1 Chronicles 15
1 And he made him houses, in the city of David, —and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.
Und er bauete ihm Häuser in der Stadt Davids und bereitete der Lade Gottes eine Stätte und breitete eine Hütte über sie.
2 Then, said David, None must carry the ark of God, save the Levites, —for, of them, did Yahweh make choice, to bear the ark of Yahweh, and to attend it, unto times age-abiding.
Dazumal sprach David: Die Lade Gottes soll niemand tragen ohne die Leviten; denn dieselbigen hat der HERR erwählet, daß sie die Lade des HERRN tragen und ihm dienen ewiglich.
3 So David convoked all Israel, unto Jerusalem, —to bring up the ark of Yahweh, unto the place thereof, which he had prepared for it.
Darum versammelte David das ganze Israel gen Jerusalem, daß sie die Lade des HERRN hinaufbrächten an die Stätte, die er dazu bereitet hatte.
4 And David gathered together the sons of Aaron, and the Levites:
Und David brachte zuhauf die Kinder Aaron und die Leviten:
5 Of the sons of Kohath, Uriel the chief, and his brethren, one hundred and twenty;
Aus den Kindern Kahath: Uriel, den Obersten, samt seinen Brüdern, hundertundzwanzig;
6 of the sons of Merari, Asaiah the chief, and his brethren, two hundred and twenty;
aus den Kindern Merari: Asaja, den Obersten, samt seinen Brüdern, zweihundertundzwanzig; ,
7 of the sons of Gershom, Joel the chief, and his brethren, one hundred and thirty;
aus den Kindern Gersom: Joel, den Obersten, samt seinen Brüdern, hundertunddreißig;
8 of the sons of Elizaphan, Shemaiah the chief, and his brethren, two hundred;
aus den Kindern Elizaphan: Semaja, den Obersten, samt seinen Brüdern, zweihundert;
9 of the sons of Hebron, Eliel the chief, and his brethren, eighty;
aus den Kindern Hebron: Eliel, den Obersten, samt seinen Brüdern, achtzig;
10 of the son of Uzziel, Amminadab the chief, and his brethren, a hundred and twelve.
aus den Kindern Usiel: Amminadab, den Obersten, samt seinen Brüdern, hundertundzwölf.
11 Then called David, for Zadok and for Abiathar, the priests, —and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah and Joel, Shemaiah and Eliel, and Amminadab;
Und David rief Zadok und Abjathar, den Priestern, und den Leviten, nämlich Uriel, Asaja, Joel, Semaja, Eliel, Amminadab,
12 and said unto them, Ye, are the chiefs of the fathers of the Levites, —Hallow yourselves, ye and your brethren, so shall ye bring up the ark of Yahweh—God of Israel, into [the place] I have prepared for it.
und sprach zu ihnen: Ihr seid die Häupter der Väter unter den Leviten; so heiliget nun euch und eure Brüder, daß ihr die Lade des HERRN, des Gottes Israels, heraufbringet, dahin ich ihr bereitet habe;
13 Because, at the first, ye, did not [bring it], Yahweh our God brake forth against us, because we sought him not in the appointed way.
denn vorhin, da ihr nicht da waret, tat der HERR, unser Gott, einen Riß unter uns, darum daß wir ihn nicht suchten, wie sich's gebührt.
14 So the priests and the Levites hallowed themselves, —to bring up the ark of Yahweh, God of Israel.
Also heiligten sich die Priester und Leviten, daß sie die Lade des HERRN, des Gottes Israels, heraufbrächten.
15 And the sons of the Levites bare the ark of God, just as Moses commanded, according to the word of Yahweh, —on their shoulder, with the staves upon them.
Und die Kinder Levi trugen die Lade Gottes (des HERRN) auf ihren Achseln mit den Stangen dran, wie Mose geboten hatte nach dem Wort des HERRN.
16 And David spake to the chiefs of the Levites, to station their brethren the singers, with instruments of song, harps and lyres, and cymbals, —sounding aloud at the lifting up of the voice, for joy.
