Leviticus 2

1 And when any one offereth an oblation of a meal offering unto the LORD, his oblation shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:

Cuando alguno presente una ofrenda vegetal a Yavé, su ofrenda será de flor de harina. Verterá aceite sobre ella y le pondrá incienso encima.

2 and he shall bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the fine flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn [it as] the memorial thereof upon the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD:

Luego la presentará a los sacerdotes hijos de Aarón. De allí el sacerdote tomará un puñado lleno de flor de harina de su ofrenda y de su aceite, con todo su incienso. Enseguida el sacerdote dejará consumir esto como memorial sobre el altar. Es sacrificio quemado de olor que apacigua a Yavé.

3 and that which is left of the meal offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.

Lo restante de la ofrenda vegetal será para Aarón y sus hijos, cosa santísima de los sacrificios quemados en honor a Yavé.

4 And when thou offerest an oblation of a meal offering baken in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.

Cuando presentes ofrenda vegetal horneada será de flor de harina en tortas sin levadura amasadas con aceite, o galletas sin levadura untadas con aceite.

5 And if thy oblation be a meal offering of the baking pan, it shall be of fine flour unleavened, mingled with oil.

Si tu presente es una ofrenda vegetal hecha en cacerola, será de flor de harina amasada con aceite, sin levadura.

6 Thou shalt part it in pieces, and pour oil thereon: it is a meal offering.

La partirás en pedazos y derramarás aceite sobre ella. Es ofrenda vegetal.

7 And if thy oblation be a meal offering of the frying pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.

Si tu presente es una ofrenda vegetal hecha en cazuela, será de flor de harina con aceite.

8 And thou shalt bring the meal offering that is made of these things unto the LORD: and it shall be presented unto the priest, and he shall bring it unto the altar.

Llevarás la ofrenda vegetal que preparaste de esas cosas a Yavé, y la presentarás al sacerdote para que la lleve al altar.

9 And the priest shall take up from the meal offering the memorial thereof, and shall burn it upon the altar: an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

El sacerdote tomará de la ofrenda la porción que usará como memorial, y la dejará consumir sobre el altar como sacrificio quemado de olor que apacigua a Yavé.

10 And that which is left of the meal offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.

Lo restante de la ofrenda vegetal será para Aarón y sus hijos. Es cosa santísima de los sacrificios quemados a Yavé.

11 No meal offering, which ye shall offer unto the LORD, shall be made with leaven: for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any honey, as an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

Ninguna ofrenda vegetal que ofrezcan ante Yavé será preparada con levadura, para que no consuman alguna cosa elaborada con levadura o con miel como ofrenda quemada a Yavé.

12 As an oblation of first[fruits] ye shall offer them unto the LORD: but they shall not come up for a sweet savour on the altar.

Podrán presentarlas ante Yavé como ofrenda de primicias, pero no serán puestas sobre el altar como olor que apacigua.

13 And every oblation of thy meal offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meal offering: with all thine oblations thou shalt offer salt.

Sazonarás con sal todo presente de tu ofrenda vegetal. Nunca dejarás que la sal del Pacto de tu ʼElohim falte en tu ofrenda. En toda ofrenda tuya presentarás sal.

14 And if thou offer a meal offering of firstfruits unto the LORD, thou shalt offer for the meal offering of thy firstfruits corn in the ear parched with fire, bruised corn of the fresh ear.

Si presentas ante Yavé ofrenda de primicias, tostarás al fuego las espigas tiernas y presentarás el grano desmenuzado como ofrenda de tus primicias.

15 And thou shalt put oil upon it, and lay frankincense thereon: it is a meal offering.

Verterás aceite sobre ella y le pondrás incienso. Es ofrenda vegetal.

16 And the priest shall burn the memorial of it, part of the bruised corn thereof, and part of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

El sacerdote dejará consumir como memorial parte de su grano desmenuzado y de su aceite, con todo su incienso. Es ofrenda quemada a Yavé.
