Ezekiel 10
1 Then I looked, and behold, in the firmament that was over the head of the cherubim, there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
Ta nhìn xem, nầy, trên vòng khung giang ra trên đầu các chê-ru-bin có vật gì như là đá bích ngọc, hình trạng như hình cái ngai.
2 And he spake unto the man clothed in linen, and said, Go in between the whirling [wheels], even under the cherub, and fill both thine hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.
Ngài bèn phán cùng người mặc vải gai rằng: Hãy vào trong các khoảng bánh xe quay chóng ở dưới chê-ru-bin; khá từ giữa các chê-ru-bin lấy những than lửa đó bỏ đầy cả hay tay ngươi, rồi rải ra trên thành nầy. Người ấy vào nơi đó trước mặt ta.
3 Now the cherubim stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.
Khi người vào, thì các chê-ru-bin đứng bên hữu nhà; mây đầy hành lang trong.
4 And the glory of the LORD mounted up from the cherub, [and stood] over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD’S glory.
Sự vinh hiển của Đức Giê-hô-va bèn dấy lên từ chê-ru-bin, đứng nơi ngạch cửa nhà; nhà đầy mây, và hành lang đầy sự chói sáng của vinh quang Đức Giê-hô-va.
5 And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaketh.
Tiếng của những cánh chê-ru-bin vang ra đến hành lang ngoài, giống như tiếng của Đức Chúa Trời Toàn năng, khi Ngài phán.
6 And it came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, Take fire from between the whirling [wheels], from between the cherubim, that he went in, and stood beside a wheel.
Khi Đức Giê-hô-va đã truyền lịnh cho người mặc vải gai rằng: Hãy lấy lửa từ giữa khoảng các bánh xe quay chóng, giữa các chê-ru-bin, thì người vào và đứng bên một bánh xe.
7 And the cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubim unto the fire that was between the cherubim, and took [thereof], and put it into the hands of him that was clothed in linen, who took it and went out.
Rồi một chê-ru-bin từ giữa các chê-ru-bin giơ tay ra đến lửa giữa các chê-ru-bin, và lấy lửa đem đặt vào tay người mặc vải gai; người nầy tiếp lấy rồi thì ra.
8 And there appeared in the cherubim the form of a man’s hand under their wings.
Vả, nơi dưới cánh các chê-ru-bin có tỏ ra hình một cái tay người.
9 And I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone.
Ta còn nhìn xem, nầy, có bốn bánh xe kề bên các chê-ru-bin, bánh xe kề một chê-ru-bin, và một bánh xe khác kề một chê-ru-bin khác; hình trạng những bánh xe ấy giống như bích ngọc.
10 And as for their appearance, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been within a wheel.
Theo như hình trạng các bánh xe ấy, bốn cái có đồng một hình như một bánh xe ở trong bánh xe.
11 When they went, they went upon their four sides: they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.
Khi chúng nó đi tới, đều đi bốn phía mình, khi đi chẳng xây lại; tùy theo cái đầu hướng về bên nào, thì chúng nó đi theo; khi đi chẳng xây lại.
12 And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, [even] the wheels that they four had.
Cả mình các chê-ru-bin, lưng, tay, cánh, bánh xe, khắp chung quanh đều đầy những mắt, tức các bánh xe mà bốn chê-ru-bin ấy có.
13 As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing, the whirling [wheels].
Bấy giờ ta nghe gọi bánh xe ấy là bánh xe quay chóng.
14 And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of the cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
Mỗi chê-ru-bin có bốn mặt: thứ nhất là mặt chê-ru-bin; thứ nhì, mặt người; thứ ba, mặt sư tử; thứ tư, mặt chim ưng.
15 And the cherubim mounted up: this is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.
Đoạn, các chê-ru-bin dấy lên: ấy là vật sống mà ta thấy trên bờ sông Kê-ba.
16 And when the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them: and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also turned not from beside them.
Khi các chê-ru-bin đi, thì các bánh xe đi kề chúng nó; khi các chê-ru-bin sè cánh để dấy lên khỏi đất, thì các bánh xe không quay khỏi bên chúng nó.
17 When they stood, these stood; and when they mounted up, these mounted up with them: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
Khi các chê-ru-bin dừng lại, các bánh xe cùng dừng lại; khi dấy lên, cùng dấy lên; vì thần của vật sống ấy ở trong các bánh xe vậy.
18 And the glory of the LORD went forth from over the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim.
Sự vinh hiển Đức Giê-hô-va ra khỏi ngạch cửa nhà, và đứng trên các chê-ru-bin.
19 And the cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went forth, and the wheels beside them: and they stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD’S house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
Các chê-ru-bin sè cánh dấy lên khỏi đất, mà ra trước mắt ta, và các bánh xe ở kề nó; chúng nó dừng nơi lối vào cửa đông nhà Đức Giê-hô-va, và sự vinh hiển của Đức Chúa Trời Y-sơ-ra-ên ở trên chúng nó.
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.
Aáy đó là vật sống mà ta thấy dưới Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên, trên bờ sông Kê-ba, và ta biết nó là chê-ru-bin.
21 Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
Mỗi chê-ru-bin có bốn mặt và bốn cánh; dưới cánh có hình như tay người.
22 And as for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves; they went every one straight forward.
Về phần hình trạng của các mặt nó, ấy là những mặt mà ta thấy trên bờ sông Kê-ba, cả hình trạng và chính mình chúng nó; và chúng nó đều đi thẳng tới trước.
