1 Chronicles 16
1 So they brought in the ark of God, and placed it in the midst of the tent, which David had pitched for it, —and they brought near ascending-sacrifices and peace-offerings, before God.
१तब परमेश्वर का सन्दूक ले आकर उस तम्बू में रखा गया जो दाऊद ने उसके लिये खड़ा कराया था; और परमेश्वर के सामने होमबलि और मेलबलि चढ़ाए गए।
2 And, when David had made an end of offering the ascending-sacrifices, and the peace-offerings, he blessed the people, in the name of Yahweh.
२जब दाऊद होमबलि और मेलबलि चढ़ा चुका, तब उसने यहोवा के नाम से प्रजा को आशीर्वाद दिया।
3 And he apportioned, to every one of Israel, both man and woman, —to every one, a loaf of bread, and a sweet drink, and a raisin cake.
३और उसने क्या पुरुष, क्या स्त्री, सब इस्राएलियों को एक-एक रोटी और एक-एक टुकड़ा माँस और किशमिश की एक-एक टिकिया बँटवा दी।
4 And he placed before the ark of Yahweh certain of the Levites, as attendants, —and to celebrate, and to give thanks and render praise, unto Yahweh, God of Israel;
४तब उसने कई लेवियों को इसलिए ठहरा दिया, कि यहोवा के सन्दूक के सामने सेवा टहल किया करें, और इस्राएल के परमेश्वर यहोवा की चर्चा और उसका धन्यवाद और स्तुति किया करें।
5 Asaph the chief, and, second to him, Zechariah, —Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, with instruments of harps, and with lyres, and Asaph with cymbals, sounding aloud:
५उनका मुखिया तो आसाप था, और उसके नीचे जकर्याह था, फिर यीएल, शमीरामोत, यहीएल, मत्तित्याह, एलीआब, बनायाह, ओबेदेदोम और यीएल थे; ये तो सारंगियाँ और वीणाएँ लिये हुए थे, और आसाप झाँझ पर राग बजाता था।
6 and Benaiah and Jahaziel, the priests, —with trumpets continually, before the ark of the covenant of God.
६बनायाह और यहजीएल नामक याजक परमेश्वर की वाचा के सन्दूक के सामने नित्य तुरहियां बजाने के लिए नियुक्त किए गए।
7 On that day, then, David gave [these songs] in chief, to give thanks unto Yahweh, —through Asaph, and his brethren: —
७तब उसी दिन दाऊद ने यहोवा का धन्यवाद करने का काम आसाप और उसके भाइयों को सौंप दिया।
8 Give ye thanks to Yahweh, Call upon his name, Make known among the peoples, his doings;
८यहोवा का धन्यवाद करो, उससे प्रार्थना करो; देश-देश में उसके कामों का प्रचार करो।
9 Sing ye to him, Make music unto him, Speak ye of all his wonders.
९उसका गीत गाओ, उसका भजन करो, उसके सब आश्चर्यकर्मों का ध्यान करो।
10 Boast yourselves in his holy name, Joyful be the heart of them who are seeking Yahweh.
१०उसके पवित्र नाम पर घमण्ड करो; यहोवा के खोजियों का हृदय आनन्दित हो।
11 Search out Yahweh, and his power, Seek diligently his face, at all times.
११यहोवा और उसकी सामर्थ्य की खोज करो; उसके दर्शन के लिए लगातार खोज करो।
12 Remember his wonders which he hath done, His splendid deeds, and the just decisions of his mouth.
१२उसके किए हुए आश्चर्यकर्म, उसके चमत्कार और न्यायवचन स्मरण करो।
13 O ye seed of Israel his servant, sons of Jacob his chosen ones:
१३हे उसके दास इस्राएल के वंश, हे याकूब की सन्तान तुम जो उसके चुने हुए हो!
