Ezekiel 34

1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

तब परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भेनर मकहाँ आयो,

2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, even to the shepherds, Thus saith the Lord GOD: Woe unto the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the sheep?

“ए मानिसको छोरा, इस्राएलका गोठालाहरूका विरुद्धमा अगमवाणी गर् । अगमवाणी गर् र तिनीहरूलाई यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर गोठालाहरूलाई यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: इस्राएलका गोठालाहरूलाई धिक्‍कार जसले आफ्नै गोठालो गर्छन् । के गोठालाहरूले त बगालको सुरक्षा गर्नुपर्दैन र?

3 Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill the fatlings; but ye feed not the sheep.

तिमीहरू बोसे भागहरू खान्छौ र तिमीहरू ऊनको वस्‍त्र लगाउँछौ । तिमीहरू बगालको मोटा-मोटा पशुलाई मार्छौ । तिमीहरूले गोठालाको काम गर्दै गर्दैनौ ।

4 The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigour have ye ruled over them.

रोगीहरूलाई तिमीहरूले बलियो पारेका छैनौ, न त बिरामीहरूलाई तिमीहरूले निको पारेका छौ । भाँचिएकाहरूलाई तिमीहरूले पट्टी बाँधेका छैनौ, र निर्वासितहरूलाई पुनर्स्थापित गरेका छैनौ वा हराएकालाई खोजेका छैनौ । त्‍यसको साटोमा, तिमीहरू तिनीहरूमाथि बल र हिंसामा शासन गर्छौ ।

5 And they were scattered, because there was no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, and were scattered.

तब तिनीहरू गोठालाबिना छरपष्‍ट भएका थिए, र तिनीहरू मैदानका जीवित पशुहरूका निम्ति आहारा बने ।

6 My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my sheep were scattered upon all the face of the earth; and there was none that did search or seek [after them].

मेरो बगाल सारा पर्वतहरू र सबै अग्ला पहाडहरूमा भट्किन्छन्, र तिनीहरू पृथ्वी सारा सतहभरि नै छरिएका छन् । तापनि कसैले तिनीहरूको खोजी गर्दैन ।

7 Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD:

यसकारण, ए गोठालाहरू हो, परमप्रभुको वचन सुनः

8 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely forasmuch as my sheep became a prey, and my sheep became meat to all the beasts of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my sheep, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my sheep;

यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो, जस्‍तो म जीवित छु, किनभने मेरो बागल लुटिएका र मैदानका सबै पशुका आहारा बनेका छन्, किनभने त्यहाँ कोही गोठाला थिएनन् र मेरा गोठालामध्‍ये कसैले पनि मेरो बगालको खोजी गरेनन्, तर ती गोठालाहरूले आफ्नै सुरक्षा गरे र मेरो बगालको सुरक्षा गरेनन् ।

9 therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

यसकारण, ए गोठालाहरू हो, परमप्रभुको वचन सुनः

10 Thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; and I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: हेर, म गोठालाहरूका विरुद्धमा छु, र म तिनीहरूका हातबाट आफ्नो बगाललाई लिनेछु । त्यसपछि तिनीहरूलाई बगालको सुरक्षा गर्ने कामबाट म हटाउनेछु । ती गोठालाहरूले अब उसो आफ्नै घोठालो पनि गर्नेछैनन् किनभने मैले मेरो बगाललाई म तिनीहरूका मुखबाट खोस्‍नेछु, ताकि मेरो बगाल तिनीहरूका निम्ति फेरि कहिल्यै आहारा हुनेछैनन् ।

11 For thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I myself, even I, will search for my sheep, and will seek them out.

किनकि परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: हेर, मेरो बगालको खोजी म आफैं गर्नेछु र तिनीहरूको रेखदेख गर्नेछु,

12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered abroad, so will I seek out my sheep; and I will deliver them out of all places whither they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

जसरी गोठाला आफ्नो छरपष्‍ट भएको बगालको बिचमा भएको दिनमा उसले आफ्‍नो बगलाको खोजी गर्छ । त्‍यसरी नै म आफ्‍नो बगालको खोजी गर्नेछु, अनि बादल र अन्धकारको दिनमा तिनीहरू छरपष्‍ट भएका सबै ठाउँबाट म तिनीहरूलाई बचाउनेछु ।

13 And I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land; and I will feed them upon the mountains of Israel, by the watercourses, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

तब तिनीहरूलाई मानिसहरूका बिचबाट म बाहिर ल्याउनेछु । तिनीहरूलाई देशहरूबाट भेला गराउनेछु र तिनीहरूलाई आफ्‍नै देशमा ल्‍याउनेछु । तिनीहरूलाई इस्राएलको पर्वतहरूमा भएका खर्कहरूमा, खोलाहरूका छेउमा, र देशका हरेक वस्तीहरूमा म राख्‍नेछु ।

14 I will feed them with good pasture, and upon the mountains of the height of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie down in a good fold, and on fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.

तिनीहरूलाई असल खर्कमा म राख्‍नेछु । इस्राएलका अग्ला पर्वतहरू तिनीहरू चर्ने ठाउँहरू हुनेछन् । तिनीहरू असल ठाउँहरूमा र प्रशस्त खर्कहरूमा चर्नको निम्ति बस्‍नेछन्, र तिनीहरू इस्राएलका पहाडहरूमा चर्नेछन् ।

15 I myself will feed my sheep, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.

मेरो बगालको गोठालो म आफैंले गर्नेछु र तिनीहरूलाई म आफैंले बसाल्‍नेछु, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो,

16 I will seek that which was lost, and will bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: and the fat and the strong I will destroy; I will feed them in judgment.

