Psalms 60

1 For the Chief Musician; set to Shushan Eduth: Michtam of David, to teach: when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the Valley of Salt twelve thousand. O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast broken us down; thou hast been angry; O restore us again.

১হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমি আমাক ত্যাগ কৰিলা, ভাঙি চূৰ-মাৰ কৰিলা; তুমি ক্ৰুদ্ধ হলা; আমাক পুনৰায় স্থাপন কৰা।

2 Thou hast made the land to tremble; thou hast rent it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.

২তুমি দেশ খনত কঁপনি তুলি তাক বিচিন্ন কৰিলা; তাৰ ফাটবোৰ ভাল কৰা, কিয়নো সেইবোৰ জোকাৰণি খাইছে।

3 Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of staggering.

৩তুমি তোমাৰ প্ৰজাসকলক নির্দিষ্ট কিছুমান কঠোৰ কষ্ট ভোগ কৰিবলৈ দিলা; তুমি আমাক ঢলংপলং কৰাওঁতা দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসো খাবলৈ দিলা;

4 Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. (Selah)

৪যি সকলে তোমাক ভয় কৰে তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে তুমি এখন পতাকা দিয়া; যাতে তেওঁলোকে ধনুৰ পৰা পলাব পাৰে। (চেলা)

5 That thy beloved may be delivered, save with thy right hand, and answer us.

৫তাতে তোমাৰ প্ৰিয়সকলে উদ্ধাৰ পাব; তুমি তোমাৰ সোঁ হাতেৰে আমাক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা আৰু আমাক উত্তৰ দিয়া।

6 God hath spoken in his holiness; I will exult: I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

৬ঈশ্বৰে নিজৰ পবিত্র ঠাইত ক’লে, “মই উল্লাস কৰিম; মই চিখিম ভাগ বাঁটি দিম, আৰু চুক্কোতৰ উপত্যকা জুখি দিম।

7 Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defence of mine head; Judah is my sceptre.

৭গিলিয়দ মোৰেই আৰু মনচিও মোৰেই; ইফ্ৰয়িম মোৰ শিৰোৰক্ষক; যিহূদা মোৰ বিচাৰ-দণ্ড;

8 Moab is my washpot; upon Edom will I cast my shoe: Philistia, shout thou because of me.

৮মোৱাব মোৰ প্ৰক্ষালন-পাত্ৰ; মই ইদোমলৈ মোৰ জোতা দলিয়াই দিম; হে দেশ, তুমি জয়ধ্বনি কৰা।”

9 Who will bring me into the strong city? who hath led me unto Edom?

৯কোনে মোক সেই দৃঢ় নগৰৰ ভিতৰলৈ লৈ যাব? কোনে মোক ইদোমলৈ লৈ যাব?”

10 Hast not thou, O God, cast us off? and thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.

১০হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমি আমাক ত্যাগ কৰা নাই নে? হে’ ঈশ্বৰ, তুমিতো আমাৰ সৈন্য সমূহৰ লগত যুদ্ধলৈ নোযোৱা।

11 Give us help against the adversary: for vain is the help of man.

১১শত্ৰুৰ বিৰুদ্ধে আমাক সহায় কৰা; কিয়নো মানুহৰ সহায় বৃথা।

12 Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our adversaries.

১২ঈশ্বৰৰ সহায়ৰ দ্বাৰাইহে আমি জয়জয়কাৰ হ’ম; কিয়নো তেৱেঁই আমাৰ শত্ৰুবোৰক বিদ্রুপ কৰিব।
