Psalms 26

1 A psalm of David. Defend me, O Lord, for my walk has been blameless; in the Lord have I trusted unswervingly:

১দায়ূদের একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুু, আমার বিচার কর, কারণ আমি সততার সাথে চলছি; আমি সদাপ্রভুুকে বিশ্বাস করি সন্দেহ করি না।

2 Examine me, Lord, and test me; test my heart and my mind.

২সদাপ্রভুু, আমাকে পরীক্ষা করো এবং প্রমাণ নাও; আমার ভিতরের অংশের এবং আমার হৃদয়ের বিশুদ্ধতা পরীক্ষা কর।

3 For your love is before my eyes, and your faithfulness governs my way.

৩কারণ তোমার বিশ্বস্ততা আমার চোখের সামনে এবং আমি তোমার সত্যে চলেছি।

4 I never sat down with the worthless, nor companied with dissemblers.

৪আমি প্রতারণাপূর্ণ লোকের সাথে যুক্ত নই, আমি অসৎ লোকের সাথে মিশি না।

5 I hate the assembly of knaves, I would never sit down with the wicked;

৫আমি অন্যায়কারীদের সমাজ ঘৃণা করি এবং আমি দুষ্টদের সাথে বাস করি না।

6 but, with hands washed in innocence, I would march round your altar, O Lord,

৬আমি সরলতায় আমার হাত ধোব এবং সদাপ্রভুু বেদির দিকে ফিরে যাব।

7 singing loud songs of thanks, and telling of all your wonders.

৭উচ্চরবে প্রশংসার গান করি এবং তোমার অপূর্ব কাজের বর্ণনা করি।

8 O Lord, I love your house, the place where your glory lives.

৮সদাপ্রভুু, আমি ভালবাসি সেই গৃহ যেখানে তুমি বাস করো, সেই স্থান যেখানে তোমার মহিমা বাস করে!

9 Do not gather me up with sinners; slay me not with people of blood,

৯আমার প্রাণ পাপীদের সঙ্গে নিয়ো না, রক্তপাতী মানুষের সাথে আমার প্রাণ নিয়ো না।

10 whose hands are stained with villainy, and whose right hand is filled with bribes.

১০যাদের হাতে চক্রান্ত থাকে এবং ডান হাত ঘুষের দ্বারা পরিপূর্ণ।

11 But my walk is blameless! O redeem me, be gracious to me.

১১কিন্তু আমি, আমার সততার সঙ্গে চলব; আমাকে উদ্ধার কর এবং আমার প্রতি করুণা কর।

12 My foot stands on even ground, in the choirs I will bless the Lord.

১২আমার পা সমভূমিতে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে, আমি মণ্ডলীর মধ্যে সদাপ্রভুুর ধন্যবাদ করবো।
