2 Samuel 17
1 Moreover Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Let me now choose out twelve thousand men, and I will arise and pursue after David this night:
| ئەحیتۆفەل بە ئەبشالۆمی گوت: «پێم باشە دوازدە هەزار پیاو هەڵبژێریت و هەستیت و هەر ئەمشەو بەدوای داود بکەویت. |
2 and I will come upon him while he is weary and weak handed, and will make him afraid: and all the people that are with him shall flee; and I will smite the king only:
| کە هێشتا ماندووە و دەستی شلە بەسەریدا بدە، ئینجا بیتۆقێنە، ئیتر هەموو ئەو گەلەی لەگەڵیدان هەڵدێن. بە تەنها لە پاشا بدە، |
3 and I will bring back all the people unto thee: the man whom thou seekest is as if all returned: [so] all the people shall be in peace.
| هەموو گەلت بۆ دەگەڕێتەوە. مەرگی ئەو پیاوەی داوای دەکەیت، واتای گەڕانەوەی هەمووانە، جا هەموو گەل لە ئاشتیدا دەبن.» |
4 And the saying pleased Absalom well, and all the elders of Israel.
| ئەم تەگبیرەی لەلایەن ئەبشالۆم و هەموو پیرانی ئیسرائیلەوە پەسەند کرا. |
5 Then said Absalom, Call now Hushai the Archite also, and let us hear likewise what he saith.
| بەڵام ئەبشالۆم گوتی: «حوشەی ئەرکیش بانگ بکەن، با بزانین ئەویش چی دەڵێت.» |
6 And when Hushai was come to Absalom, Absalom spake unto him, saying, Ahithophel hath spoken after this manner: shall we do [after] his saying? if not, speak thou.
| ئیتر حوشەی هاتە لای، ئەبشالۆم پێی گوت: «ئەحیتۆفەل ئەم قسەیەی کردووە، ئایا بە قسەی بکەین؟ ئەگەر نا، تۆ چی دەڵێت؟» |
7 And Hushai said unto Absalom, The counsel that Ahithophel hath given this time is not good.
| حوشەیش بە ئەبشالۆمی گوت: «ڕاوێژەکەی ئەم جارەی ئەحیتۆفەل باش نییە. |
8 Hushai said moreover, Thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy father is a man of war, and will not lodge with the people.
| تۆ باوکت و پیاوەکانی دەناسیت، پاڵەوانن، وەک دەڵەورچێک کە لە دەشتودەرە بەچکەکانی ڕاوکرابێت تووڕەن. جگە لەوەش باوکت پیاوی جەنگە و لەگەڵ لەشکر شەو بەسەرنابات. |
9 Behold, he is hid now in some pit, or in some [other] place: and it will come to pass, when some of them be fallen at the first, that whosoever heareth it will say, There is a slaughter among the people that follow Absalom.
| ئێستا ئەو لە ئەشکەوتێک یان لە شوێنێکدا خۆی شاردووەتەوە. ئەگەر لە سەرەتادا هەندێکتان لێ بکوژرێت و خەڵکی بیبیستنەوە و بڵێن،”ئەو لەشکرەی لەگەڵ ئەبشالۆم بوو، تێکشکاوە،“ |
10 And even he that is valiant, whose heart is as the heart of a lion, shall utterly melt: for all Israel knoweth that thy father is a mighty man, and they which be with him are valiant men.
| ئەوا تەنانەت ئەو پاڵەوانەی دڵی وەک شێر وایە دڵی دەتوێتەوە، چونکە هەموو ئیسرائیل دەزانن کە باوکت پاڵەوانە و ئەوانەی لەگەڵیدان قارەمانن. |
11 But I counsel that all Israel be gathered together unto thee, from Dan even to Beer-sheba, as the sand that is by the sea for multitude; and that thou go to battle in thine own person.
| «لەبەر ئەوە من ئامۆژگاریت دەکەم کە هەموو ئیسرائیل لە دانەوە هەتا بیری شابەع، وەک لمی سەر دەریا لێت کۆببنەوە لە زۆریدا، بەڕێزیشت سەرکردایەتی جەنگەکە بکە. |
12 So shall we come upon him in some place where he shall be found, and we will light upon him as the dew falleth on the ground: and of him and of all the men that are with him we will not leave so much as one.
