John 4
1 When therefore the Lord knew how that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus was making and baptizing more disciples than John
ယီၑုး သွယံ နာမဇ္ဇယတ် ကေဝလံ တသျ ၑိၐျာ အမဇ္ဇယတ် ကိန္တု ယောဟနော'ဓိကၑိၐျာန် သ ကရောတိ မဇ္ဇယတိ စ,
2 (although Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples),
ဖိရူၑိန ဣမာံ ဝါရ္တ္တာမၑၖဏွန် ဣတိ ပြဘုရဝဂတျ
3 he left Judaea, and departed again into Galilee.
ယိဟူဒီယဒေၑံ ဝိဟာယ ပုန ရ္ဂာလီလမ် အာဂတ်၊
4 And he must needs pass through Samaria.
တတး ၑောမိရောဏပြဒေၑသျ မဒျေန တေန ဂန္တဝျေ သတိ
5 So he cometh to a city of Samaria, called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph:
ယာကူဗ် နိဇပုတြာယ ယူၐဖေ ယာံ ဘူမိမ် အဒဒါတ် တတ္သမီပသ္ထာယိ ၑောမိရောဏပြဒေၑသျ သုခါရ် နာမ္နာ ဝိချာတသျ နဂရသျ သန္နိဓာဝုပါသ္ထာတ်၊
6 and Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.
တတြ ယာကူဗး ပြဟိရာသီတ်; တဒါ ဒွိတီယယာမဝေလာယာံ ဇာတာယာံ သ မာရ္ဂေ ၑြမာပန္နသ္တသျ ပြဟေး ပါရ္ၑွေ ဥပါဝိၑတ်၊
7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.
ဧတရှိ ကာစိတ် ၑောမိရောဏီယာ ယောၐိတ် တောယောတ္တောလနာရ္ထမ် တတြာဂမတ္
8 For his disciples were gone away into the city to buy food.
တဒါ ၑိၐျား ခါဒျဒြဝျာဏိ ကြေတုံ နဂရမ် အဂစ္ဆန်၊
9 The Samaritan woman therefore saith unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a Samaritan woman? (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.)
ယီၑုး ၑောမိရောဏီယာံ တာံ ယောၐိတမ် ဝျာဟာရ္ၐီတ် မဟျံ ကိဉ္စိတ် ပါနီယံ ပါတုံ ဒေဟိ၊ ကိန္တု ၑောမိရောဏီယဲး သာကံ ယိဟူဒီယလောကာ န ဝျဝါဟရန် တသ္မာဒ္ဓေတေား သာကထယတ် ၑောမိရောဏီယာ ယောၐိတဒဟံ တွံ ယိဟူဒီယောသိ ကထံ မတ္တး ပါနီယံ ပါတုမ် ဣစ္ဆသိ?
10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
တတော ယီၑုရဝဒဒ် ဤၑွရသျ ယဒ္ဒါနံ တတ္ကီဒၖက် ပါနီယံ ပါတုံ မဟျံ ဒေဟိ ယ ဣတ္ထံ တွာံ ယာစတေ သ ဝါ က ဣတိ စေဒဇ္ဉာသျထာသ္တရှိ တမယာစိၐျထား သ စ တုဘျမမၖတံ တောယမဒါသျတ်၊
11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
တဒါ သာ သီမန္တိနီ ဘာၐိတဝတိ, ဟေ မဟေစ္ဆ ပြဟိရ္ဂမ္ဘီရော ဘဝတော နီရောတ္တောလနပါတြံ နာသ္တီ စ တသ္မာတ် တဒမၖတံ ကီလာလံ ကုတး ပြာပ္သျသိ?
12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his sons, and his cattle?
ယောသ္မဘျမ် ဣမမန္ဓူံ ဒဒေါ်, ယသျ စ ပရိဇနာ ဂေါမေၐာဒယၑ္စ သရွွေ'သျ ပြဟေး ပါနီယံ ပပုရေတာဒၖၑော ယောသ္မာကံ ပူရွွပုရုၐော ယာကူဗ် တသ္မာဒပိ ဘဝါန် မဟာန် ကိံ?
13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Every one that drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
တတော ယီၑုရကထယဒ် ဣဒံ ပါနီယံ သး ပိဝတိ သ ပုနသ္တၖၐာရ္တ္တော ဘဝိၐျတိ,
15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come all the way hither to draw.