14 Yahweh himself, is our God, through all the land, are his just decisions.
१४वही हमारा परमेश्वर यहोवा है, उसके न्याय के काम पृथ्वी भर में होते हैं।
15 Remember yea to times age-abiding, his covenant, the word he hath commanded, to a thousand generations;
१५उसकी वाचा को सदा स्मरण रखो, यह वही वचन है जो उसने हजार पीढ़ियों के लिये ठहरा दिया।
16 Which he solemnised with Abraham, and his oath, to Isaac;
१६वह वाचा उसने अब्राहम के साथ बाँधी और उसी के विषय उसने इसहाक से शपथ खाई,
17 And confirmed it, unto Jacob, for a statute, unto Israel, as a covenant age-abiding:
१७और उसी को उसने याकूब के लिये विधि करके और इस्राएल के लिये सदा की वाचा बाँधकर यह कहकर दृढ़ किया,
18 Saying, To thee, will I give the land of Canaan, as your inherited portion:
१८“मैं कनान देश तुझी को दूँगा, वह बाँट में तुम्हारा निज भाग होगा।”
19 While, as yet, ye were men who could be counted, a very few, and sojourners therein:
१९उस समय तो तुम गिनती में थोड़े थे, बल्कि बहुत ही थोड़े और उस देश में परदेशी थे।
20 And they wandered from nation to nation, and from one kingdom, to another people:
२०और वे एक जाति से दूसरी जाति में, और एक राज्य से दूसरे में फिरते तो रहे,
21 He suffered no man to oppress them, And reproved—for their sakes—kings!
२१परन्तु उसने किसी मनुष्य को उन पर अंधेर करने न दिया; और वह राजाओं को उनके निमित्त यह धमकी देता था,
22 Ye may not touch mine Anointed ones, And, to my Prophets, may ye do no wrong.
२२“मेरे अभिषिक्तों को मत छुओ, और न मेरे नबियों की हानि करो।”
23 Sing to Yahweh, all the earth, Tell the tidings, from day to day, of his salvation:
२३हे समस्त पृथ्वी के लोगों यहोवा का गीत गाओ। प्रतिदिन उसके किए हुए उद्धार का शुभ समाचार सुनाते रहो।
24 Recount, among the nations, his glory, among all the peoples, his wonders.
२४अन्यजातियों में उसकी महिमा का, और देश-देश के लोगों में उसके आश्चर्यकर्मों का वर्णन करो।
25 For great is Yahweh, and worthy to be mightily praised, and to be revered is he above all gods;
२५क्योंकि यहोवा महान और स्तुति के अति योग्य है, वह तो सब देवताओं से अधिक भययोग्य है।
26 For, all the gods of the peoples, are things of nought, but, Yahweh, made, the heavens.
२६क्योंकि देश-देश के सब देवता मूर्तियाँ ही हैं; परन्तु यहोवा ही ने स्वर्ग को बनाया है।
27 Praise and majesty, are before him, Strength and joy, are in his dwelling-place.
२७उसके चारों ओर वैभव और ऐश्वर्य है; उसके स्थान में सामर्थ्य और आनन्द है।
28 Give to Yahweh, ye families of the peoples, Give to Yahweh, glory and strength:
२८हे देश-देश के कुलों, यहोवा का गुणानुवाद करो, यहोवा की महिमा और सामर्थ्य को मानो।
29 Give to Yahweh, the glory of his name, —Bring ye a present, and enter before him, Bow down to Yahweh, in the adornment of holiness:
२९यहोवा के नाम की महिमा ऐसी मानो जो उसके नाम के योग्य है। भेंट लेकर उसके सम्मुख आओ, पवित्रता से शोभायमान होकर यहोवा को दण्डवत् करो।
30 Tremble at his presence, all the earth, But the world, shall be established, it shall not be shaken.
३०हे सारी पृथ्वी के लोगों उसके सामने थरथराओ! जगत ऐसा स्थिर है, कि वह टलने का नहीं।
