< Psalms 19 >

1 For the leader. A psalm of David. The heavens declare God’s glory, the sky tells what his hands have done.
LANG pokon kin kasokasoi duen lingan en Kot o aude pan lang kin katitiki dodok en lim a kan.
2 Day tells it to day, night reveals it to night,
Ran eu kin kasokasoi ong eu ran o pong eu kin padaki ong eu pong.
3 without speaking, without words; without the sound of voices.
Sota kaparok o sota lepen lokaia, ari so, ngil a kin peido.
4 But through all the world their voice carries their words to the ends of the earth. He has pitched a tent for the sun in the sky,
O a loua padak lel ong sap karos, o a kaparok lel imwin sappa. A kotin wiai ong katipin im pwal eu pan lang;
5 it comes out like a bridegroom from his bridal chamber, it joyfully runs its course like a hero.
O a kin pedoi sang nan a pera dueta ol kamod amen, o kin pereperen dueta ol kamod amen ni a tangwei pon al o.
6 From one end of the heavens it rises, and round it runs to the other, and nothing hides from its heat.
A dakada ni eu imwin lang ap tangalang imwin teio, o sota me kak rir sang mon karakar a.
7 The law of the Lord is perfect, renewing life. The decrees of the Lord are trusty, making the simple wise.
Kapung en Ieowa me unsok o kin kainsenemauiala ngen en aramas akan. Kadede en Ieowa me melel o kin kalolekongla me lolepon.
8 The behests of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart. The command of the Lord is pure, giving light to the eyes.
Kusoned en Ieowa me pung o kin kaperenda mongiong en aramas. Kusoned en Ieowa me makelekel o kamarainiada mas en aramas.
9 The fear of the Lord is clean, it endures forever. The Lord’s judgments are true and right altogether.
Lomwin Ieowa me min o kin duedueta. Masan en Ieowa kan me melel, o pung kaualap.
10 More precious are they than gold – than fine gold in plenty, and sweeter they are than honey, that drops from the comb.
Irail me kasampwal sang kold o kold lingan toto, o iau sang onik o onik kasampwal.
11 By them is your servant warned; who keeps them has rich reward.
Ir me pil kin katamanda sapwilim omui ladu, o me kin kapwai ir ada, ar kating me lapalap.
12 Who can know their flaws? Absolve me from those I know not.
Is me kak asa duen toto en a sapung? Kom kotin lapwada dip ai me rir akan.
13 Keep your servant from wilful sins – from falling under their sway: then blameless and clear will I be from great offence.
Pil perewei sang sapwilim omui ladu me aklapalap, pwe ren der kaloe ia di, i ap pan pungala, o pan makelekel sang dip lapalap kokolata.
14 May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing to you, Lord, my rock and redeemer.
Kom kotin kupura kaparok en au ai o lokolokaia en mongiong i mo’mui, Ieowa ai paipalap o ai saundor.