တဒါ သာ ဝနိတာကထယတ် ဟေ မဟေစ္ဆ တရှိ မမ ပုနး ပီပါသာ ယထာ န ဇာယတေ တောယောတ္တောလနာယ ယထာတြာဂမနံ န ဘဝတိ စ တဒရ္ထံ မဟျံ တတ္တောယံ ဒေဟီ၊
16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.
တတော ယီၑူရဝဒဒျာဟိ တဝ ပတိမာဟူယ သ္ထာနေ'တြာဂစ္ဆ၊
17 The woman answered and said unto him, I have no husband. Jesus saith unto her, Thou saidst well, I have no husband:
သာ ဝါမာဝဒတ် မမ ပတိရ္နာသ္တိ၊ ယီၑုရဝဒတ် မမ ပတိရ္နာသ္တီတိ ဝါကျံ ဘဒြမဝေါစး၊
18 for thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: this hast thou said truly.
ယတသ္တဝ ပဉ္စ ပတယောဘဝန် အဓုနာ တု တွယာ သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ ယသ္တိၐ္ဌတိ သ တဝ ဘရ္တ္တာ န ဝါကျမိဒံ သတျမဝါဒိး၊
19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.
တဒါ သာ မဟိလာ ဂဒိတဝတိ ဟေ မဟေစ္ဆ ဘဝါန် ဧကော ဘဝိၐျဒွါဒီတိ ဗုဒ္ဓံ မယာ၊
20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.
အသ္မာကံ ပိတၖလောကာ ဧတသ္မိန် ၑိလောစ္စယေ'ဘဇန္တ, ကိန္တု ဘဝဒ္ဘိရုစျတေ ယိရူၑာလမ် နဂရေ ဘဇနယောဂျံ သ္ထာနမာသ္တေ၊
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when neither in this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, shall ye worship the Father.
ယီၑုရဝေါစတ် ဟေ ယောၐိတ် မမ ဝါကျေ ဝိၑွသိဟိ ယဒါ ယူယံ ကေဝလၑဲလေ'သ္မိန် ဝါ ယိရူၑာလမ် နဂရေ ပိတုရ္ဘဇနံ န ကရိၐျဓွေ ကာလ ဧတာဒၖၑ အာယာတိ၊
22 Ye worship that which ye know not: we worship that which we know: for salvation is from the Jews.
ယူယံ ယံ ဘဇဓွေ တံ န ဇာနီထ, ကိန္တု ဝယံ ယံ ဘဇာမဟေ တံ ဇာနီမဟေ, ယတော ယိဟူဒီယလောကာနာံ မဓျာတ် ပရိတြာဏံ ဇာယတေ၊
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.
ကိန္တု ယဒါ သတျဘက္တာ အာတ္မနာ သတျရူပေဏ စ ပိတုရ္ဘဇနံ ကရိၐျန္တေ သမယ ဧတာဒၖၑ အာယာတိ, ဝရမ် ဣဒါနီမပိ ဝိဒျတေ; ယတ ဧတာဒၖၑော ဘတ္ကာန် ပိတာ စေၐ္ဋတေ၊
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
ဤၑွရ အာတ္မာ; တတသ္တသျ ယေ ဘက္တာသ္တဲး သ အာတ္မနာ သတျရူပေဏ စ ဘဇနီယး၊
25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messiah cometh (which is called Christ): when he is come, he will declare unto us all things.
တဒါ သာ မဟိလာဝါဒီတ် ခြီၐ္ဋနာမ္နာ ဝိချာတော'ဘိၐိက္တး ပုရုၐ အာဂမိၐျတီတိ ဇာနာမိ သ စ သရွွား ကထာ အသ္မာန် ဇ္ဉာပယိၐျတိ၊
26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am [he].
တတော ယီၑုရဝဒတ် တွယာ သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ ကထနံ ကရောမိ ယော'ဟမ် အဟမေဝ သ ပုရုၐး၊
27 And upon this came his disciples; and they marveled that he was speaking with a woman; yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why speakest thou with her?
ဧတသ္မိန် သမယေ ၑိၐျာ အာဂတျ တထာ သ္တြိယာ သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ တသျ ကထောပကထနေ မဟာၑ္စရျျမ် အမနျန္တ တထာပိ ဘဝါန် ကိမိစ္ဆတိ? ယဒွါ ကိမရ္ထမ် ဧတယာ သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ ကထာံ ကထယတိ? ဣတိ ကောပိ နာပၖစ္ဆတ်၊
28 So the woman left her waterpot, and went away into the city, and saith to the men,
တတး ပရံ သာ နာရီ ကလၑံ သ္ထာပယိတွာ နဂရမဓျံ ဂတွာ လောကေဘျောကထာယဒ္
29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that [ever] I did: can this be the Christ?