| ئینجا بۆی دەچینە یەکێک لەو شوێنانەی کە ئەوی لێیە، وەک شەونمی سەر زەوی بەسەریدا دادەبارین. هیچ کەسیان لێ ناهێڵینەوە، نە خۆی و نە هەموو ئەو پیاوانەی لەگەڵیدان. |
13 Moreover, if he be gotten into a city, then shall all Israel bring ropes to that city, and we will draw it into the river, until there be not one small stone found there.
| ئەگەر بۆ شارێک پاشەکشەی کرد، با هەموو ئیسرائیل گوریس بۆ ئەو شارە ببەن و دیوارەکانی شارەکە بۆ ناو دۆڵەکە ڕادەکێشین بۆ ئەوەی تەنانەت بەردێکیشی لەوێ نەبینرێتەوە.» |
14 And Absalom and all the men of Israel said, The counsel of Hushai the Archite is better than the counsel of Ahithophel. For the LORD had ordained to defeat the good counsel of Ahithophel, to the intent that the LORD might bring evil upon Absalom.
| ئینجا ئەبشالۆم و هەموو پیاوانی ئیسرائیل گوتیان: «ئامۆژگارییەکەی حوشەی ئەرکی لە ڕاوێژەکەی ئەحیتۆفەل باشترە.» ئیتر پووچەڵکردنەوەی ڕاوێژە باشەکەی ئەحیتۆفەل بە فەرمانی یەزدان بوو، بۆ ئەوەی یەزدان بەڵا بەسەر ئەبشالۆمدا بهێنێت. |
15 Then said Hushai unto Zadok and to Abiathar the priests. Thus and thus did Ahithophel counsel Absalom and the elders of Israel; and thus and thus have I counselled.
| حوشەی بە سادۆق و بە ئەبیاتاری گوت، هەردوو کاهینەکە: «ئەحیتۆفەل بەو شێوەیە ئامۆژگاری بۆ ئەبشالۆم و پیرانی ئیسرائیل کردووە، منیش بەم شێوەیە ڕاوێژم کردووە. |
16 Now therefore send quickly, and tell David, saying, Lodge not this night at the fords of the wilderness, but in any wise pass over; lest the king be swallowed up, and all the people that are with him.
| ئێستاش بە پەلە بنێرن و بە داود ڕابگەیەنن و بڵێن:”ئەمشەو لەسەر تەنکاوەکەی بەرەو چۆڵەوانی بەسەرمەبە، لە ڕووبارەکە بپەڕەوە، نەوەک پاشا و ئەو گەلەی لەگەڵیدان هەڵبلووشرێن.“» |
17 Now Jonathan and Ahimaaz stayed by En-rogel; and a maidservant used to go and tell them; and they went and told king David: for they might not be seen to come into the city.
| یۆناتان و ئەحیمەعەچ نەیاندەویست بچنە ناو شارەکە و ببینرێن، لەلای کانی ڕۆگێل چاوەڕێی کارەکەرێک بوون پەیامێکیان پێ ڕابگەیەنێت، ئەوانیش بچن و بە داودی پاشای ڕابگەیەنن. |
18 But a lad saw them, and told Absalom: and they went both of them away quickly, and came to the house of a man in Bahurim, who had a well in his court; and they went down thither.
| بەڵام گەنجێک هەردووکیانی بینی و بە ئەبشالۆمی ڕاگەیاند، لەبەر ئەوە هەردووکیان بە پەلە ڕۆیشتن و چوونە ناو ماڵی پیاوێک لە بەحوریم، بیرێک لەناو حەوشەکەیدا هەبوو، هەردووکیان شۆڕ بوونەوە ناوی. |
19 And the woman took and spread the covering over the well’s mouth, and strewed bruised corn thereon; and nothing was known.
| ژنەکەی دەمی بیرەکەی بە ڕووپۆشێک داپۆشی و دانەوێڵەی بەسەردا بڵاوکردەوە، کەس پێی نەزانی. |
20 And Absalom’s servants came to the woman to the house; and they said, Where are Ahimaaz and Jonathan? And the woman said unto them, They be gone over the brook of water. And when they had sought and could not find them, they returned to Jerusalem.