31 Let the heavens rejoice, and the earth exult, Let them say among the nations, Yahweh, hath become king!
३१आकाश आनन्द करे और पृथ्वी मगन हो, और जाति-जाति में लोग कहें, “यहोवा राजा हुआ है।”
32 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof, Let the field leap for joy, and all that is therein:
३२समुद्र और उसमें की सब वस्तुएँ गरज उठें, मैदान और जो कुछ उसमें है सो प्रफुल्लित हों।
33 Then, shall shout in triumph, the trees of the forest, before Yahweh, for he is coming, to judge the earth.
३३उसी समय वन के वृक्ष यहोवा के सामने जयजयकार करें, क्योंकि वह पृथ्वी का न्याय करने को आनेवाला है।
34 Give ye thanks unto Yahweh, For he is good, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
३४यहोवा का धन्यवाद करो, क्योंकि वह भला है; उसकी करुणा सदा की है।
35 And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us and deliver us, from among the nations, —that we may give thanks unto thy holy name, that we may triumph aloud in thy praise.
३५और यह कहो, “हे हमारे उद्धार करनेवाले परमेश्वर हमारा उद्धार कर, और हमको इकट्ठा करके अन्यजातियों से छुड़ा, कि हम तेरे पवित्र नाम का धन्यवाद करें, और तेरी स्तुति करते हुए तेरे विषय बड़ाई करें।
36 Blessed be Yahweh, God of Israel, from one age even to another age. Then said all the people, Amen, And gave praise to Yahweh.
३६अनादिकाल से अनन्तकाल तक इस्राएल का परमेश्वर यहोवा धन्य है।” तब सब प्रजा ने “आमीन” कहा: और यहोवा की स्तुति की।
37 So he left there, before the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, Asaph and his brethren, —to be in attendance before the ark continually, for the duty of a day on its day;
३७तब उसने वहाँ अर्थात् यहोवा की वाचा के सन्दूक के सामने आसाप और उसके भाइयों को छोड़ दिया, कि प्रतिदिन के प्रयोजन के अनुसार वे सन्दूक के सामने नित्य सेवा टहल किया करें,
38 and Obed-edom with his brethren, sixty-eight, —and Obed-edom son of Jedithun and Hosah to be doorkeepers;
३८और अड़सठ भाइयों समेत ओबेदेदोम को, और द्वारपालों के लिये यदूतून के पुत्र ओबेदेदोम और होसा को छोड़ दिया।
39 and Zadok the priest, and his brethren the priests, before the habitation of Yahweh, —in the high place that was in Gibeon:
३९फिर उसने सादोक याजक और उसके भाई याजकों को यहोवा के निवास के सामने, जो गिबोन के ऊँचे स्थान में था, ठहरा दिया,
40 to offer ascending-sacrifices unto Yahweh, upon the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —continually, morning and evening, —even according to all that is written in the law of Yahweh, which he commanded concerning Israel;
४०कि वे नित्य सवेरे और साँझ को होमबलि की वेदी पर यहोवा को होमबलि चढ़ाया करें, और उन सब के अनुसार किया करें, जो यहोवा की व्यवस्था में लिखा है, जिसे उसने इस्राएल को दिया था।
41 and, with them, Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest of the chosen ones, who were distinguished by name, —to give thanks unto Yahweh, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness!
४१और उनके संग उसने हेमान और यदूतून और दूसरों को भी जो नाम लेकर चुने गए थे ठहरा दिया, कि यहोवा की सदा की करुणा के कारण उसका धन्यवाद करें।
42 And, with them, Heman and Jeduthun, [with] the trumpets, and the cymbals, for sounding aloud, and the instruments for the songs of God, —and the sons of Jeduthun, for the gate.
४२और उनके संग उसने हेमान और यदूतून को बजानेवालों के लिये तुरहियां और झाँझें और परमेश्वर के गीत गाने के लिये बाजे दिए, और यदूतून के बेटों को फाटक की रखवाली करने को ठहरा दिया।
43 And all the people departed, every man to his house, —and David went round, to bless his own household.
४३तब प्रजा के सब लोग अपने-अपने घर चले गए, और दाऊद अपने घराने को आशीर्वाद देने लौट गया।