အဟံ ယဒျတ် ကရ္မ္မာကရဝံ တတ္သရွွံ မဟျမကထယဒ် ဧတာဒၖၑံ မာနဝမေကမ် အာဂတျ ပၑျတ ရု ကိမ် အဘိၐိက္တော န ဘဝတိ?
30 They went out of the city, and were coming to him.
တတသ္တေ နဂရာဒ် ဗဟိရာဂတျ တာတသျ သမီပမ် အာယန်၊
31 In the mean while the disciples prayed him, saying, Rabbi, eat.
ဧတရှိ ၑိၐျား သာဓယိတွာ တံ ဝျာဟာရ္ၐုး ဟေ ဂုရော ဘဝါန် ကိဉ္စိဒ် ဘူက္တာံ၊
32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not.
တတး သောဝဒဒ် ယုၐ္မာဘိရျန္န ဇ္ဉာယတေ တာဒၖၑံ ဘက္ၐျံ မမာသ္တေ၊
33 The disciples therefore said one to another, Hath any man brought him [aught] to eat?
တဒါ ၑိၐျား ပရသ္ပရံ ပြၐ္ဋုမ် အာရမ္ဘန္တ, ကိမသ္မဲ ကောပိ ကိမပိ ဘက္ၐျမာနီယ ဒတ္တဝါန်?
34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to accomplish his work.
ယီၑုရဝေါစတ် မတ္ပြေရကသျာဘိမတာနုရူပကရဏံ တသျဲဝ ကရ္မ္မသိဒ္ဓိကာရဏဉ္စ မမ ဘက္ၐျံ၊
35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and [then] cometh the harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, that they are white already unto harvest.
မာသစတုၐ္ဋယေ ဇာတေ ၑသျကရ္တ္တနသမယော ဘဝိၐျတီတိ ဝါကျံ ယုၐ္မာဘိး ကိံ နောဒျတေ? ကိန္တွဟံ ဝဒါမိ, ၑိရ ဥတ္တောလျ က္ၐေတြာဏိ ပြတိ နိရီက္ၐျ ပၑျတ, ဣဒါနီံ ကရ္တ္တနယောဂျာနိ ၑုက္လဝရ္ဏာနျဘဝန်၊
36 He that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal; that he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. (aiōnios g166)
ယၑ္ဆိနတ္တိ သ ဝေတနံ လဘတေ အနန္တာယုးသွရူပံ ၑသျံ သ ဂၖဟ္လာတိ စ, တေနဲဝ ဝပ္တာ ဆေတ္တာ စ ယုဂပဒ် အာနန္ဒတး၊ (aiōnios g166)
37 For herein is the saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.
ဣတ္ထံ သတိ ဝပတျေကၑ္ဆိနတျနျ ဣတိ ဝစနံ သိဒ္ဓျတိ၊
38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye have not laboured: others have laboured, and ye are entered into their labour.
ယတြ ယူယံ န ပရျျၑြာမျတ တာဒၖၑံ ၑသျံ ဆေတ္တုံ ယုၐ္မာန် ပြဲရယမ် အနျေ ဇနားပရျျၑြာမျန် ယူယံ တေၐာံ ၑြဂသျ ဖလမ် အလဘဓွမ်၊
39 And from that city many of the Samaritans believed on him because of the word of the woman, who testified, He told me all things that [ever] I did.
ယသ္မိန် ကာလေ ယဒျတ် ကရ္မ္မာကာရ္ၐံ တတ္သရွွံ သ မဟျမ် အကထယတ် တသျာ ဝနိတာယာ ဣဒံ သာက္ၐျဝါကျံ ၑြုတွာ တန္နဂရနိဝါသိနော ဗဟဝး ၑောမိရောဏီယလောကာ ဝျၑွသန်၊
40 So when the Samaritans came unto him, they besought him to abide with them: and he abode there two days.
တထာ စ တသျာန္တိကေ သမုပသ္ထာယ သွေၐာံ သန္နိဓော် ကတိစိဒ် ဒိနာနိ သ္ထာတုံ တသ္မိန် ဝိနယမ် အကုရွွာန တသ္မာတ် သ ဒိနဒွယံ တတ္သ္ထာနေ နျဝၐ္ဋတ္
41 And many more believed because of his word;
တတသ္တသျောပဒေၑေန ဗဟဝေါ'ပရေ ဝိၑွသျ
42 and they said to the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy speaking: for we have heard for ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Saviour of the world.