म हराएकाहरूलाई खोज्नेछु र निर्वासितहरूलाई पुनर्स्थापित गर्नेछु । भाँचिएका भेडालाई पट्टी बाँध्‍नेछु र बिरामी भेडालाई निको पार्नेछु तर मोटा र बलियालाई म नष्‍ट गर्नेछु । म न्यायको साथमा गोठालोको काम गर्नेछु ।

17 And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, as well the rams as the he-goats.

यसैले, परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ, अब ए मेरा बगाल, हेर, भेडा-भेडाको बिचमा, र भेडा र बोकाको बिचमा म एक जना न्यायकर्ता हुनेछु ।

18 Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have fed upon the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pasture? and to have drunk of the clear waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?

के असल खर्कमा चर्नु पर्याप्‍त छैन र तिमीहरू खर्कमा बाँकी रहेको कुरालाई कुल्चन्छौ, अनि स्वच्छ पानीबाट पिउनु पर्याप्‍त छैन र नदीहरूलाई आफ्ना खुट्टाहरूले तिमीहरू धमिलो बनाउँछौ?

19 And as for my sheep, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet, and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.

के तिमीहरूले आफ्ना खुट्टाहरूले कुल्चेको कुराबाट मेरा भेडाहरूले खानु, र तिमीहरूका खुट्टाहरूले धमिलो पारेको पानी पिउनुपर्छ?

20 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto them: Behold, I, even I, judge between the fat cattle and the lean cattle.

यसकारण, परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर तिनीहरूलाई यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: हेर, मोटा र दुब्‍ला भेडाहरूका बिचमा म आफैंले न्याय गर्नेछु,

21 Because ye thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad;

किनकि तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई आफ्ना कुइना र कुमले धकेल्छौ, अनि सबै कमजोरहरू देशबाट छरपष्‍ट नभएसम्म तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई आफ्ना सिङ्ले हान्‍छौ ।

22 therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle.

म आफ्‍नो बगाललाई बचाउनेछु, र तिनीहरू फेरि लुटिनेछैनन् अनि एउटा भेडा र अर्कोको बिचमा म न्याय गर्नेछु!

23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

मेरो दास दाऊदलाई तिनीहरूमाथि म एक जना गोठालो नियुक्त गर्नेछु । त्यसले तिनीहरूको गोठालो गर्नेछ, त्‍यसले तिनीहरूलाई खुवाउनेछ, र त्यो नै तिनीहरूका गोठालो हुनेछ ।

24 And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it.

किनकि म परमप्रभु नै तिनीहरूका परमेश्‍वर हुनेछु, र मेरो दास दाऊद तिनीहरूका बिचमा एउटा शासक हुनेछ । म, परमप्रभुले यो घोषणा गरेको छु ।

25 And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell securely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.

त्‍यसपछि म तिनीहरूसँग शान्तिको करार गर्नेछु र देशबाट दुष्‍ट जङ्गली पशुहरूलाई हटाउनेछु, ताकि तिनीहरू उजाड-स्‍थान सुरक्षित बस्‍नेछन् र जङ्गलहरूमा सुरक्षित सुत्‍नेछन् ।

26 And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season; there shall be showers of blessing.

तिनीहरूमाथि र मेरो पहाडको वरिपरिका ठाउँहरूमा म आफ्‍नो आशिष् ल्याउनेछु, किनकि म ठिक ऋतुमा झरी पठाउनेछु । यी आशिष्‌का झरी हुनेछन् ।

27 And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be secure in their land; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.

तब मैदानका रूखहरूले आफ्ना फल उब्‍जाउनेछन् र पृथ्वीले आफ्नो उब्जनी दिनेछ । मेरा भेडाहरू आफ्नै देशमा सुरक्षित हुनेछन् । जब तिनीहरूका जुवाको काठ म भाँचिदिन्‍छु र जब तिनीहरूलाई दास बनाउनेको हातबाट तिनीहरूलाई म बचाउँछु, तब म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्‍नेछन् ।

28 And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the earth devour them; but they shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid.

तिनीहरू फेरि जातिहरूका निम्‍ति लुट हुनेछैनन्, र पृथ्वीका जङ्गली पशुहरूले तिनीहरूलाई खानेछैनन् । किनकि तिनीहरू सुरक्षित बस्‍नेछन्, र तिनीहरूलाई कसैले पनि त्रासमा पार्नेछैन ।

29 And I will raise up unto them a plantation for renown, and they shall be no more consumed with famine in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

किनकि प्रशस्त अन्‍न उब्जनी हुने देश म तिनीहरूलाई दिनेछु । यसरी तिनीहरू फेरि देशमा अनिकालको शिकार हुनेछैनन्, र तिनीहरूले जातिहरूको गिल्ला सहनुपर्नेछैन ।

30 And they shall know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD.

तब तिनीहरूले म परमप्रभु तिनीहरूका परमेश्‍वर तिनीहरूसँग छु भनी जान्‍नेछन् । इस्राएलको घराना मेरा मानिसहरू हुन्, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।

31 And ye my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.

किनकि तिमीहरू मेरा भेडा हौ, मेरो खर्कका बगाल, र मेरा मानिस हौ, र म तिमीहरूका परमेश्‍वर हुँ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।’”
