர்கள் யெராமியேலின் சந்ததிகள்.
34 Now Sheshan had, no sons, but, daughters, —and, Sheshan, had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha;
சேசானுக்கு மகன்கள் இல்லை; மகள்கள் மட்டுமே இருந்தார்கள். சேசானுக்கு எகிப்தைச் சேர்ந்த யர்கா என்னும் வேலைக்காரன் ஒருவன் இருந்தான்.
35 so Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant, to wife, —and she bare him Attai.
சேசான் தனது மகளை அவனுடைய வேலைக்காரனாகிய யர்காவுக்குத் திருமணம் செய்துகொடுத்தான். அவர்களுக்கு அத்தாயி என்ற மகன் இருந்தான்.
36 And, Attai, begat Nathan, and, Nathan, begat Zabad;
அத்தாயி நாத்தானின் தகப்பன்; நாத்தான் சாபாதின் தகப்பன்.
37 and, Zabad, begat Ephlal, and, Ephlal, begat Obed;
சாபாத் எப்லாலின் தகப்பன்; எப்லால் ஓபேத்தின் தகப்பன்.
38 and, Obed, begat Jehu, and, Jehu, begat Azariah;
ஓபேத் ஏகூவின் தகப்பன்; ஏகூ அசரியாவின் தகப்பன்.
39 and, Azariah, begat Helez, and, Helez, begat Eleasah;
அசரியா ஏலேஸின் தகப்பன்; ஏலேஸ் எலெயாசாவின் தகப்பன்.
40 and, Eleasah, begat Sismai, and, Sismai, begat Shallum;
எலெயாசா சிஸ்மாயின் தகப்பன். சிஸ்மாய் சல்லூமின் தகப்பன்.
41 and, Shallum, begat Jekamiah, and, Jekamiah, begat Elishama.
சல்லூம் எக்கமியாவின் தகப்பன்; எக்கமியா எலிஷாமாவின் தகப்பன்.
42 Now, the sons of Caleb, brother of Jerahmeel, were, Mesha his firstborn, the same, was the father of Ziph, —and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
யெராமியேலின் சகோதரனான காலேபின் மகன்கள்: சீப்பின் தகப்பனாகிய மேசா என்னும் முதற்பேறானவனும், எப்ரோனின் தகப்பனாகிய மரேஷாவின் மகன்களுமே.
43 And, the sons of Hebron, Korah and Tappuah, and Rekem and Shema.
எப்ரோனின் மகன்கள்: கோராகு, தப்புவா, ரெகெம், செமா.
44 And, Shema, begat Raham, the father of Jorkeam, —and, Rekem, begat Shammai.
செமா ரேகேமின் தகப்பன்; ரேகேம் யோர்க்கேயாமின் தகப்பனான ரெக்கேமின் தகப்பன். ரெகெம் சம்மாயின் தகப்பன்.
45 And, the son of Shammai, was Maon, —and, Maon, was the father of Beth-zur.
சம்மாயின் மகன் மாகோன்; மாகோன் பெத்சூரின் தகப்பன்.
46 And, Ephah, the concubine of Caleb, bare Haran and Moza, and Gazez, —and, Haran, begat Gazez.
காலேபின் மறுமனையாட்டி எப்பா என்பவள் ஆரான், மோசா, காசேஸ் என்பவர்களின் தாய். ஆரான் காசேஸின் தகப்பன்.
47 And, the sons of Jahdai, Regem and Jotham and Geshan and Pelet, and Ephah and Shaaph.
யாதாயின் மகன்கள்: ரேகேம், யோதாம், கேசான், பெலெத், எப்பா, சாகாப்.
48 A concubine of Caleb, Maacah, bare Sheber, and Tirhanah;
காலேபின் மறுமனையாட்டி மாக்காள் என்பவள் சேபேர், திர்கானா ஆகியோரின் தாய்.
49 she also bare Shaaph, father of Madmannah, Sheva, father of Machbena, and father of Gibea, —and, the daughter of Caleb, was Achsah.
அதோடு அவள் மத்மன்னாவின் தகப்பன் சாகாபையும், மக்பேனாவினதும் கிபியாவினதும் தகப்பனான சேவாவையும் பெற்றாள். அக்சாள் என்பவள் காலேபின் மகள்.
50 These, were the sons of Caleb, sons of Hur, firstborn of Ephrathah, —Shobal, the father of Kiriath-jearim;
இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் காலேபின் சந்ததிகளாவர். எப்ராத்தாளின் முதற்பேறானவனான ஊரின் மகன்கள்: கீரியாத்யாரீமின் தகப்பனான சோபால்,
51 Salma, the father of Bethlehem, Hareph, the father of Beth-gader.
பெத்லெகேமின் தகப்பனான சல்மா, பெத்காதேரின் தகப்பனான ஆரேப்.
52 And Shobal, the father of Kiriath-jearim had sons, —Haroeh, half of the Menuhoth.
கீரியாத்யாரீமின் தகப்பனான சோபாலின் சந்ததிகளாவன: ஆரோயேயும், மெனுகோத்தியரின் அரைப்பகுதியினரும்.
53 And, the families of Kiriath-jearim, were the Ithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites, —from these, came the Zorathites, and the Eshtaolites.
கீரியாத்யாரீமின் குடும்பங்களாவன: இத்திரியர், பூகியர், சுமாத்தியர், மிஸ்ராவியர் ஆகியோரே. இவர்களில் இருந்தே சோராத்தியர், எஸ்தாவோலியர் ஆகிய சந்ததிகள் வந்தனர்.
54 The sons of Salma, were Bethlehem, and the Netophathites, Atrothbeth-joab, —and half of the Manahathites, the Zorites;
சல்மாவின் சந்ததிகள்: பெத்லெகேமியர், நெத்தோபாத்தியர், அதரோத் பெத்யோவாப்பியர், மானாத்தியரின் அரைப்பகுதியினர், சோரியர் ஆகியோரே.
55 and the families of scribes who dwelt at Jabez, the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, the Sucathites. The same, are the Kenites who came in from Hammath, father of the house of Rechab.
அத்துடன் யாபேஸில் குடியிருந்த எழுத்தாளரின் வம்சங்கள்: திராத்தியர், சிமாத்தியர், சுக்காத்தியர். இவர்கள் ஆமாத்திலிருந்து வந்த ரேகாப்பின் தகப்பனின் சந்ததியான கேனியர்.