တာံ ယောၐာမဝဒန် ကေဝလံ တဝ ဝါကျေန ပြတီမ ဣတိ န, ကိန္တု သ ဇဂတော'ဘိၐိက္တသ္တြာတေတိ တသျ ကထာံ ၑြုတွာ ဝယံ သွယမေဝါဇ္ဉာသမဟိ၊
43 And after the two days he went forth from thence into Galilee.
သွဒေၑေ ဘဝိၐျဒွက္တုး သတ္ကာရော နာသ္တီတိ ယဒျပိ ယီၑုး ပြမာဏံ ဒတွာကထယတ္
44 For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country.
တထာပိ ဒိဝသဒွယာတ် ပရံ သ တသ္မာတ် သ္ထာနာဒ် ဂါလီလံ ဂတဝါန်၊
45 So when he came into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did in Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast.
အနန္တရံ ယေ ဂါလီလီ လိယလောကာ ဥတ္သဝေ ဂတာ ဥတ္သဝသမယေ ယိရူၑလမ် နဂရေ တသျ သရွွား ကြိယာ အပၑျန် တေ ဂါလီလမ် အာဂတံ တမ် အာဂၖဟ္လန်၊
46 He came therefore again unto Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.
တတး ပရမ် ယီၑု ရျသ္မိန် ကာန္နာနဂရေ ဇလံ ဒြာက္ၐာရသမ် အာကရောတ် တတ် သ္ထာနံ ပုနရဂါတ်၊ တသ္မိန္နေဝ သမယေ ကသျစိဒ် ရာဇသဘာသ္တာရသျ ပုတြး ကဖရ္နာဟူမပုရီ ရောဂဂြသ္တ အာသီတ်၊
47 When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judaea into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought [him] that he would come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.
သ ယေဟူဒီယဒေၑာဒ် ယီၑော ရ္ဂာလီလာဂမနဝါရ္တ္တာံ နိၑမျ တသျ သမီပံ ဂတွာ ပြာရ္ထျ ဝျာဟၖတဝါန် မမ ပုတြသျ ပြာယေဏ ကာလ အာသန္နး ဘဝါန် အာဂတျ တံ သွသ္ထံ ကရောတု၊
48 Jesus therefore said unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will in no wise believe.
တဒါ ယီၑုရကထယဒ် အာၑ္စရျျံ ကရ္မ္မ စိတြံ စိဟ္နံ စ န ဒၖၐ္ဋာ ယူယံ န ပြတျေၐျထ၊
49 The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die.
တတး သ သဘာသဒဝဒတ် ဟေ မဟေစ္ဆ မမ ပုတြေ န မၖတေ ဘဝါနာဂစ္ဆတု၊
50 Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. The man believed the word that Jesus spake unto him, and he went his way.
ယီၑုသ္တမဝဒဒ် ဂစ္ဆ တဝ ပုတြော'ဇီဝီတ် တဒါ ယီၑုနောက္တဝါကျေ သ ဝိၑွသျ ဂတဝါန်၊
51 And as he was now going down, his servants met him, saying, that his son lived.
ဂမနကာလေ မာရ္ဂမဓျေ ဒါသာသ္တံ သာက္ၐာတ္ပြာပျာဝဒန် ဘဝတး ပုတြော'ဇီဝီတ်၊
52 So he inquired of them the hour when he began to amend. They said therefore unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.
တတး ကံ ကာလမာရဘျ ရောဂပြတီကာရာရမ္ဘော ဇာတာ ဣတိ ပၖၐ္ဋေ တဲရုက္တံ ဟျး သာရ္ဒ္ဓဒဏ္ဍဒွယာဓိကဒွိတီယယာမေ တသျ ဇွရတျာဂေါ'ဘဝတ်၊
53 So the father knew that [it was] at that hour in which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house.
တဒါ ယီၑုသ္တသ္မိန် က္ၐဏေ ပြောက္တဝါန် တဝ ပုတြော'ဇီဝီတ် ပိတာ တဒ္ဗုဒ္ဓွာ သပရိဝါရော ဝျၑွသီတ်၊
54 This is again the second sign that Jesus did, having come out of Judaea into Galilee.
ယိဟူဒီယဒေၑာဒ် အာဂတျ ဂါလီလိ ယီၑုရေတဒ် ဒွိတီယမ် အာၑ္စရျျကရ္မ္မာကရောတ်၊