| ئیتر خزمەتکارەکانی ئەبشالۆم هاتن بۆ لای ژنەکە بۆ ماڵەکە و گوتیان: «ئەحیمەعەچ و یۆناتان لەکوێن؟» ژنەکەش وەڵامی دانەوە: «لە جۆگەی ئاوەکە پەڕینەوە.» جا پاش ئەوەی بەدوایاندا گەڕان و نەیاندۆزینەوە، گەڕانەوە ئۆرشەلیم. |
21 And it came to pass, after they were departed, that they came up out of the well, and went and told king David; and they said unto David, Arise ye, and pass quickly over the water: for thus hath Ahithophel counselled against you.
| پاش ئەوەی خزمەتکارەکانی ئەبشالۆم ڕۆیشتن، ئەحیمەعەچ و یۆناتان لە بیرەکە هاتنە دەرەوە و ڕۆیشتن و بە داود پاشایان ڕاگەیاند و بە داودیان گوت: «هەستن و بە پەلە لە تەنکاوەکە بپەڕنەوە، چونکە ئەحیتۆفەل ئاوا ئامۆژگاری کردوون.» |
22 Then David arose, and all the people that were with him, and they passed over Jordan: by the morning light there lacked not one of them that was not gone over Jordan.
| لەبەر ئەوە داود و هەموو ئەو گەلەی لەگەڵیدا بوون هەستان و لە ڕووباری ئوردون پەڕینەوە و لە بەرەبەیاندا کەس نەمابوو لە ڕووباری ئوردون نەپەڕیبێتەوە. |
23 And when Ahithophel saw that his counsel was not followed, he saddled his ass, and arose, and gat him home, unto his city, and set his house in order, and hanged himself; and he died, and was buried in the sepulchre of his father.
| بەڵام کاتێک ئەحیتۆفەل بینی کار بە ڕاوێژەکەی نەکراوە، گوێدرێژەکەی کورتان کرد و هەستا، بەرەو ماڵەکەی لە شارەکەی خۆیدا بەڕێکەوت و وەسیەتی بۆ ماڵەکەی کرد و خۆی خنکاند و مرد، جا لە گۆڕەکەی باوکی ناشتیان. |
24 Then David came to Mahanaim. And Absalom passed over Jordan, he and all the men of Israel with him.
| ئینجا داود هات بۆ مەحەنەیم و ئەبشالۆمیش خۆی و هەموو ئەو پیاوانەی ئیسرائیل کە لەگەڵیدا بوون لە ڕووباری ئوردونەوە پەڕینەوە. |
25 And Absalom set Amasa over the host instead of Joab. Now Amasa was the son of a man, whose name was Ithra the Israelite, that went in to Abigal the daughter of Nahash, sister to Zeruiah Joab’s mother.
| ئەبشالۆم لە جیاتی یۆئاب عەماسای کردبوو بە سوپاسالار و عەماساش کوڕی پیاوێک بوو ناوی یەتەری ئیسرائیلی بوو، کە ئەبیگایلی کچی ناحاش، خوشکی چەرویا، دایکی یۆئاب خێزانی بوو. |
26 And Israel and Absalom pitched in the land of Gilead.
| ئیسرائیل و ئەبشالۆم لە خاکی گلعاددا چادریان هەڵدا. |
27 And it came to pass, when David was come to Mahanaim, that Shobi the son of Nahash of Rabbah of the children of Ammon, and Machir the son of Ammiel of Lo-debar, and Barzillai the Gileadite of Rogelim,
| کاتێک داود گەیشتە مەحەنەیم، شۆڤیی کوڕی ناحاش لە شاری ڕەبەی عەمۆنییەکان و ماکیری کوڕی عەمیێل لە لۆدەڤار و بەرزیلەیی گلعادی لە ڕۆگەلیمەوە |
28 brought beds, and basons, and earthen vessels, and wheat, and barley, and meal, and parched [corn], and beans, and lentils, and parched [pulse],
| ڕاخەر و تەشت و قاپوقاچاغی گڵین، گەنم و جۆ و ئارد، دانەوێڵەی برژاو و پاقلە و نیسک و نۆکی برژاو، |
29 and honey, and butter, and sheep, and cheese of kine, for David, and for the people that were with him, to eat: for they said, The people is hungry, and weary, and thirsty, in the wilderness.
| هەنگوین و دەڵەمە و مەڕ و پەنیری مانگایان پێشکەشی داود و ئەو گەلەی لەگەڵیدا بوون کرد هەتا بیخۆن، چونکە گوتیان: «گەل لە چۆڵەوانیدا برسی و ماندوو و تینوون.» |