Und David sprach zu den Obersten der Leviten, daß sie ihre Brüder zu Sängern stellen sollten mit Saitenspielen, mit Psaltern, Harfen und hellen Zimbeln, daß sie laut sängen und mit Freuden.
17 So the Levites caused to stand, Heman son of Joel, and, of his brethren, Asaph, son of Berechiah, —and, of the sons of Merari their brethren, Ethan, son of Kushaiah;
Da bestelleten die Leviten Heman, den Sohn Joels; und aus seinen Brüdern Assaph, den Sohn Berechjas; und: aus den Kindern Merari, ihren Brüdern, Ethan, den Sohn Kusajas;
18 and, with them, their brethren of the second degree, —Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Eliphelehu, and Mickneiah, and Obed-edom and Jeiel, the door-keepers.
und mit ihnen ihre Brüder des andern Teils; nämlich Sacharja, Ben, Jaesiel, Semiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaja, Maeseja, Mathithja, Elipheleja, Mikneja, Obed-Edom, Jeiel, die Torhüter.
19 And, the singers, Heman, Asaph and Ethan, with cymbals of bronze, were to sound aloud;
Denn Heman, Assaph und Ethan waren Sänger, mit ehernen Zimbeln helle zu klingen;
20 and Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah and Benaiah, —with harps, over the trebles;
Sacharja aber, Asiel, Semiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maeseja und Benaja, mit Psaltern nachzusingen;
21 and Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel and Azaziah, —with lyres over the bass, to take the lead.
Mathithja aber, Elipheleja, Mikneja, Obed-Edom, Jeiel und Asasja mit Harfen von acht Saiten, ihnen vorzusingen;
22 And, Chenaniah the leader of the Levites, in the service, used to give instructions in the service, because skilful was he.
Chenanja aber, der Leviten Oberster, der Sangmeister, daß er sie unterweisete zu singen; denn er war verständig.
23 And, Berechiah and Elkanah, were door-keepers to the ark.
Und Berechja und Elkana waren Torhüter der Lade.
24 And, Shebaniah, and Joshaphat, and Nethanel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, were blowing with the trumpets, before the ark of God, —and, Obed-edom and Jehiah, were door-keepers, to the ark.
Aber Sebanja, Josaphat, Nethaneel, Amasai, Sacharja, Benaja, Elieser, die Priester, bliesen mit Trommeten vor der Lade Gottes; und Obed-Edom und Jehia waren Torhüter der Lade.
25 Thus, it was, David and the elders of Israel, and the rulers of thousands, who were going, to bring up the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, out of the house of Obed-edom, with joy.
Also gingen hin David und die Ältesten in Israel und die Obersten über die Tausende, heraufzuholen die Lade des Bundes des HERRN aus dem Hause Obed-Edoms mit Freuden.
26 And so it was that, when God helped the Levites, who were bearing the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, they sacrificed seven bullocks and seven rams.
Und da Gott den Leviten half, die die Lade des Bundes des HERRN trugen, opferte man sieben Farren und sieben Widder.
27 Now, David, was wrapped about with a robe of byssus, with all the Levites who were bearing the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the leader of the service rendered by the singers, —but, upon David, was an ephod of white linen.
Und David hatte einen leinenen Rock an, dazu alle Leviten, die die Lade trugen, und die Sänger und Chenanja, der Sangmeister, mit den Sängern; auch hatte David einen leinenen Leibrock an.
28 So, all Israel, were bringing up the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, with shouting, and with sound of the horn, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, —sounding aloud, with harps, and lyres.
Also brachte das ganze Israel die Lade des Bundes des HERRN hinauf mit Jauchzen, Posaunen, Trommeten und hellen Zimbeln, mit Psaltern und Harfen.
29 And so it was that, when the ark of the covenant of Yahweh came in as far as the city of David, —and Michal daughter of Saul looked forth through the window, and saw King David, dancing and playing, that she despised him in her heart.
Da nun die Lade des Bundes des HERRN in die Stadt Davids kam, sah Michal, die Tochter Sauls, zum Fenster aus. Und da sie den König David sah hüpfen und spielen, verachtete sie ihn in ihrem Herzen.
